Estimating an accurate six-degree-of-freedom(6-Do F)pose from correspondences with outliers remains a critical issue to 3D rigid registration.Random sample consensus(RANSAC)and its variants are popular solutions to th...Estimating an accurate six-degree-of-freedom(6-Do F)pose from correspondences with outliers remains a critical issue to 3D rigid registration.Random sample consensus(RANSAC)and its variants are popular solutions to this problem.Although there have been a number of RANSAC-fashion estimators,two issues remain unsolved.First,it is unclear which estimator is more appropriate to a particular application.Second,the impacts of different sampling strategies,hypothesis generation methods,hypothesis evaluation metrics,and stop criteria on the overall estimators remain ambiguous.This work fills these gaps by first considering six existing RANSAC-fashion methods and then proposing eight variants for a comprehensive evaluation.The objective is to thoroughly compare estimators in the RANSAC family,and evaluate the effects of each key stage on the eventual 6-Do F pose estimation performance.Experiments have been carried out on four standard datasets with different application scenarios,data modalities,and nuisances.They provide us with input correspondence sets with a variety of inlier ratios,spatial distributions,and scales.Based on the experimental results,we summarize remarkable outcomes and valuable findings,so as to give practical instructions to real-world applications,and highlight current bottlenecks and potential solutions in this research realm.展开更多

