In this paper, Y zeolites with different silica-alumina ratios were hydrophobically modified by organosilane and characterized by XRD, FTIR, SEM, BET, NMR. In the experiments of static and dynamic adsorption of VOCs by modified Y zeolites, it can be concluded that the static water adsorption capacity of Y zeolites with silica-aluminum ratio of 5 and 40 after silica modification decreased by 62 wt% and 53 wt%, under the conditions of high humidity, GHSV = 15,000 h-1, T = 35°C and initial concentration of toluene C0 = 5000 mg·m-3. The saturation adsorption capacity of toluene was increased from 0.06 g·g-1, 0.09 g·g-1 to 0.15 g·g-1, 0.21 g·g-1, the adsorption selectivity of Y zeolites for water was reduced and that for toluene was increased after Vapor phase silanization overlay modification. The present modification method might carry out targeted modification of zeolites surface, provide research ideas and guidance under high humidity conditions.展开更多

The H-PML boundary conditions can better suppress the numerical instability in some extreme models, and the computational speed of finite-element method and the dynamic range are greatly increased using this HPML. We use the finite-element method with a hybrid PML to model the acoustic reflection of the interface when wireline and well logging while drilling (LWD), in a formation with a reflector outside the borehole. The simulation results suggests that the PS- and SP- reflected waves arrive at the same time when the inclination between the well and the outer interface is zero, and the difference in arrival times increases with increasing dip angle. When there are fractures outside the well, the reflection signal is clearer in the subsequent reflection waves and may be used to identify the fractured zone. The difference between the dominant wavelength and the model scale shows that LWD reflection logging data are of higher resolution and quality than wireline acoustic reflection logging.展开更多

Since nano-pores are extensively developed in the interior of tight sandstone, a considerable body of research indicates that the type of diffusion is mainly molecular diffusion based on Fick's law. However, accurate modeling and understanding the physics of gas transport phenomena in nanoporous media is still a challenge for researchers and traditional investigation(analytical and experimental methods) have many limitations in studying the generic behavior. In this paper, we used Nano-CT to observe the pore structures of samples of the tight sandstone of western of Sichuan. Combined with advanced image processing technology, threedimensional distributions of the nanometer-sized pores were reconstructed and a tight sandstone digital core model was built, as well the pore structure parameters were analyzed quantitatively. Based on the digital core model, the diffusion process of methane molecules from a higher concentration area to a lower concentration area was simulated by a finite volume method. Finally, the reservoir's concentration evolution was visualized and the intrinsic molecular diffusivity tensor which reflects the diffusion capabilities of this rock was calculated. Through comparisons, we found that our calculated result was in good agreement with other empirical results. This study provides a new research method for tight sandstone digital rock physics. It is a foundation for future tight sandstone gas percolation theory and numerical simulation research.展开更多

We hypothesize that TH plays an important role in statin responsiveness in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods Consecutive 1091 hospitalized AMI patients in Fuwai hospital (Beijing, China) were enrolled into this current study. The study population was divided into three groups based on the intensity of statin treatment: low-intensity (n = 221), moderate-intensity (n = 712) and high-intensity (n = 158). Lipid levels were measured after statin therapy lasting for 10-14 days. The association between TH, lipid profile levels and achievement of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) lowering goals was explored in patients with AMI on statin therapy. Results By general linear analysis, a significant linear trend between free triiodothyronine (FT3) and LDL-C level (linear coefficient r = -0.082, P = 0.001) and FT3 and total cholesterol (TC) level (r = -0.105, P = 0.031) was observed in the moderate-intensity statin group. A more apparent linear trend was detected in the high-intensity statin group (for LDL-C: r = -0.113, P = 0.005; for TC: r = -0.172, P = 0.029, respectively). However, no significant correlation was observed in the low-intensity statin group. Compared with the low-FT3 group (defined as FT3 〈 1.79 pg/mL), the OR (95% CI) for attaining a LDL-C 〈 3.0mmol/L was found to be 2.217 (1.001–4.839) in the higher FT3 group (〉 2.95 pg/mL). The OR (95% CI) for attaining the more intensive goal (LDL-C 〈 1.8mmol/L) was 2.836 (1.014–5.182). Conclusions Our study reveals that variation in FT3 levels is related to the cholesterol-lowering responsiveness of statins in AMI patients. These findings suggest that low FT3 may be a factor responsible for lack of LDL-C goal attainment and patients’ poor responsiveness to statin treatment.展开更多

