The enhancement extended over a wide range of altitudes, above the reflection altitude of the high-frequency pump wave. However, whether this enhancement actually corresponds to a true enhancement in electron density remains an open question. When the dispersion relation of ion acoustic waves is followed, the frequency ratio of the enhanced ion line to the background ion line suggests that the profile of the effective ion mass may have remained unchanged. Furthermore, the solar radio flux and ion drift velocity indicate no significant changes in the ion species and their densities. In conclusion, the electron density enhancement observed at EISCAT should not, in fact, be considered a true enhancement.展开更多

Ni_(0.6)CoFe_(1.4)Nbx(x = 0, 0.05, 0.08, 0.10, and 0.15, in molar ratio) MEAs were prepared using vacuum induction melting. Results show that the new alloy is composed of BCC plus FCC dual phases featuring a network-like structure, and the BCC phase is the main phase in this alloy system. Moreover, the Nb0.10 MEA shows high strength and respectable tensile ductility, representing the best combination of the strength and fracture elongation among the alloys studied here. The remarkable strength of the Nb0.10 MEA is attributed to the combined effect of the solid solution strengthening, the precipitation hardening effect and the interface strengthening effect.展开更多

However, as the drilling depth increases, the electromagnetic wave signals received on the ground gradually weaken, becoming lower than a certain signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and making it impossible to be decoded or transmitted. The attenuation of electromagnetic wave in the formation is definitely one of the causes, but what matters more is the influence of environment noise at the well site, especially the in-band interference noise and random noise. Targeting at the out-of-band noise, the bandpass filter, which is invalid to the in-band noise, can be used to eliminate the noise out of the carrier’s main band. To cope with the question, an algorithm based on the human-computer interaction detection(HCID) was proposed in this paper that improves the SNR of ELF-EM signals, with the effective transmission distance of EM MWD increased. In this paper, the validity of the proposed HCID algorithm was verified through communication processing performance simulation and field data comparison, thus providing a reference for engineers and technicians in this field.Theoretical analysis and experimental data verification show that the combined algorithm decodes effectively under the in-band interference noise of-80d B SNR and in-band random noise of-17d B SNR.展开更多

文摘Quantitative and analytical analysis of the modulation process of the collimator is a great challenge, and is also of great value to the design and development of Fourier transform imaging telescopes. The Hard X-ray Imager(HXI),as one of the three payloads onboard the Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory(ASO-S) mission, adopts modulating Fourier-Transformation imaging technique and will be used to explore the mechanism of energy release and transmission in solar flare activities. As an important step to reconstruct the images of solar flares, accurate modulation functions of HXI are needed. In this paper,a mathematical model is developed to analyze the modulation function under a simplified condition first. Then its behavior under six degrees of freedom is calculated after adding the rotation matrix and translation change to the model. In addition, unparalleled light and extended sources are also considered so that our model can be used to analyze the X-ray beam experiment.Next, applied to the practical HXI conditions, the model has been confirmed not only by Geant4 simulations but also by some verification experiments.Furthermore, how this model helps to improve the image reconstruction process after the launch of ASO-S is also presented.

文摘Many digestive system malignant tumors are characterized by high incidence and mortality rate.Increasing evidence has revealed that the tumor microenvironment(TME)is involved in cancer initiation and tumor progression.Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)are a predominant constituent of the TME,and participate in the regulation of various biological behaviors and influence the prognosis of digestive system cancer.TAMs can be mainly classified into the antitumor M1 phenotype and protumor M2 phenotype. The latter especially are crucial drivers of tumor invasion, growth, angiogenesis, metastasis, immunosuppression, and resistance to therapy.TAMs are of importance in the occurrence, development, diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of common digestive system malignant tumors. In this review,we summarize the role of TAMs in common digestive system malignant tumors, including esophageal, gastric, colorectal, pancreatic and liver cancers. How TAMs promote the development of tumors, and how they act as potential therapeutic targets and their clinical applications are also described.

文摘Pepper mild mottle virus(PMMoV)is a devastating viral pathogen of pepper(Capsicum annuum)but it is unclear whether and how peppers protect against PMMoV infection. The expression of the chloroplast outer membrane protein 24(OMP24)of C.annuum was upregulated under PMMoV infection and it interacted with PMMoV coat protein(CP).Silencing of OMP24 in either C.annuum or Nicotiana benthamiana facilitated PMMoV infection, whereas overexpression of N.benthamiana OMP24 in transgenic plants inhibited PMMoV infection. Both C.annuum OMP24(CaOMP24)and N.benthamiana OMP24(NbOMP24)localized to the chloroplast and have a moderately hydrophobic transmembrane domain that is necessary for their localization.Overexpression of CaOMP24 induced stromules, perinuclear chloroplast clustering, and accumulation of reactive oxygen species(ROS),the typical defense responses of chloroplasts transferring the retrograde signaling to the nucleus to regulate resistance genes. The expression of PR1 and PR2 was also upregulated significantly in plants overexpressing OMP24.Self-interaction of OMP24 was demonstrated and was required for OMP24-mediated plant defense.Interaction with PMMoV CP interfered with the self-interaction of OMP24 and impaired OMP24-induced stromules, perinuclear chloroplast clustering and ROS accumulation. The results demonstrate the defense function of OMP24 in pepper during viral infection and suggest a possible mechanism by which PMMoV CP modulates the plant defense to facilitate viral infection.

