For large-scale in-service electric vehicles(EVs)that undergo potential maintenance,second-hand transactions,and retirement,it is crucial to rapidly evaluate the health status of their battery packs.However,existing m...For large-scale in-service electric vehicles(EVs)that undergo potential maintenance,second-hand transactions,and retirement,it is crucial to rapidly evaluate the health status of their battery packs.However,existing methods often rely on lengthy battery charging/discharging data or extensive training samples,which hinders their implementation in practical scenarios.To address this issue,a rapid health estimation method based on short-time charging data and limited labels for in-service battery packs is proposed in this paper.First,a digital twin of battery pack is established to emulate its dynamic behavior across various aging levels and inconsistency degrees.Then,increment capacity sequences(△Q)within a short voltage span are extracted from charging process to indicate battery health.Furthermore,data-driven models based on deep convolutional neural network(DCNN)are constructed to estimate battery state of health(SOH),where the synthetic data is employed to pre-train the models,and transfer learning strategies by using fine-tuning and domain adaptation are utilized to enhance the model adaptability.Finally,field data of 10 EVs exhibiting different SOHs are used to verify the proposed methods.By using the△Q with 100 m V voltage change,the SOH of battery packs can be accurately estimated with an error around 3.2%.展开更多
Analyzing and comparing the effects of labor-saving cultivation modes on photosynthesis,as well as studying their vertical canopy architecture,can improve the tree structure of high-quality and high-yield citrus and s...Analyzing and comparing the effects of labor-saving cultivation modes on photosynthesis,as well as studying their vertical canopy architecture,can improve the tree structure of high-quality and high-yield citrus and selection of labor-saving cultivation modes.The photosynthesis of 1080 leaves of two labor-saving cultivation modes(wide-row and narrow-plant mode and fenced mode)comparing with the traditional mode were measured,and nitrogen content of all leaves and photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency(PNUE)were determined.Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)-based light detection and ranging(LiDAR)data were used to assess the vertical architecture of three citrus cultivation modes.Results showed that for the wide-row and narrow-plant and traditional modes leaf photosynthetic CO_(2) assimilation rate,stomatal conductance,and transpiration rate of the upper layer were significantly higher than those of the middle layer,and values of the middle layer were markedly higher than those of the lower layer.In the fenced mode,a significant difference in photosynthetic factors between the upper and middle layers was not observed.A vertical canopy distribution had a more significant effect on PNUE in the traditional mode.Leaves in the fenced mode had distinct photosynthetic advantages and higher PNUE.UAV-based LiDAR data effectively revealed the differences in the vertical canopy architecture of citrus trees by enabling calculating the density and height percentile of the LiDAR point cloud.The point cloud densities of three cultivation modes were significantly different for all LiDAR density slices,especially at higher canopy heights.The labor-saving modes,particularly the fenced mode,had significantly higher height percentile data.展开更多
The pollutants in urban storm runoff,which lead to an non-point source contamination of water environment around cities,are of great concerns.The distributions of typical contaminants and the variations of their speci...The pollutants in urban storm runoff,which lead to an non-point source contamination of water environment around cities,are of great concerns.The distributions of typical contaminants and the variations of their species in short term storm runoff from different land surfaces in Xiamen City were investigated.The concentrations of various contaminants,including organic matter,nutrients(i.e.,N and P) and heavy metals,were significantly higher in parking lot and road runoff than those in roof and lawn runoff.The early runoff samples from traffic road and parking lot contained much high total nitrogen(TN 6-19 mg/L) and total phosphorus(TP 1-3 mg/L).A large proportion(around 60%) of TN existed as total dissolved nitrogen(TDN) species in most runoff.The percentage of TDN and the percentage of total dissolved phosphorus remained relatively stable during the rain events and did not decrease as dramatically as TN and TP.In addition,only parking lot and road runoff were contaminated by heavy metals,and both Pb(25-120 μg/L) and Zn(0.1-1.2 mg/L) were major heavy metals contaminating both runoff.Soluble Pb and Zn were predominantly existed as labile complex species(50%-99%),which may be adsorbed onto the surfaces of suspended particles and could be easily released out when pH decreased.This would have the great impact to the environment.展开更多
