Methods: A total of 85 elderly patients with lung cancer treated in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were included as the study population for this research. They were divided into a study group of 42 cases and a regular group of 43 cases. The regular group of elderly patients received routine nursing care, while the study group of elderly patients was provided with the operating room nursing care work procedure sheet. The surgical duration, intraoperative blood loss, time to mobilization, and postoperative complication rate were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results: Compared to the regular group, the study group had significantly shorter surgical duration and time to mobilization, as well as less intraoperative blood loss (P < 0.05). The overall incidence of postoperative complications in the study group (4.76%) was significantly lower than that in the regular group (19.05%) (P Conclusion: Formulating the operating room nursing work procedure sheet for elderly lung cancer patients can effectively improve surgical efficiency, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and promote patient prognosis in thoracoscopic radical surgery. Me...Objective: To compare the effects of total intravenous anesthesia and static aspiration combined general anesthesia on postoperative cognitive function and psychological state of elderly esophageal cancer patients. Methods: From July 2020 to April 2021, 180 elderly patients who underwent radical esophageal cancer surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into 90 cases in the control group and 90 in the observation group. The control group used static aspiration compound general anesthesia, and the patients in the observation group used intravenous anesthesia to compare the cognitive function and psychological state of the two groups of patients. Results: There was no statistical difference in the cognitive function score of patients in the observation group 30 minutes before anesthesia, 1 h and 24 hours after anesthesia compared with that in the control group, P > 0.05;there was no statistical difference between the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) scores 30 minutes before and 24 hours after anesthesia in the observation group compared with the control group, P > 0.05;the cognitive function score of patients in the observation group of 4 h after surgery and 12 h after operation was significantly higher than that of the control group;the HAMA scores of patients in the observation group of 1 h, 4 h and 12 h after surgery were significantly lower than that of the control group, P Conclusion: The application of total intravenous anesthesia in elderly patients with esophageal cancer surgery can reduce the impact of anesthesia on their cognitive function and psychological state, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.展开更多

Combined with the random number table method, they were divided into the control group (providing routine nursing care in operating room) and the observation group (providing nursing intervention in operating room) with 39 patients in each group respectively. The body temperature of the two groups during operation, during abdominal closure and after operation, the time of leaving anesthesia room, extubation, postoperative wakefulness and hospitalization, degree of satisfaction with nursing work was compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the body temperature in the observation group tended to be more normal during operation, during abdominal closure and after operation (P 0.05). The time of leaving anesthesia room, extubation, postoperative wakefulness and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P 0.05). The satisfaction degree of the observation group with nursing work was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention in operating room is effective for gastric cancer patients in anesthesia recovery period, which can maintain their perioperative temperature stability, promote their postoperative recovery and enhance their satisfaction with nursing work. Atherosclerosis is featured as chronic low-grade inflammation in the arteries,which leads to the formation of plaques rich in lipids.M_(2)macrophage-derived extracellular vesicles(M_(2)EV)have significant potential fo...Atherosclerosis is featured as chronic low-grade inflammation in the arteries,which leads to the formation of plaques rich in lipids.M_(2)macrophage-derived extracellular vesicles(M_(2)EV)have significant potential for anti-atherosclerotic therapy.However,their therapeutic effectiveness has been hindered by their limited targeting capability in vivo.The objective of this study was to create the P-M_(2)EV(platelet membrane-modified M_(2)EV)using the membrane fusion technique in order to imitate the interaction between platelets and macrophages.P-M_(2)EV exhibited excellent physicochemical properties,and microRNA(miRNA)-sequencing revealed that the extrusion process had no detrimental effects on miRNAs carried by the nanocarriers.Remarkably,miR-99a-5p was identified as the miRNA with the highest expression level,which targeted the mRNA of Homeobox A1(HOXA1)and effectively suppressed the formation of foam cells in vitro.In an atherosclerotic low-density lipoprotein receptor-deficient(Ldlr^(-/-))mouse model,the intravenous injection of P-M_(2)EV showed enhanced targeting and greater infiltration into atherosclerotic plaques compared to regular extracellular vesicles.Crucially,P-M_(2)EV successfully suppressed the progression of atherosclerosis without causing systemic toxicity.The findings demonstrated a biomimetic platelet-mimic system that holds great promise for the treatment of atherosclerosis in clinical settings.展开更多