Objective:This study aims to explore the regularity of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for allergic purpura.Methods:CNKI,Weipu Chinese science and technology database,wanfang...Objective:This study aims to explore the regularity of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for allergic purpura.Methods:CNKI,Weipu Chinese science and technology database,wanfang medical network database,and Chinese biomedical literature database were searched for eligible studies.Medical records including complete patient personal information,patient symptoms,TCM syndromes,treatment,and medication were included.The data was analyzed using the Chinese medicine heritage support platform provided by the Chinese Academy of Chinese medicine(V2.5).Results:Differentiation of health gas camp blood was the most commonly used method of differentiation of symptoms and signs in famous veteran TCM.The treatment included cooling blood,activating blood circulation,clearing heat and detoxifying toxins,removing blood stasis and stopping bleeding.Honeysuckle,Forsythia suspensa,cicada slough and other drugs were interrelated.Potential drug pair combinations and drug networks showed the basic drug composition of Qingying Decoction.According to the entropy cluster analysis,28 core drug combination and 12 new formulations were obtained.Conclusion:The regularity of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for Henoch-Schonlein purpura based on the famous and old TCM doctors was complex.Further researches are still needed.展开更多
Background:Measuring glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)is a simple way to assess patients with prediabetes or diabetes mellitus.It has been shown that HbA1c level predicts prognosis in patients with coronary artery diseas...Background:Measuring glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)is a simple way to assess patients with prediabetes or diabetes mellitus.It has been shown that HbA1c level predicts prognosis in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD)and the incidence of diabetes mellitus.However,the prognostic significance of HbA1c level in Asian patients with prediabetes and CAD is not yet clear.Our study aimed to determine the relationship between HbA1c level and major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)in patients with prediabetes and CAD.Methods:We enrolled 1367 patients with prediabetes and CAD in the final analysis,and grouped them according to the HbA1c level.Primary end points included nonfatal myocardial infarction,hospitalization for unstable angina,and ischemia-driven revascularization.Cox proportional-hazards regression analysis was used to determine the relation-ship between HbA1c level and MACE after our accounting for confounding factors.Results:A total of 1367 patients(age 58.8±10.3 years;71.6%men)were included.During 43 months of follow-up,197 patients experienced at least one primary end point event.Multivariate Cox proportional-hazards regression analy-sis showed in comparison of HbA1c levels that the hazard ratio for primary end points was 4.110,with a 95%confidence interval of 2.097-6.011(P<0.001).Conclusions:HbA1c level positively correlated with MACE,demonstrating it is a valuable indicator for indepen-dently predicting MACE in Asian patients with prediabetes and CAD.展开更多
Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury(HIRI)is the cause of postoperative hepatic dysfunction and failure,and even death.As an important biological effector molecule,hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)of mitochondria as a gasotrans...Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury(HIRI)is the cause of postoperative hepatic dysfunction and failure,and even death.As an important biological effector molecule,hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)of mitochondria as a gasotransmitter that is usually used to protect against acute HIRI injury.However,the exact relationship between HIRI and mitochondrial H_(2)S remains tangled due to the lack of an effective analytical method.Herein,we have fabricated a mitochondria-targeted H_(2)S-activatable fluorogenic probe(Mito-GW)to explore the stability of mitochondrial H_(2)S and track the changes of mitochondrial H_(2)S during the HIRI.By virtue of pyridinium electropositivity and its amphiphilicity,Mito-GW could accumulate in mitochondria.It goes through an analyte-prompted immolation when reacts with H_(2)S,resulting in the releasing of the fluorophore(GW).Therefore,the extent of Mito-GW conversion to GW can be used to evaluate the changes of mitochondrial H_(2)S level in living cells and tissues.As proof-of-principle,we have used MitoGW to demonstrate the mitochondria H_(2)S-levels increase and then decrease during HIRI in vitro and in vivo.Our research highlights the tremendous potential of Mito-GW as a mitochondrial H_(2)S fluorogenic probe in elucidating the pathogenesis of HIRI,providing a powerful tool for promoting future research on hepatology.展开更多
The original Leray’s problem concerns the well-posedness of weak solutions to the steady incompressible Navier-Stokes equations in a distorted pipe,which approach the Poiseuille flow subject to the no-slip boundary c...The original Leray’s problem concerns the well-posedness of weak solutions to the steady incompressible Navier-Stokes equations in a distorted pipe,which approach the Poiseuille flow subject to the no-slip boundary condition at spatial infinity.In this paper,the same problem with the Navier-slip boundary condition instead of the no-slip boundary condition,is addressed.Due to the complexity of the boundary condition,some new ideas,presented as follows,are introduced to handle the extra difficulties caused by boundary terms.First,the Poiseuille flow in the semi-infinite straight pipe with the Navier-slip boundary condition will be introduced,which will serve as the asymptotic profile of the solution to the generalized Leray’s problem at spatial infinity.Second,a solenoidal vector function defined in the whole pipe,satisfying the Navierslip boundary condition,having the designated flux and equalling the Poiseuille flow at a large distance,will be carefully constructed.This plays an important role in reformulating our problem.Third,the energy estimates depend on a combined L2-estimate of the gradient and the stress tensor of the velocity.展开更多
Small-molecule photothermal agents(PTAs)with intense second near-infrared(NIR-Ⅱ,1,000 to 1,700 nm)absorption and high photothermal conversion efficiencies(PCEs)are promising candidates for treating deep-seated tumors...Small-molecule photothermal agents(PTAs)with intense second near-infrared(NIR-Ⅱ,1,000 to 1,700 nm)absorption and high photothermal conversion efficiencies(PCEs)are promising candidates for treating deep-seated tumors such as osteosarcoma.To date,the development of small-molecule NIR-Ⅱ PTAs has largely relied on fabricating donor–acceptor–donor(D–A–D/D′)structures and limited success has been achieved.Herein,through acceptor engineering,a donor–acceptor–acceptor(D–A–A′)-structured NIR-Ⅱ aza-boron-dipyrromethene(aza-BODIPY)PTA(SW8)was readily developed for the 1,064-nm laser-mediated phototheranostic treatment of osteosarcoma.Changing the donor groups to acceptor groups produced remarkable red-shifts of absorption maximums from first near-infrared(NIR-Ⅰ)regions(~808 nm)to NIR-Ⅱ ones(~1,064 nm)for aza-BODIPYs(SW1 to SW8).Furthermore,SW8 self-assembled into nanoparticles(SW8@NPs)with intense NIR-Ⅱ absorption and an ultrahigh PCE(75%,1,064 nm).This ultrahigh PCE primarily originated from an additional nonradiative decay pathway,which showed a 100-fold enhanced decay rate compared to that shown by conventional pathways such as internal conversion and vibrational relaxation.Eventually,SW8@NPs performed highly efficient 1,064-nm laser-mediated NIR-Ⅱ photothermal therapy of osteosarcoma via concurrent apoptosis and pyroptosis.This work not only illustrates a remote approach for treating deep-seated tumors with high spatiotemporal control but also provides a new strategy for building high-performance small-molecule NIR-Ⅱ PTAs.展开更多
Polyethylene terephthalate(PET),one of the most ubiquitous engineering plastics,presents both environmental challenges and opportunities for carbon neutrality and a circular economy.This review comprehensively address...Polyethylene terephthalate(PET),one of the most ubiquitous engineering plastics,presents both environmental challenges and opportunities for carbon neutrality and a circular economy.This review comprehensively addressed the latest developments in biotic and abiotic approaches for PET recycling/upcycling.Biotically,microbial depolymerization of PET,along with the biosynthesis of reclaimed monomers[terephthalic acid(TPA),ethylene glycol(EG)]to value-added products,presents an alternative for managing PET waste and enables CO_(2)reduction.Abiotically,thermal treatments(i.e.,hydrolysis,glycolysis,methanolysis,etc.)and photo/electrocatalysis,enabled by catalysis advances,can depolymerize or convert PET/PET monomers in a more flexible,simple,fast,and controllable manner.Tandem abiotic/biotic catalysis offers great potential for PET upcycling to generate commodity chemicals and alternative materials,ideally at lower energy inputs,greenhouse gas emissions,and costs,compared to virgin polymer fabrication.Remarkably,over 25 types of upgraded PET products(e.g.,adipic acid,muconic acid,catechol,vanillin,and glycolic acid,etc.)have been identified,underscoring the potential of PET upcycling in diverse applications.Efforts can be made to develop chemo-catalytic depolymerization of PET,improve microbial depolymerization of PET(e.g.,hydrolysis efficiency,enzymatic activity,thermal and pH level stability,etc.),as well as identify new microorganisms or hydrolases capable of degrading PET through computational and machine learning algorithms.Consequently,this review provides a roadmap for advancing PET recycling and upcycling technologies,which hold the potential to shape the future of PET waste management and contribute to the preservation of our ecosystems.展开更多
Background:Clarithromycin exerts an immunomodulatory role in several human diseases.However,whether this effect improves the prognosis in patients with sepsis remains controversial,and higher levels of clinical eviden...Background:Clarithromycin exerts an immunomodulatory role in several human diseases.However,whether this effect improves the prognosis in patients with sepsis remains controversial,and higher levels of clinical evidence are urgently needed.To the best of our knowledge,no meta-analysis to date has reported the clinical efficacy and safety of clarithromycin in sepsis.Methods:A comprehensive literature search of PubMed,EMBASE,and the Cochrane Library was conducted up to December 31,2022.Only randomized controlled trials comparing the clinical efficacy and safety of clarithromycin with controls among patients with sepsis or septic shock were included.Data were pooled by applying a fixed-effects model and a relative risk(RR)estimate with 95%confidence intervals(CIs)using Review Manager(version 5.3;Cochrane Collaboration,Copenhagen,Denmark).Results:Three randomized controlled trials involving a total of 910 patients were included.The pooled results confirmed that clarithromycin had no beneficial effect on progression to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(RR:1.51;95%CI:1.02-2.25;P=0.04;I^(2)=0%),28-day mortality(RR:1.09;95%CI:0.87-1.36;P=0.46;I^(2)=0%),and 90-day mortality(RR:0.86;95%CI:0.71-1.03;P=0.10;I^(2)=81%)in patients with sepsis or septic shock.Moreover,there was no difference in other serious adverse events between patients who received clarithromycin and those in the control group(RR:1.02;95%CI:0.87-1.19;P=0.83;I^(2)=18%).Conclusion:Our meta-analysis did not reveal an improvement to short-term outcomes in patients with sepsis treated with clarithromycin.However,administration of clarithromycin did not increase the risk of adverse events.展开更多