Background The neuroimaging mechanism of major depressive episodes with mixed features(MMF)is not clear.Aims This study aimed to investigate the functional connectivity of the default mode network(DMN)subsystems among...Background The neuroimaging mechanism of major depressive episodes with mixed features(MMF)is not clear.Aims This study aimed to investigate the functional connectivity of the default mode network(DMN)subsystems among patients with MMF and patients with major depressive disorder without mixed features(MDD_(noMF)).Methods This study recruited 47 patients with MDD_(noMF)and 27 patients with MMF from Beijing Anding Hospital,Capital Medical University,between April 2021 and June 2022.Forty-five healthy controls(HCs)were recruited.All subjects underwent resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging scanning and clinical assessments.Intranetwork and internetwork functional connectity were computed in the DMN core subsystem,dorsal medial prefrontal cortex(dMPFC)subsystem and medial temporal lobe(MTL)subsystem.Analysis of covariance method was performed to compare the intranetwork and internetwork functional connectivity in the DMN subsystems among the MDD_(noMP)MMF and HC groups.Results The functional connectivity within the DMN core(F=6.32,P_(FDR)=0.008)and MTL subsystems(F=4.45,P_(FDR)=0.021)showed significant differences among the MDD_(noMP) MMF and HC groups.Compared with the HC group,the patients with MDD_(noMF) and MMF had increased functional connectivity within the DMN MTL subsystem,and the patients with MMF also showed increased functional connectivity within the DMN core subsystem.Meanwhile,compared with the MDD_(noMP) the patients with MMF had increased functional connectivity within the DMN core subsystem(mean difference(MDD_(noMF)-MMF)=-0.08,SE=0.04,p=0.048).However,no significant differences were found within the DMN dMPFC subsystem and all the internetwork functional connectivity.Conclusions Our results indicated abnormal functional connectivity patterns of DMN subsystems in patients with MMF,findings potentially beneficial to deepen our understanding of MMF's neural basis.展开更多

In this paper, we used the kolmogorov complexity model to analyze the CT images of the healthy liver and multiple daughter hydatid cysts. Before the complexity characteristic calculating, the image preprocessing methods had been used for image standardization. From the kolmogorov complexity model, complexity characteristic were calculated in order to quantify the complexity, between healthy liver and multiple daughter hydatid cysts. Then we use statistical method to analyze the complexity characteristic of those two types of images. Our preliminary results show that the complexity characteristic has statistically significant (p<0.05) to analyze these two types CT images, between the healthy liver and the multiple daughter hydatid cysts. Furthermore, the result leads us to the conclusion that the kolmogorov complexity model could use for analyze the hydatid disease and will also extend the analysis the other lesions of liver.展开更多
To the Editor:Although reports of neonatal upper airway obstruction in patients in neonatal intensive care units(NICUs)are common,neonatal tracheotomy is rare,possibly due to the small number of patients and the even ...To the Editor:Although reports of neonatal upper airway obstruction in patients in neonatal intensive care units(NICUs)are common,neonatal tracheotomy is rare,possibly due to the small number of patients and the even smaller number of well-equipped hospitals to do a successful operation in neonates.However,despite the extensive efforts of qualified,skilled neonatologists and pediatric otorhinolaryngologists in performing a neonatal tracheotomy,some neonates did not undergo this surgery.When a neonate meets the indications of tracheotomy but his/her parent refuses to do the operation,he/she is facing a higher risk to be discharged against medical advice(DAMA)as per their parents’wish.To explore the preliminary evidence of neonatal tracheotomy in China,as well as to find out the outcome difference between neonates who underwent tracheotomy and those who did not undergo tracheotomy when they met the surgical indications,we conducted a retrospective study.Patients were treated in Beijing Children’s Hospital.Patients were categorized into the tracheotomy group or non-tracheotomy group according to whether their parents signed the tracheotomy consent and finally completed the tracheotomy.This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Beijing Children’s Hospital,Capital Medical University(No.[2021]-E-139-R)and was registered in the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry(No.ChiCTR2100050720).All parents/guardians of participants provided written informed consent.展开更多
