Constructing long-cycling crystalline C_(3)N_(4)-based carbonaceous anodes for sodium-ion battery via N configuration control

Carbon nitrides with two-dimensional layered structures and high theoretical capacities are attractive as anode materials for sodium-ion batteries while their low crystallinity and insufficient structural stability strongly restrict their practical applications.Coupling carbon nitrides with conductive carbon may relieve these issues.However,little is known about the influence of nitrogen(N)configurations on the interactions between carbon and C_(3)N_(4),which is fundamentally critical for guiding the precise design of advanced C_(3)N_(4)-related electrodes.Herein,highly crystalline C_(3)N_(4)(poly(triazine imide),PTI)based all-carbon composites were developed by molten salt strategy.More importantly,the vital role of pyrrolic-N for enhancing charge transfer and boosting Na+storage of C_(3)N_(4)-based composites,which was confirmed by both theoretical and experimental evidence,was spot-highlighted for the first time.By elaborately controlling the salt composition,the composite with high pyrrolic-N and minimized graphitic-N content was obtained.Profiting from the formation of highly crystalline PTI and electrochemically favorable pyrrolic-N configurations,the composite delivered an unusual reverse growth and record-level cycling stability even after 5000 cycles along with high reversible capacity and outstanding full-cell capacity retention.This work broadens the energy storage applications of C_(3)N_(4) and provides new prospects for the design of advanced all-carbon electrodes. 展开更多

With the growth of the Internet,more and more business is being done online,for example,online offices,online education and so on.While this makes people’s lives more convenient,it also increases the risk of the network being attacked by malicious code.Therefore,it is important to identify malicious codes on computer systems efficiently.However,most of the existing malicious code detection methods have two problems:(1)The ability of the model to extract features is weak,resulting in poor model performance.(2)The large scale of model data leads to difficulties deploying on devices with limited resources.Therefore,this paper proposes a lightweight malicious code identification model Lightweight Malicious Code Classification Method Based on Improved SqueezeNet(LCMISNet).In this paper,the MFire lightweight feature extraction module is constructed by proposing a feature slicing module and a multi-size depthwise separable convolution module.The feature slicing module reduces the number of parameters by grouping features.The multi-size depthwise separable convolution module reduces the number of parameters and enhances the feature extraction capability by replacing the standard convolution with depthwise separable convolution with different convolution kernel sizes.In addition,this paper also proposes a feature splicing module to connect the MFire lightweight feature extraction module based on the feature reuse and constructs the lightweight model LCMISNet.The malicious code recognition accuracy of LCMISNet on the BIG 2015 dataset and the Malimg dataset reaches 98.90% and 99.58%,respectively.It proves that LCMISNet has a powerful malicious code recognition performance.In addition,compared with other network models,LCMISNet has better performance,and a lower number of parameters and computations. 展开更多

Meibomian glands segmentation in infrared images with limited annotation

●AIM:To investigate a pioneering framework for the segmentation of meibomian glands(MGs),using limited annotations to reduce the workload on ophthalmologists and enhance the efficiency of clinical diagnosis.●METHODS... ●AIM:To investigate a pioneering framework for the segmentation of meibomian glands(MGs),using limited annotations to reduce the workload on ophthalmologists and enhance the efficiency of clinical diagnosis.●METHODS:Totally 203 infrared meibomian images from 138 patients with dry eye disease,accompanied by corresponding annotations,were gathered for the study.A rectified scribble-supervised gland segmentation(RSSGS)model,incorporating temporal ensemble prediction,uncertainty estimation,and a transformation equivariance constraint,was introduced to address constraints imposed by limited supervision information inherent in scribble annotations.The viability and efficacy of the proposed model were assessed based on accuracy,intersection over union(IoU),and dice coefficient.●RESULTS:Using manual labels as the gold standard,RSSGS demonstrated outcomes with an accuracy of 93.54%,a dice coefficient of 78.02%,and an IoU of 64.18%.Notably,these performance metrics exceed the current weakly supervised state-of-the-art methods by 0.76%,2.06%,and 2.69%,respectively.Furthermore,despite achieving a substantial 80%reduction in annotation costs,it only lags behind fully annotated methods by 0.72%,1.51%,and 2.04%.●CONCLUSION:An innovative automatic segmentation model is developed for MGs in infrared eyelid images,using scribble annotation for training.This model maintains an exceptionally high level of segmentation accuracy while substantially reducing training costs.It holds substantial utility for calculating clinical parameters,thereby greatly enhancing the diagnostic efficiency of ophthalmologists in evaluating meibomian gland dysfunction. 展开更多

