Heterojunction has been widely used in vibration-driven piezocatalysis for enhanced charges separation,while the weak interfaces seriously affect the efficiency during mechanical deformations due to prepared by tradit...Heterojunction has been widely used in vibration-driven piezocatalysis for enhanced charges separation,while the weak interfaces seriously affect the efficiency during mechanical deformations due to prepared by traditional step-by-step methods.Herein,the intimate contact interfaces with shared S atoms are ingeniously constructed in SnS_(2)/SnS anchored on porous carbon by effective interface engineering,which is in-situ derived from temperature-dependent self-transformation of SnS_(2).Benefiting from intimate contact interfaces,the piezoelectricity is remarkably improved due to the larger interfacial dipole moment caused by uneven distribution of charges.Importantly,vibration-induced piezoelectric polarization field strengthens the interfacial electric field to further promote the separation and migration of charges.The dynamic charges then transfer in porous carbon with high conductivity and adsorption for significantly improved piezocatalytic activity.The degradation efficiency of bisphenol A(BPA)is 6.3 times higher than SnS_(2) and H_(2) evolution rate is increased by 3.8 times.Compared with SnS_(2)/SnS prepared by two-step solvothermal method,the degradation efficiency of BPA and H2 evolution activity are increased by 3 and 2 times,respectively.It provides a theoretical guidance for developing various multiphase structural piezocatalyst with strong interface interactions to improve the piezocatalytic efficiency.展开更多
Coal and gas outburst is a complex dynamic disaster during coal underground mining.Revealing the disaster mechanism is of great signifcance for accurate prediction and prevention of coal and gas outburst.The geo-dynam...Coal and gas outburst is a complex dynamic disaster during coal underground mining.Revealing the disaster mechanism is of great signifcance for accurate prediction and prevention of coal and gas outburst.The geo-dynamic system of coal and gas outburst is proposed.The framework of geo-dynamic system is composed of gassy coal mass,geological dynamic environment and mining disturbance.Equations of stress–damage–seepage interaction for gassy coal mass is constructed to resolve the outburst elimination process by gas extraction with boreholes through layer in foor roadway.The results show the occurrence of outburst is divided into the evolution process of gestation,formation,development and termination of geo-dynamic system.The scale range of outburst occurrence is determined,which provides a spatial basis for the prevention and control of outburst.The formation criterion and instability criterion of coal and gas outburst are established.The formation criterion F1 is defned as the scale of the geo-dynamic system,and the instability criterion F2 is defned as the scale of the outburst geo-body.According to the geo-dynamic system,the elimination mechanism of coal and gas outburst—‘unloading+depressurization’is established,and the gas extraction by boreholes through layer in foor roadway for outburst elimination is given.For the research case,when the gas extraction is 120 days,the gas pressure of the coal seam is reduced to below 0.4 MPa,and the outburst danger is eliminated efectively.展开更多
There is no unified planning standard for unstructured roads,and the morphological structures of these roads are complex and varied.It is important to maintain a balance between accuracy and speed for unstructured roa...There is no unified planning standard for unstructured roads,and the morphological structures of these roads are complex and varied.It is important to maintain a balance between accuracy and speed for unstructured road extraction models.Unstructured road extraction algorithms based on deep learning have problems such as high model complexity,high computational cost,and the inability to adapt to current edge computing devices.Therefore,it is best to use lightweight network models.Considering the need for lightweight models and the characteristics of unstructured roads with different pattern shapes,such as blocks and strips,a TMB(Triple Multi-Block)feature extraction module is proposed,and the overall structure of the TMBNet network is described.The TMB module was compared with SS-nbt,Non-bottleneck-1D,and other modules via experiments.The feasibility and effectiveness of the TMB module design were proven through experiments and visualizations.The comparison experiment,using multiple convolution kernel categories,proved that the TMB module can improve the segmentation accuracy of the network.The comparison with different semantic segmentation networks demonstrates that the TMBNet network has advantages in terms of unstructured road extraction.展开更多

The method is established based on the basic properties of coal reservoirs, in combination with the coalbed thickness and the gas content to make an analysis of the gas storage potential of a coal reservoir, as well as resources volume and the permeability of a coal reservoir. This method can be popularized for optimization of wellsite locations in other methane gas development areas or blocks.展开更多
Incorporation of the Monte Carlo(MC)algorithm in optimizing CyberKnife(CK)plans is cumbersome,and early models unconfigured MC calculations,therefore,this study investigated algorithm-based dose calculation discrepanc...Incorporation of the Monte Carlo(MC)algorithm in optimizing CyberKnife(CK)plans is cumbersome,and early models unconfigured MC calculations,therefore,this study investigated algorithm-based dose calculation discrepancies by selecting different prescription isodose lines(PIDLs)in head and lung CK plans.CK plans were based on anthropomorphic phantoms.Four shells were set at 2-60 mm from the target,and the constraint doses were adjusted according to the design stratcgy.After optimization,30%-90%PIDL plans were generated by ray tracing(RT).In the evaluation module,CK plans were recalculated using the MC algorithm.Therefore,the dosimetric parameters of different PIDL plans based on the RT and MC algorithms were obtained and analyzed.The discrepancies(mean+SD)were 3.72%+0.31%,3.40%+0.11%,3.47%+0.32%,0.17%+0.11%,0.64%+3.60%,7.73%+1.60%,14.62%+3.21%and 10.10%+1.57%for Djs,Dmeam),Dys,and coverage of the PTV,DGI,V,,V;and V,in the head plans and-6.32%+1.15%,-13.46%+0.98%,-20.63%+2.25%,-34.78%+25.03%,12248%+175.60%,-12.92%+5.41%,3.19%+4.67%and 7.13%+1.56%in the lung plans,respectively.The following parameters were significantly correlated with PIDL:dp98%at the 0.05 level and dpal,dys and dv3 at the 0.01 level for the head plans;dp98e%at the 0.05 level and do1e%,dpmeam,Ccoweange,dool,dvs and dv;at the 0.01 level for the lung plans.RT may be used to calculate the dose in CK head plans,but when the dose of organs at risk is close to the limit,it is necessary to refer to the MC results or to further optimize the CK plan to reduce the dose.For lung plans,the MC algorithm is recommended.For early models without the MC algorithm,a lower PIDL plan is recommended;otherwise,a large PIDL plan risks serious underdosage in the target area.展开更多