This study aimed to determine whether UA could be an independent risk factor of cardiac death in patients with HOCM.METHODS A total of 317 patients with HOCM, who were receiving conservative treatment in Fuwai Hospital from October2009 to December 2014, all of them completed UA evaluations, were analyzed. Patients were divided into three groups according to the UA levels: Tertile 1(≤ 318 μmol/L, n = 106), Tertile 2(319 to 397 μmol/L, n = 105), and Tertile 3(≥ 398 μmol/L, n = 106).RESULTS During a median follow-up of 45 months, 29 cardiac deaths(9.1%) occurred, including 6 sudden cardiac deaths and23 heart failure-related deaths. Cardiac death in Tertile 3(n = 16, 55.2%) was significantly higher than in Tertile 1(n = 6, 20.7%)and Tertile 2(n = 7, 24.1%). In univariate model, UA level(continuous value) showed predictive value of cardiac death [hazard ratio(HR) = 1.006, 95% CI: 1.003-1.009, P = 0.009]. Univariate Cox survival analysis had shown a significant higher property of cardiac death in patients of Tertile 3 when compared with those of Tertile 1, but cardiac death in patients of Tertile 2 did not show significant prognositic value compared with those of Tertile 1(HR = 3.927, 95% CI: 0.666-23.162, P = 0.131). UA was found to be an independent risk factor(HR = 1.005, 95% CI: 1.001-1.009, P = 0.009) of cardiac death in the multivariate regression analysis after the adjustment for age, body mass index, atrial fibrillation, hemoglobin, creatinine, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, interventricular septum/left ventricular posterior wall ratio, left ventricular outflow tract and left ventricular ejection fraction.CONCLUSIONS UA concentration was found to be independently associated with cardiac death in HOCM patients receiving conservative treatment. Randomized trials of UA-lowering agents for HOCM patients are warranted.展开更多

These findings suggest that low FT3 may be a factor responsible for lack of LDL-C goal attainment and patients’ poor responsiveness to statin treatment.

文摘This paper reports new geochronological(U-Pb) and isotope(C,O,and S) data to investigate the timing of mineralization and mode of ore genesis for the recently discovered Changtuxili Mn-Ag-Pb-Zn deposit, located on the western slopes of the southern Great Hinggan Range in NE China. The mineralization is hosted by intermediate-acidic lavas and pyroclastic rocks of the Baiyingaolao Formation.Three stages of mineralization are identified:quartz-pyrite(Stage I),galena-sphalerite-tetrahedrite-rhodochrosite(Stage II),and quartz-pyrite(Stage Ⅲ).δ13C and δ18O values for carbonate from the ore vary from-8.51‰ to-4.96‰ and 3.97‰ to 15.90‰,respectively,which are indicative of a low-temperature alteration environment.δ34SV-CDT values of sulfides range from-1.77‰ to 4.16‰ and show a trend of equilibrium fractionation(δ34SPy>δ34SSp>δ34SGn).These features indicate that pyrite, sphalerite, and galena precipitated during the period of mineralization. The alteration mineral assemblage and isotope data indicate that the weakly acidic to weakly alkaline ore-forming fluid was derived largely from meteoric water and the ore-forming elements C and S originated from magma.During the mineralization,a geochemical barrier was formed by changes in the pH of the ore-forming fluid, leading to the precipitation of rhodochrosite. On the basis of the mineralization characteristics, new isotope data, and comparison with adjacent deposits,we propose that the Changtuxili Mn-Ag-Pb-Zn deposit is an intermediate-to lowsulfidation epithermal deposit whose formation was controlled by fractures and variability in the pH of the oreforming fluid. The surrounding volcanic rocks yield zircon U-Pb ages of 160-146 Ma(Late Jurassic),indicating that the mineralization is younger than 146 Ma.

文摘BACKGROUND The role of uric acid(UA) in survival of patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy(HOCM) has not been fully evaluated. Randomized trials of UA-lowering agents for HOCM patients are warranted.