A new,innovative vibration cast-rolling technology of “electromagnetic stirring+dendrite breaking+asynchronous rolling” was proposed with the adoption of sinusoidal vibration of crystallization roller to prepare Ti/Al laminated composites,and the effect of sinusoidal vibration of crystallization roller on composite microstructure was investigated in detail.The results show that the metallurgical bonding of titanium and aluminum is realized by mesh interweaving and mosaic meshing,instead of transition bonding by forming metal compound layer.The meshing depth between titanium and aluminum layers (6.6μm) of cast-rolling materials with strong vibration of crystallization roller (amplitude 0.87 mm,vibration frequency 25 Hz) is doubled compared with that of traditional cast-rolling materials (3.1μm),and the composite interfacial strength(27.0 N/mm) is twice as high as that of traditional cast-rolling materials (14.9 N/mm).This is because with the action of high-speed superposition of strong tension along the rolling direction,strong pressure along the width direction and rolling force,the composite linearity evolves from "straight line" with traditional casting-rolling to "curved line",and the depth and number of cracks in the interface increases greatly compared with those with traditional cast-rolling,which leads to the deep expansion of the meshing area between interfacial layers and promotes the stable enhancement of composite quality. 展开更多

BACKGROUND To date,this is the first case of a paradoxical embolism(PDE)that concurrently manifested in the coronary and lower limb arteries and was secondary to a central venous catheter(CVC)thrombus via a patent foramen ovale(PFO).CASE SUMMARY Here,we report a case of simultaneous coronary and lower limb artery embolism in a PFO patient carrier of a CVC.The patient presented to the hospital with acute chest pain and lower limb fatigue.Doppler ultrasound showed a large thrombus in the right internal jugular vein,precisely at the tip of the CVC.Transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography confirmed the existence of a PFO,with inducible right-to-left shunting by the Valsalva maneuver.The patient was administered an extended course of anticoagulation therapy,and then the CVC was successfully removed.Percutaneous PFO closure was not undertaken.There was no recurrence during follow-up.CONCLUSION Thus,CVC-associated thrombosis is a potential source for multiple PDE in PFO patients. 展开更多

目的探讨血清中耳石蛋白Otolin-1表达水平与良性阵发性位置性眩晕(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV)复位成功后残余症状(residual dizziness,RD)的相关性。方法回顾性选取2017年5月-2018年5月在宁波市第二医院确诊的新发的... 目的探讨血清中耳石蛋白Otolin-1表达水平与良性阵发性位置性眩晕(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV)复位成功后残余症状(residual dizziness,RD)的相关性。方法回顾性选取2017年5月-2018年5月在宁波市第二医院确诊的新发的特发性BPPV患者69例作为研究对象。BPPV患者耳石复位治疗成功后,根据随访中是否有RD,分为RD组28例和无RD组41例。收集BPPV患者的人口学数据、合并症等临床资料,同时抽取外周静脉血,测定血清Otolin-1及其他实验室相关指标。结果69例BPPV患者,其中40.6%(28/69)患者在治愈后有RD。血清Otolin-1水平在RD组和无RD组分别为357.4(313.6,411.4)pg/mL和312(265.3,345.7)pg/mL,两组比较差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.348,P=0.001)。受试者工作特征曲线显示,血清Otolin-1的截断值为330.81 pg/mL时,预测发生RD的曲线下面积为0.739(95%CI:0.622~0.865)。依据Otolin-1截断值,将BPPV患者分为Otolin-1值升高组和正常组。Logistic回归分析显示:Otolin-1升高组发生RD的风险是正常组的10.06倍(95%CI:2.33,43.42,P=0.002)。结论血清中Otolin-1水平在有RD的BPPV患者明显升高,推测血清中Otolin-1水平可作为预测BPPV治愈后发生RD的血清学标记物。 展开更多

