Objective: To explore the effect of evidence-based quality control circle (QCC) in improving the implementation rate of airway management measures in adult critically ill patients. Methods: Based on the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) evidence-based health care model, the best evidence of airway management in adult critically ill patients was obtained and applied to the clinic. Results: The total implementation rate of airway management measures in adult critically ill patients increased from 23.62% before the implementation of quality control circle to 88.82%, and the pulmonary infection rate in critically ill patients decreased from 42.31% to 21.74%, with statistical significance between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based quality control circle activities can standardize the practice standards of airway management in critically ill patients, reduce the occurrence of patients’ airway related complications, and improve clinical outcomes. 展开更多

Traditional transgenic detection methods require high test conditions and struggle to be both sensitive and efficient.In this study,a one-tube dual recombinase polymerase amplification(RPA)reaction system for CP4-EPSPS and Cry1Ab/Ac was proposed and combined with a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay,named“Dual-RPA-LFD”,to visualize the dual detection of genetically modified(GM)crops.In which,the herbicide tolerance gene CP4-EPSPS and the insect resistance gene Cry1Ab/Ac were selected as targets taking into account the current status of the most widespread application of insect resistance and herbicide tolerance traits and their stacked traits.Gradient diluted plasmids,transgenic standards,and actual samples were used as templates to conduct sensitivity,specificity,and practicality assays,respectively.The constructed method achieved the visual detection of plasmid at levels as low as 100 copies,demonstrating its high sensitivity.In addition,good applicability to transgenic samples was observed,with no cross-interference between two test lines and no influence from other genes.In conclusion,this strategy achieved the expected purpose of simultaneous detection of the two popular targets in GM crops within 20 min at 37°C in a rapid,equipmentfree field manner,providing a new alternative for rapid screening for transgenic assays in the field. 展开更多

Membrane separation strategies offer promising platform for the emulsion separation.However,the low mechanical strength of membrane separation layers and the trade-off between separation flux and efficiency present significant challenges.In this study,we report a CFM@UiO-66-NH_(2)membrane with high separation flux,efficiency and stability,through utilizing a robust anti-abrasion collagen fiber membrane(CFM)as the multifunctional support and UiO-66-NH_(2)by an in-situ growth as the separation layer.The high mechanical strength of the CFM compensated for the weakness of the separation layer,while the charge-breaking effect of UiO-66-NH_(2),along with the size sieving of its constituent separating layers and the capillary effect of the collagen fibers,contributed to the potential for efficient separation.Additionally,the CFM@UiO-66-NH_(2)membrane exhibited superhydrophilic properties,making it suitable for separating oil-in-water microemulsions and nanoemulsions stabilized by anionic surfactants.The membrane demonstrated remarkable separation efficiencies of up to 99.960%and a separation flux of370.05 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1).Moreover,it exhibits stability,durability,and abrasion resistance,maintaining excellent separation performance even when exposed to strong acids and alkalis without any damage to its structure and performance.After six cycles of reuse,it achieved a separation flux of 417.97 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)and a separation efficiency of 99.747%.Furthermore,after undergoing 500 cycles of strong abrasion,the separation flux remained at 124.39 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1),with a separation efficiency of 99.992%.These properties make it suitable for the long-term use in harsh operating environments.We attribute these properties to the electrostatic effect resulting from the amino group on UiO-66-NH_(2)and its in-situ growth on the CFM,which forms a size-screening separation layer.Our work highlights the potential of the CFM@UiO-66-NH_(2)membrane as an environmentally friendly size-screening material for the efficient emulsion wastewater separation. 展开更多