With increasing mining depth, small diameter FRP bolts used in shallow underground mining cannot fulfil the rib support requirements. Under the engineering background of deep underground shortwall mining in Wudong coal mine, this paper systematically studies Φ27 mm FRP bolt support for large deformation coal rib. Specimens with a fan-shaped cross-section were used to enable the tensile testing of the bolt rod, the measured average tensile strength of the studied FRP bolt was(486.1 ± 9.6) MPa with a maximum elongation of 5.7%±0.6%.The shear strength of the bolt was measured as approximately 258 MPa using a self-made double shear testing apparatus. Based on the equivalent radial stiffness principle, a laboratory short encapsulation pullout test(SEPT) method for rib bolting has been developed undertaken consideration of the mechanical properties of the coal seam. Results showed that the average peak anchorage forces of the Φ27 mm FRP bolt and Φ20 mm steel rebar bolt were 108.4 and 66.4 k N, respectively, which were agreed with the theoretical calculations and field measurements. Based on theoretical analysis of the loading states of the bolt under site conditions, bolting method of full-length resin grouting was adopted to offset the weaknesses of the FRP bolt. Numerical method was employed to compare the bolting effect using Φ27 mm FRP bolts and steel rebar bolts. Large diameter FRP bolting was determined as the optimum rib support scheme to increase the productivity of the coal mine and to enhance the ground control capability for+425 level mining roadways. This study provides the laboratory testing design and theoretical prediction of large diameter FRP bolts used for rib support in large deformation roadways.展开更多

Objective:Laparoscopic anatomical hepatectomy has been proven to be achievable for segmentectomy,subsegmentectomy and multi-segmentectomy.The extraglissonian approach in the context of selective hepatic inflow ocdlusi...Objective:Laparoscopic anatomical hepatectomy has been proven to be achievable for segmentectomy,subsegmentectomy and multi-segmentectomy.The extraglissonian approach in the context of selective hepatic inflow ocdlusion has been skilled under laparoscopy.This study aims to examine the suitability of the technique stated above for laparoscopic anatomical hepatectomy.Methods:This retrospective study analyzed the dinical data of 114 patients diagnosed with hepatocel-lular carcinoma who underwent laparoscopic anatomical hepatectomy using the extraglissonian hepatic inflow occlusion technique at the Faculty of Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Surgery,Chinese PLA General Hospital between September 2020 and December 2022.Results:The success rate of achieving the ischemic area using the described methods was determined to be 74.6%.Out of the 85 cases that underwent laparoscopic anatomical hepatectomy,34 cases involved segmentectomy,5 cases involved subsegmentectomy,and 46 cases involved multi-segmentectomy.The average duration of the operation,blood loss volume,and postoperative hospi-tal stay were 229.0±85.0 min,133.0±112.0 mL,and 5.4±1.7 d,res pectively.Notably,no intraoperative blood transfusions were necessary,and no postoperative complications were observed.Conclusion:The extraglissonian hepatic inflow occlusion technique exhibits a notable advantage in terms of a high success rate,effectively guiding the selection process during laparoscopic parenchymal tran-section.Moreover,this technique has demonstrated safety,reproducibility,and significant potential for broader clinical adoption.展开更多

