采用微波辐照市售可膨胀石墨制备膨胀石墨(EG),通过EG-聚氯乙烯(PVC)、EG-PVC-氯化聚乙烯(CPE)和EG-PVC-聚氨酯热塑性弹性体(TPU)等的固相剪切共碾磨(S3M)制备了EG/PVC,EG/PVC-CPE和EG-PVC-TPU复合粉体,进一步模压成型得到EG/PVC,类石墨... 采用微波辐照市售可膨胀石墨制备膨胀石墨(EG),通过EG-聚氯乙烯(PVC)、EG-PVC-氯化聚乙烯(CPE)和EG-PVC-聚氨酯热塑性弹性体(TPU)等的固相剪切共碾磨(S3M)制备了EG/PVC,EG/PVC-CPE和EG-PVC-TPU复合粉体,进一步模压成型得到EG/PVC,类石墨烯/PVC/CPE和石墨烯-PVC-TPU复合材料。用粒度分析、扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射和原子力显微镜等手段表征了复合粉体及其复合材料的结构与性能。结果表明,S3M实现了体系的粉碎、分散和EG与PVC的纳米复合;CPE和TPU的加入实现了EG的进一步剥层,使石墨片层的厚度达到1~5层,达到了少层石墨烯水平,实现了EG石墨烯化的目标。当EG质量分数在3%时,类石墨烯/PVC-CPE复合材料电导率呈指数上升,提高了8个数量级;当EG质量分数超过4%时,电导率再次激增,出现第2次逾渗现象;在5%时,电导率达0.22 s/m,表现出良好的导热、抗静电和电磁屏蔽功能。石墨烯/PVC-TPU纳米复合材料的电导率变化与类石墨烯/PVC-CPE复合材料类似,而且导热、抗静电和电磁屏蔽性能更好。 展开更多

利用已经成功制备的N-十六烷基马来酰胺酸根合镧(Ⅲ)配合物(LaL3)作为聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定剂,通过热重分析、热重-红外联用技术和热动力学分析方法对LaL3热稳定PVC的作用机理进行了分析研究。结果表明,添加LaL3前后PVC样品热解过程及气... 利用已经成功制备的N-十六烷基马来酰胺酸根合镧(Ⅲ)配合物(LaL3)作为聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定剂,通过热重分析、热重-红外联用技术和热动力学分析方法对LaL3热稳定PVC的作用机理进行了分析研究。结果表明,添加LaL3前后PVC样品热解过程及气体释放顺序不变;但LaL3的添加会延迟并减少HCl及氯代烃气体的产生,并且有一定量的酰氯类物质生成,从而证明了LaL3可稳定PVC长链中的活泼Cl原子。LaL3对HCl气体有一定的吸收作用,使HCl气体的析出量明显减少;LaL3还可以与PVC降解生成的顺式共轭二烯通过Diels-Alder反应遏制共轭多烯结构的生成。LaL3可改变PVC热氧化脱氯化氢反应机理,Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法计算表明,LaL3使其活化能从纯PVC的107.7 kJ/mol提高到130.6 kJ/mol;MacCallum-tanner法计算表明,LaL3使PVC热氧化脱氯化氢反应动力学方程由一级反应的f(α)=1-α转化为二级反应的f(α)=(1-α)2,活化能也由纯PVC的97.41 kJ/mol大幅提升到132.9 kJ/mol。 展开更多

Then it compares AO-SLO with conventional imaging methods(fundus fluorescein angiography, fundus autofluorescence, indocyanine green angiography and optical coherence tomography) and other AO techniques(adaptive optics flood-illumination ophthalmoscopy and adaptive optics optical coherence tomography). Furthermore, an update of current research situation in AO-SLO is made based on different fundus structures as photoreceptors(cones and rods), fundus vessels, retinal pigment epithelium layer, retinal nerve fiber layer, ganglion cell layer and lamina cribrosa. A simple chemical-etching approach is used to prepare the silicon carbide quantum dots (QDs). The raw materials of silicon carbide (SiC) with homogeneous nanoparticles fabricated via self-propagating combustion synthesis are corroded in mixture etchants of nitric and hydrofluoric acid. After sonication and chromatography in the ultra-gravity field for the etched products, aqueous solution with QDs can be obtained. The microstructure evolution of raw particles and optical properties of QDs were measured. Different organophilic groups on the surface like carboxyl, oxygroup, and hyfroxy were produced in the process of etching. Fluorescent labeling and imaging for living cells of Aureobasidium pulluans were investigated. The results indicated that SiC QDs were not cytotoxic and could stably label due to the conjugation between organophilic groups of QDs and specific protein of cells, it can be utilized for fluorescent imaging and tracking cells with in vivo and long-term-distance. Moreover, mechanism and specificity of mark were also analyzed. 展开更多

Research on the Mechanism of Epithelial Cell Exfoliation in Bladders of Prenatal and Postnatal Mice

