To enhance flow stability and reduce hydrodynamic noise caused by fluctuating pressure,a quasiperiodic elastic support skin composed of flexible walls and elastic support elements is proposed for fluid noise reduction.The arrangement of the elastic support element is determined by the equivalent periodic distance and quasi-periodic coefficient.In this paper,a dynamic model of skin in a fluid environment is established.The influence of equivalent periodic distance and quasi-periodic coefficient on flow stability is investigated.The results suggest that arranging the elastic support elements in accordance with the quasi-periodic law can effectively enhance flow stability.Meanwhile,the hydrodynamic noise calculation results demonstrate that the skin exhibits excellent noise reduction performance,with reductions of 10 dB in the streamwise direction,11 dB in the spanwise direction,and 10 dB in the normal direction.The results also demonstrate that the stability analysis method can serve as a diagnostic tool for flow fields and guide the design of noise reduction structures. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus(FT1DM)that occurs during pregnancy or the perinatal period is known as pregnancy-related FT1DM(PF),always without history of abnormal glucose metabolism.Here,we present four patients who developed FT1DM during treatment but were first diagnosed with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).CASE SUMMARY The clinical data of four patients with GDM combined with FT1DM admitted to our hospital between July 2018 and April 2021 were collected,and the patients and their infants were followed up.All patients were diagnosed with GDM during the second trimester and were treated.The blood glucose level elevated suddenly during the third trimester and then were diagnosed with FT1DM.Two patients had an insulin allergy,and two had symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection before onset.One patient developed ketoacidosis,and three developed ketosis.Two patients had cesarean section deliveries,and two had vaginal deliveries.The growth and development of the infants were normal.C-peptide levels were lower than those at onset,suggesting progressive impairment of islet function.The frequencies of the DRB109:01,DQB103:03,DQA103:02,DPA101:03,DPA102:02,DPB105:01,DRB401:03,G 01:01,and G 01:04 human leukocyte antigen(HLA)-G alleles were high in the present study.CONCLUSION In comparison with pregnancy-associated FT1DM(PF),patients with GDM combined with FT1DM had an older age of onset,higher body mass index,slower onset,fewer prodromal symptoms,and less acidosis.The pathogenesis may be due to various factors affecting the already fragileβ-cells of GDM patients with genetically susceptible class II HLA genotypes.We speculate that GDM combined with FT1DM during pregnancy,referred to as“double diabetes,”is a subtype of PF with its own unique characteristics that should be investigated further. 展开更多

高温热浪对大连市城市热岛变化特征影响分析

高温热浪(heat wave, HW)事件频发加剧城市热岛(urban heat island, UHI)的负面影响,因此探究HW时期不同生长季UHI变化特征的差异对居民应对城市热胁迫具有重要意义。本文基于大连市主城区2018年和2019年生长季前中后期Landsat 8数据,... 高温热浪(heat wave, HW)事件频发加剧城市热岛(urban heat island, UHI)的负面影响,因此探究HW时期不同生长季UHI变化特征的差异对居民应对城市热胁迫具有重要意义。本文基于大连市主城区2018年和2019年生长季前中后期Landsat 8数据,对比分析热浪与非热浪(non-heat wave, NHW)期间UHI的差异,结合归一化植被指数(normalized difference vegetation index,NDVI)和归一化建筑指数(normalized difference build-up index,NDBI)进一步定量探讨地表覆被类型与城市热岛效应的关系。结果表明:(1)相比非热浪年,热浪年在生长季内均表现出明显的增温趋势,生长季中期地表温度(land surface temperature,LST)标准差降低了0.3℃,说明2019年LST离散程度减小,LST变化趋于稳定。(2)HW对UHI的影响总体呈现出较为明显的促进作用。时间上,HW对应生长季中期热岛强度较NHW显著增强,较强热岛和弱热岛面积占比从非热浪年的12.8%和17.7%增长至热浪年的27.3%和21.2%;空间上,中心城区热岛强度最强,呈现由中心城区向周围扩散的趋势。(3)HW和NHW生长季内UHI与NDVI、NDBI存在明显相关关系(P<0.05)。UHI与NDVI呈负相关关系,与NDBI呈正相关关系。生长季前期和后期,UHI主要受到NDVI和NDBI的共同影响,而在生长季中期,2018年UHI不仅受到NDVI和NDBI的影响,还受到高温热浪的影响。研究结果可为城市居民缓解城市热胁迫提供有效的科学支持和理论依据。 展开更多

