Promoting the co-constructing and sharing of organizational knowledge and improving organizational performance have always been the core research subject of knowledge management.Existing research focuses on the constr...Promoting the co-constructing and sharing of organizational knowledge and improving organizational performance have always been the core research subject of knowledge management.Existing research focuses on the construction of knowledge management systems and knowledge sharing and transfer mechanisms.With the rapid development and application of cloud computing and big data technology,knowledge management is faced with many problems,such as how to combine with the new generation of information technology,how to achieve integration with organizational business processes,and so on.To solve such problems,this paper proposes a reciprocal collaborative knowledge management model(RCKMmodel)based on cloud computing technology,reciprocity theory,and collaboration technology.RCKM model includes project group management and cloud computing technology,which can realize management,finance,communication,and quality assurance of multiple projects and solve the problem of business integration with knowledge management.This paper designs evaluation methods of tacit knowledge and reciprocity preference based on the Bayesian formula and analyzes their effect with simulation data.The methods can provide quantitative support for the integration of knowledge management and business management to realize reciprocity and collaboration in the RCKM model.The research found that RCKM model can fully use cloud computing technology to promote the integration of knowledge management and organizational business,and the evaluation method based on the Bayesian formula can provide relatively accurate data support for the evaluation and selection of project team members.展开更多