文摘A sulfated galactoftucan designated as UpG was obtained from the brown algae Undaria pinnatifida by calcium chloride extraction.Chemical analyses showed that UpG is composed of galactose and fucose at a high sulfation level.Low-molecular weight UpGP-0.5 was prepared from UpG through acid hydrolysis for structure characterization. The backbones of UpG are determined to beα-(1,3)-Fuc,α-(1,4)-Gal,α-(1,3)-Gal,andα-(1,6)-Gal by GC-MS,FT-IR,NMR,and LC-MS analyses.Sulfate groups are modified at C2 and/or C4 of fucose and C3 and/or C4 of galactose.UpG could partially lower blood sugar and serum lipid levels in type 2 diabetic mice. Moreover,UpG treatment regulates the abundance of some specific gut microbiota, such as enriching the abundance of Muribaculum and Christensenellaceae, and reducing that of Bilophila,Tannerellaceae,Candidatus Saccharimonas and Anaerotruncus. The findings characterized the detailed structure of a sulfated galactofucan and investigated its potential for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.

文摘Designing strong, yet ductile, and body-centered cubic(BCC) medium-entropy alloys(MEAs) remains to be a challenge nowadays. In this study, the strength–ductility trade-off of Ni_(0.6)CoFe_(1.4)MEAs was tackled via introducing a BCC + face-centered cubic(FCC) dual-phase microstructure. The remarkable strength of the Nb0.10 MEA is attributed to the combined effect of the solid solution strengthening, the precipitation hardening effect and the interface strengthening effect.

文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the most common malignancy of the liver, posing a significant threat to public health.Although liver transplantation(LT)is an effective treatment for HCC,ischemia–reperfusion(I/R)injury,transplant rejection, and complications after LT can greatly reduce its effectiveness. In recent years, transplant oncology has come into being,a comprehensive discipline formed by the intersection and integration of surgery, oncology, immunology, and other related disciplines.Gut microbiota,an emerging field of research, also plays a crucial role.Through the microbiome–gut–liver axis, the gut microbiota has an impact on the onset and progression of HCC as well as LT.This review summarizes the mechanisms by which the gut microbiota affects HCC and its bidirectional interactions with chronic liver disease that can develop into HCC as well as the diagnostic and prognostic value of the gut microbiota in HCC.In addition, gut microbiota alterations after LT were reviewed, and the relationship between the gut microbiota and liver I/R injury, the efficacy of immunosuppressive drugs used, and complications after LT were discussed. In the era of LT oncology, the role of the gut microbiota in HCC and LT should be emphasized, which can provide new insights into the management of HCC and LT via gut microbiota modulation.

文摘In the electromagnetic wave measurement while drilling(EM MWD), the extra low frequency electromagnetic wave(ELF-EM) below 20Hz was usually chosen as the carrier because of its transmission characteristics in the formation. In this paper, the validity of the proposed HCID algorithm was verified through communication processing performance simulation and field data comparison, thus providing a reference for engineers and technicians in this field.Theoretical analysis and experimental data verification show that the combined algorithm decodes effectively under the in-band interference noise of-80d B SNR and in-band random noise of-17d B SNR.

文摘Avirtual wall thicknessmethod is developed to simulate the temperature field of turbine bladeswith thermal barrier coatings(TBCs),to simplify the modeling process and improve the calculation efficiency. The results show that the virtualwall thickness method can improve themesh quality by 20%,reduce the number ofmeshes by 76.7%and save the calculation time by 35.5%,compared with the traditional real wall thickness method. The average calculation error of the two methods is between 0.21%and 0.93%.Furthermore,the temperature at the blade leading edge is the highest and the average temperature of the blade pressure surface is higher than that of the suction surface under a certain service condition. The blade surface temperature presents a high temperature at both ends and a low temperature in themiddle height when the temperature of incoming gas is uniformand constant. The thermal insulation effect of TBCs is the worst near the air film hole, and the best at the blade leading edge.According to the calculated temperature field of the substrate-coating system, the highest thermal insulation temperature of the TC layer is 172.01 K,and the thermal insulation proportions of TC,TGO and BC are 93.55%,1.54%and 4.91%,respectively.
