背景与目的肺栓塞(pulmonary thrombosis embolism, PTE)是肺癌根治术围术期严重并发症之一,其中高危PTE因伴有休克、低血压具有病情进展快、死亡率高的特点。这类患者的治疗目前尚无统一标准,是胸外科医生临床工作中的难点。本文通过... 背景与目的肺栓塞(pulmonary thrombosis embolism, PTE)是肺癌根治术围术期严重并发症之一,其中高危PTE因伴有休克、低血压具有病情进展快、死亡率高的特点。这类患者的治疗目前尚无统一标准,是胸外科医生临床工作中的难点。本文通过总结分析我院2例肺癌术后早期并发高危PTE患者的治疗过程,探讨此类病例的诊疗策略,为广大胸外科医生提供参考。方法分析2017年在我院接受胸腔镜肺癌根治手术术后早期并发高危PTE患者两例。1例予静脉联合肺动脉介入溶栓治疗,1例予单纯肺动脉介入溶栓治疗。总结分析两例病人治疗效果及治疗过程中出现的并发症。结果 2例患者均为女性,年龄分别为66岁、61岁,发生PTE的时间分别为术后48 h、45h,接受介入溶栓时间分别是发病后70 min、50 min,介入治疗时间分别是120 min、100 min,介入溶栓后引流分别是4,690 mL、520 mL,溶栓后住院时间分别是21 d、14 d,随访6个月均无明显并发症。结论肺癌术后早期发生高危PTE建议尽早行肺动脉内介入溶栓治疗,相对于静脉溶栓治疗,肺动脉内介入溶栓具有给药精准、药物用量容易控制、疗效快、出血风险小等优点。 展开更多

手足口病微信调查评估分析

目的了解微信用户对手足口病的防治知识的掌握水平,为今后开展疾病防控宣传积累经验。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,依托微信公众号平台从微信用户中随机抽取调查对象进行问卷调查。结果 43.12%的人群知晓手足口的传播途径,73.51%的人知... 目的了解微信用户对手足口病的防治知识的掌握水平,为今后开展疾病防控宣传积累经验。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,依托微信公众号平台从微信用户中随机抽取调查对象进行问卷调查。结果 43.12%的人群知晓手足口的传播途径,73.51%的人知道手足口病的流行季节,98.2%的人知道手足口病的易感人群,能正确回答手足口病的主要症状及预防措施的人分别占48.77%和52.32%;80.45%的人听说过肠道病毒EV71(手足口)疫苗;85.53%的家长愿意给小孩接种肠道病毒EV71(手足口)疫苗;不愿意/观望的态度的原因是;7.55%的人认为没有必要打;77.74%的人担心疫苗安全性和副作用;18.49%的人疫苗的价格;10.57%的小孩已经得过手足口病;其他原因的占23.77%。结论调查对象对手足口病流行季节和易感人群知晓程度较高,下一步工作中应有针对性的对家长进行疫苗的科普,使其了解疫苗接种的重要性及疫苗的安全性。加强健康教育工作。 展开更多

The Fe_(949.7)Cr_(18)Mn_(1.9)Mo_(7.4)W_(1.6)B_(15.2)C_(3.8)Si_(2) amorphous coating was deposited on T91 steel substrate by using the high-velocity oxygen fuel(HVOF)spray technique to enhance the corrosion resistance of T91 stainless steel in liquid lead-bismuth eutectic(LBE).The corrosion behavior of the T91 steel and coating exposed to oxygen-saturated LBE at 400℃ for 500 h was investigated.Results showed that the T91 substrate was severely corroded and covered by a homogeneously distributed dual-layer oxide on the interface contacted to LBE,consisting of an outer magnetite layer and an inner Fe-Cr spinel layer.Meanwhile,the amorphous coating with a high glass transition temperature(Tg=550℃)and crystallization temperature(T_(x)=600℃)exhibited dramatically enhanced thermal stability and corrosion resistance.No visible LBE penetration was observed,although small amounts of Fe_(3)O_(4),Cr_(2)O_(3),and PbO were found on the coating surface.In addition,the amorphicity and interface bonding of the coating layer remained unchanged after the LBE corrosion.The Fe-based amorphous coating can act as a stable barrier layer in liquid LBE and have great application potential for long-term service in LBE-cooled fast reactors. 展开更多

Ustilaginoidea virens,which causes rice false smut(RFS),is one of the most detrimental rice fungal diseases and poses a severe threat to rice production and quality.Effectors in U.virens often act as a group of essential virulence factors that play crucial roles in the interaction between host and the pathogen.Thus,the functions of individual effectors in U.virens need to be further explored.Here,we found a small secreted hypersensitive response-inducing protein UVI_02019870 was highly conserved in fungi.Furthermore,we performed Y2H and BiFC assay to demonstrated UVI_02019870 interacted with OsCPL1,which was predicted as a chloroplast precursor to regulate chloroplast signaling pathways.Our data provide a theory for gaining an insight into the molecular mechanisms underlying the UVI_02019870 virulence function. 展开更多