目的探究果蝇突触黏附分子神经连接蛋白-4(Drosophila neuroligin 4,DNlg4)对幼虫神经肌肉突触发育的调控是否依赖于经典的neuroligin(Nlg)突触前配体分子轴突蛋白(Drosophila neurexin,DNrx)。方法主要利用免疫荧光染色和激光共聚焦显... 目的探究果蝇突触黏附分子神经连接蛋白-4(Drosophila neuroligin 4,DNlg4)对幼虫神经肌肉突触发育的调控是否依赖于经典的neuroligin(Nlg)突触前配体分子轴突蛋白(Drosophila neurexin,DNrx)。方法主要利用免疫荧光染色和激光共聚焦显微观测技术,对包括野生型、dnlg4突变体、dnrx突变体和dnlg4,dnrx双突变体等不同基因型果蝇三龄幼虫的神经肌肉接头(neuromuscular junction,NMJ)的形态进行观察,测量其突触分枝总长度并计数突触终扣(bouton)数目。以此作为NMJ发育状态参数,通过比较不同基因型果蝇的NMJ发育缺陷程度,确定DNlg4和DNrx在调控神经肌肉突触发育中的关系。结果DNrx缺失会导致较DNlg4缺失更严重的NMJ发育缺陷;缺失DNlg4会进一步加重因DNrx缺失而导致的NMJ发育缺陷;运动神经元表达外源的DNlg4可部分挽救DNrx缺失造成的NMJ发育缺陷;未检测到两类分子存在在体的相互结合。结论DNlg4与DNrx对果蝇幼虫神经肌肉突触发育的正向调控具有协同效应,DNlg4以非依赖于DNrx的方式调控神经肌肉突触的发育。 展开更多

目的探究LINC00626在肺鳞状细胞癌恶性进程中的作用及其分子机制。方法采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)和实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(RT-qPCR)检测144对癌组织和癌旁组织、正常肺上皮细胞株和肺癌细胞株中LINC00626的表达量与肺鳞状细胞癌病... 目的探究LINC00626在肺鳞状细胞癌恶性进程中的作用及其分子机制。方法采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)和实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(RT-qPCR)检测144对癌组织和癌旁组织、正常肺上皮细胞株和肺癌细胞株中LINC00626的表达量与肺鳞状细胞癌病理指标间的相关性,受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析LINC00626对肺鳞癌的诊断价值。将敲降的LINC00626及其敲降对照慢病毒转入H1437细胞中,命名为sh-NC组和sh-LINC00626组。将过表达LINC00626慢病毒及其过表达对照慢病毒转入A549细胞中,命名为Vetor组和LINC00626组。采用细胞计数试剂盒-8(CCK-8)实验、菌落形成实验、细胞划痕实验和Transwell小室实验检测LINC00626体外细胞学功能。采用裸鼠皮下荷瘤和尾静脉注射肺转移模型检测LINC00626在活体动物体内对细胞增殖、侵袭和转移能力的影响。采用qPCR和蛋白免疫印迹(Western blot)实验检测LINC00626表达水平与JAK/STAT信号通路的相关性。结果PCR和RT-qPCR结果显示,与癌旁组织相比,LINC00626在肺鳞癌组织中显著上调(P<0.001),且与患者的TNM分期和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。与16HBE细胞相比,LINC00626在H1437和H1975细胞中相对表达较高(P<0.01),在A549和H1299细胞中相对表达较低(P<0.001)。与sh-NC组相比,sh-LINC00626组中p-JAK1/JAK1、STAT3的mRNA水平显著降低(P<0.01);与Vector组相比,LINC00626组中p-JAK1/JAK1、STAT3的mRNA水平显著增加(P<0.01,P<0.05)。体外细胞功能实验和体内动物实验结果显示,与对照组相比,LINC00626过表达或敲低组对肺鳞癌的增殖、侵袭和转移有明显的促进或抑制作用(P<0.001)。WB实验结果显示,与sh-NC组相比,sh-LINC00626组中p-JAK1/JAK1、STAT3的蛋白水平显著降低(P<0.001);与Vector组相比,LINC00626组中p-JAK1/JAK1、STAT3的蛋白水平显著增加(P<0.001)。结论LINC00626通过JAK1/STAT3信号通路促进肺鳞癌的增殖、侵袭和转移。为肺鳞癌的临床诊断提供了新的生物标志物和潜在的治疗靶点。 展开更多

