This tectonic zone is considered a large intracontinental thrust-slip tectonic unit, which has undergone a long period of development. It was ultimately determined in the Yanshanian, where the typical Upper Paleozoic marine shales were deposited. In 2021, Well QSD-1 was deployed in the Liupanshui area at the northwest margin of the aulacogen, and obtained a daily shale gas flow of 11011 m3in the Carboniferous Dawuba Formation. It thus achieved a breakthrough in the invesgation of shale gas in the Lower Carboniferous in South China, revealing relatively good gas-bearing properties and broad exploration prospects of the aulacogen. Being different from the Lower Paleozoic strata in the Sichuan Basin and the Yichang area of the Middle Yangtze, the development of the Carboniferous Dawuba Formation in the aulacogen exhibits the following characteristics:(1) The Lower Carboniferous shale is thick and widely distributed, with interbedded shale and marlstone of virous thickness;(2) The total organic carbon(TOC) content of the shale in the Dawuba Formation ranges from 1% to 5%, with an average of 2%, and the thermal maturity of organic matter(Ro) varies from 1% to 4%, with an average of2.5%, indicating good hydrocarbon generation capacity;(3) The main shale in the aulacogen was formed during the fault subsidence stage from the Middle Devonian to the Early Permian. Although the strong compression and deformation during the late Indosinian-Himalayan played a certain role in destroying the formed shale gas reservoirs, comparative analysis suggests that the area covered by the current Triassic strata has a low degree of destruction. It therefore provides good conditions for shale gas preservation, which can be regarded as a favorable area for the next exploration.展开更多

METHODS: LPS was continuously infused through the jugular artery of male Wistar rats at the dose of 2 mg/kg per hour. Changes in mesenteric microcirculation, such as diameters of arterioles and venules, velocity of RBCs in venules, leukocyte rolling, adhesion and emigration, free radicals released from post-capillary venules,FITC- albumin leakage and mast cell degranulation, were observed through an inverted intravital microscope assisted with CCD camera and SIT camera. Meanwhile, the expression of adhesion molecules CD11b/CD18 and the production of free radical in neutrophils, and the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1) in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were quantified by flow cytometry (FACS) in vitro. RESULTS: The continuous infusion with LPS resulted in a number of responses in microcirculation, including a significant increase in the positive region of venulestained with Monastral blue B,rolling and adhesion of leukocytes, production of oxygen radical in venular wall, albumin efflux and enhanced mast cell degranulation in vivo, all of which, except for the leukocyte rolling, were attenuated by the treatment with compound Danshen injection. Experiments performed in vitro further revealed that the expression of CD11b/CD18 and the production of oxygen free radical in neutrophils, and the expression of ICAM-1 in HUVECs were increased by exposure to LPS,and they were attenuated by compound Danshen injection. CONCLUSION: These results suggest that compound Danshen injection is an efficient drug with multi-targeting potential for improving the microcirculatory disturbance.展开更多

However, adherence to CR programs is the key to the health improvement in those patients. Identifying predictors for adherence, which is very much unknown in China, would be valuable for effective rehabilitation. This study aims to determine the adherence to home-based CR programs in Chinese coronary artery disease patients and determine predictors of adherence. Methods The current study included 1033 outpatients with coronary heart disease in the First Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital in Beijing from July 2015 to June 2017. Participants were given an exercise prescription and took part in home-based exercise training lasting for 3–24 months. A questionnaire was used to evaluate the completion of the CR program, understanding of the program, motivation of the patients, and family/peer support. Results Two thirds of the patients adhered well to the home-based CR program. Elder patients (≥ 65-year-old) adhere to the program better, while men adhered better than women. Patients who used to exercise (B = 6.756, P < 0.001), understood the program (B = 0.078, P = 0.002), with stronger motivation to participate (B = 0.376, P < 0.001), and received better family support (B = 0.487, P < 0.001) also adhere better to the program. Conclusions Understanding the program, self-motivation of patients, and family support help to keep patients engaged in a home-based CR program. Improvement of family support by educating both patients and families may be helpful in improving adherence to home-based CR programs.展开更多

文摘Background:Bupleuri Radix is a common Chinese medicinal material in traditional Chinese medicine.Currently, the therapeutic effect of treating schizophrenia is relatively well understood. However, there are fewer studies examining the underlying mechanisms of its treatment. The objective of the study was to investigate the primary mechanisms of Bupleuri Radix in treating schizophrenia through network pharmacology and clinical validation.Method:Network pharmacology revealed possible molecular mechanisms, followed by clinical verification.Sixty-seven schizophrenia patients undergoing treatment at the Hunan Brain Hospital between October and November 2022 were recruited and randomly divided into the olanzapine group and the olanzapine+Bupleuri Radix group.Additionally,32 healthy people undergoing physical examinations during the same period were included as the control group. The patient’s positive and negative symptom scale scores were compared.qPCR was used to detect the mRNA expression levels of ESR1,mTOR,EIF4E,and SMAD4 in peripheral blood. Results:Through network pharmacological analysis,it was concluded in this study that Bupleuri Radix might regulate the mTOR,PI3K-Akt,and HIF-1 signaling pathways.Clinical experiments indicated that compared with before treatment, the positive and negative symptom scale scores and total scores of the two treatment groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01).In addition, the positive and negative symptom scale scores and total scores in the olanzapine+Bupleuri Radix group were significantly decreased(P<0.01)compared to the olanzapine group after treatment. Before treatment,ESR1 mRNA expression levels in peripheral blood were significantly higher in the two treatment groups than in the control group, whereas the mRNA expression levels of mTOR,EIF4E,and SMAD4 in peripheral blood were significantly lower(P<0.01).The mRNA expression levels of mTOR,EIF4E,and SMAD4 in peripheral blood were significantly higher after therapy than before treatment, whereas the mRNA expression levels of ESR1 in peripheral blood were significantly lower(P<0.01).After therapy, the olanzapine+Bupleuri Radix group’s mRNA expression levels of mTOR,EIF4E,and SMAD4 were significantly higher than those of the olanzapine group, whereas the mRNA expression levels of ESR1 were significantly lower(P<0.01).Conclusion:The mechanism of Bupleuri Radix’s therapeutic efficacy in schizophrenia may involve the up-regulation of mTOR,EIF4E,and SMAD4 mRNA expression and the down-regulation of ESR1 mRNA expression in peripheral blood.