目的:分析1990年和2019年中国眼内异物发病和疾病负担情况。方法:利用2019年全球疾病负担数据库,分析中国总人群、不同年龄组间1990年和2019年我国眼内异物发病和伤残调整寿命年(DALY)情况。结果:2019年中国眼内异物发病例数为1125.35万... 目的:分析1990年和2019年中国眼内异物发病和疾病负担情况。方法:利用2019年全球疾病负担数据库,分析中国总人群、不同年龄组间1990年和2019年我国眼内异物发病和伤残调整寿命年(DALY)情况。结果:2019年中国眼内异物发病例数为1125.35万,发病率为79.12/10000,2019年眼内异物发病数和发病率比1990年降低了12.87%和27.49%。2019年中国眼内异物DALY为18.12万人年,2019年眼内异物DALY比1990年增加了6.14%。2019年发病例数、发病率和DALY最高的年龄组均为20~54岁年龄组,分别为801.26万、103.97/10000和10.25万人年。1990~2019年中国眼内异物发病率呈降低趋势,平均年度变化百分比(AAPC)=-1.2%(95%CI:-1.8~-0.7,P<0.05),DALY率也呈降低趋势,AAPC=-0.6%(95%CI:-2.1~0,P<0.05)。1990~2019年中国和全球眼内异物发病率和DALY率均呈下降趋势,2019年,中国眼内异物发病率和DALY率明显高于全球及不同社会人口指数(SDI)地区。结论:中国眼内异物发病率和DALY率虽然近年来呈降低趋势,但中国人口基数大,在全球范围内眼内异物负担占比仍然较大,应采取积极的预防措施以减轻眼内异物的疾病负担。 展开更多

The Pelton turbine has been widely used to develop high-head water resources with sediments because of its advantages in life cycle costs.When a flood or monsoon season occurs,the sediment concentration in the river increases suddenly,causing severe erosion to the nozzle,needle,and runner of Pelton turbines.After decades of development,researchers have developed practical engineering experience to reduce the sediment concentration of the flow through the turbine and ensure the safety and efficiency of power generation.Research on the mechanism of sediment erosion,development of anti-erosion materials,and establishment of erosion prediction models have attracted scholarly interest in recent years.Extensive research has been conducted to determine a complete and valuable syndication erosion model.However,owing to the complexity of the flow and wear mechanisms,the influence of specific parameters of erosion and the syndication effect is still difficult to determine.Computational fluid dynamics and erosion monitoring technology have also been evaluated and applied.This paper presents a comprehensive review of the erosion of Pelton turbines,some of the latest technical methods,and possible future development directions. 展开更多

Chinese hickory(Carya cathayensis Sarg.)is a popular nut tree in China,but there is little information about the influences of fertilization on soil CO_(2) efflux and soil microbial biomass.This study evaluated the short-term effects of different fertilizer applications on soil CO_(2) efflux and soil microbial biomass in Chinese hickory stands.Four fertilizer treatments were established:control(CK,no fertilizer),inorganic fertilizer(IF),organic fertilizer(OF),and equal parts organic and inorganic N fertilizers(OIF).A field experiment was conducted to measure soil CO_(2) effluxes using closed chamber and gas chromatography techniques.Regardless of the fertilization practices,soil CO_(2) effluxes of all the treatments showed a similar temporal pattern,with the highest value in summer and the lowest in winter.The mean annual soil CO_(2) efflux in the IF treatment was significantly higher than that in the CK,OIF,and OF treatments.There was no significant difference in soil CO_(2) efflux between the OIF,OF,and CK treatments.Soil CO_(2) effluxes were significantly affected by soil temperature.Soil dissolved organic carbon(DOC)was positively correlated with soil CO_(2) efflux only in the CK treatment.Regression analysis,including soil temperature,moisture,and DOC,showed that soil temperature was the primary factor influencing soil CO_(2) effluxes.Both OF and OIF treatments increased concentrations of soil microbial biomass carbon(MBC)and microbial biomass nitrogen(MBN),but decreased the ratio of MBC:MBN.These results reveal that applying organic fertilizer,either alone or combined with inorganic fertilizer,may be the optimal strategy for mitigating soil CO_(2) emission and improving soil quality in Chinese hickory stands. 展开更多

BACKGROUND We all know that lymph-node metastasis is an important factor for poor clinical outcome in breast cancer prognosis.Tumor deposit refers to a discrete collection of cancer cells that is found in the lymph nodes or other tissues adjacent to the primary tumor site.These tumor deposits are separate from the primary tumor and are often considered as a manifestation of lymph node metastasis.In gastric and colorectal cancer,tumor deposits in the lymph node drainage area have been included as independent prognostic factors.The question arises whether tumor deposits should also be considered as prognostic factors in breast cancer patients.This article aims to provoke some thoughts on this matter through a case study and literature review.CASE SUMMARY A 70-year-old female patient was found to have a right breast lump for over 2 years.On January 3,2023,a core needle biopsy of the right breast lump was performed,and the pathology report indicated invasive carcinoma.Subsequently,on January 17,2023,the patient underwent right breast-conserving surgery,sentinel lymph node biopsy,and right axillary lymph node dissection.The postoperative pathological staging was determined as stage IIB.The patient received chemotherapy,radiotherapy,and endocrine therapy.At present,nearly one year after the surgery,no obvious signs of metastasis have been observed in the follow-up examinations,but the long-term prognosis is still unknown.CONCLUSION There is a need for increased focus on the matter of tumor deposits in the lymph node drainage region,as well as a requirement for further clinical investigation to ascertain the relevance of tumor deposits in the prognosis of individuals with breast carcinoma. 展开更多