Facing ever-increasing risk of disaster losses, how to cope with and response to large scale oil spill disaster effectively is becoming more and more important. And it is extremely onerous and arduous to develop a highly capable assessment technique to evaluate the effectiveness of emergency re- sponse system (ERS) for oil spill. An ERS for oil spill is a complex and dynamic system comprising a number of elements, one of which fails to accomplish its function would result in potential adverse im- pacts on the whole system. Evaluating the effectiveness of the system requires the consideration of all failures identified in the system simultaneously. Aims to propose a decision-making framework, this paper uses failure mode effect and criticality analysis (FMECA) to evaluate the effectiveness of ERS to make improvements in oil spill emergency management. It is achieved by analysing the components and bounds of the system, identification of generic failure modes which are considered as key factors of ERS for oil spill. Background and Aims:Fibroblast growth factor(FGF)19 has been implicated in the pathogenesis of murine hepatocellular carcinoma.Whether it plays a role in the development or course of human cholangiocarcinoma remains t...Background and Aims:Fibroblast growth factor(FGF)19 has been implicated in the pathogenesis of murine hepatocellular carcinoma.Whether it plays a role in the development or course of human cholangiocarcinoma remains to be determined.The aim of this study was to determine whether prolonged exposure to FGF19 results in the transformation of non-malignant human cholangiocytes into cells with malignant features.Methods:Human SV-40 transfected non-malignant H69 cholangiocytes were cultured with FGF19(0-50 ng/mL)for 6 weeks,followed by 6 weeks with medium alone.Cell proliferation,invasion,stem cell surface markers,oncofetoprotein expression,state of differentiation,epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)and interleukin(IL)-6 expression were documented at various time intervals throughout the 12-week period.Results:FGF19 exposure was associated with significant increases in cell proliferation,de-differentiation,EMT and IL-6 expression.However,each of these effects returned to baseline or control values during the 6-week FGF19 free follow-up period.The remaining cell properties remained unaltered.Conclusions:Six weeks of FGF19 exposure did not result in the acquisition of permanent malignant features in non-malignant,human cholangiocytes.展开更多