壁画制作工艺和材料光谱分析——以北京延庆花盆关帝庙壁画为例

光谱学是利用光与物质的相互作用,展示物质微观结构,提供不同化学分析方式,从而实现对物质的定量和定性分析。壁画制作工艺分析中运用了大量的光谱分析技术,该研究以北京延庆花盆关帝庙为例,通过光谱及其他技术分析壁画的制作材料和工... 光谱学是利用光与物质的相互作用,展示物质微观结构,提供不同化学分析方式,从而实现对物质的定量和定性分析。壁画制作工艺分析中运用了大量的光谱分析技术,该研究以北京延庆花盆关帝庙为例,通过光谱及其他技术分析壁画的制作材料和工艺。花盆关帝庙位于北京延庆区花盆村,始建于清雍正四年(1726年),是当时祭祀的重要场所,也是延庆地区关帝庙的典型代表之一。运用X射线衍射、拉曼光谱和激光粒度分析仪等一系列光谱技术发现关帝庙壁画的地仗层成分为石英、方解石和钠长石,白粉层成分为石膏,颜料层中红色颜料为铁红、铅丹和朱砂,蓝色颜色为蓝铜矿,黄色颜色为铬黄,黑色颜色为炭黑,白色颜料为石膏,绿色颜色为巴黎绿、绿土和铬绿。沥粉贴金工艺的胶结物为熟桐油和松香树脂,金箔采用含金量86.1%的赤金。拉曼光谱不仅可以辨析壁画颜料,还能通过颜料历史研究佐证和丰富壁画修复历史信息。结合文物光谱分析数据与文献资料,充分挖掘文物背后的信息,对研究和保护古代壁画有着重要意义。通过花盆关帝庙壁画同面墙不同位置的壁画地仗层制作工艺的差异,说明壁画制作材料和工艺受位置影响。期待日后研究者通过研究壁画制作材料和工艺差异,发现符合规制的典型壁画案例,通过梳理壁画不同位置制作材料与工艺,总结历代壁画制作规制。 展开更多

纤维滑溜水携砂技术研究及应用

体积压裂是非常规油气提高压后产量的有效手段,为降低储层和人工裂缝的伤害,体积压裂主体采用低黏滑溜水携砂,携砂距离受限,储量动用范围小。文章首次提出纤维临界结构浓度,即纤维形成的网络结构可让支撑剂沉降速度快速降低时对应的纤... 体积压裂是非常规油气提高压后产量的有效手段,为降低储层和人工裂缝的伤害,体积压裂主体采用低黏滑溜水携砂,携砂距离受限,储量动用范围小。文章首次提出纤维临界结构浓度,即纤维形成的网络结构可让支撑剂沉降速度快速降低时对应的纤维浓度。低黏滑溜水中,加入纤维对液体黏度无明显影响;静态悬砂实验对比了纤维长度、支撑剂浓度对纤维临界结构浓度的影响,长度9、6、3 mm的纤维,其临界结构浓度分别为0.2%、0.4%、0.6%,支撑剂浓度对纤维临界结构浓度无影响。采用平板可视化实验装置,纤维加量0.3%,对比长度6 mm与3 mm纤维的动态携砂性能,6 mm纤维携砂性能较3 mm提升50%以上。在天然裂缝发育的页岩气井21-X井应用,全程低黏滑溜水纤维携砂,纤维加量0.2%~0.3%,施工压力平稳,有效降低天然裂缝段加砂难度,测试日产气量15.78×10^(4)m^(3)(压力45 MPa),生产524 d,单位压降采气量是地质条件相当的21-Y井的2.43倍。纤维滑溜水携砂技术在页岩气推广应用7口井,平均单井压后产量较地质相当的邻井平均提升20%,实验和现场应用表明,纤维滑溜水携砂可提高支撑剂输送距离和稳产能力,是页岩气井增产的有效手段。 展开更多