ACLF is characterized by acute decompensation, organ failure an...Background: Acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) refers to the acute deterioration of liver function that occurs in patients with chronic liver disease. ACLF is characterized by acute decompensation, organ failure and high short-term mortality. Numerous studies have been conducted and remarkable progress has been made regarding the pathophysiology and pathogenesis of this disease in the last decade. The present review was to summarize the advances in this field. Data sources: A comprehensive search in PubMed and EMBASE was conducted using the medical subject words “acute-on-chronic liver failure”,“ACLF”,“pathogenesis”,“predictors”, and “immunotherapy” combined with free text terms such as “systemic inflammation” and “immune paralysis”. Relevant papers published before October 31, 2018, were included. Results: ACLF has two marked pathophysiological features, namely, excessive systemic inflammation and susceptibility to infection. The systemic inflammation is mainly manifested by a significant increase in the levels of plasma pro-inflammatory factors, leukocyte count and C-reactive protein. The underlying mechanisms are unclear and may be associated with decreased immune inhibitory cells, abnormal expression of cell surface molecules and intracellular regulatory pathways in immune cells and increased damageassociated molecular patterns in circulation. However, the main cause of susceptibility to infection is immune paralysis. Immunological paralysis is characterized by an attenuated activity of immune cells. The mechanisms are related to elevations of immune inhibitory cells and the concentration of plasma antiinflammatory molecules. Some immune biological indicators, such as soluble CD163, are used to explore the pathogenesis and prognosis of the disease, and some immunotherapies, such as glucocorticoids and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, are effective on ACLF. Conclusions: Overwhelming systemic inflammation and susceptibility to infection are two key features of ACLF. A better understanding of the state of a patient’s immune system will help to guide immunotherapy for ACLF.展开更多
Background:Liver cirrhosis is associated with immune deficiency,which causes these patients to be susceptible to various infections,including cryptococcus infection.Mortality in cirrhotic patients with cryptococcosis ...Background:Liver cirrhosis is associated with immune deficiency,which causes these patients to be susceptible to various infections,including cryptococcus infection.Mortality in cirrhotic patients with cryptococcosis has increased.The present study was to explore the risk factors of mortality and the predictive ability of different prognostic models.Methods:Forty-seven cirrhotic patients with cryptococcosis at a tertiary care hospital were included in this retrospective study.Data on demographics,clinical parameters,laboratory exams,diagnostic methods,medication during hospitalization,severity scores and prognosis were collected and analyzed.Student’s t test and Mann-Whitney test were used to compare characteristics of survivors and non-survivors at a 90-day follow-up and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)manifestations of cryptococcal meningitis.Multivariate Cox regression analysis was used to identify the independent risk factors for mortality.Kaplan-Meier curves were used to analyze patient survival.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were used to evaluate the different prognostic factors.Results:The 30-and 90-day survival rates were 93.6%and 80.9%,respectively,in cirrhotic patients with cryptococcosis.Cryptogenic liver diseases[hazard ratio(HR)=7.567,95%confidence interval(CI):1.616-35.428,P=0.010],activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)(HR=1.117,95%CI:1.016-1.229,P=0.022)and Child-Pugh score(HR=2.146,95%CI:1.314-3.504,P=0.002)were risk factors for 90-day mortality in cirrhotic patients with cryptococcosis.Platelet count(HR=0.965,95%CI:0.940-0.991,P=0.008)was a protective factor.APTT(HR=1.120,95%CI:1.044-1.202,P=0.002)and Child-Pugh score(HR=1.637,95%CI:1.086-2.469,P=0.019)were risk factors for 90-day mortality in cirrhotic patients with cryptococcal meningitis.There was significant difference in the percentage of lymphocytes in CSF between survivors and non-survivors[60.0(35.0-75.0)vs.95.0(83.8-97.2),P<0.001].The model of end-stage liver disease-sodium(MELD-Na)score was more accurate for predicting 30-day mortality both in patients with cryptococcosis[area under curve(AUC):0.826,95%CI:0.618-1.000]and those with cryptococcal meningitis(AUC:0.742,95%CI:0.560-0.924);Child-Pugh score was more useful for predicting 90-day mortality in patients with cryptococcosis(AUC:0.823,95%CI:0.646-1.000)and those with cryptococcal meningitis(AUC:0.815,95%CI:0.670-0.960).Conclusions:These results showed that cryptogenic liver diseases,APTT and Child-Pugh score were associated with mortality in cirrhotic patients with cryptococcosis and cryptococcal meningitis.MELD-Na score was important for predicting 30-day mortality,and Child-Pugh score was critical for predicting 90-day mortality.展开更多
In this paper,we provide a new approach for intelligent traffic transportation in the intelligent vehicular networks,which aims at collecting the vehicles’locations,trajectories and other key driving parameters for t...In this paper,we provide a new approach for intelligent traffic transportation in the intelligent vehicular networks,which aims at collecting the vehicles’locations,trajectories and other key driving parameters for the time-critical autonomous driving’s requirement.The key of our method is a multi-vehicle tracking framework in the traffic monitoring scenario..Our proposed framework is composed of three modules:multi-vehicle detection,multi-vehicle association and miss-detected vehicle tracking.For the first module,we integrate self-attention mechanism into detector of using key point estimation for better detection effect.For the second module,we apply the multi-dimensional information for robustness promotion,including vehicle re-identification(Re-ID)features,historical trajectory information,and spatial position information For the third module,we re-track the miss-detected vehicles with occlusions in the first detection module.Besides,we utilize the asymmetric convolution and depth-wise separable convolution to reduce the model’s parameters for speed-up.Extensive experimental results show the effectiveness of our proposed multi-vehicle tracking framework.展开更多
Purpose:This study aims to provide a new framework for analyzing the path of technology diffusion in the innovation network at the regional level and industrial level respectively,which is conducive to the integration...Purpose:This study aims to provide a new framework for analyzing the path of technology diffusion in the innovation network at the regional level and industrial level respectively,which is conducive to the integration of innovation resources,the coordinated development of innovative subjects,and the improvement of innovation abilities.Design/methodology/approach:Based on the Z-Park patent cooperation data,we establish Inter-Enterprise Technology Transfer Network model and apply the concept of Pivotability to describe the key links of technology diffusion and quantify the importance of innovative partnerships.By measuring the topologically structural characteristics in the levels of branch park and the technosphere,this paper demonstrates how technology spreads and promotes overall innovation activities within the innovation network.Findings:The results indicate that:(1)Patent cooperation network of the Z-Park displays heterogeneity and the connections between the innovative subjects distribute extremely uneven.(2)Haidian park owns the highest pivotability in the IETTN model,yet the related inter-enterprise patent cooperation is mainly concentrated in its internal,failing to facilitate the technology diffusion across multiple branch parks.(3)Such fields as“electronics and information”and“advanced manufacturing”are prominent in the cross-technosphere cooperation,while fields such as“new energy”and“environmental protection technology”can better promote industrial integration.Research limitations:Only the part of the joint patent application is taken into account while establishing the patent cooperation network.The other factors that influence the mechanism of technology diffusion in the innovation network need to be further studied,such as financial capital,market competition,and personnel mobility,etc.Practical implications:The findings of this paper will provide useful information and suggestions for the administration and policy-making of high-tech parks.Originality/value:The value of this paper is to build a bridge between the massive amount of patent data and the nature of technology diffusion,and to develop a set of tools to analyze the nonlinear relations between innovative subjects.展开更多