This study examines the wave propagation characteristics for a bi-directional functional grading of barium titanate(BaTiO_(3)) and cobalt ferrite(CoFe_(2)O_(4)) porous nanoshells,the porosity distribution of which is simulated by the honeycomb-shaped symmetrical and asymmetrical distribution functions.The nonlocal strain gradient theory(NSGT) and first-order shear deformation theory are used to determine the size effect and shear deformation,respectively.Nonlocal governing equations are derived for the nanoshells by Hamilton's principle.The resulting dimensionless differential equations are solved by means of an analytical solution of the combined exponential function after dimensionless treatment.Finally,extensive parametric surveys are conducted to investigate the influence of diverse parameters,such as dimensionless scale parameters,radiusto-thickness ratios,bi-directional functionally graded(FG) indices,porosity coefficients,and dimensionless electromagnetic potentials on the wave propagation characteristics.Based on the analysis results,the effect of the dimensionless scale parameters on the dispersion relationship is found to be related to the ratio of the scale parameters.The wave propagation characteristics of nanoshells in the presence of a magnetoelectric field depend on the bi-directional FG indices. 展开更多

This study investigates the size-dependent wave propagation behaviors under the thermoelectric loads of porous functionally graded piezoelectric(FGP) nanoplates deposited in a viscoelastic foundation.It is assumed that(i) the material parameters of the nanoplates obey a power-law variation in thickness and(ii) the uniform porosity exists in the nanoplates.The combined effects of viscoelasticity and shear deformation are considered by using the Kelvin-Voigt viscoelastic model and the refined higher-order shear deformation theory.The scale effects of the nanoplates are captured by employing nonlocal strain gradient theory(NSGT).The motion equations are calculated in accordance with Hamilton’s principle.Finally,the dispersion characteristics of the nanoplates are numerically determined by using a harmonic solution.The results indicate that the nonlocal parameters(NLPs) and length scale parameters(LSPs) have exactly the opposite effects on the wave frequency.In addition,it is found that the effect of porosity volume fractions(PVFs) on the wave frequency depends on the gradient indices and damping coefficients.When these two values are small,the wave frequency increases with the volume fraction.By contrast,at larger gradient index and damping coefficient values,the wave frequency decreases as the volume fraction increases. 展开更多

Numerous small-molecule amines(SMAs)play critical roles in maintaining bone homeostasis and promoting bone regeneration regardless of whether they are applied as drugs or biomaterials.On the one hand,SMAs promote bone formation or inhibit bone resorption through the regulation of key molecular signaling pathways in osteoblasts/osteoclasts;on the other hand,owing to their alkaline properties as well as their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory features,most SMAs create a favorable microenvironment for bone homeostasis.However,due to a lack of information on their structure/bioactivity and underlying mechanisms of action,certain SMAs cannot be developed into drugs or biomaterials for bone disease treatment.In this review,we thoroughly summarize the current understanding of SMA effects on bone homeostasis,including descriptions of their classifications,biochemical features,recent research advances in bone biology and related regulatory mechanisms in bone regeneration.In addition,we discuss the challenges and prospects of SMA translational research. 展开更多