However, its diagnostic capability varies across HCC...Background: As a promising biomarker of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC), protein induced by vitamin K absence or antagonist-Ⅱ(PIVKA-Ⅱ) has been studied extensively. However, its diagnostic capability varies across HCC studies. This study aimed to compare the performance of PIVKA-Ⅱ with alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) in the diagnosis of HCC. Data sources: A systematic literature search was conducted to identify the studies from MEDLINE, Embase and Cochrane Library Databases, which were published up to December 20, 2017 to compare the diagnostic capability of PIVKA-Ⅱ and AFP for HCC. The data were pooled using random effects model. Pooled sensitivity and specificity were calculated. Summary receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC) was employed to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of each marker. Results: Thirty-one studies were included. The pooled sensitivity(95% CI) of PIVKA-Ⅱ and AFP was 0.66(0.65–0.68) and 0.66(0.65–0.67), respectively in diagnosis of HCC; and the corresponding pooled specificity(95% CI) was 0.89(0.88–0.90) and 0.84(0.83–0.85), respectively. The area under the ROC curve(AUC) of PIVKA-Ⅱ and AFP was 0.856(0.817–0.895) and 0.770(0.728–0.811), respectively. Subgroup analysis showed that PIVKA-Ⅱ was superior to AFP in terms of the AUC for both small HCC( < 3 cm) [0.863(0.825–0.901) vs 0.717(0.658–0.776)] and large HCC( ≥ 3 cm) [0.854(0.811–0.897) vs 0.729(0.682–0.776)]; for American [0.926(0.897–0.955) vs 0.698(0.594–0.662)], European [0.772(0.743–0.801) vs 0.628(0.594–0.662)], Asian [0.838(0.812–0.864) vs 0.785(0.764–0.806)] and African [0.812(0.794–0.840) vs 0.721(0.675–0.767)] HCC patients; and for HBV-related [0.909(0.866–0.951) vs 0.714(0.673–0.755)] and mixed-etiology [0.847(0.821–0.873) vs 0.794(0.772–0.816)] HCC. Conclusion: This meta-analysis indicates that PIVKA-Ⅱ is better than AFP in terms of the accuracy for diagnosing HCC, regardless of tumor size, patient ethnic group, or HCC etiology.展开更多
Background:Since December 2019,an outbreak of the Corona Virus disease 2019(COVID-19)caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)in Wuhan,China,has become a public health emergency of internatio...Background:Since December 2019,an outbreak of the Corona Virus disease 2019(COVID-19)caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)in Wuhan,China,has become a public health emergency of international concern.The high fatality of aged cases caused by SARS-CoV-2 was a need to explore the possible age-related phenomena with non-human primate models.Methods:Three 3-5 years old and two 15 years old rhesus macaques were intratracheally infected with SARS-CoV-2,and then analyzed by clinical signs,viral replication,chest X-ray,histopathological changes and immune response.Results:Viral replication of nasopharyngeal swabs,anal swabs and lung in old monkeys was more active than that in young monkeys for 14 days after SARS-CoV-2 challenge.Monkeys developed typical interstitial pneumonia characterized by thickened alveolar septum accompanied with inflammation and edema,notably,old monkeys exhibited diffuse severe interstitial pneumonia.Viral antigens were detected mainly in alveolar epithelial cells and macrophages.Conclusion:SARS-CoV-2 caused more severe interstitial pneumonia in old monkeys than that in young monkeys.Rhesus macaque models infected with SARS-CoV-2 provided insight into the pathogenic mechanism and facilitated the development of vaccines and therapeutics against SARS-CoV-2 infection.展开更多
BACKGROUND The value of conventional magnetic resonance imaging in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules is limited;however,the value of multi-parameter diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)in the quantitative evalu...BACKGROUND The value of conventional magnetic resonance imaging in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules is limited;however,the value of multi-parameter diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)in the quantitative evaluation of thyroid nodules has not been well determined.AIM To determine the utility of multi-parametric DWI including mono-exponential,biexponential,stretched exponential,and kurtosis models for the differentiation of thyroid lesions.METHODS Seventy-nine patients(62 with benign and 17 with malignant nodules)underwent multi-b value diffusion-weighted imaging of the thyroid.Multiple DWI parameters were obtained for statistical analysis.RESULTS Good agreement was found for diffusion parameters of thyroid nodules.Malignant lesions displayed lower diffusion parameters including apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC),the true diffusion coefficient(D),the perfusion fraction(f),the distributed diffusion coefficient(DDC),the intravoxel water diffusion heterogeneity(α)and kurtosis model-derived ADC(Dapp),and higher apparent diffusional kurtosis(Kapp)than benign entities(all P<0.01),except for the pseudodiffusion coefficient(D*)(P>0.05).The area under the ROC curve(AUC)of the ADC(0 and 1000)was not significantly different from that of the ADC(0 and 2000),ADC(0 to 2000),ADC(0 to 1000),D,DDC,Dapp and Kapp(all P>0.05),but was significantly higher than the AUC of D*,f andα(all P<0.05)for differentiating benign from malignant lesions.CONCLUSION Multiple DWI parameters including ADC,D,f,DDC,α,Dapp and Kapp could discriminate benign and malignant thyroid nodules.The metrics including D,DDC,Dapp and Kapp provide additional information with similar diagnostic performance of ADC,combination of these metrics may contribute to differentiate benign and malignant thyroid nodules.The ADC calculated with higher b values may not lead to improved diagnostic performance.展开更多

Methods Forty eight patients with pathologically diagnosed common warts were screened for the presence of HPV with HPV type-specific PCR and direct sequencing analysis. The genomic diversity of HPVs prevalent in Chinese patients was analyzed based on LCR. Results Forty one (85.5%) samples were positive for HPV DNA, 13(31.7%)-HPV-57, 12(29.3%)-HPV-la, 7(17%)-HPV-27 and 5(12.2%)-HPV-2a. Four cases were infected with two different HPV types, two (4.9%) with HPV-la and HPV-27, one (2.4%) with HPV-1 and HPV-57 and one (2.4%) with HPV-27 and HPV-57. In contrast to the prevalence of single strain of novel HPV-57 variant and HPV-1 prototype, two HPV-2 and three HPV-27 novel variants were found to circulate in Beijing. Conclusion HPV-1, -2, -27 and -57 are predominantly prevalent in patients with common warts in Beijing.展开更多