为深入了解武夷茶树(Camelliasinensis,异名:TheaboheaL.)的遗传多样性与背景关系,收集126个武夷茶树品种/品系与223个来自12个不同地区的优异茶树品种/品系,共349份茶树资源。采用基因分型测序(Genotyping by sequencing,GBS)技术筛选... 为深入了解武夷茶树(Camelliasinensis,异名:TheaboheaL.)的遗传多样性与背景关系,收集126个武夷茶树品种/品系与223个来自12个不同地区的优异茶树品种/品系,共349份茶树资源。采用基因分型测序(Genotyping by sequencing,GBS)技术筛选出973个高质量核心SNP进行茶树遗传多样性及背景关系分析。基于模型的遗传结构(Structure)、系统发育树(NJtree)和主成分分析(PCA)结果表明,349个茶树可分为5个亚群,亚群聚类主要是基于茶树之间的亲缘关系,而不是树型或叶形等形态特征。基因流分析表明,从闽南地区到武夷山地区和武夷山地区到浙江地区存在基因渗入。遗传相似度分析显示,在349个茶树中有136对样本的遗传相似系数大于0.9,其中有26对涉及武夷茶树品种/品系。通过两两比对的辨识度分析,从973个SNP标记中筛选出21个可100%识别349个茶树品种/品系的SNP标记,其中18个SNP标记即可100%识别126个武夷茶树品种/品系,并建立遗传指纹图谱与开发鉴定引物。研究结果为今后武夷茶树种质资源的管理和育种提供有价值的信息。 展开更多

BACKGROUND Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecological malignant tumors.Radiation enteritis(RE)leads to radiotherapy intolerance or termination of radiotherapy,which negatively impacts the therapeutic effect and seriously affects the quality of life of patients.If the incidence of RE in patients can be predicted in advance,and targeted clinical preventive treatment can be carried out,the side effects of radiotherapy in cervical cancer patients can be significantly reduced.Furthermore,accurate prediction of RE is essential for the selection of individualized radiation dose and the optimization of the radiotherapy plan.AIM To analyze the relationships between severe acute RE(SARE)of cervical cancer radiotherapy and clinical factors and dose-volume parameters retrospectively.METHODS We included 50 cervical cancer patients who received volumetric modulated arc therapy(VMAT)from September 2017 to June 2018 in the Department of Radiotherapy at The First Affiliated Hospital Soochow University.Clinical and dose-volume histogram factors of patients were collected.Logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the predictive value of each factor for SARE.A nomogram to predict SARE was developed(SARE scoring system≥3 points)based on the multiple regression coefficients;validity was verified by an internal verification method.RESULTS Gastrointestinal and hematological toxicity of cervical cancer VMAT gradually increased with radiotherapy and reached the peak at the end of radiotherapy.The main adverse reactions were diarrhea,abdominal pain,colitis,anal swelling,and blood in the stool.There was no significant difference in the incidence of gastrointestinal toxicity between the radical and postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the small intestine V_(20),V_(30),V_(40),and rectal V40 between adjuvant radiotherapy and radical radiotherapy after surgery(P<0.05).Univariate and multivariate analyses revealed anal bulge rating(OR:14.779,95%CI:1.281-170.547,P=0.031)and disease activity index(DAI)score(OR:53.928,95%CI:3.822-760.948,P=0.003)as independent predictors of SARE.CONCLUSION Anal bulge rating(>0.500 grade)and DAI score(>2.165 points)can predict SARE.The nomogram shows potential value in clinical practice. 展开更多