文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to develop an enzyme-linked immunoassay kit that can detect the residual amount of pentachloronitrobenzene in Penaeus vannamei.[Methods]This study was conducted to develop an enzyme-linked immunoassay kit that can detect the residual amount of pentachloronitrobenzene in P.vannamei.[Results]The standard curve range of the kit was 0-8.1μg/L;the detection limit for P.vannamei was 0.912μg/kg;the recovery was 80.6%-103.5%;and the relative standard deviation range within batches was 5.3%-10.1%,and the relative standard deviation range between batches was 6.7%-8.1%.The specificity of the pentachloronitrobenzene monoclonal antibody was relatively good, and the cross-reaction rates with pentachlorophenol, hexachlorobenzene, tetrachlorophthalide, and chlorothalonil were low,all of which did not exceed 30%.The ELISA kit could be stored at 4℃for 12 months, showing good stability.[Conclusions]The detection kit has low cost, short time and small deviation, and is an ideal preliminary screening method.
文摘Acrylamide(AA)is ubiquitous in packaging materials, paints, cosmetics, food and drinking water. However,AA has obvious neurotoxicity, reproductive toxicity and carcinogenicity, which seriously endangers human health. As one of precious traditional Chinese medicines,Gastrodia elata Bl.has been mainly used to lower blood pressure and resist myocardial ischemia. However, the antioxidant activity of Gastrodia elata Bl.on AA-induced DNA damage has not been reported. We found that AA(25,30 and 50 mg/kg)could cause DNA damage and the damage was time/dose dependent. After AA administration,Tail moment, micronuclei formation rate,8-OHdG and MDA level were significantly increased and SOD activity was decreased.Gastrodia elata Bl.decoction, gastrodin and vitamin C could reduce AA-induced DNA damage by decreasing AA-induced increment of tail moment and micronuclei formation rate. What’s more,Gastrodia elata Bl.decoction, gastrodin and vitamin C could lower 8-OHdG and MDA level and improve SOD activity. In conclusion, our research showed that Gastrodia elata Bl.decoction and gastrodin had protective effects on AA-induced DNA damage, and the potential protective mechanism might be related to anti-oxidative stress.

文摘Peptide drugs are known for their high biological safety. However, compared with small molecule drugs, peptide drugs are easily oxidized and hydrolyzed as well as short in half-life.Herein,inspired by the long circulation of albumin in blood,we screened albumin binding peptides(ABPs)from a one-bead one-compound(OBOC)peptide library to increase the half-life of peptide drugs.Beads displaying random peptides were screened using fluorescent labeled human serum albumin.Fluorescent beads with specific binding to albumin were isolated for sequencing. The selected ABPs can effectively bind to albumin, thus possessing the long circulation of albumin. The dissociation constant(K_(D))of ABPs to albumin is up to 1×10^(-8)mol/L.Once one of ABPs(ABP2)was coupled to triptorelin, the circulation half-life of triptorelin in mice was significantly prolonged to 263.50 h much longer than that of triptorelin alone(179.07 h).In addition, the combination therapy using ABP-conjugated triptorelin and doxorubicin(DOX)can effectively inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells in mice. The OBOC screening strategy and resulting ABPs showed great potential for enhancing the delivery efficiency of peptide drugs.

文摘Wastewater treatment plants are the major energy consumers and significant sources of greenhouse gas emissions, among which biological nitrogen removal of wastewater is an important contributor to carbon emissions. However, traditional heterotrophic denitrification still has the problems of excessive residual sludge and the requirement of external carbon sources.Consequently, the development of innovative low-carbon nitrate removal technologies is necessary. This review outlines the key roles of sulfur autotrophic denitrification and hydrogen autotrophic denitrification in low-carbon wastewater treatment. The discovered nitrate/nitrite dependent anaerobic methane oxidation enables sustainable methane emission reduction and nitrogen removal by utilizing available methane in situ.Photosynthetic microorganisms exhibited a promising potential to achieve carbon-negative nitrate removal.Specifically, the algal-bacterial symbiosis system and photogranules offer effective and prospective low-carbon options for nitrogen removal. Then, the emerging nitrate removal technology of photoelectrotrophic denitrification and the underlying, photoelectron transfer mechanisms are discussed. Finally,we summarize and prospect these technologies, highlighting that solar-driven biological nitrogen removal technology is a promising area for future sustainable wastewater treatment. This review has important guiding significance for the design of low-carbon wastewater treatment systems.