Methods Full length and two trunca...Objective To establish a sandwich ELISA method for detecting vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in sera of population and the patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods Full length and two truncated human VEGF cDNA sequences were amplified from a commercial plasmid pBLAST49-hVEGF by PCR and inserted into the prokaryotic-expression plasmid pET-32a or pGEX-2T. Various VEGF proteins were expressed and purified from E. coli in His-Trx or GST fusion forms. The specific VEGF antibodies were elicited in experimental rabbits and mice by immunization of the full length VEGF fusion protein His-Trx-VEGF1-165. After purification of antibodies with chromatograph of Protein G, a sandwich ELISA technique was established. Serum VEGF levels were evaluated in 229 adults and 291 HCC patients. Results SDS-PAGE displayed that the molecular weights of the expressed full length (His-Trx-VEGF1-165), N-terminal (His-Trx-VEGF1-100) and C-terminal (GST-VEGF100-165) human VEGF fusion proteins were about 38KD, 31KD, and 33KD, respectively. Western blots confirmed that the prepared antisera were able to recognize both prokaryoticly and eukaryoticly expressed recombinant VEGF proteins. Assays of serially diluted His-Trx-VEGF1-100 by the established sandwich ELISA method showed that the linear range of the standard curve was 0.625-320 ng/mL, with the squared correlation coefficient R^2=0.991. Screening of a serum panel containing 291 serum samples of HCC patients and 229 health adults revealed that the average VEGF level in HCC patients was higher than that in healthy controls, with a statically significant difference. Conclusion The established sandwich ELISA reflects the level of serum VEGF and provide scientific basis for screening metastasis and recurrence of HCC using serum VEGF as an index.展开更多

Subtotal gastrectomy with Billroth II reconstruction is the mainstay of therapy in the management of gastric NETs complicated by perforated duodenal ulcer. Late perforation of anastomotic stoma as a long-term complication has been rarely reported. Here, we report a case of anastomotic perforation 5 years after subtotal gastrectomy due to perforated duodenal ulcer and gastric NETs.展开更多

However, whether abdominoperineal resection or wide local excision is the most appropriate surgical approach is still a controversial issue. Recently, with the great development of laparoscopic techniques, more and more operations can be performed by laparoscopic techniques. However, laparoscopic abdominoperineal resection for management of anorectal malignant melanoma has been rarely reported. In this study, we reported 4 patients with anorectal malignant melanoma underwent laparoscopic abdominoperineal resection. The outcomes of these patients were relatively good during a long time follow-up. Meanwhile, we reviewed the relevant studies with particular focus surgical treatment.展开更多
Summary:Ranolazine,a late sodium current inhibitor,has been demonstrated to be effective on heart failure.18B-glycyrrhetinic acid(18β-GA)has the similar inhibitory effect on late sodium currents.However,its effect on...Summary:Ranolazine,a late sodium current inhibitor,has been demonstrated to be effective on heart failure.18B-glycyrrhetinic acid(18β-GA)has the similar inhibitory effect on late sodium currents.However,its effect on diastolic function is still unknown.This study aimed to determine whether 18β-GA can improve the diastolic function and to explore the underlying mechanisms.Eighty male Sprague Dawley(SD)rats of Langendorff model were randomly divided into the following groups:group A,normal cardiac perfusion group;group B,ischemia-reperfusion group;group C,ischemia-reperfusion with anemoniasulcata toxinⅡ(ATX-Ⅱ);group D,ranolazine group;and group E,18β-GA group with four different concentrations.Furthermore,a pressure-overloaded rat model induced by trans-aortic constriction(TAC)was established.Echocardiography and hemodynamics were used to evaluate diastolic function at 14th day after TAC.Changes of free intracellular calcium(Ca27)concentration was indirectly detected by laser scanning confocal microscope to confirm the inhibition of late sodium currents.With the intervention of ATX-Ⅱon ischemia reperfusion injury group,5 umol/L ranolazine,and 5,10,20,40μmol/L 18β-GA could improve ATX-I-induced cardiac diastolic dysfunction.630 mg/kg glycyrrhizin tablets could improve cardiac diastolic function in the pressure-overloaded rats.18B-GA and ranolazine had similar effects on reducing the free calcium in cardiomyocytes.The study demonstrates that 18B-GA and glycyrrhizin could improve diastolic dysfunction induced by ischemia-reperfusion injury in Langendorff-perfused rat hearts and pressure-overloaded rats.The mechanism may be attributed to the inhibition of enhanced late sodium currents.展开更多
文摘Heterojunction has been widely used in vibration-driven piezocatalysis for enhanced charges separation,while the weak interfaces seriously affect the efficiency during mechanical deformations due to prepared by traditional step-by-step methods.Herein,the intimate contact interfaces with shared S atoms are ingeniously constructed in SnS_(2)/SnS anchored on porous carbon by effective interface engineering,which is in-situ derived from temperature-dependent self-transformation of SnS_(2).Benefiting from intimate contact interfaces,the piezoelectricity is remarkably improved due to the larger interfacial dipole moment caused by uneven distribution of charges.Importantly,vibration-induced piezoelectric polarization field strengthens the interfacial electric field to further promote the separation and migration of charges.The dynamic charges then transfer in porous carbon with high conductivity and adsorption for significantly improved piezocatalytic activity.The degradation efficiency of bisphenol A(BPA)is 6.3 times higher than SnS_(2) and H_(2) evolution rate is increased by 3.8 times.Compared with SnS_(2)/SnS prepared by two-step solvothermal method,the degradation efficiency of BPA and H2 evolution activity are increased by 3 and 2 times,respectively.It provides a theoretical guidance for developing various multiphase structural piezocatalyst with strong interface interactions to improve the piezocatalytic efficiency.