Along with the integrated and miniaturized development of advanced electronic devices,phase change materials(PCMs)simultaneously with efficient thermal management and high electromag-netic interference(EMI)shielding e...Along with the integrated and miniaturized development of advanced electronic devices,phase change materials(PCMs)simultaneously with efficient thermal management and high electromag-netic interference(EMI)shielding effectiveness(SE)are ungently demanded.Herein,the shape-stabilized MXene/Ni-platted melamine sponge/Regenerated cellulose/Graphene nanoplate/Polyethylene glycol(MX/Ni@MS/RCG/PEG)composite PCMs comprising hierarchical Ni@MS/RCG and MXene film were fabricated via a facile encapsulation approach.Hierarchical Ni@MS/RCG hybrid aerogel was prepared by electroless plating and sol-gel methods,and MXene film was obtained using vacuum-assisted filtra-tion procedure.The synergistic effect of conductive Ni@MS/RCG networks and tight MXene film endows MX/Ni@MS/RCG/PEG composite PCMs with good shape stability,high cyclic reliability,large latent heat of phase change(154.3 J g^(–1)),excellent thermal conductivity(TC,0.47 W m^(–1)K^(–1))and favorable EMI shield-ing performance(32.7 dB).The TC of acceptable 0.47 W m^(–1)K^(–1)is observed for MX/Ni@MS/RCG-5/PEG at a rather low GNP content of merely 0.39 wt%.In addition,the temperature variation of MX/Ni@MS/RCG-5/PEG is a lot faster than that of pure PEG in the heating/cooling process,revealing the remarkable energy storage and release efficiency for the composite PCMs.This investigation has taken an important step to-wards shape-stabilized composite PCMs with both effective thermal management and high EMI SE for promising applications in electronic packaging and advanced energy.展开更多
It is of significance to prepare biodegradable electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding materials with high EMI shielding effectiveness(SE)in order to solve electromagnetic and environmental pollution problems.In th...It is of significance to prepare biodegradable electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding materials with high EMI shielding effectiveness(SE)in order to solve electromagnetic and environmental pollution problems.In this paper,environmentally friendly EMI shielding silver nanowires(AgNWs)/poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA)/poly(D-lactic acid)(PDLA)/ferroferric oxide(Fe_(3)O_(4))composites with step-wise asymmetric structures were prepared by a facile one-step non-solvent-induced phase separation method.The conductive AgNW network was constructed at a low mass fraction of 5 wt.%on the surface of stereo-complexed crystalline poly(lactic acid)(SC-PLA)film(1.08×10^(4) S/m).Moreover,magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)is mainly distributed in the skeleton of porous SC-PLA film.Due to the synergistic effect of AgNWs and Fe_(3)O_(4),the EMI SE of SC-PLA films reaches up to 50.3 dB.Interestingly,SC-PLA film modified with triethoxy-1H,1H,2H,2H-tridecafluoro-n-octylsilane(TTO)demonstrates an outstanding water contact angle of about 150.2°compared with the pure PLLA film(134.7°),stemming from the synergistic effect of denser SC-PLA nano-protrusions and low-surface-energy TTO.Thus,we successfully fabricated the high EMI shielding SC-PLA film with wonderful superhydrophobicity,which extends the application performance and service life of portable electronics in moist environments.展开更多

In the present study, we found that D. latiflorus leaf extract(DLE) reduced fasting blood glucose levels, body weight,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol with low liver toxicity in db/db mice. In addition, gene expression profiling was performed and pathway enrichment analysis showed that DLE affected metabolic pathways.Importantly, DLE activated the AKT signaling pathway and reduced glucose production by downregulating glucose-6-phosphatase(G6 PC) and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase 1(PCK1) expression. Moreover, network pharmacology analysis identified rutin as an active component in DLE through targeting insulin growth factor 1 receptor(IGF1 R), an upstream signaling transducer of AKT. Due to its hypoglycemic effects and low toxicity, DLE may be considered an adjuvant treatment option for type 2 diabetes patients.展开更多

文摘Since electromagnetic pollution is detrimental to human health and the environment,numerous efforts have been successively made to achieve excellent electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness(EMI SE)via designing the hierarchical structures for electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding polymer composites.Among the plentiful structures,the asymmetric structures are currently a hot spot,principally categorizing into multi-layered,porous,fibrous,and segregated asymmetric structures,which endows the high EMI shielding performance for polymer composites incorporated with magnetic,conductive,and/or dielectric micro/nano-fillers,due to the“absorption-reflection-reabsorption”shielding mechanism.Therefore,this review provides the retrospection and summary of the efforts with respect to abundant asymmetric structures and multifunctional micro/nano-fillers for enhancing EMI shielding properties,which is conducive to the booming development of polymeric EMI shielding materials for the promising prospect in modern electronics and 5-generation(5G)technology.

文摘Ventricular arrhythmogenesis is a key cause of sudden cardiac death following myocardial infarction(MI).Accumulating data show that ischemia,sympathetic activation,and inflammation contribute to arrhythmogenesis.However,the role and mechanisms of abnormal mechanical stress in ventricular arrhythmia following MI remain undefined.We aimed to examine the impact of increased mechanical stress and identify the role of the key sensor Piezo1 in ventricular arrhythmogenesis in MI.Concomitant with increased ventricular pressure,Piezo1,as a newly recognized mechano-sensitive cation channel,was the most up-regulated mechanosensor in the myocardium of patients with advanced heart failure.Piezo1 was mainly located at the intercalated discs and T-tubules of cardiomyocytes,which are responsible for intracellular calcium homeostasis and intercellular communication.