Increasing photosynthesis and light capture offers possibilities for improving crop yield and provides a sustainable way to meet the increasing global demand for food.However,the poor light transmittance of transparent plastic films and shade avoidance at high planting density seriously reduce photosynthesis and alter fruit quality in vegetable crops,and therefore it is important to investigate the mechanisms of light signaling regulation of photosynthesis and metabolism in tomato(Solanum lycopersicum).Here,a combination of red,blue,and white(R1W1B0.5)light promoted the accumulation of chlorophyll,carotenoid,and anthocyanin,and enhanced photosynthesis and electron transport rates by increasing the density of active reaction centers and the expression of the genes LIGHT-HARVESTING COMPLEX B(SlLHCB)and A(SlLHCA),resulting in increased plant biomass.In addition,R1W1B0.5 light induced carotenoid accumulation and fruit ripening by decreasing the expression of LYCOPENEβ-CYCLASE(SlCYCB).Disruption of SlCYCB largely induced fruit lycopene accumulation,and reduced chlorophyll content and photosynthesis in leaves under red,blue,and white light.Molecular studies showed that ELONGATED HYPOCOTYL 5(SlHY5)directly activated SlCYCB,SlLHCB,and SlLHCA expression to enhance chlorophyll accumulation and photosynthesis.Furthermore,R1W1B0.5 light-induced chlorophyll accumulation,photosynthesis,and SlHY5 expression were largely decreased in the slphyb1cry1 mutant.Collectively,R1W1B0.5 light noticeably promoted photosynthesis,biomass,and fruit quality through the photoreceptor(SlPHYB1 and SlCRY1)-SlHY5-SlLHCA/B/SlCYCB module in tomato.Thus,the manipulation of light environments in protected agriculture is a crucial tool to regulate the two vital agronomic traits related to crop production efficiency and fruit nutritional quality in tomato. 展开更多

Soil salinity greatly impairs plant growth and crop productivity.Rice(Oryza sativa L.)is a salt-sensitive crop.To better understand the molecular mechanisms of salt tolerance in roots,the BGISEQ-500 sequencing platform was employed to elucidate transcriptome changes in rice roots after 0,3,24,and 72 h of salt stress.The results showed that root K+content decreased and Na+content increased rapidly after the initial stage of salt stress,but that fresh and dry weight in root did not significantly reduce.Compared to the control(no salt stress),1,292,453,and 486 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were upregulated,respectively,and 939,894,and 646 DEGs were downregulated,respectively,after 3,24,and 72 h of salt treatment.The number of DEGs was higher during the early stage of salt stress(3 h)than in later stages(24 and 72 h).A number of DEGs involved in the response and adaptation to salt stress were related to protein kinase and calcium-binding,plant hormone signaling and metabolism,transcriptional regulation,metabolic pathways,antioxidant activity,and ion transport.Many of these DEGs were activated during the early stage of salt stress(3 h).The present study reports candidate salt-stressresponsive genes with the potential to genetically improve salt tolerance in rice elsewhere. 展开更多

目的:随访观察配戴角膜塑形镜1a的不同程度近视的青少年患者,研究其在近视矫治同时对视觉质量的影响,对角膜塑形镜的安全性进行探讨。方法:选取2016-09/2017-12就诊的-1.00^-8.00D的158例青少年近视患者,患者均配戴同一品牌的夜戴型角... 目的:随访观察配戴角膜塑形镜1a的不同程度近视的青少年患者,研究其在近视矫治同时对视觉质量的影响,对角膜塑形镜的安全性进行探讨。方法:选取2016-09/2017-12就诊的-1.00^-8.00D的158例青少年近视患者,患者均配戴同一品牌的夜戴型角膜塑形镜矫治。随访观察患者配戴1a期间的视觉质量(包括像差、主观不适及视觉质量问卷调查)的改变情况。结果:配戴角膜塑形镜后总像差RMS值均降低,总高阶像差(RMS h)、3阶像差(RMS 3,包括彗差)及4阶像差(RMS 4,包括球差)均增加。基础近视度数越高,主观视觉不适的症状发生率越高,而戴镜前后患者的主观视觉质量总体评分无差异(P>0.05)。结论:角膜塑形镜会造成患者客观视觉质量下降,但长期随访发现整体视觉质量对生活学习无明显影响,是一种安全有效矫治近视的手段。 展开更多

It is a very effective way to detect lung cancer by pathological pictures of lung cancer cells. Therefore, improving the accuracy and stability of diagnosis is very important. In this study, we develop an automatic detection scheme for lung cancer cells based on convolutional neural networks and Swin Transformer. Microscopic images of patients’ lung cells are first segmented using a Mask R-CNN-based network, resulting in a separate image for each cell. Part of the background information is preserved by Gaussian blurring of surrounding cells, while the target cells are highlighted. The classification model based on Swin Transformer not only reduces the computation but also achieves better results than the classical CNN model, ResNet50. The final results show that the accuracy of the method proposed in this paper reaches 96.16%. Therefore, this method is helpful for the detection and classification of lung cancer cells. 展开更多