Various therapeutic strategies have been developed to overcome ovarian cancer.However,the prognoses resulting from these strategies are still unclear.In the present work,we screened 54 small molecule compounds approved by the FDA to identify novel agents that could inhibit the viability of human epithelial ovarian cancer cells.Among these,we identified disulfiram(DSF),an old alcohol-abuse drug,as a potential inducer of cell death in ovarian cancer.Mechanistically,DSF treatment significantly reduced the expression of the anti-apoptosis marker Bcell lymphoma/leukemia-2(Bcl-2)and increase the expression of the apoptotic molecules Bcl2 associated X(Bax)and cleaved caspase-3 to promote human epithelial ovarian cancer cell apoptosis.Furthermore,DSF is a newly identified effective copper ionophore,thus the combination of DSF and copper was used to reduce ovarian cancer viability than DSF single treatment.Combination treatment with DSF and copper also led to the reduced expression of ferredoxin 1 and loss of Fe-S cluster proteins(biomarkers of cuproptosis).In vivo,DSF and copper gluconate significantly decreased the tumor volume and increased the survival rate in a murine ovarian cancer xenograft model.Thus,the role of DSF revealed its potential for used as a viable therapeutic agent for the ovarian cancer. 展开更多

AIM:To elucidate the safety and visual quality of implantable collamer lens with central hole(ICL V4c)implantation for correcting moderate and high myopia for at least 5y.METHODS:This retrospective study was conducted on 58 patients(114 eyes)who were followed up for at least 5y after ICL V4c implantation.The observation was done before and on 1d,1mo,1 and 5y or more after the surgical procedure.The visual acuity,subjective refraction,intraocular pressure,vault,axial length,central hole position,pupil diameter,visual quality,and adverse events were analyzed.The visual quality includes aberration,the modulation transfer function cutoff frequency(MTF cutoff),objective scattering index(OSI),Stroller's ratio(SR),and visual quality questionnaire.RESULTS:The average follow-up period was 69.25±3.80mo(range 60–82mo)and the preoperative spherical equivalent(SE)was-8.66±1.97 D.At 5y after operation,the safety index was 1.01±0.02 and the efficacy index was 0.99±0.42 and SE was-0.65±0.63 D.The 59.6%of the eyes achieved an uncorrected distance visual acuity of 20/20,76.3%of the eyes had SE within±1.0 D at the last visit.The axial length increased by 0.29±0.71 mm 5y after the surgery(t=-3.843,P<0.001).The mean vault at the last follow-up was 510.59±245.61μm.The central hole was on the temporal side in 80 eyes(84.2%).The visual quality questionnaire showed that 98.2%patients were satisfied with the surgical procedure.Adverse events occurred in 4 eyes(3.5%),including the posttraumatic toric ICL rotation(2 eyes),iris incarceration(1 eye),and posttraumatic ICL displacement(1 eye)at the last follow-up.CONCLUSION:Long-term ICL V4c implantation is safe,effective,and stable for correcting moderate and to high myopia,and the visual quality with patients is excellent and satisfactory,but the progression of axial length still needs attention after surgery. 展开更多

Chronic liver injury leads to progressive liver fibrosis and ultimately cirrhosis,a major cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide.However,there are currently no effective anti-fibrotic therapies available,especially for latestage patients,which is partly attributed to the major knowledge gap regarding liver cell heterogeneity and cellspecific responses in different fibrosis stages.To reveal the multicellular networks regulating mammalian liver fibrosis from mild to severe phenotypes,we generated a single-nucleus transcriptomic atlas encompassing 49919nuclei corresponding to all main liver cell types at different stages of murine carbon tetrachloride(CCl_(4))-induced progressive liver fibrosis.Integrative analysis distinguished the sequential responses to injury of hepatocytes,hepatic stellate cells and endothelial cells.Moreover,we reconstructed the cell-cell interactions and gene regulatory networks implicated in these processes.These integrative analyses uncovered previously overlooked aspects of hepatocyte proliferation exhaustion and disrupted pericentral metabolic functions,dysfunction for clearance by apoptosis of activated hepatic stellate cells,accumulation of pro-fibrotic signals,and the switch from an anti-angiogenic to a pro-angiogenic program during CCl_(4)-induced progressive liver fibrosis.Our dataset thus constitutes a useful resource for understanding the molecular basis of progressive liver fibrosis using a relevant animal model. 展开更多