In this paper,we report on a wide wavelength tuning optical vortex carrying orbital angular momentum(OAM)of±?,from a thulium-doped yttrium aluminum perovskite(YAP)laser employing a birefringent filter.The OAM is ...In this paper,we report on a wide wavelength tuning optical vortex carrying orbital angular momentum(OAM)of±?,from a thulium-doped yttrium aluminum perovskite(YAP)laser employing a birefringent filter.The OAM is experimentally found to be well maintained during the whole wavelength tuning process.The Laguerre-Gaussian(LG_(0,+1))mode with a tuning range of 58 nm from 1934.8 to 1993.0 nm and LG0,-1mode with a range of 76 nm from 1920.4 to 1996.6 nm,are,respectively,obtained.This is,to the best of our knowledge,the first experimental implementation of wavelength tuning for a scalar vortex laser in the 2μm spectral range,as well as the broadest tuning range ever reported from the vortex laser cavity.Such a vortex laser with robust structure and straightforward wavelength tuning capability will be an ideal light source for potential applications in the field of optical communication with one additional degree of freedom.展开更多
Previous work has demonstrated that the sensitization of spinal neurons and microglia is important in the development of pain behaviors induced by BmK I,a Na^+ channel activator and a major peptide component of the ve...Previous work has demonstrated that the sensitization of spinal neurons and microglia is important in the development of pain behaviors induced by BmK I,a Na^+ channel activator and a major peptide component of the venom of the scorpion Buthus martensi Karsch(BmK).We found that the expression of P2X7 receptors(P2X7Rs)was up-regulated in the ipsilateral spinal dorsal horn after BmK I injection in rats.P2X7R was selectively localized in microglia but not astrocytes or neurons.Similarly,interleukin 1β(IL-1β)was selectively up-regulated in microglia in the spinal dorsal horn after BmK I injection.Intrathecal injection of P2X7R antagonists largely reduced BmK I-induced spontaneous and evoked pain behaviors,and the up-regulation of P2X7R and IL-1β in the spinal cord.These data suggested that the up-regulation of P2X7Rs mediates microglial activation in the spinal dorsal horn,and therefore contributes to the development of BmK I-induced pain.展开更多
In this paper, the hierarchical approach is adopted for series representation of the stochastic nodal displacement vector using the hierarchical basis vectors, while the Karhunen-Lòeve series expansion technique ...In this paper, the hierarchical approach is adopted for series representation of the stochastic nodal displacement vector using the hierarchical basis vectors, while the Karhunen-Lòeve series expansion technique is employed to discretize the random field into a set of random variables. A set of hierarchical basis vectors are defined to approximate the stochastic response quantities. The stochastic variational principle instead of the projection scheme is adopted to develop a hierarchical stochastic finite element method (HSFEM) for stochastic structures under stochastic loads. Simplified expressions of coefficients of governing equations and the first two statistical moments of the response quantities in the schemes of the HSFEM are developed, so that the time consumed for computation can be greatly reduced. Investigation in this paper suggests that the HSFEM yields a series of stiffness equations with similar dimensionality as the perturbation stochastic finite element method (PSFEM). Two examples are presented for numerical study on the performance of the HSFEM in elastic structural problems with stochastic Young's Modulus and external loads. Results show that the proposed method can achieve higher accuracy than the PSFEM for cases with large coefficients of variation, and yield results agreeing well with those obtained by the Monte Carlo simulation (MCS).展开更多