Following these strategies, a unique direct-pass SA logic is proposed based on a full-swing once-triggered DFF and a self-locking tri-state gate. The unnecessary internal switching power of a typical TSPC DFF, which is commonly used in the SA logic, is avoided. The delay of the ready detector as well as the sequencer is removed from the critical path. A prototype SAR ADC based on the proposed SA logic is fabricated in 130 nm CMOS. It achieves a peak SNDR of 56.3 dB at 1.2 V supply and 65 MS/s sampling rate, and has a total power consumption of 555 μW, while the digital part consumes only 203μW.展开更多

Topologically associating domain(TAD)reorganization commonly occurs in the cell nucleus and contributes to gene activation and inhibition through the separation or fusion of adjacent TADs.However,functional genes impa...Topologically associating domain(TAD)reorganization commonly occurs in the cell nucleus and contributes to gene activation and inhibition through the separation or fusion of adjacent TADs.However,functional genes impacted by TAD alteration and the underlying mechanism of TAD reorganization regulating gene transcription remain to be fully elucidated.Here,we first developed a novel approach termed Inter3D to specifically identify genes regulated by TAD reorganization.Our study revealed that the segregation of TADs led to the disruption of intrachromosomal looping at the myosin light chain 12B(MYL12B)locus,via the meticulous reorganization of TADs mediating epigenomic landscapes within tumor cells,thereby exhibiting a significant correlation with the down-regulation of its transcriptional activity.Conversely,the fusion of TADs facilitated intrachromosomal interactions,suggesting a potential association with the activation of cytochrome P450 family 27 subfamily B member 1(CYP27B1).Our study provides comprehensive insight into the capture of TAD rearrangement-mediated gene loci and moves toward understanding the functional role of TAD reorganization in gene transcription.The Inter3D pipeline developed in this study is freely available at https://github.com/bm2-lab/inter3D and https://ngdc.cncb.ac.cn/biocode/tool/BT7399.展开更多

文摘Background:Measuring glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)is a simple way to assess patients with prediabetes or diabetes mellitus.It has been shown that HbA1c level predicts prognosis in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD)and the incidence of diabetes mellitus.However,the prognostic significance of HbA1c level in Asian patients with prediabetes and CAD is not yet clear.Our study aimed to determine the relationship between HbA1c level and major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)in patients with prediabetes and CAD.Methods:We enrolled 1367 patients with prediabetes and CAD in the final analysis,and grouped them according to the HbA1c level.Primary end points included nonfatal myocardial infarction,hospitalization for unstable angina,and ischemia-driven revascularization.Cox proportional-hazards regression analysis was used to determine the relation-ship between HbA1c level and MACE after our accounting for confounding factors.Results:A total of 1367 patients(age 58.8±10.3 years;71.6%men)were included.During 43 months of follow-up,197 patients experienced at least one primary end point event.Multivariate Cox proportional-hazards regression analy-sis showed in comparison of HbA1c levels that the hazard ratio for primary end points was 4.110,with a 95%confidence interval of 2.097-6.011(P<0.001).Conclusions:HbA1c level positively correlated with MACE,demonstrating it is a valuable indicator for indepen-dently predicting MACE in Asian patients with prediabetes and CAD.