Aiming at the lack of classification and good standard corpus in the task of joint entity and relationship extraction in the current Chinese academic field, this paper builds a dataset in management science that can b...Aiming at the lack of classification and good standard corpus in the task of joint entity and relationship extraction in the current Chinese academic field, this paper builds a dataset in management science that can be used for joint entity and relationship extraction, and establishes a deep learning model to extract entity and relationship information from scientific texts. With the definition of entity and relation classification, we build a Chinese scientific text corpus dataset based on the abstract texts of projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC) in 2018–2019. By combining the word2vec features with the clue word feature which is a kind of special style in scientific documents, we establish a joint entity relationship extraction model based on the Bi LSTM-CNN-CRF model for scientific information extraction. The dataset we constructed contains 13060 entities(not duplicated) and 9728 entity relation labels. In terms of entity prediction effect, the accuracy rate of the constructed model reaches 69.15%, the recall rate reaches 61.03%, and the F1 value reaches 64.83%. In terms of relationship prediction effect, the accuracy rate is higher than that of entity prediction, which reflects the effectiveness of the input mixed features and the integration of local features with CNN layer in the model.展开更多
Acetaminophen,also known as N-acetyl-p-aminophenol(APAP),is commonly used as an antipyretic and analgesic agent.APAP overdose can induce hepatic toxicity,known as acetaminophen-induced liver injury(AILI).However,thera...Acetaminophen,also known as N-acetyl-p-aminophenol(APAP),is commonly used as an antipyretic and analgesic agent.APAP overdose can induce hepatic toxicity,known as acetaminophen-induced liver injury(AILI).However,therapeutic doses of APAP can also induce AILI in patients with excessive alcohol intake or who are fasting.Hence,there is a need to understand the potential pathological mechanisms underlying AILI.In this review,we summarize three main mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of AILI:hepatocyte necrosis,sterile inflammation,and hepatocyte regeneration.The relevant factors are elucidated and discussed.For instance,N-acetyl-p-benzoquinone imine(NAPQI)protein adducts trigger mitochondrial oxidative/nitrosative stress during hepatocyte necrosis,danger-associated molecular patterns(DAMPs)are released to elicit sterile inflammation,and certain growth factors contribute to liver regeneration.Finally,we describe the current potential treatment options for AILI patients and promising novel strategies available to researchers and pharmacists.This review provides a clearer understanding of AILI-related mechanisms to guide drug screening and selection for the clinical treatment of AILI patients in the future.展开更多
McCune-Albright syndrome(MAS)is a rare disease characterized by caféau lait spots,bone fibrous dysplasia,and precocious puberty.Most MAS cases are diagnosed before adolescence.Here,we reported an adolescent girl ...McCune-Albright syndrome(MAS)is a rare disease characterized by caféau lait spots,bone fibrous dysplasia,and precocious puberty.Most MAS cases are diagnosed before adolescence.Here,we reported an adolescent girl underwent mistaken oophorectomy for suspected ovarian tumor,and later,she was diagnosed with MAS.An 11-year-old girl was found to have an irregular pelvic mass measuring 9.74 cm×9.01 cm×7.30 cm with a cyst-solid component and a clear boundary by magnetic resonance imaging.She underwent right oophorectomy for the suspected ovarian tumor.However,histopathological examination showed ovarian tissue with many antral follicles.One week after the surgery,ultrasonography revealed a left pelvic irregular echo-free mass measuring 60 mm×53 mm×48 mm.The patient was then examined by endocrine specialists,and caféau lait spots were found predominantly located on the right side of her waist,hip,and thigh.She had her first period before the surgery,and her serum concentrations of sex hormones were normal.Thus,MAS was diagnosed.The patient has been taking dydrogesterone 20 mg/d for 10 days from the 14th day of her period for 2 years.Ultrasonography performed every 3-6 months revealed no enlargement of her left ovary.Awareness of MAS and careful physical and imaging examination should be emphasized,even in the absence of full classic triad of syndromes.Hence,unnecessary oophorectomy and irreversible loss of fertility potential can be avoided in these patients.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND Percutaneous coronary intervention can be challenging for ostial coronary artery lesions due to calcium burden and elastic fiber content.Excimer laser coronary atherectomy(ELCA)is a less common treatment for severe calcified coronary ostium lesions.CASE SUMMARY An 81-year-old male presented to the Cardiology Department of Qingdao Municipal Hospital with a 1-year history of chest pain.Coronary angiography showed severe calcific stenosis(approximately 90%)in the right coronary artery ostium.The right coronary artery ostium was unable to be advanced using a 2.5 mm×12.0 mm balloon(NC Sprinter,Medtronic,United States)or dilated using a 2.0 mm×12.0 mm balloon(Sprinter,Medtronic,United States).The patient underwent successful ELCA and balloon dilation of the calcified coronary ostium lesion.CONCLUSION ELCA appears to be a safe and effective treatment for the management of severe calcified coronary ostium lesions.