The development of premature coronary artery disease(PCAD)is dependent on both genetic predisposition and traditional risk factors.Strategies for unraveling the genetic basis of PCAD have evolved with the advent of mo...The development of premature coronary artery disease(PCAD)is dependent on both genetic predisposition and traditional risk factors.Strategies for unraveling the genetic basis of PCAD have evolved with the advent of modern technologies.Genome-wide association studies(GWASs)have identified a considerable number of common genetic variants that are associated with PCAD.Most of these genetic variants are attributable to lipid and blood pressure-related single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs).The genetic variants that predispose individuals to developing PCAD may depend on race and ethnicity.Some characteristic genetic variants have been identified in Chinese populations.Although translating this genetic knowledge into clinical applications is still challenging,these genetic variants can be used for CAD phenotype identification,genetic prediction and therapy.In this article we will provide a comprehensive review of genetic variants detected by GWASs that are predicted to contribute to the development of PCAD.We will highlight recent findings regarding CAD-related genetic variants in Chinese populations and discuss the potential clinical utility of genetic variants for preventing and managing PCAD.展开更多
The lithium dendrite growth is still a serious challenge and impeding the realistic applications of all-solid-state lithium batteries.In view of the amide containing sediment layer can be stable on lithium/cathodes,a ...The lithium dendrite growth is still a serious challenge and impeding the realistic applications of all-solid-state lithium batteries.In view of the amide containing sediment layer can be stable on lithium/cathodes,a composite polymer electrolyte with amide-based matrix is in-situ built on porous electrodes.With the introduction of amide,the polymer electrolyte presents excellent ability to inhibit lithium dendrite growth and makes the Li/Li symmetric battery stably work for 500 h with a good ionic conductivity of 4.25×10^(-5)S/cm at 40℃.The solid electrolyte also shows a wide electrochemical stable window and good interface contact with the porous cathode.Utilizing this composite polymer electrolyte,the all-solid-state Li/LiFePO_(4) battery shows an initial discharge capacity of 146.5 mA h/g at 0.1 C under 40℃ and remains 81.4%in 100 cycles.The polymer electrolyte also can present better properties after modification.These results demonstrate that the presented PA-based composite polymer electrolyte could be served as a good electrolyte candidate for all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries.展开更多

Here, chitosan-amino acid (AA) thermosensitive hydrogels were prepared from chitosan (CS), αβ-glycerophosphate (GP), and L-lysine (Lys) or L-glutamic acid (Glu). The prepared CS-Lys/GP and CS-Glu/GP hydrogel showed good thermosensitivity and could form gels in a short time. The optimal parameters of CS-Lys/GP hydrogel were that the concentration of CS-Lys was 2.5%, the ratio of CS/Lys was 3.5/1.0, the ratio of CS-Lys/GP was 4.5/1.0. The optimal parameters of CS-Glu/GP hydrogel were that the concentration of CS-Glu was 3.0%, the ratio of CS/Glu was 2.0/1.0, and the ratio of CS-Glu/GP was 4.0/1.5. Chitosan-amino acid (CS-AA) thermosensitive hydrogel had a three-dimensional network structure. The addition of model drug tinidazole (TNZ) had no obvious effect on the structure of hydrogel. The results of infrared spectroscopy showed that there were hydrogen bonds between amino acids and chitosan. In vitro release results showed that CS-Lys/GP and CS-Glu/GP thermosensitive hydrogels had sustained release effects. Thus, the chitosan-amino acid thermosensitive hydrogels hold great potential as a sustained release drug delivery system.展开更多
In response to contraction during exercise,skeletal muscle growth and metabolism are dynamically regulated by nerve action,blood flow,and metabolic feedback.α-Ketoglutarate(AKG),a bioactive intermediate in the tricar...In response to contraction during exercise,skeletal muscle growth and metabolism are dynamically regulated by nerve action,blood flow,and metabolic feedback.