文摘Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury(HIRI)is the cause of postoperative hepatic dysfunction and failure,and even death.As an important biological effector molecule,hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)of mitochondria as a gasotransmitter that is usually used to protect against acute HIRI injury.However,the exact relationship between HIRI and mitochondrial H_(2)S remains tangled due to the lack of an effective analytical method.Herein,we have fabricated a mitochondria-targeted H_(2)S-activatable fluorogenic probe(Mito-GW)to explore the stability of mitochondrial H_(2)S and track the changes of mitochondrial H_(2)S during the HIRI.By virtue of pyridinium electropositivity and its amphiphilicity,Mito-GW could accumulate in mitochondria.It goes through an analyte-prompted immolation when reacts with H_(2)S,resulting in the releasing of the fluorophore(GW).Therefore,the extent of Mito-GW conversion to GW can be used to evaluate the changes of mitochondrial H_(2)S level in living cells and tissues.As proof-of-principle,we have used MitoGW to demonstrate the mitochondria H_(2)S-levels increase and then decrease during HIRI in vitro and in vivo.Our research highlights the tremendous potential of Mito-GW as a mitochondrial H_(2)S fluorogenic probe in elucidating the pathogenesis of HIRI,providing a powerful tool for promoting future research on hepatology.

文摘The original Leray’s problem concerns the well-posedness of weak solutions to the steady incompressible Navier-Stokes equations in a distorted pipe,which approach the Poiseuille flow subject to the no-slip boundary condition at spatial infinity.In this paper,the same problem with the Navier-slip boundary condition instead of the no-slip boundary condition,is addressed.Due to the complexity of the boundary condition,some new ideas,presented as follows,are introduced to handle the extra difficulties caused by boundary terms.First,the Poiseuille flow in the semi-infinite straight pipe with the Navier-slip boundary condition will be introduced,which will serve as the asymptotic profile of the solution to the generalized Leray’s problem at spatial infinity.Second,a solenoidal vector function defined in the whole pipe,satisfying the Navierslip boundary condition,having the designated flux and equalling the Poiseuille flow at a large distance,will be carefully constructed.This plays an important role in reformulating our problem.Third,the energy estimates depend on a combined L2-estimate of the gradient and the stress tensor of the velocity.

文摘Small-molecule photothermal agents(PTAs)with intense second near-infrared(NIR-Ⅱ,1,000 to 1,700 nm)absorption and high photothermal conversion efficiencies(PCEs)are promising candidates for treating deep-seated tumors such as osteosarcoma.To date,the development of small-molecule NIR-Ⅱ PTAs has largely relied on fabricating donor–acceptor–donor(D–A–D/D′)structures and limited success has been achieved.Herein,through acceptor engineering,a donor–acceptor–acceptor(D–A–A′)-structured NIR-Ⅱ aza-boron-dipyrromethene(aza-BODIPY)PTA(SW8)was readily developed for the 1,064-nm laser-mediated phototheranostic treatment of osteosarcoma.Changing the donor groups to acceptor groups produced remarkable red-shifts of absorption maximums from first near-infrared(NIR-Ⅰ)regions(~808 nm)to NIR-Ⅱ ones(~1,064 nm)for aza-BODIPYs(SW1 to SW8).Furthermore,SW8 self-assembled into nanoparticles(SW8@NPs)with intense NIR-Ⅱ absorption and an ultrahigh PCE(75%,1,064 nm).This ultrahigh PCE primarily originated from an additional nonradiative decay pathway,which showed a 100-fold enhanced decay rate compared to that shown by conventional pathways such as internal conversion and vibrational relaxation.Eventually,SW8@NPs performed highly efficient 1,064-nm laser-mediated NIR-Ⅱ photothermal therapy of osteosarcoma via concurrent apoptosis and pyroptosis.This work not only illustrates a remote approach for treating deep-seated tumors with high spatiotemporal control but also provides a new strategy for building high-performance small-molecule NIR-Ⅱ PTAs.