文摘Coal and gas outburst is a complex dynamic disaster during coal underground mining.Revealing the disaster mechanism is of great signifcance for accurate prediction and prevention of coal and gas outburst.The geo-dynamic system of coal and gas outburst is proposed.The framework of geo-dynamic system is composed of gassy coal mass,geological dynamic environment and mining disturbance.Equations of stress–damage–seepage interaction for gassy coal mass is constructed to resolve the outburst elimination process by gas extraction with boreholes through layer in foor roadway.The results show the occurrence of outburst is divided into the evolution process of gestation,formation,development and termination of geo-dynamic system.The scale range of outburst occurrence is determined,which provides a spatial basis for the prevention and control of outburst.The formation criterion and instability criterion of coal and gas outburst are established.The formation criterion F1 is defned as the scale of the geo-dynamic system,and the instability criterion F2 is defned as the scale of the outburst geo-body.According to the geo-dynamic system,the elimination mechanism of coal and gas outburst—‘unloading+depressurization’is established,and the gas extraction by boreholes through layer in foor roadway for outburst elimination is given.For the research case,when the gas extraction is 120 days,the gas pressure of the coal seam is reduced to below 0.4 MPa,and the outburst danger is eliminated efectively.

文摘There is no unified planning standard for unstructured roads,and the morphological structures of these roads are complex and varied.It is important to maintain a balance between accuracy and speed for unstructured road extraction models.Unstructured road extraction algorithms based on deep learning have problems such as high model complexity,high computational cost,and the inability to adapt to current edge computing devices.Therefore,it is best to use lightweight network models.Considering the need for lightweight models and the characteristics of unstructured roads with different pattern shapes,such as blocks and strips,a TMB(Triple Multi-Block)feature extraction module is proposed,and the overall structure of the TMBNet network is described.The TMB module was compared with SS-nbt,Non-bottleneck-1D,and other modules via experiments.The feasibility and effectiveness of the TMB module design were proven through experiments and visualizations.The comparison experiment,using multiple convolution kernel categories,proved that the TMB module can improve the segmentation accuracy of the network.The comparison with different semantic segmentation networks demonstrates that the TMBNet network has advantages in terms of unstructured road extraction.
文摘A gas production potential method for optimization of gas wellsite locations selection is proposed in terms of the coalbed gas resources volume and the recoverability. The method uses the actual data about reservoirs in a coalbed gas field in central China to optimize wellsite locations in the studied area in combination with the dynamic data about actual production in the coalbed gas field, selects a favorable subarea for gas wells deployment. The method is established based on the basic properties of coal reservoirs, in combination with the coalbed thickness and the gas content to make an analysis of the gas storage potential of a coal reservoir, as well as resources volume and the permeability of a coal reservoir. This method can be popularized for optimization of wellsite locations in other methane gas development areas or blocks.

文摘Incorporation of the Monte Carlo(MC)algorithm in optimizing CyberKnife(CK)plans is cumbersome,and early models unconfigured MC calculations,therefore,this study investigated algorithm-based dose calculation discrepancies by selecting different prescription isodose lines(PIDLs)in head and lung CK plans.CK plans were based on anthropomorphic phantoms.Four shells were set at 2-60 mm from the target,and the constraint doses were adjusted according to the design stratcgy.After optimization,30%-90%PIDL plans were generated by ray tracing(RT).In the evaluation module,CK plans were recalculated using the MC algorithm.Therefore,the dosimetric parameters of different PIDL plans based on the RT and MC algorithms were obtained and analyzed.The discrepancies(mean+SD)were 3.72%+0.31%,3.40%+0.11%,3.47%+0.32%,0.17%+0.11%,0.64%+3.60%,7.73%+1.60%,14.62%+3.21%and 10.10%+1.57%for Djs,Dmeam),Dys,and coverage of the PTV,DGI,V,,V;and V,in the head plans and-6.32%+1.15%,-13.46%+0.98%,-20.63%+2.25%,-34.78%+25.03%,12248%+175.60%,-12.92%+5.41%,3.19%+4.67%and 7.13%+1.56%in the lung plans,respectively.The following parameters were significantly correlated with PIDL:dp98%at the 0.05 level and dpal,dys and dv3 at the 0.01 level for the head plans;dp98e%at the 0.05 level and do1e%,dpmeam,Ccoweange,dool,dvs and dv;at the 0.01 level for the lung plans.RT may be used to calculate the dose in CK head plans,but when the dose of organs at risk is close to the limit,it is necessary to refer to the MC results or to further optimize the CK plan to reduce the dose.For lung plans,the MC algorithm is recommended.For early models without the MC algorithm,a lower PIDL plan is recommended;otherwise,a large PIDL plan risks serious underdosage in the target area.