[Objective] This research aimed at studying the mechanism of the occurrence of epithelial cell loss in bladders of prenatal and postnatal mice. [Method] Bladder epithelia of 1-2-day-old newborn Kunming mice and mice at later period of embryonic development were acquired, and paraffin sections of such epithelia were then made for Mallory's coloration and ordinary optical microscopic observation. The acquired bladder epithelia were made into frozen sections, which were then colored by DAPI and labeled in situ by Terminal-deoxynucleoitidyl Transferase Mediated Nick End Labeling(TUNEL) for fluorescent microscopic observation. DNA electrophoresis and TUNEL in situ labeling were conducted on the acquired urine exfoliated cells. [Result] The results showed that the complete three layers of cells occurred in 20-day-old mouse embryos, whereas no superficial cells resided in the bladder epithelia of newborn mice and no cells exfoliating were observed. Cells exfoliating from the bladder epithelia of newborn mice were observed, and they exhibited the phenomenon of apoptosis. There were apoptosis existed in the urine cells of newborn mice. [Conclusion] Therefore, the results showed that a few days before and after their birth, mice witnessed the process of cell exfoliation in their bladder epithelia and the exfoliated cells showed typical characteristics of apoptosis. 展开更多

Objectives:To investigate the underlying mechanisms of scalp acupuncture treatment(SAT)on autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods:Thirty male Wistar rat pups that had been prenatally exposed to valproic acid sodium(VPA)were randomly divided into the VPA,VPA+acupoint,and VPA+non-acupoint groups using the random number table method,with 10 rats in each group.Ten pups who had been prenatally exposed to saline were assigned to the control group(CG).There was no intervention in either the control or VPA groups.In the acupoint group,"Shenting(GV24),"bilateral"Benshen(GB13)"were manipulated.In the non-acupoint group,the area below the costal space was stimulated.Acupuncture stimulation lasted for 40 min,with manual twisting of the needles every 10 min,5 days/week,with 2 days of rest per week,for a total duration of 4 weeks.After the corresponding treatments,behavioral tests(including the open field,social interaction,and Morris water maze tests)were performed to evaluate the therapeutic effects.RT-PCR and Western blotting were performed to detect the expression of neuregulin 1(NRG1)/ErbB4.Results:In the open field test,the activity time spent in the central area in the VPA+acupoint group was significantly longer than that in the VPA group and VPA+non-acupoint group(both P<0.05).The total length in the VPA+acupoint group was significantly longer than that in the VPA group(P<0.05).The number of bouts in the central area of the VPA+acupoint group was significantly higher than that of the VPA group(P<0.05).In session I of social interaction test,all experimental rats spent more time interacting with stranger 1(all P<0.05).In session Il,the CG and VPA+acupoint groups rats showed more interest in searching for new strangers,but the VPA+non-acupoint group spent more time interacting with stranger 1 than with stranger 2(all P<0.05).In the Morris water maze test,compared with the VPA group,the latency of the VPA+acupoint group was shorter(day 2,3,4,5,P<0.05);compared with VPA+acupoint group,the latency of the VPA+non-acupoint group was longer(day 2,4,P<0.05).The mean distance in the VPA+acupoint group was shorter than that in the VPA group(day 3,5,P<0.05).The platform quadrant time of the VPA+non-acupoint group was significantly shorter than that of the VPA+acupoint group(P<0.05)(day 6).The VPA+acupoint group had more platform crossings than the VPA group(P<0.05),and the VPA+non-acupoint group had fewer platform crossings than the VPA+acupoint group(P<0.05)(day 6).After SAT,the expression levels of NRG1 and ErbB4 proteins in the VPA+acupoint group were significantly increased than those in the VPA group(both P<0.05)in the medial prefrontal cortex(mPFC).The expression levels of NRG1 and ErbB4 proteins in VPA+non-acupoint group were significantly less than those in the VPA+acupoint group(both P<0.05)in the mPFC.After SAT,the expression levels of NRG1 and ErbB4 proteins in the VPA+acupoint group were significantly higher than those in the VPA group(both P<0.05)in the hippocampus.The expression levels of NRG1 and ErbB4 proteins in the VPA+nonacupoint group were significantly lower than those in the VPA+acupoint group(both P<0.05)in the hippocampus.After SAT,the expression levels of mRNA levels of NRG1-ErbB4 in the mPFC and hippocampus in VPA+acupoint group were significantly higher than those in the VPA group(all P<0.05).The mRNA expression levels of NRG1-ErbB4 in the mPFC and hippocampus in VPA+non-acupoint group were significantly lower than those in the VPA+acupoint group(all P<0.05).Conclusions:Our results suggest that SAT can improve ASD-like behaviors in young rats in a VPA model of ASD.This may be related to its function in upregulating the expression of protein and gene of NRG1 and its receptor ErbB4 in the mPFC. 展开更多