文摘Aiming at the lack of classification and good standard corpus in the task of joint entity and relationship extraction in the current Chinese academic field, this paper builds a dataset in management science that can be used for joint entity and relationship extraction, and establishes a deep learning model to extract entity and relationship information from scientific texts. With the definition of entity and relation classification, we build a Chinese scientific text corpus dataset based on the abstract texts of projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC) in 2018–2019. By combining the word2vec features with the clue word feature which is a kind of special style in scientific documents, we establish a joint entity relationship extraction model based on the Bi LSTM-CNN-CRF model for scientific information extraction. The dataset we constructed contains 13060 entities(not duplicated) and 9728 entity relation labels. In terms of entity prediction effect, the accuracy rate of the constructed model reaches 69.15%, the recall rate reaches 61.03%, and the F1 value reaches 64.83%. In terms of relationship prediction effect, the accuracy rate is higher than that of entity prediction, which reflects the effectiveness of the input mixed features and the integration of local features with CNN layer in the model.

文摘Acetaminophen,also known as N-acetyl-p-aminophenol(APAP),is commonly used as an antipyretic and analgesic agent.APAP overdose can induce hepatic toxicity,known as acetaminophen-induced liver injury(AILI).However,therapeutic doses of APAP can also induce AILI in patients with excessive alcohol intake or who are fasting.Hence,there is a need to understand the potential pathological mechanisms underlying AILI.In this review,we summarize three main mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of AILI:hepatocyte necrosis,sterile inflammation,and hepatocyte regeneration.The relevant factors are elucidated and discussed.For instance,N-acetyl-p-benzoquinone imine(NAPQI)protein adducts trigger mitochondrial oxidative/nitrosative stress during hepatocyte necrosis,danger-associated molecular patterns(DAMPs)are released to elicit sterile inflammation,and certain growth factors contribute to liver regeneration.Finally,we describe the current potential treatment options for AILI patients and promising novel strategies available to researchers and pharmacists.This review provides a clearer understanding of AILI-related mechanisms to guide drug screening and selection for the clinical treatment of AILI patients in the future.

文摘McCune-Albright syndrome(MAS)is a rare disease characterized by caféau lait spots,bone fibrous dysplasia,and precocious puberty.Most MAS cases are diagnosed before adolescence.Here,we reported an adolescent girl underwent mistaken oophorectomy for suspected ovarian tumor,and later,she was diagnosed with MAS.An 11-year-old girl was found to have an irregular pelvic mass measuring 9.74 cm×9.01 cm×7.30 cm with a cyst-solid component and a clear boundary by magnetic resonance imaging.She underwent right oophorectomy for the suspected ovarian tumor.However,histopathological examination showed ovarian tissue with many antral follicles.One week after the surgery,ultrasonography revealed a left pelvic irregular echo-free mass measuring 60 mm×53 mm×48 mm.The patient was then examined by endocrine specialists,and caféau lait spots were found predominantly located on the right side of her waist,hip,and thigh.She had her first period before the surgery,and her serum concentrations of sex hormones were normal.Thus,MAS was diagnosed.The patient has been taking dydrogesterone 20 mg/d for 10 days from the 14th day of her period for 2 years.Ultrasonography performed every 3-6 months revealed no enlargement of her left ovary.Awareness of MAS and careful physical and imaging examination should be emphasized,even in the absence of full classic triad of syndromes.Hence,unnecessary oophorectomy and irreversible loss of fertility potential can be avoided in these patients.

文摘From being described as“non-A,non-B”hepatitis in 1975 and being identified in 1989,to the emergence of direct-acting antiviral drugs(DAAs),knowledge on hepatitis C virus(HCV)has achieved a qualitative leap in recent decades.Although more than 95%of HCV patients can be cured by DAAs,the high detection rate,high treatment cost,and relative high recurrence rate for some subtypes(eg,type 3b)make it still a public health problem worldwide.Due to the widespread availability of DAAs,vaccine research has received relatively little attention.The purpose of this review is to look back to the discovery of the HCV,its life cycle,innate and adaptive immune responses,and the evolution of treatment options for HCV.

文摘MXene,a family of two-dimensional(2D)transition metal carbides and nitrides have attracted extensive interests for many biochemical applications,including tumour elimination,biosensors,and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).In this article,we firstly discovered that Ti3C2Tx MXene exhibited a highly efficient adsorption capability as hemoperfusion absorbent towards middle-molecular mass and protein bound uremic toxins in the end stage of renal disease(ESRD)treatment.Molecular scale investigations reveal that the high efficiency of MXene for the removal of uremic toxins could be attributed to synergistic effects of physical/chemical adsorption,electrostatic interaction surface of 2D MXene,and transformation of protein secondary structure.2D MXene materials could be used as a new hemoperfusion sorbent with ultrahigh efficiency for removing uremic toxins during the treatment of kidney disease.