文摘Summary of main observation and conclusion The ternary blend structure has been demonstrated as an effective approach to increase the power conversion efficiency of organic solar cells.An effective approach to enhance the power conversion efficiency of ternary solar cells is based on two non-fullerene acceptors with complimentary absorption range and balanced crystallinity.In this work,we have introduced a high crystallinity small-molecule acceptor,named C8IDTT-4CI with appropriate alkyl side chains into a low crystalline blend of conjugated polymer donor PBDT-TPD and fused-ring electron acceptor ITIC-4F.A ternary device based on the blend PBDT-TPD:1TIC-4F:C81DTT-4CI exhibits a best power conversion efficiency of 9.51%with a simultaneous improvement of the short-circuit current density to 18.76 mA-cm^-2 and the fill factor up to 67.53%.The absorption onset for C8IDTT-4CI is located at 900 nm,so that the well complementary light absorption is beneficial to the photocurrent.In addition,the existence of high crystallinity C8IDTT-4CI in the ternary device is found helpful to modulate crystallinity,improve heterojunction morphologies and stacking structure,therefore to realize higher charge mobility and better performance.

文摘Along with the integrated and miniaturized development of advanced electronic devices,phase change materials(PCMs)simultaneously with efficient thermal management and high electromag-netic interference(EMI)shielding effectiveness(SE)are ungently demanded.Herein,the shape-stabilized MXene/Ni-platted melamine sponge/Regenerated cellulose/Graphene nanoplate/Polyethylene glycol(MX/Ni@MS/RCG/PEG)composite PCMs comprising hierarchical Ni@MS/RCG and MXene film were fabricated via a facile encapsulation approach.Hierarchical Ni@MS/RCG hybrid aerogel was prepared by electroless plating and sol-gel methods,and MXene film was obtained using vacuum-assisted filtra-tion procedure.The synergistic effect of conductive Ni@MS/RCG networks and tight MXene film endows MX/Ni@MS/RCG/PEG composite PCMs with good shape stability,high cyclic reliability,large latent heat of phase change(154.3 J g^(–1)),excellent thermal conductivity(TC,0.47 W m^(–1)K^(–1))and favorable EMI shield-ing performance(32.7 dB).The TC of acceptable 0.47 W m^(–1)K^(–1)is observed for MX/Ni@MS/RCG-5/PEG at a rather low GNP content of merely 0.39 wt%.In addition,the temperature variation of MX/Ni@MS/RCG-5/PEG is a lot faster than that of pure PEG in the heating/cooling process,revealing the remarkable energy storage and release efficiency for the composite PCMs.This investigation has taken an important step to-wards shape-stabilized composite PCMs with both effective thermal management and high EMI SE for promising applications in electronic packaging and advanced energy.

文摘It is of significance to prepare biodegradable electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding materials with high EMI shielding effectiveness(SE)in order to solve electromagnetic and environmental pollution problems.In this paper,environmentally friendly EMI shielding silver nanowires(AgNWs)/poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA)/poly(D-lactic acid)(PDLA)/ferroferric oxide(Fe_(3)O_(4))composites with step-wise asymmetric structures were prepared by a facile one-step non-solvent-induced phase separation method.The conductive AgNW network was constructed at a low mass fraction of 5 wt.%on the surface of stereo-complexed crystalline poly(lactic acid)(SC-PLA)film(1.08×10^(4) S/m).Moreover,magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)is mainly distributed in the skeleton of porous SC-PLA film.Due to the synergistic effect of AgNWs and Fe_(3)O_(4),the EMI SE of SC-PLA films reaches up to 50.3 dB.Interestingly,SC-PLA film modified with triethoxy-1H,1H,2H,2H-tridecafluoro-n-octylsilane(TTO)demonstrates an outstanding water contact angle of about 150.2°compared with the pure PLLA film(134.7°),stemming from the synergistic effect of denser SC-PLA nano-protrusions and low-surface-energy TTO.Thus,we successfully fabricated the high EMI shielding SC-PLA film with wonderful superhydrophobicity,which extends the application performance and service life of portable electronics in moist environments.

文摘The potential medicinal value of Ma bamboo(Dendrocalamus latiflorus), one of the most popular and economically important bamboo species in China, has been underestimated. In the present study, we found that D. latiflorus leaf extract(DLE) reduced fasting blood glucose levels, body weight,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol with low liver toxicity in db/db mice. In addition, gene expression profiling was performed and pathway enrichment analysis showed that DLE affected metabolic pathways.Importantly, DLE activated the AKT signaling pathway and reduced glucose production by downregulating glucose-6-phosphatase(G6 PC) and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase 1(PCK1) expression. Moreover, network pharmacology analysis identified rutin as an active component in DLE through targeting insulin growth factor 1 receptor(IGF1 R), an upstream signaling transducer of AKT. Due to its hypoglycemic effects and low toxicity, DLE may be considered an adjuvant treatment option for type 2 diabetes patients.

文摘Dear Editor,The coronavirus infectious disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak is seriously endangering human health.Most patients with severe COVID-19 are characterized by sustained cytokine production and hyper-inflammation,which is known as cytokine storm syndrome.1-3 Elaborating the anti-inflammatory response is crucial to these patients,and interieukin-6(IL6)inhibitors and steroids have been recommended in clinical practice.1 However,after the cytokine storm phase,the host immune response to sepsis may develop into a protracted immunosuppressive phase.