文摘Polyethylene terephthalate(PET),one of the most ubiquitous engineering plastics,presents both environmental challenges and opportunities for carbon neutrality and a circular economy.This review comprehensively addressed the latest developments in biotic and abiotic approaches for PET recycling/upcycling.Biotically,microbial depolymerization of PET,along with the biosynthesis of reclaimed monomers[terephthalic acid(TPA),ethylene glycol(EG)]to value-added products,presents an alternative for managing PET waste and enables CO_(2)reduction.Abiotically,thermal treatments(i.e.,hydrolysis,glycolysis,methanolysis,etc.)and photo/electrocatalysis,enabled by catalysis advances,can depolymerize or convert PET/PET monomers in a more flexible,simple,fast,and controllable manner.Tandem abiotic/biotic catalysis offers great potential for PET upcycling to generate commodity chemicals and alternative materials,ideally at lower energy inputs,greenhouse gas emissions,and costs,compared to virgin polymer fabrication.Remarkably,over 25 types of upgraded PET products(e.g.,adipic acid,muconic acid,catechol,vanillin,and glycolic acid,etc.)have been identified,underscoring the potential of PET upcycling in diverse applications.Efforts can be made to develop chemo-catalytic depolymerization of PET,improve microbial depolymerization of PET(e.g.,hydrolysis efficiency,enzymatic activity,thermal and pH level stability,etc.),as well as identify new microorganisms or hydrolases capable of degrading PET through computational and machine learning algorithms.Consequently,this review provides a roadmap for advancing PET recycling and upcycling technologies,which hold the potential to shape the future of PET waste management and contribute to the preservation of our ecosystems.

文摘Background:Clarithromycin exerts an immunomodulatory role in several human diseases.However,whether this effect improves the prognosis in patients with sepsis remains controversial,and higher levels of clinical evidence are urgently needed.To the best of our knowledge,no meta-analysis to date has reported the clinical efficacy and safety of clarithromycin in sepsis.Methods:A comprehensive literature search of PubMed,EMBASE,and the Cochrane Library was conducted up to December 31,2022.Only randomized controlled trials comparing the clinical efficacy and safety of clarithromycin with controls among patients with sepsis or septic shock were included.Data were pooled by applying a fixed-effects model and a relative risk(RR)estimate with 95%confidence intervals(CIs)using Review Manager(version 5.3;Cochrane Collaboration,Copenhagen,Denmark).Results:Three randomized controlled trials involving a total of 910 patients were included.The pooled results confirmed that clarithromycin had no beneficial effect on progression to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(RR:1.51;95%CI:1.02-2.25;P=0.04;I^(2)=0%),28-day mortality(RR:1.09;95%CI:0.87-1.36;P=0.46;I^(2)=0%),and 90-day mortality(RR:0.86;95%CI:0.71-1.03;P=0.10;I^(2)=81%)in patients with sepsis or septic shock.Moreover,there was no difference in other serious adverse events between patients who received clarithromycin and those in the control group(RR:1.02;95%CI:0.87-1.19;P=0.83;I^(2)=18%).Conclusion:Our meta-analysis did not reveal an improvement to short-term outcomes in patients with sepsis treated with clarithromycin.However,administration of clarithromycin did not increase the risk of adverse events.

文摘The increase of oil spill accidents has made significant impacts on life, property and the environment. Facing ever-increasing risk of disaster losses, how to cope with and response to large scale oil spill disaster effectively is becoming more and more important. And it is extremely onerous and arduous to develop a highly capable assessment technique to evaluate the effectiveness of emergency re- sponse system (ERS) for oil spill. An ERS for oil spill is a complex and dynamic system comprising a number of elements, one of which fails to accomplish its function would result in potential adverse im- pacts on the whole system. Evaluating the effectiveness of the system requires the consideration of all failures identified in the system simultaneously. Aims to propose a decision-making framework, this paper uses failure mode effect and criticality analysis (FMECA) to evaluate the effectiveness of ERS to make improvements in oil spill emergency management. It is achieved by analysing the components and bounds of the system, identification of generic failure modes which are considered as key factors of ERS for oil spill. And lastly a case study is demonstrated to validate the methodology framework.