α-Ketoglutarate(AKG),a bioactive intermediate in the tricarboxylic acid cycle released during exercise,has been shown to promote skeletal muscle hypertrophy.However,the underlying mechanism of AKG in regulating skeletal muscle development and metabolism is still less known.2-Oxoglutarate receptor 1(OXGR1),the endogenous AKG receptor,is found to be distributed in the vascular smooth muscle(VSM)of skeletal muscles.OXGR1 knockout results in skeletal muscle atrophy,accompanied by decreased expression of myosin heavy chain I(MyHC I),capillary density,and endurance exercise capacity.Furthermore,the study found that dietary AKG supplementation increased mice endurance exercise distance,MyHC I/MyHC IIb ratio,arteriole,and capillary densities in skeletal muscle.Meanwhile,acute AKG administration gradually increased the blood flow in the lower limbs.Further,by using OXGR1 global knockout and OXGR1 VSM-specific(MYH11-Cre×OXGR1-FloxP)knockdown models,we found that OXGR1 in VSM is essential for AKG-induced improvement of skeletal muscle performances.According to the in vitro study,AKG expanded the cell area in VSM with a decreased intracellular pH by OXGR1.Our results demonstrated a novel role of AKG/OXGR1 in VSM of skeletal muscle to regulate blood flow and then enhance slow muscle fiber conversion and capillarization.These findings provide a theoretical basis for the AKG/OXGR1 signaling pathway to maintain human muscle function and improve meat production and livestock and poultry meat quality.展开更多

文摘With the continuous increase of large-scale pig farms,the disinfection of pig farm environment plays an extremely important part in the control and prevention of pig farm diseases in high-density breeding environment.As an important breeding place for pig farms,the farrowing house must be performed with scientific and standardized disinfection.In this paper,different disinfection modes were used to disinfect the empty farrowing houses of pig farms,and the total plate count,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,and fungi were used as detection indicators to comprehensively evaluate the disinfection effect of the air microorganisms and the surface of the objects in the empty house after disinfection,with the aim to provide a basis for the establishment of a scientific pig farm environmental disinfection model.
文摘Designing and developing computer-assisted image processing techniques to help doctors improve their diagnosis has received considerable interests over the past years. In this paper, we used the kolmogorov complexity model to analyze the CT images of the healthy liver and multiple daughter hydatid cysts. Before the complexity characteristic calculating, the image preprocessing methods had been used for image standardization. From the kolmogorov complexity model, complexity characteristic were calculated in order to quantify the complexity, between healthy liver and multiple daughter hydatid cysts. Then we use statistical method to analyze the complexity characteristic of those two types of images. Our preliminary results show that the complexity characteristic has statistically significant (p<0.05) to analyze these two types CT images, between the healthy liver and the multiple daughter hydatid cysts. Furthermore, the result leads us to the conclusion that the kolmogorov complexity model could use for analyze the hydatid disease and will also extend the analysis the other lesions of liver.

文摘To the Editor:Although reports of neonatal upper airway obstruction in patients in neonatal intensive care units(NICUs)are common,neonatal tracheotomy is rare,possibly due to the small number of patients and the even smaller number of well-equipped hospitals to do a successful operation in neonates.However,despite the extensive efforts of qualified,skilled neonatologists and pediatric otorhinolaryngologists in performing a neonatal tracheotomy,some neonates did not undergo this surgery.When a neonate meets the indications of tracheotomy but his/her parent refuses to do the operation,he/she is facing a higher risk to be discharged against medical advice(DAMA)as per their parents’wish.To explore the preliminary evidence of neonatal tracheotomy in China,as well as to find out the outcome difference between neonates who underwent tracheotomy and those who did not undergo tracheotomy when they met the surgical indications,we conducted a retrospective study.Patients were treated in Beijing Children’s Hospital.Patients were categorized into the tracheotomy group or non-tracheotomy group according to whether their parents signed the tracheotomy consent and finally completed the tracheotomy.This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Beijing Children’s Hospital,Capital Medical University(No.[2021]-E-139-R)and was registered in the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry(No.ChiCTR2100050720).All parents/guardians of participants provided written informed consent.