随着2014年国家环保部首次提出了“最小生态安全距离”的概念,城市内部与城市间的生态安全逐渐受到社会重视,而且基于热环境的最小生态安全距离也逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。基于热环境视角下最小生态安全距离的实质内涵,结合遥感影像、... 随着2014年国家环保部首次提出了“最小生态安全距离”的概念,城市内部与城市间的生态安全逐渐受到社会重视,而且基于热环境的最小生态安全距离也逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。基于热环境视角下最小生态安全距离的实质内涵,结合遥感影像、行政边界、建成区边界,利用高斯混合模型及热岛信号函数,对 2013 年至 2016 年大连市北三市的热岛面积及最小生态安全距离进行测算。研究表明,2013年至2016年间,大连市北三市的城市热岛总面积已由694.10km^2扩张到1864.30km^2。同时,普兰店市与瓦房店市之间的最小生态安全距离由 8.70 km 衰减至-3.10 km,热环境出现叠加情况,相对危险。而普兰店市与庄河市之间的最小生态安全距离,由 73.47 km 衰减至 58.24 km,热环境未出现叠加情况,相对安全。总体上呈现出城市热岛面积逐渐扩张趋势,城市间最小生态安全距离逐渐衰减的趋势。 展开更多

针对非重叠多摄像头下的行人重识别(Re-ID)易受到光照、姿势及遮挡等影响和实验过程中存在图像错误匹配的情况,提出一种基于孪生网络和重排序的行人重识别方法。首先,给定一对行人训练图像,孪生网络可以同时学习一个具有辨别力的卷积神... 针对非重叠多摄像头下的行人重识别(Re-ID)易受到光照、姿势及遮挡等影响和实验过程中存在图像错误匹配的情况,提出一种基于孪生网络和重排序的行人重识别方法。首先,给定一对行人训练图像,孪生网络可以同时学习一个具有辨别力的卷积神经网络(CNN)特征和相似性度量,并预测两个输入图像的行人身份以及判断它们是否属于同一个行人;然后,通过k互近邻方法来降低图像错误匹配的情况;最后,将欧氏距离和杰卡德距离加权来对排序表进行重排序。在数据集Market1501和CUHK03上进行多次实验,实验结果显示在Market1501上Single Query情况下在图库中第一次就成功匹配的概率(Rank1)达到83.44%,平均精度均值(mAP)为68.75%,在CUHK03上singleshot情况下Rank1达到85.56%,mAP为88.32%,明显高于传统的基于特征表示和度量学习的方法。 展开更多

目的研究骨髓间充质干细胞来源外泌体(exosomes derived from bone mesenchymal stem cells,BMSCs-Exo)对脓毒症相关急性肾损伤体外模型的作用。方法利用超速离心法提取骨髓间充质干细胞分泌的外泌体,通过透射电镜、纳米颗粒跟踪分析及W... 目的研究骨髓间充质干细胞来源外泌体(exosomes derived from bone mesenchymal stem cells,BMSCs-Exo)对脓毒症相关急性肾损伤体外模型的作用。方法利用超速离心法提取骨髓间充质干细胞分泌的外泌体,通过透射电镜、纳米颗粒跟踪分析及Western印迹法鉴定外泌体。用脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)处理人肾小管上皮细胞(HK-2)建立脓毒症相关急性肾损伤(sepsis-induced acute kidney injury,SAKI)细胞模型,将细胞分为对照组(CON组)、脂多糖组(LPS组)和脂多糖+外泌体组(LPS+EXO组)。CCK-8法检测各组细胞活性、流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率,应用Western印迹法检测细胞凋亡相关蛋白cleaved-Caspase3、Bax和bcl2水平,采用qRT-PCR检测炎性因子TNF-α、IL-6和IL-1βmRNA水平。结果应用LPS处理HK-2细胞成功构建了SAKI细胞模型。LPS组中,HK-2细胞经LPS(100μg/mL)处理后细胞活性和抗凋亡蛋白bcl2表达明显下降(P<0.05),而细胞凋亡率和凋亡蛋白cleaved-Caspase3、Bax表达水平显著上升(P<0.01),同时炎性指标TNF-α、IL-6和IL-1βmRNA表达上调(P<0.01)。LPS+EXO组中,BMSCs-Exo逆转了LPS对HK-2细胞的作用,细胞活性升高、凋亡蛋白cleaved-Caspase3以及Bax下降和抗凋亡蛋白bcl2升高(P<0.05),同时还下调了炎性因子(TNF-α、IL-6和IL-1β)mRNA表达水平(P<0.05)。结论BMSCs-Exo在LPS诱导的SAKI体外模型中发挥抗炎和抗凋亡的保护作用,为未来临床利用BMSCs-Exo治疗SAKI提供理论基础。 展开更多