文摘In underground coal mines, fibre reinforced polymer(FRP) bolt is ideal for mined rib reinforcements as it can prevent gas explosions caused by shearer frictional spark. With increasing mining depth, small diameter FRP bolts used in shallow underground mining cannot fulfil the rib support requirements. Under the engineering background of deep underground shortwall mining in Wudong coal mine, this paper systematically studies Φ27 mm FRP bolt support for large deformation coal rib. Specimens with a fan-shaped cross-section were used to enable the tensile testing of the bolt rod, the measured average tensile strength of the studied FRP bolt was(486.1 ± 9.6) MPa with a maximum elongation of 5.7%±0.6%.The shear strength of the bolt was measured as approximately 258 MPa using a self-made double shear testing apparatus. Based on the equivalent radial stiffness principle, a laboratory short encapsulation pullout test(SEPT) method for rib bolting has been developed undertaken consideration of the mechanical properties of the coal seam. Results showed that the average peak anchorage forces of the Φ27 mm FRP bolt and Φ20 mm steel rebar bolt were 108.4 and 66.4 k N, respectively, which were agreed with the theoretical calculations and field measurements. Based on theoretical analysis of the loading states of the bolt under site conditions, bolting method of full-length resin grouting was adopted to offset the weaknesses of the FRP bolt. Numerical method was employed to compare the bolting effect using Φ27 mm FRP bolts and steel rebar bolts. Large diameter FRP bolting was determined as the optimum rib support scheme to increase the productivity of the coal mine and to enhance the ground control capability for+425 level mining roadways. This study provides the laboratory testing design and theoretical prediction of large diameter FRP bolts used for rib support in large deformation roadways.

文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the third most common cause for cancer-related death worldwide,especially in China[1].Hepatectomy is considered one of the most potentially curative therapies for HCC[2].As HCC is capable of vascular invasion and metastasis via the portal venous system,anatomical resection is often performed to reduce tumor recurrence.This process involves resecting the tumor-bearing portal branches and the corresponding hepatic parenchyma[3].Certain comparative studies have demonstrated better overall survival and disease-free survival with the use of anatomical resection when compared with nonanatomical resection[4–6].

文摘Photodetectors based on two-dimensional materials have attracted much attention because of their unique structure and outstanding performance.The response speed of single ReS_(2)photodetector is slow exceptionally,the heterostructure could improves the response speed of ReS_(2)-based photodetector,but the photodetectors responsivity is reduced greatly,which restricts the development of ReS_(2).In this paper,a vertically structured ReS_(2)/SnS_(2)van der Waals heterostructure photodetectors is prepared,using ReS_(2)as the transport layer and SnS_(2)as the light absorbing layer to regulate the channel current.The device has an ultra-high photoconductive gain of 10^(10),which exhibits an ultra-high responsivity of4706 A/W under 365-nm illumination and response speed in seconds,and has an ultra-high external quantum efficiency of1.602×10^(6)%and a high detectivity of 5.29×10^(12)jones.The study for ReS_(2)-based photodetector displays great potential for developing future optoelectronic devices.

文摘Objective:Laparoscopic anatomical hepatectomy has been proven to be achievable for segmentectomy,subsegmentectomy and multi-segmentectomy.The extraglissonian approach in the context of selective hepatic inflow ocdlusion has been skilled under laparoscopy.This study aims to examine the suitability of the technique stated above for laparoscopic anatomical hepatectomy.Methods:This retrospective study analyzed the dinical data of 114 patients diagnosed with hepatocel-lular carcinoma who underwent laparoscopic anatomical hepatectomy using the extraglissonian hepatic inflow occlusion technique at the Faculty of Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Surgery,Chinese PLA General Hospital between September 2020 and December 2022.Results:The success rate of achieving the ischemic area using the described methods was determined to be 74.6%.Out of the 85 cases that underwent laparoscopic anatomical hepatectomy,34 cases involved segmentectomy,5 cases involved subsegmentectomy,and 46 cases involved multi-segmentectomy.The average duration of the operation,blood loss volume,and postoperative hospi-tal stay were 229.0±85.0 min,133.0±112.0 mL,and 5.4±1.7 d,res pectively.Notably,no intraoperative blood transfusions were necessary,and no postoperative complications were observed.Conclusion:The extraglissonian hepatic inflow occlusion technique exhibits a notable advantage in terms of a high success rate,effectively guiding the selection process during laparoscopic parenchymal tran-section.Moreover,this technique has demonstrated safety,reproducibility,and significant potential for broader clinical adoption.