文摘In this paper,we report on a wide wavelength tuning optical vortex carrying orbital angular momentum(OAM)of±?,from a thulium-doped yttrium aluminum perovskite(YAP)laser employing a birefringent filter.The OAM is experimentally found to be well maintained during the whole wavelength tuning process.The Laguerre-Gaussian(LG_(0,+1))mode with a tuning range of 58 nm from 1934.8 to 1993.0 nm and LG0,-1mode with a range of 76 nm from 1920.4 to 1996.6 nm,are,respectively,obtained.This is,to the best of our knowledge,the first experimental implementation of wavelength tuning for a scalar vortex laser in the 2μm spectral range,as well as the broadest tuning range ever reported from the vortex laser cavity.Such a vortex laser with robust structure and straightforward wavelength tuning capability will be an ideal light source for potential applications in the field of optical communication with one additional degree of freedom.

文摘Previous work has demonstrated that the sensitization of spinal neurons and microglia is important in the development of pain behaviors induced by BmK I,a Na^+ channel activator and a major peptide component of the venom of the scorpion Buthus martensi Karsch(BmK).We found that the expression of P2X7 receptors(P2X7Rs)was up-regulated in the ipsilateral spinal dorsal horn after BmK I injection in rats.P2X7R was selectively localized in microglia but not astrocytes or neurons.Similarly,interleukin 1β(IL-1β)was selectively up-regulated in microglia in the spinal dorsal horn after BmK I injection.Intrathecal injection of P2X7R antagonists largely reduced BmK I-induced spontaneous and evoked pain behaviors,and the up-regulation of P2X7R and IL-1β in the spinal cord.These data suggested that the up-regulation of P2X7Rs mediates microglial activation in the spinal dorsal horn,and therefore contributes to the development of BmK I-induced pain.

文摘In this paper, the hierarchical approach is adopted for series representation of the stochastic nodal displacement vector using the hierarchical basis vectors, while the Karhunen-Lòeve series expansion technique is employed to discretize the random field into a set of random variables. A set of hierarchical basis vectors are defined to approximate the stochastic response quantities. The stochastic variational principle instead of the projection scheme is adopted to develop a hierarchical stochastic finite element method (HSFEM) for stochastic structures under stochastic loads. Simplified expressions of coefficients of governing equations and the first two statistical moments of the response quantities in the schemes of the HSFEM are developed, so that the time consumed for computation can be greatly reduced. Investigation in this paper suggests that the HSFEM yields a series of stiffness equations with similar dimensionality as the perturbation stochastic finite element method (PSFEM). Two examples are presented for numerical study on the performance of the HSFEM in elastic structural problems with stochastic Young's Modulus and external loads. Results show that the proposed method can achieve higher accuracy than the PSFEM for cases with large coefficients of variation, and yield results agreeing well with those obtained by the Monte Carlo simulation (MCS).

文摘The development of premature coronary artery disease(PCAD)is dependent on both genetic predisposition and traditional risk factors.Strategies for unraveling the genetic basis of PCAD have evolved with the advent of modern technologies.Genome-wide association studies(GWASs)have identified a considerable number of common genetic variants that are associated with PCAD.Most of these genetic variants are attributable to lipid and blood pressure-related single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs).The genetic variants that predispose individuals to developing PCAD may depend on race and ethnicity.Some characteristic genetic variants have been identified in Chinese populations.Although translating this genetic knowledge into clinical applications is still challenging,these genetic variants can be used for CAD phenotype identification,genetic prediction and therapy.In this article we will provide a comprehensive review of genetic variants detected by GWASs that are predicted to contribute to the development of PCAD.We will highlight recent findings regarding CAD-related genetic variants in Chinese populations and discuss the potential clinical utility of genetic variants for preventing and managing PCAD.