水稻是重要粮食作物之一,水稻田灌溉导致其下垫面性质独特,具有"冷湿效应",进而直接影响区域气候。基于Landsat8 TIRS热红外遥感数据反演地表温度,刻画三江平原水田种植核心区的热环境空间格局,以景观生态学格局-过程理论为视... 水稻是重要粮食作物之一,水稻田灌溉导致其下垫面性质独特,具有"冷湿效应",进而直接影响区域气候。基于Landsat8 TIRS热红外遥感数据反演地表温度,刻画三江平原水田种植核心区的热环境空间格局,以景观生态学格局-过程理论为视角,量化水田景观格局对水田内部地表温度分异的影响,以及对周边区域热环境的影响范围及幅度。结果表明:(1)与水田、旱田空间分布相对应,研究区地表温度具有空间极化特点,水田与旱田平均地表温差为-7.8℃。(2)水田内部的平均地表温度与水田斑块大小、连通性呈负相关,与形状呈正相关。(3)水田对周边降温距离为60—300m,降温幅度为0.05—9.7℃。其中,水田内部温度场对降温距离和幅度的影响最大,呈负相关;水田斑块大小、内部连通性与降温距离及幅度之间为正向相关,而水田形状的影响最弱。研究从水田与周边地表热环境交互影响的角度,强调了物质、能量横向传输的非线性过程在农田灌溉的气候效应研究中的重要作用。 展开更多

Aqueous zinc ion batteries show prospects for next-generation renewable energy storage devices.However,the practical applications have been limited by the issues derived from Zn anode.As one of serious problems,Zn dendrite growth caused from the uncontrollable Zn deposition is unfavorable.Herein,with the aim to regulate Zn deposition,an artificial solid–electrolyte interface is subtly engineered with a perovskite type material,BaTiO3,which can be polarized,and its polarization could be switched under the external electric field.Resulting from the aligned dipole in BaTiO3 layer,zinc ions could move in order during cycling process.Regulated Zn migration at the anode/electrolyte interface contributes to the even Zn stripping/plating and confined Zn dendrite growth.As a result,the reversible Zn plating/stripping processes for over 2000 h have been achieved at 1 mA cm^(−2) with capacity of 1 mAh cm−2.Furthermore,this anode endowing the electric dipoles shows enhanced cycling stability for aqueous Zn-MnO2 batteries.The battery can deliver nearly 100%Coulombic efficiency at 2 Ag^(−1) after 300 cycles. 展开更多

Urban parks composed mostly of vegetation and water bodies can effectively mitigate the urban heat island effect. Many studies have investigated the cooling effects of urban parks; however, little attention has been given to park landscape structure. Based on landscape metrics, this study has explored the influences of the park landscape structure on its inner thermal environment, taking heavily urbanized Beijing Municipality in China as the study area. Three indices, including the percentage of landscape(PLAND), landscape shape index(LSI) and aggregation index(AI), were used to measure the composition and configuration characteristics of the landscape components inside the parks. The indices were calculated for five landscape types being interpreted from Quickbird images. Urban thermal conditions were measured using the land surface temperature(LST) derived from Landsat TM images. The results showed that the park LST had a negative relationship with the park size, but no significant relationship was found with park shape. For the park's interior landscape, however, the configuration and composition characteristics of the landscape components inside the park explained 70% of the park LST variance. The area percentage of water bodies and the aggregation index of woodland were identified as the key influencing characteristics. In addition, when the composition and configuration characteristics of the park landscape components were separately considered, the configuration characteristics(LSI and AI) explained approximately 54% of the variance in park LST, which was comparable with that explained by the composition characteristics(PLAND). Thus, this study suggested that an effective and practical way for urban cooling park design is the optimization of spatial configuration of landscape components inside the park. 展开更多

