QN1803作为一种低镍含氮奥氏体不锈钢,相对于传统304奥氏体不锈钢减少了60%Ni含量,具有更优异的力学性能与耐腐蚀性能,同时节约了成本,目前广泛应用于建筑装饰、医疗器械、家电制品等领域。以低镍含氮奥氏体不锈钢QN1803为研究对象,采用脉冲TIG焊,借助SEM、OM、HV等测试手段研究焊接热输入对焊接接头的微观组织、力学性能、腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,QN1803室温组织由铁素体和奥氏体组成,HAZ区晶粒与母材相比未见明显长大,接头熔合良好;焊接接头抗拉强度为650~700 MPa,焊缝组织硬度为240~260 HV。随着热输入的增加,焊缝点蚀电位由340 mV下降至290 mV,晶间腐蚀速率由455.3 g/(m^(2)·h)提升至570.6 g/(m^(2)·h),表明焊接接头耐腐蚀性能随着热输入的增加而下降;应用有限元软件MSC.Marc对不同焊接热输入条件下的焊接温度场及残余应力场进行模拟。结果表明,焊后残余应力集中分布于PMZ区及HAZ区;且残余应力峰值随焊接热输入增加呈上升趋势。 展开更多

Coarsening, embrittlement and corrosion sensitization in a high temperature heat-affected zone (HTHAZ) are the major problems when 12% chromium low carbon stainless steel is being welded, which induce the deterioration of the impact toughness at a low temperature and intergranular corrosion resistance property. This study investigates the corresponding microstructures in HTHAZ with different chemical compositions and heat inputs through thermal simulation tests. The results show that the martensite content increases with the descending of ferrite factor (FF) when FF is below 9.0 and heat input influences the microstructure of high FF steel in HTHAZ. Martensite of 12% Cr stainless steel in HTHAZ with only Nb stabilization reticularly distributes at ferrite grain boundaries. 展开更多

This steel product exhibits excellent corrosion resistance superior to that of SUS 316L with a lower cost. It can be easily formed into roofing panels by ordinary processes. Moreover,the thermal strain of it is less than SUS 316L because of its lower thermal expansion coefficient, and its reflectivity is lower due to the dull-finish treatment. In order to understand the effect of the solidification structure on the formability of ultra low carbon ferritic stainless steel (FSS) ,this work studies the ridging phenomenon and the deep-drawing property in detail and the research method was X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) technique. The result shows that the columnar grain specimen had a higher ridging height than the equiaxed grain specimen, which was mainly attributed to the formation of grain colonies in the columnar grain specimen. After final recrystallization annealing, the equiaxed grain specimen obtained a high-intensity T-fiber texture and an excellent deep-drawing property. 展开更多

The beneficial effects of niobium addition on properties such as high-temperature strength, toughness, and formability of ferritic stainless steels have been addressed. Based on the Thermo-Calc analysis, precipitation of niobium carbonitride and solubility of niobium have been predicted and characterized via scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) observations. It is shown that addition of niobium has a beneficial effect on improving the high-temperature strength, toughness, formability, and corrosion resistance of ferritic stainless steel. Soluted niobium is very effective in improving the high-temperature strength, which is beneficial to reducing the sticking propensity during hot rolling. Although niobium increases the recrystallization temperature, niobium-added ferritic stainless steels show a high mean r value, or a high plastic strain ratio, as long as the annealing temperature is high enough. Furthermore, because niobium helps to inhibit the formation of chromium carbides, ferritic stainless steel can keep an effective chromium content in the matrix, leading to improved corrosion resistance. Two ferrite-martensite stainless steels (FMSSs) were developed by Baosteel based on the T4003 composition, through optimizing the manganese and nickel contents ,reducing silicon, carbon and nitrogen contents, controlling remnant niobium and molybdenum ,adding sufficient titanium and controlling the processing. In this study ,the physical metallurgy of such FMSSs was investigated with the emphasis on the alloying effect on the phase balance during processing and the transformation behavior during welding for different microstructures. In addition, the mechanical behavior and the weldability were investigated. The results indicate that such steels have a good combination of strength and toughness and better weldability compared with the traditional 1. 4003 steel. Such high strength steels are highly suitable for railway cargo transportation where the wall thickness of the wagons can be reduced,resulting in weight savings. 展开更多

Effects of Mo, Nb, Ti on mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of 22.5% Cr ferritic stainless steel were investigated. The results show that Mo exists in ferritic stainless steel mainly in the solution treatment condition, and it can enhance steel' s strength through solid solution strengthening. In Ti + Nb dual-stabilized ferritic stainless steel, the steel's toughness decreases obviously because coarse TiN particles form and some metallic compounds precipitate along the grain boundaries. In Nb single-stablized ferritic stainless steel, Nb exists either in the solution treatment condition or in the form of dispersed precipitates Nb(C, N), which will act as the nuclei of precipitation of the fine (r phase. As a result, the precipitation of the coarse σ phase along the grain boundary can be inhibited, leading to significant improvement in steel' s toughness at a low temperature. Based on these, high corrosion-resistant ferritic stainless steel B445R was developed for the building cladding system. Test results show that B445R has a superior corrosion resistance to austenitic 316 L in chloride solution. Besides, it has a good forming property and weldability. All these make it an ideal decorating material for the building cladding system in severe coastal regions. 展开更多