Harmonic nonlinear ultrasound can offer high sensitivity for residual stress measurements;however,it cannot be used for local stress measurements at a point in space and exhibits nonlinear distortions in the experimental system.This paper presents a feasibility study on the measurement of residual stress in a metal plate using a nonlinear Lamb wave-mixing technique.The resonant conditions for two Lamb waves to generate a mixing frequency wave are obtained via theoretical analysis.Finite element simulations are performed to investigate the nonlinear interactions between the two Lamb waves.Results show that two incident A0 waves interact in regions of material nonlinearity and generate a rightward S0 wave at the sum frequency.Residual stress measurement experiments are conducted on steel plate specimens using the collinear Lamb wave-mixing technique.By setting different delays for two transmitters,the generated sum-frequency component at different spatial locations is measured.Experimental results show that the spatial distribution of the amplitude of the sum-frequency component agrees well with the spatial distribution of the residual stress measured using X-rays.The proposed collinear Lamb wave-mixing method is effective for measuring the distribution of residual stress in metal plates. 展开更多

Graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))is viewed as a promising visible-light photocatalyst for industrialization due to its low processing temperature and high chemical stability.However,serious charge recombination caused by incomplete polymerization during direct calcination of nitrogen-rich precursors significantly limits its photocatalytic performances.To boost charge separation,herein,we propose a rational strategy by constructing a crystalline g-C_(3)N_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4-x)S_(x) isotype heterostructure through the molten salt method.Theoretical calculation reveals that apparent charge-transfer channels are formed between g-C_(3)N_(4) and S-doped g-C_(3)N_(4) layers in the heterostructure.Owing to high crystallinity for decreasing charge recombination and isotype heterostructure for efficient charge transfer,the as-prepared g-C_(3)N_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4-x)S_(x) showed remarkable photocatalytic performances with the hydrogen production rate elevated by up to 12.3 times of its singular components.Another novelty of this work is we investigated for the first time the piezocatalytic activity of crystalline g-C_(3)N_(4) by characterizing its performance for H2O2 generation and KMnO4 reduction.Strikingly,its superior piezocatalytic performance over components can be further improved by NaBH4 treatment,which is uncovered to enhance the asymmetric structure of crystalline g-C_(3)N_(4) by introducing extra cyano groups and removing partial NHx species in its tri-s-triazine layer structure.This work opens up new strategies for the design of highly efficient polymeric photocatalysts and highlights the piezocatalytic studies of g-C_(3)N_(4). 展开更多

Relative seismic velocity change(dv/v)is important for monitoring changes in subsurface material properties and evaluating earthquake-induced rock slope damage in a geological disaster-prone region.In this paper,we present a rapid damage assessment on three slow-moving rock slopes by measuring dv/v decrease caused by the 2022 M_(S) 6.8 Luding earthquake in Southwest China.By applying the stretching method to the cross-correlated seismic wavefields between sensors installed on each slope,we obtain earthquake-induced dv/v decreases of~2.1%,~0.5%,and~0.2%on three slopes at distances ranging from~86 to~370 km to the epicenter,respectively.Moreover,based on seismic data recorded by 16 sensors deployed on the rock slope at a distance of~370 km away from the epicenter,a localized dv/v decease region was observed at the crest of the slope by calculating the spatial dv/v images before and after the earthquake.We also derive an empirical in situ stress sensitivity of -7.29×10^(-8)/Pa by relating the dv/v change to the measured peak dynamic stresses.Our results indicate that a rapid dv/v assessment not only can help facilitate on-site emergency response to earthquakeinduced secondary geological disasters but also can provide a better understanding of the subsurface geological risks under diverse seismic loadings. 展开更多