文摘The lithium dendrite growth is still a serious challenge and impeding the realistic applications of all-solid-state lithium batteries.In view of the amide containing sediment layer can be stable on lithium/cathodes,a composite polymer electrolyte with amide-based matrix is in-situ built on porous electrodes.With the introduction of amide,the polymer electrolyte presents excellent ability to inhibit lithium dendrite growth and makes the Li/Li symmetric battery stably work for 500 h with a good ionic conductivity of 4.25×10^(-5)S/cm at 40℃.The solid electrolyte also shows a wide electrochemical stable window and good interface contact with the porous cathode.Utilizing this composite polymer electrolyte,the all-solid-state Li/LiFePO_(4) battery shows an initial discharge capacity of 146.5 mA h/g at 0.1 C under 40℃ and remains 81.4%in 100 cycles.The polymer electrolyte also can present better properties after modification.These results demonstrate that the presented PA-based composite polymer electrolyte could be served as a good electrolyte candidate for all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries.

文摘Chitosan/glycerophosphate thermosensitive hydrogel crosslinked physically was a potential drug delivery carrier;however, long gelation time limits its application. Here, chitosan-amino acid (AA) thermosensitive hydrogels were prepared from chitosan (CS), αβ-glycerophosphate (GP), and L-lysine (Lys) or L-glutamic acid (Glu). The prepared CS-Lys/GP and CS-Glu/GP hydrogel showed good thermosensitivity and could form gels in a short time. The optimal parameters of CS-Lys/GP hydrogel were that the concentration of CS-Lys was 2.5%, the ratio of CS/Lys was 3.5/1.0, the ratio of CS-Lys/GP was 4.5/1.0. The optimal parameters of CS-Glu/GP hydrogel were that the concentration of CS-Glu was 3.0%, the ratio of CS/Glu was 2.0/1.0, and the ratio of CS-Glu/GP was 4.0/1.5. Chitosan-amino acid (CS-AA) thermosensitive hydrogel had a three-dimensional network structure. The addition of model drug tinidazole (TNZ) had no obvious effect on the structure of hydrogel. The results of infrared spectroscopy showed that there were hydrogen bonds between amino acids and chitosan. In vitro release results showed that CS-Lys/GP and CS-Glu/GP thermosensitive hydrogels had sustained release effects. Thus, the chitosan-amino acid thermosensitive hydrogels hold great potential as a sustained release drug delivery system.

文摘In response to contraction during exercise,skeletal muscle growth and metabolism are dynamically regulated by nerve action,blood flow,and metabolic feedback.α-Ketoglutarate(AKG),a bioactive intermediate in the tricarboxylic acid cycle released during exercise,has been shown to promote skeletal muscle hypertrophy.However,the underlying mechanism of AKG in regulating skeletal muscle development and metabolism is still less known.2-Oxoglutarate receptor 1(OXGR1),the endogenous AKG receptor,is found to be distributed in the vascular smooth muscle(VSM)of skeletal muscles.OXGR1 knockout results in skeletal muscle atrophy,accompanied by decreased expression of myosin heavy chain I(MyHC I),capillary density,and endurance exercise capacity.Furthermore,the study found that dietary AKG supplementation increased mice endurance exercise distance,MyHC I/MyHC IIb ratio,arteriole,and capillary densities in skeletal muscle.Meanwhile,acute AKG administration gradually increased the blood flow in the lower limbs.Further,by using OXGR1 global knockout and OXGR1 VSM-specific(MYH11-Cre×OXGR1-FloxP)knockdown models,we found that OXGR1 in VSM is essential for AKG-induced improvement of skeletal muscle performances.According to the in vitro study,AKG expanded the cell area in VSM with a decreased intracellular pH by OXGR1.Our results demonstrated a novel role of AKG/OXGR1 in VSM of skeletal muscle to regulate blood flow and then enhance slow muscle fiber conversion and capillarization.These findings provide a theoretical basis for the AKG/OXGR1 signaling pathway to maintain human muscle function and improve meat production and livestock and poultry meat quality.