文摘Brain midline delineation can facilitate the clinical evaluation of brain midline shift, which has a pivotal role in the diagnosis and prognosis of various brain pathology. However, there are still challenges for brain midline delineation:1)the largely deformed midline is hard to localize if mixed with severe cerebral hemorrhage;2)the predicted midlines of recent methods are not smooth and continuous which violates the structural priority. To overcome these challenges,we propose an anisotropic three dimensional(3D)network with context-aware refinement(A3D-CAR)for brain midline modeling. The proposed network fuses 3D context from different two dimensional(2D)slices through asymmetric context fusion. To exploit the elongated structure of the midline,an anisotropic block is designed to balance the difference between the adjacent pixels in the horizontal and vertical directions. For maintaining the structural priority of a brain midline,we present a novel 3D connectivity regular loss(3D CRL)to penalize the disconnectivity between nearby coordinates.Extensive experiments on the CQ dataset and one in-house dataset show that the proposed method outperforms three state-of-the-art methods on four evaluation metrics without excessive computational burden.
文摘Software engineering is an engineering discipline that guides software developers to carry out software development, software maintenance, and software management. The traditional evaluation methods of software engineering courses do not highlight the training goal of outcomebased education(OBE).This paper systematically studies the evaluation methods for practical courses in software engineering from three aspects:course evaluation guidelines, course evaluation methods and course evaluation effects;establishes a comprehensive, scientific, and objective system of course evaluation;effectively measures students’learning effect;promotes teachers to continuously improve the teaching process;and thus improves the teaching quality of software engineering courses.Besides the general approach, this paper also takes software project construction practice as an example to demonstrate the effect of the proposed approach.
文摘AIM: To investigate the effect of compound Danshen injection on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced rat mesenteric microcirculatory dysfunctions and the underlying possible mechanism by an inverted intravital microscope and high-speed video camera system. CONCLUSION: These results suggest that compound Danshen injection is an efficient drug with multi-targeting potential for improving the microcirculatory disturbance.

文摘AIM:To explore the correlation between Twist-related protein(Twist)1,fibroblast growth factor receptor(FGFR)2 and gastric adenocarcinoma differentiation and progression.METHODS:We evaluated Twist1 and FGFR2 in 52 gastric adenocarcinoma samples by immunohistochemistry and quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction, and analyzed the correlation between Twist1,FGFR2 and cancer differentiation. We also detected Twist1 and FGFR2 expression in gastric adenocarcinoma cell lines, and evaluated Twist1 influence on FGFR2 expression. In addition,we studied the role of FGFR2 in Twist1-promoted cancer progression, including proliferation, invasion and epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT).RESULTS:Twist1 and FGFR2 were detected in almost all the gastric adenocarcinoma samples.Twist1(P=0.0213)and FGFR2(P=0.0310)m RNA levels had a significant association with gastric adenocarcinoma differentiation.Moreover,Twist1 and FGFR2 expression in poorly differentiated cells(SNU-1 and SNU-16)was notably higher than in well-differentiated cells(MKN-7 and MKN-28).In poorly differentiated gastric adenocarcinomas,FGFR2 m RNA level was significantly positively correlated with Twist1 m RNA level(P=0.004).Twist1 was proved to promote FGFR2 by regulating Twist1 expression by knockdown and overexpression.Additionally,Twist1 could induce proliferation, invasion and EMT in gastric cancer;of these,FGFR2 was required for invasion and EMT,rather than proliferation.CONCLUSION:Twist1 and FGFR2 are highly associated with differentiation of gastric adenocarcinoma;Twist1 can facilitate invasion and EMT in gastric adenocarcinoma via promotion of FGFR2 expression.

文摘Background Cardiac rehabilitation (CR) has proven beneficial for patients with coronary artery disease. Improvement of family support by educating both patients and families may be helpful in improving adherence to home-based CR programs.

文摘Pulmonary embolism(PE)is one of the fatal heart attacks, and lower limbs deep vein thrombosis(DVT)is the most common reason for PE.Inferior vena cava filter(IVCF)implantation is a most prevention for PE.But it may carry a high risk of injury because of the radiation and contrast agent.Patients with nephrotic syndrome(NS)or some other renal diseases may prone to thrombosis due to the excretion of protein C and protein S overmuch. So,it is necessary to develop a new therapy without contrast agent.Mixed-reality(MR)is a new technology as a guidance of inferior vena cava filter implantation exposed under no X-ray and required no contrast agent.