Currently, the primary therapeutic strategy for most growth hormone-producing pituitary adenomas(GHPA) is surgery. Due to the invasiveness of GHPA, high recurrence has limited the benefit of complete adenoma removal surgery. Epidermal growth factor-like domain 7(EGFL7) is a secreted factor implicated in tumor angiogenesis, growth, invasiveness and metastasis in GHPA. Herein, we observed that the expression level of EGFL7 and p-EGFR in invasive GHPAwas much higher than that of non-invasive GHPA. The overexpression of EGFL7 was positively correlated with activation of EGFR(p-EGFR). Noticeably, EGFL7 knockdown significantly inhibited activation of EGFR signaling cascades, including p-ERGR, p-AKT and p-ERK. Further studies showed that EGFL7 knockdown or pharmacological inhibition of EGFR-pathway, using EGFR inhibitor Tyrphostin AG-1478, significantly suppressed migration and invasion of GH3 and GT1-1 cells. In summary, our findings suggest that EGFL7 is a key factor for regulation of EGFR signaling pathway and plays an important role in migration and invasion of invasive GHPA. 展开更多

Silage maize(Zea mays L.) is one of the most important forages in the world, and its yield and quality properties are critical parameters for livestock production and assessment of forage values. However, relationships between its yield and quality properties and the controlling factors are not well documented. In this study, we collected 5,663 observations from 196 publications across the country to identify the relationships between yield and quality properties of silage maize and to assess the impact of management practices and climatic factors on its yield and quality in China. The average dry matter yield of silage maize was(19.98±6.93) Mg ha^(-1), and the average value of crude protein, ether extract, crude ash, crude fiber, acid detergent fiber, neutral detergent fiber, nitrogen-free extract, and relative feed value was 7.86%±1.71%, 2.53%±1.01%, 5.05%±1.66%,23.97%±6.34%, 27.62%±7.12%, 51.60%±9.85%, 59.68%±7.72%, and 131.17±31.49, respectively. In general, its nutritive value decreased as its yield increased. Increasing planting density could increase the yield but inhibit the nutritive values, while increasing fertilization could benefit the nutritive values. Geographically, the yield increased and the nutritive value decreased from warm(south) to cold(north) regions. The length of growth duration was a major controlling factor for the patterns of these properties. Our findings provide insights for police-makers to make strategy for achieving high yield and good quality of silage maize and help local people to implement better management practices. 展开更多

To identify novel naturally occurring inhibitors, a bioactivity-guided phytochemical research was performed on the pu-erh tea. One new flavanol, named(–)-epicatechin-3-O-(Z)-coumarate(1), and 16 known analogs(2–17) were isolated from the aqueous extract of the pu-erh tea. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic and chemical methods. Furthermore, the water extract of pu-erh tea and its fractions exhibited inhibitory activities against α-glucosidases and lipases in vitro;compound 15 showed moderate inhibitory effect against sucrase with an IC_(50) value of 32.5 μmol/L and significant inhibitory effect against maltase with an IC_(50) value of 1.3 μmol/L. Compounds 8, 10, 11 and15 displayed moderate activity against a lipase with IC_(50) values of 16.0, 13.6, 19.8, and 13.3 μmol/L,respectively. 展开更多

The existing attribute reductions are carried out using equivalence relations under a complete information system,and there is less research on attribute reductions of incomplete information systems with new theoretical models such as multi-granularity decision rough sets.To address the above shortcomings,this paper first makes up a pessimistic-optimistic multi-granularity decision rough set model based on tolerance relations in incomplete information systems.The concepts of attribute importance and approximate distribution quality are introduced into the model to form an attribute reduction algorithm under incomplete information systems.Secondly,due to the NPhard problem of attribute reduction,in order to further ensure the accuracy of the reduction result,this paper proposes a pessimistic-optimistic multi-granularity reduction algorithm under quantum particle swarm optimization.Experimental results on multipleattribute data proved that the algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively attribute reduction in the decision table with missing data.At the same time,the algorithm of this paper has the role of iterative optimization search,ensuring the accuracy of the reduction results and increasing the applicability of multi-granularity decision rough sets. 展开更多

A series of novel naphthalimide-derived metronidazoles as new type of antimicrobial agents were for the first time designed, synthesized and characterized by NMR, IR and HRMS spectra. Experimental results revealed that most of them displayed moderate to good antibacterial activity towards Gram-positive and negative bacteria. Especially, compound 7b was able to not only exhibit effective inhibition towards the growth of P. vulgaris(MIC = 0.002 mmol/m L) and S. dysenteriae(MIC = 0.01 mmol/m L), but also have rapidly killing effect and prevent the development of bacterial resistance. Further research revealed that the highly active molecule 7b could not only intercalate into calf thymus DNA to form a steady supramolecular complex and thus might block DNA replication to exert the powerful bioactivities, but also be effectively transported by human serum albumin(HSA) via the formation of the 1:1supramolecular complex, in which hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic effect played important roles in the association of compound 7b with HSA.