文摘Background: As a promising biomarker of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC), protein induced by vitamin K absence or antagonist-Ⅱ(PIVKA-Ⅱ) has been studied extensively. However, its diagnostic capability varies across HCC studies. This study aimed to compare the performance of PIVKA-Ⅱ with alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) in the diagnosis of HCC. Data sources: A systematic literature search was conducted to identify the studies from MEDLINE, Embase and Cochrane Library Databases, which were published up to December 20, 2017 to compare the diagnostic capability of PIVKA-Ⅱ and AFP for HCC. The data were pooled using random effects model. Pooled sensitivity and specificity were calculated. Summary receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC) was employed to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of each marker. Results: Thirty-one studies were included. The pooled sensitivity(95% CI) of PIVKA-Ⅱ and AFP was 0.66(0.65–0.68) and 0.66(0.65–0.67), respectively in diagnosis of HCC; and the corresponding pooled specificity(95% CI) was 0.89(0.88–0.90) and 0.84(0.83–0.85), respectively. The area under the ROC curve(AUC) of PIVKA-Ⅱ and AFP was 0.856(0.817–0.895) and 0.770(0.728–0.811), respectively. Subgroup analysis showed that PIVKA-Ⅱ was superior to AFP in terms of the AUC for both small HCC( < 3 cm) [0.863(0.825–0.901) vs 0.717(0.658–0.776)] and large HCC( ≥ 3 cm) [0.854(0.811–0.897) vs 0.729(0.682–0.776)]; for American [0.926(0.897–0.955) vs 0.698(0.594–0.662)], European [0.772(0.743–0.801) vs 0.628(0.594–0.662)], Asian [0.838(0.812–0.864) vs 0.785(0.764–0.806)] and African [0.812(0.794–0.840) vs 0.721(0.675–0.767)] HCC patients; and for HBV-related [0.909(0.866–0.951) vs 0.714(0.673–0.755)] and mixed-etiology [0.847(0.821–0.873) vs 0.794(0.772–0.816)] HCC. Conclusion: This meta-analysis indicates that PIVKA-Ⅱ is better than AFP in terms of the accuracy for diagnosing HCC, regardless of tumor size, patient ethnic group, or HCC etiology.

文摘Background:Since December 2019,an outbreak of the Corona Virus disease 2019(COVID-19)caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)in Wuhan,China,has become a public health emergency of international concern.The high fatality of aged cases caused by SARS-CoV-2 was a need to explore the possible age-related phenomena with non-human primate models.Methods:Three 3-5 years old and two 15 years old rhesus macaques were intratracheally infected with SARS-CoV-2,and then analyzed by clinical signs,viral replication,chest X-ray,histopathological changes and immune response.Results:Viral replication of nasopharyngeal swabs,anal swabs and lung in old monkeys was more active than that in young monkeys for 14 days after SARS-CoV-2 challenge.Monkeys developed typical interstitial pneumonia characterized by thickened alveolar septum accompanied with inflammation and edema,notably,old monkeys exhibited diffuse severe interstitial pneumonia.Viral antigens were detected mainly in alveolar epithelial cells and macrophages.Conclusion:SARS-CoV-2 caused more severe interstitial pneumonia in old monkeys than that in young monkeys.Rhesus macaque models infected with SARS-CoV-2 provided insight into the pathogenic mechanism and facilitated the development of vaccines and therapeutics against SARS-CoV-2 infection.

文摘BACKGROUND The value of conventional magnetic resonance imaging in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules is limited;however,the value of multi-parameter diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)in the quantitative evaluation of thyroid nodules has not been well determined.AIM To determine the utility of multi-parametric DWI including mono-exponential,biexponential,stretched exponential,and kurtosis models for the differentiation of thyroid lesions.METHODS Seventy-nine patients(62 with benign and 17 with malignant nodules)underwent multi-b value diffusion-weighted imaging of the thyroid.Multiple DWI parameters were obtained for statistical analysis.RESULTS Good agreement was found for diffusion parameters of thyroid nodules.Malignant lesions displayed lower diffusion parameters including apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC),the true diffusion coefficient(D),the perfusion fraction(f),the distributed diffusion coefficient(DDC),the intravoxel water diffusion heterogeneity(α)and kurtosis model-derived ADC(Dapp),and higher apparent diffusional kurtosis(Kapp)than benign entities(all P<0.01),except for the pseudodiffusion coefficient(D*)(P>0.05).The area under the ROC curve(AUC)of the ADC(0 and 1000)was not significantly different from that of the ADC(0 and 2000),ADC(0 to 2000),ADC(0 to 1000),D,DDC,Dapp and Kapp(all P>0.05),but was significantly higher than the AUC of D*,f andα(all P<0.05)for differentiating benign from malignant lesions.CONCLUSION Multiple DWI parameters including ADC,D,f,DDC,α,Dapp and Kapp could discriminate benign and malignant thyroid nodules.The metrics including D,DDC,Dapp and Kapp provide additional information with similar diagnostic performance of ADC,combination of these metrics may contribute to differentiate benign and malignant thyroid nodules.The ADC calculated with higher b values may not lead to improved diagnostic performance.
文摘Objective To study the circulation, distribution, and genomic diversity of HPVs in common warts in Beijing area of China. Methods Forty eight patients with pathologically diagnosed common warts were screened for the presence of HPV with HPV type-specific PCR and direct sequencing analysis. The genomic diversity of HPVs prevalent in Chinese patients was analyzed based on LCR. Results Forty one (85.5%) samples were positive for HPV DNA, 13(31.7%)-HPV-57, 12(29.3%)-HPV-la, 7(17%)-HPV-27 and 5(12.2%)-HPV-2a. Four cases were infected with two different HPV types, two (4.9%) with HPV-la and HPV-27, one (2.4%) with HPV-1 and HPV-57 and one (2.4%) with HPV-27 and HPV-57. In contrast to the prevalence of single strain of novel HPV-57 variant and HPV-1 prototype, two HPV-2 and three HPV-27 novel variants were found to circulate in Beijing. Conclusion HPV-1, -2, -27 and -57 are predominantly prevalent in patients with common warts in Beijing.