The research employed the electron back scattered diffraction technique and its results have shown that the average grain size was reduced and the {111 / 〈 112 〉 component was strengthened,which rotated towards {5541 〈225 〉 and {4451 〈384 〉 ,with an increasing cold-rolling reduction. The number fraction of the low-angle grain boundary and the coincidence site lattice (CSL) boundary ,which was mainly made up of ∑3,∑7∑11 and ∑13b, also increased. 展开更多

借助Thermo-Calc热力学相图计算软件,设计了可用于替代06Cr19Ni10 (S30408)的高强度含N节Ni奥氏体不锈钢08Cr19Mn6Ni3Cu2N (QN1803),通过OM、SEM和电化学工作站等方法研究了其组织及性能。结果表明,当固溶温度从1040℃升至1120℃时,QN1... 借助Thermo-Calc热力学相图计算软件,设计了可用于替代06Cr19Ni10 (S30408)的高强度含N节Ni奥氏体不锈钢08Cr19Mn6Ni3Cu2N (QN1803),通过OM、SEM和电化学工作站等方法研究了其组织及性能。结果表明,当固溶温度从1040℃升至1120℃时,QN1803钢的晶粒尺寸均小于S30408,两者平均晶粒尺寸之差由1.8μm提高至16.27μm。N原子起到细晶和固溶强化的作用,使QN1803钢的屈服强度提高至400 MPa以上,达到S30408钢的1.3倍;N原子降低了奥氏体不锈钢的低温韧性,使QN1803钢在-60℃以下的冲击功显著低于S30408钢。经600~900℃敏化处理后,QN1803钢沿晶界析出富Cr的碳化物,析出的鼻尖温度为800℃;由于N原子抑制碳化物的形核和长大,QN1803钢发生晶间腐蚀需要更长的敏化时间,在700℃敏化处理时,QN1803钢发生晶间腐蚀所需要的时效时间是S30408钢的2倍。与S30408钢相比,QN1803钢钝化膜的N和Cr元素含量更高;QN1803钢属于稳态奥氏体不锈钢,具有与S30408钢相近的点蚀速率(4.72 g/(m2·h))和更高的点蚀电位(327 mV);经60%冷轧压下变形后,QN1803钢的耐点蚀能力是S30408钢的1.15倍,制品应力开裂风险更低。由于添加了1.65%的Cu元素,使QN1803钢在5%H2SO4腐蚀溶液中,表面可生成一层保护基体的富铜膜,从而使其在稀H2SO4溶液中的耐腐蚀能力达到S30408钢的6.6倍。 展开更多

对高氮奥氏体不锈钢QN1803和常规奥氏体不锈钢304进行了不同形变量的拉伸实验,通过EBSD、XRD和TEM分析了其形变组织和强韧化机制。采用电化学工作站、酸性介质腐蚀实验和OM、SEM分析了不同拉伸形变量下的耐腐蚀性能和腐蚀机理。随着拉... 对高氮奥氏体不锈钢QN1803和常规奥氏体不锈钢304进行了不同形变量的拉伸实验,通过EBSD、XRD和TEM分析了其形变组织和强韧化机制。采用电化学工作站、酸性介质腐蚀实验和OM、SEM分析了不同拉伸形变量下的耐腐蚀性能和腐蚀机理。随着拉伸形变量的增加,QN1803和304不锈钢的微观组织均出现由位错塞积到α’马氏体的转变。QN1803不锈钢的屈服强度比304不锈钢提高了26%,延伸率降低了约6.6%,其原因是QN1803不锈钢中N含量高、30%冷变形后产生50%马氏体所对应的温度(M_(d30))较低,拉伸过程中产生的形变马氏体含量低于304不锈钢,相变增韧效应不如304不锈钢充分。拉伸形变对QN1803和304不锈钢的晶间腐蚀影响不大,但其耐点腐蚀能力、耐硫酸腐蚀能力均有下降,其中QN1803不锈钢下降的幅度明显小于304不锈钢。主要原因是形变马氏体导致不锈钢表面钝化膜破坏和稳定性下降,使钝化膜在腐蚀中处于不稳定的溶解-生成状态,从而降低了形变后的耐腐蚀性能。总体而言,提高奥氏体不锈钢的N含量能够节约Ni元素的使用,大幅提高不锈钢屈服强度,略微损害延伸率,但显著提升拉伸形变条件下的耐点蚀和耐硫酸腐蚀性能。 展开更多