文摘In this paper the authors derive regular criteria in Lorentz spaces for LerayHopf weak solutions v of the three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations based on the formal equivalence relationπ≌|v|^(2),whereπdenotes the fluid pressure and v denotes the fluid velocity.It is called the mixed pressure-velocity problem(the P-V problem for short).It is shown that if(π/(e-^|(x)|^(2)+|v|^(θ)∈L^(p)(0,T;L^(q,∞)),where 0≤θ≤1 and 2/p+3/q=2-θ,then v is regular on(0,T].Note that,ifΩ,is periodic,e^(-|x|)^(2) may be replaced by a positive constant.This result improves a 2018 statement obtained by one of the authors.Furthermore,as an integral part of the contribution,the authors give an overview on the known results on the P-V problem,and also on two main techniques used by many authors to establish sufficient conditions for regularity of the so-called Ladyzhenskaya-Prodi-Serrin(L-P-S for short)type.
文摘Background and Aims:Fibroblast growth factor(FGF)19 has been implicated in the pathogenesis of murine hepatocellular carcinoma.Whether it plays a role in the development or course of human cholangiocarcinoma remains to be determined.The aim of this study was to determine whether prolonged exposure to FGF19 results in the transformation of non-malignant human cholangiocytes into cells with malignant features.Methods:Human SV-40 transfected non-malignant H69 cholangiocytes were cultured with FGF19(0-50 ng/mL)for 6 weeks,followed by 6 weeks with medium alone.Cell proliferation,invasion,stem cell surface markers,oncofetoprotein expression,state of differentiation,epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)and interleukin(IL)-6 expression were documented at various time intervals throughout the 12-week period.Results:FGF19 exposure was associated with significant increases in cell proliferation,de-differentiation,EMT and IL-6 expression.However,each of these effects returned to baseline or control values during the 6-week FGF19 free follow-up period.The remaining cell properties remained unaltered.Conclusions:Six weeks of FGF19 exposure did not result in the acquisition of permanent malignant features in non-malignant,human cholangiocytes.

文摘This paper analyzes the power consumption and delay mechanisms of the successive-approximation (SA) logic of a typical asynchronous SAR ADC, and provides strategies to reduce both of them. Following these strategies, a unique direct-pass SA logic is proposed based on a full-swing once-triggered DFF and a self-locking tri-state gate. The unnecessary internal switching power of a typical TSPC DFF, which is commonly used in the SA logic, is avoided. The delay of the ready detector as well as the sequencer is removed from the critical path. A prototype SAR ADC based on the proposed SA logic is fabricated in 130 nm CMOS. It achieves a peak SNDR of 56.3 dB at 1.2 V supply and 65 MS/s sampling rate, and has a total power consumption of 555 μW, while the digital part consumes only 203μW.

文摘This paper is a continuation of the authors recent work[Beirao da Veiga,H.and Yang,J.,On mixed pressure-velocity regularity criteria to the Navier-Stokes equations in Lorentz spaces,Chin.Ann.Math.,42(1),2021,1-16],in which mixed pressure-velocity criteria in Lorentz spaces for Leray-Hopf weak solutions of the three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations,in the whole space R^(3) and in the periodic torus T^(3),are established.The purpose of the present work is to extend the result of mentioned above to smooth,bounded domains Ω,under the non-slip boundary condition.Let π denote the fluid pressure and v the fluid velocity.It is shown that if π/(1+|v|^(θ))∈L^(p)(0,T;L^(q,∞)(Ω)),where 0≤θ≤1,and 2/p+3/q=2-θwith p≥2,then v is regular on Ω×(0,T].

文摘Topologically associating domain(TAD)reorganization commonly occurs in the cell nucleus and contributes to gene activation and inhibition through the separation or fusion of adjacent TADs.However,functional genes impacted by TAD alteration and the underlying mechanism of TAD reorganization regulating gene transcription remain to be fully elucidated.Here,we first developed a novel approach termed Inter3D to specifically identify genes regulated by TAD reorganization.Our study revealed that the segregation of TADs led to the disruption of intrachromosomal looping at the myosin light chain 12B(MYL12B)locus,via the meticulous reorganization of TADs mediating epigenomic landscapes within tumor cells,thereby exhibiting a significant correlation with the down-regulation of its transcriptional activity.Conversely,the fusion of TADs facilitated intrachromosomal interactions,suggesting a potential association with the activation of cytochrome P450 family 27 subfamily B member 1(CYP27B1).Our study provides comprehensive insight into the capture of TAD rearrangement-mediated gene loci and moves toward understanding the functional role of TAD reorganization in gene transcription.The Inter3D pipeline developed in this study is freely available at https://github.com/bm2-lab/inter3D and https://ngdc.cncb.ac.cn/biocode/tool/BT7399.