In the summer of 2012, the US Midwest, the most productive agricultural region in the world, experienced the most intense and widespread drought on record for the past hundred years. The 2012 drought, characterized as ‘flash drought’, developed in May with a rapid intensification afterwards, and peaked in mid-July. ~76% of crop region and 60% of grassland and pasture regions have been under moderate to severe dry conditions. This study used multiple lines of evidences, i.e., in-situ AmeriFlux measurements, spatial satellite observations, and scaled ecosystem modeling, to provide independent and complementary analysis on the impact of 2012 flash drought on the US Midwest vegetation greenness and photosynthesis carbon uptake. Three datasets consistently showed that 1) phenological activities of all biomes advanced 1–2 weeks earlier in 2012 compared to the other years of 2010–2014;2) the drought had a more severe impact on agroecosystems(crop and grassland) than on forests;3) the growth of crop and grassland was suppressed from June with significant reduction of vegetation index, sun-induced fluorescence(SIF) and gross primary production(GPP), and did not recover until the end of growing season. The modeling results showed that regional total GPP in 2012 was the lowest(1.76 Pg C/yr) during 2010–2014, and decreased by 63 Tg C compared with the other-year mean. Agroecosystems, accounting for 84% of regional GPP assimilation, were the most impacted by 2012 drought with total GPP reduction of 9%, 7%, 6%, and 29% for maize, soybean, cropland, and grassland, respectively. The frequency and severity of droughts have been predicted to increase in future. The results imply the importance to investigate the influences of flash droughts on vegetation productivity and terrestrial carbon cycling. 展开更多

In this work,a series of specimens was prepared by the casting method.Sharp cube-textured substrates were processed by heavy cold rolling and recrystallization annealing(i.e.,the rolling-assisted biaxially textured substrates(RABi TS) method).Both the rolling and the recrystallization texture in the alloy tapes were investigated by X-ray diffraction and electron back-scatter diffraction,respectively.The results showed that a strong copper-type deformation texture was obtained in the heavy cold-rolled substrate.In addition,the recrystallization annealing process was found to be very important for the texture transition in the Cu–Ni alloy substrates.The cube texture content in the Cu60 Ni40 alloy substrates reached 99.7%(≤10°) after optimization of the cold-rolling procedure and the recrystallizing heat-treatment process,whereas the content of low-angle grain boundaries(from 2° to 10° misorientation) in the substrate reached 95.1%. 展开更多

目的观察奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊对小儿慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡临床症状及血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法将慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患儿按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组。对照组给予盐酸雷尼替丁片联合阿莫西林、克拉霉素进行三联治疗,试验... 目的观察奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊对小儿慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡临床症状及血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法将慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患儿按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组。对照组给予盐酸雷尼替丁片联合阿莫西林、克拉霉素进行三联治疗,试验组给予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊联合阿莫西林、克拉霉素进行治疗。比较2组患儿的临床疗效、症状缓解时间,以及治疗前后血清胃动素(MOT)、胃泌素(GAS)和炎性因子[白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8]水平的变化。结果试验组与对照组各入组48例。治疗后,试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.74%(45例/48例)和85.42%(41例/48例),在统计学上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组和对照组的溃疡疼痛消失时间分别为(1.51±0.26)和(2.08±0.42)d,反酸消失时间分别为(2.29±0.40)和(2.93±0.33)d,烧灼感消失时间分别为(2.37±0.21)和(2.85±0.54)d,住院时间分别为(6.21±1.07)和(6.94±1.25)d,血清MOT水平分别为(298.48±35.15)和(273.58±31.25)pg·mL^(-l),GAS水平分别为(167.28±19.46)和(128.32±18.61)ng·L^(-l),IL-6水平分别为(58.67±5.39)和(76.14±6.63)mg·mL^(-l),IL-8水平分别为(50.08±5.16)和(58.68±5.49)mg·mL^(-l),在统计学上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组和对照组的总药物不良反应发生率分别为8.33%和12.50%,在统计学上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗小儿慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡,能够有效缓解各项临床症状,提高临床疗效,同时降低患儿体内的血清炎性因子水平,改善炎症情况,具有良好的应用效果。 展开更多

In 2020,an unexpectedly large outbreak of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic was reported in China's Mainland.As we known,the epidemic was caused by imported cases in other provinces of China except for Hubei in 2020.In this paper,we developed a differential equation model with tracing isolation strategy with close contacts of newly confirmed cases and discrete time imported cases,to perform assessment and risk analysis for COVID-19 outbreaks in Tianjin and Chongqing city.Firstly,the model behavior without imported cases was given.Then,the real-time regeneration number in Tianjin and Chongqing city revealed a trend of rapidly rising,and then falling fast.Finally,sensitivity analysis demonstrates that the earlier with Wuhan lock-down,the fewer cases in these two cities.One can obtain that the tracing isolation of close contacts of newly confirmed cases could effectively control the spread of the disease.But it is not sensitive for the more contact tracing isolation days on confirmed cases,the fewer cases.Our investigation model could be potentially helpful to provide model building technology for the transmission of COVID-19. 展开更多