文摘Objective To establish a sandwich ELISA method for detecting vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in sera of population and the patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods Full length and two truncated human VEGF cDNA sequences were amplified from a commercial plasmid pBLAST49-hVEGF by PCR and inserted into the prokaryotic-expression plasmid pET-32a or pGEX-2T. Various VEGF proteins were expressed and purified from E. coli in His-Trx or GST fusion forms. The specific VEGF antibodies were elicited in experimental rabbits and mice by immunization of the full length VEGF fusion protein His-Trx-VEGF1-165. After purification of antibodies with chromatograph of Protein G, a sandwich ELISA technique was established. Serum VEGF levels were evaluated in 229 adults and 291 HCC patients. Results SDS-PAGE displayed that the molecular weights of the expressed full length (His-Trx-VEGF1-165), N-terminal (His-Trx-VEGF1-100) and C-terminal (GST-VEGF100-165) human VEGF fusion proteins were about 38KD, 31KD, and 33KD, respectively. Western blots confirmed that the prepared antisera were able to recognize both prokaryoticly and eukaryoticly expressed recombinant VEGF proteins. Assays of serially diluted His-Trx-VEGF1-100 by the established sandwich ELISA method showed that the linear range of the standard curve was 0.625-320 ng/mL, with the squared correlation coefficient R^2=0.991. Screening of a serum panel containing 291 serum samples of HCC patients and 229 health adults revealed that the average VEGF level in HCC patients was higher than that in healthy controls, with a statically significant difference. Conclusion The established sandwich ELISA reflects the level of serum VEGF and provide scientific basis for screening metastasis and recurrence of HCC using serum VEGF as an index.
文摘Neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) are a group of neoplasms that are characterized by the secretion of a variety of hormones and diverse clinical syndromes. NETs are considered to be rare, but the incidence of NETs has increased rapidly in recent years. NETs provide a clinical challenge for physicians because they comprise a heterogeneous group of malignancies with a wide range of morphological, functional, and behavioral characteristics. Subtotal gastrectomy with Billroth II reconstruction is the mainstay of therapy in the management of gastric NETs complicated by perforated duodenal ulcer. Late perforation of anastomotic stoma as a long-term complication has been rarely reported. Here, we report a case of anastomotic perforation 5 years after subtotal gastrectomy due to perforated duodenal ulcer and gastric NETs.
文摘Anorectal malignant melanoma is a very rare but lethal disease. Patients with anorectal malignant melanoma commonly complain for changes in bowel habits and rectal bleeding. Therefore, anorectal malignant melanoma is often misdiagnosed as hemorrhoids, polyp or rectal cancer. Surgery is the mainstay of treatment for patients with anorectal malignant melanoma. However, whether abdominoperineal resection or wide local excision is the most appropriate surgical approach is still a controversial issue. Recently, with the great development of laparoscopic techniques, more and more operations can be performed by laparoscopic techniques. However, laparoscopic abdominoperineal resection for management of anorectal malignant melanoma has been rarely reported. In this study, we reported 4 patients with anorectal malignant melanoma underwent laparoscopic abdominoperineal resection. The outcomes of these patients were relatively good during a long time follow-up. Meanwhile, we reviewed the relevant studies with particular focus surgical treatment.

文摘Summary:Ranolazine,a late sodium current inhibitor,has been demonstrated to be effective on heart failure.18B-glycyrrhetinic acid(18β-GA)has the similar inhibitory effect on late sodium currents.However,its effect on diastolic function is still unknown.This study aimed to determine whether 18β-GA can improve the diastolic function and to explore the underlying mechanisms.Eighty male Sprague Dawley(SD)rats of Langendorff model were randomly divided into the following groups:group A,normal cardiac perfusion group;group B,ischemia-reperfusion group;group C,ischemia-reperfusion with anemoniasulcata toxinⅡ(ATX-Ⅱ);group D,ranolazine group;and group E,18β-GA group with four different concentrations.Furthermore,a pressure-overloaded rat model induced by trans-aortic constriction(TAC)was established.Echocardiography and hemodynamics were used to evaluate diastolic function at 14th day after TAC.Changes of free intracellular calcium(Ca27)concentration was indirectly detected by laser scanning confocal microscope to confirm the inhibition of late sodium currents.With the intervention of ATX-Ⅱon ischemia reperfusion injury group,5 umol/L ranolazine,and 5,10,20,40μmol/L 18β-GA could improve ATX-I-induced cardiac diastolic dysfunction.630 mg/kg glycyrrhizin tablets could improve cardiac diastolic function in the pressure-overloaded rats.18B-GA and ranolazine had similar effects on reducing the free calcium in cardiomyocytes.The study demonstrates that 18B-GA and glycyrrhizin could improve diastolic dysfunction induced by ischemia-reperfusion injury in Langendorff-perfused rat hearts and pressure-overloaded rats.The mechanism may be attributed to the inhibition of enhanced late sodium currents.