目的:观察新型硅胶(RS-1型)泪道引流管逆行置管治疗少儿泪小管断裂的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析于2016-03/2019-11邯郸市眼科医院及邯郸市中心医院收治的37例37眼泪小管断裂患者的临床资料。所有患者术中逆行植入新型硅胶管,8-0可吸收... 目的:观察新型硅胶(RS-1型)泪道引流管逆行置管治疗少儿泪小管断裂的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析于2016-03/2019-11邯郸市眼科医院及邯郸市中心医院收治的37例37眼泪小管断裂患者的临床资料。所有患者术中逆行植入新型硅胶管,8-0可吸收缝线吻合泪小管断端,6-0可吸收缝线间断吻合“内眦韧带-眼轮匝”复合体,间断缝合肌肉、皮下组织、皮肤伤口及结膜面伤口。术后2~3mo拔管,随访6~12mo,观察泪道通畅情况及溢泪症状。结果:泪小管断裂37眼中,临床治愈31眼(84%),好转5眼(14%),无效1眼(3%),总有效率达97%。所有患者均未发生泪小点撕裂、泪小点位置异常、成角畸形等相关并发症,无效1眼(3%)为合并骨性泪小管骨折,无明显溢泪症状。结论:新型硅胶管逆行置管具有操作简便、术后刺激轻、置管状态安全、吻合效果显著等特点,逆行置管能较好保护泪小点。 展开更多

前列地尔联合肾康治疗慢性肾衰竭患者的临床疗效

目的分析前列地尔联合肾康注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年2月~2018年2月我院收治的慢性肾衰竭患者82例,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组(41例)和观察组(41例),两组患者均给予低盐低脂优质低蛋白饮食,行纠正水电解质... 目的分析前列地尔联合肾康注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年2月~2018年2月我院收治的慢性肾衰竭患者82例,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组(41例)和观察组(41例),两组患者均给予低盐低脂优质低蛋白饮食,行纠正水电解质及酸碱平衡紊乱等对症处理及血液透析治疗。对照组在上述基础上予以前列地尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合肾康注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果对照组临床总有效率70.73%,观察组,92.68%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组FT3、FT4水平显著高于对照组,而s TSH水平显著低于对照组,组间差异有意义(P<0.05);观察组Ig A蛋白及C3、C4补体水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论前列地尔联合肾康注射液辅助腹膜透析对慢性肾衰竭患者疗效佳,能延缓患者肾功能衰退,安全性高。 展开更多

采用CCK-8法考察大麻二酚(CBD)对HaCat细胞和RAW264.7细胞相对细胞活性的影响。采用LPS诱导的HaCat细胞和RAW264.7细胞炎症模型考察CBD对炎症因子分泌的抑制作用。采用抑菌环和抑菌率等实验方法对CBD抑制厌氧菌痤疮丙酸杆菌(P.acnes)的... 采用CCK-8法考察大麻二酚(CBD)对HaCat细胞和RAW264.7细胞相对细胞活性的影响。采用LPS诱导的HaCat细胞和RAW264.7细胞炎症模型考察CBD对炎症因子分泌的抑制作用。采用抑菌环和抑菌率等实验方法对CBD抑制厌氧菌痤疮丙酸杆菌(P.acnes)的效果进行测试。结果表明,CBD浓度低于20μmol/L时,其对正常/炎症HaCat细胞以及正常/炎症RAW264.7细胞均无细胞毒性,也不会促进相关细胞的增殖分化;CBD对炎症RAW264.7模型中TNF-α具有良好的抑制作用,10μmol/L浓度下与阳性对照地塞米松(DEX)效果相当,对两种炎症模型中IL-6均有显著抑制作用,20μmol/L浓度下对两种炎症模型中IL-1β均有显著抑制作用,浓度为10、20μmol/L时对两种炎症模型中IFN-γ均有显著抑制作用,表明其具有良好的抗炎活性;将CBD乳液作用于P.acnes,实验结果显示CBD浓度在20μmol/L及以上时对P.acnes有显著抑制作用。此外,抑菌率实验结果表明,CBD浓度为80μmol/L时对P.acnes的抑菌率高达99%,表明其具有良好的抑菌功效。 展开更多
