BACKGROUND Preoperative knowledge of mutational status of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs)is essential to guide the individualized precision therapy.AIM To develop a combined model that integrates clinical and c...BACKGROUND Preoperative knowledge of mutational status of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs)is essential to guide the individualized precision therapy.AIM To develop a combined model that integrates clinical and contrast-enhanced computed tomography(CE-CT)features to predict gastric GISTs with specific genetic mutations,namely KIT exon 11 mutations or KIT exon 11 codons 557-558 deletions.METHODS A total of 231 GIST patients with definitive genetic phenotypes were divided into a training dataset and a validation dataset in a 7:3 ratio.The models were constructed using selected clinical features,conventional CT features,and radiomics features extracted from abdominal CE-CT images.Three models were developed:ModelCT sign,modelCT sign+rad,and model CTsign+rad+clinic.The diagnostic performance of these models was evaluated using receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis and the Delong test.RESULTS The ROC analyses revealed that in the training cohort,the area under the curve(AUC)values for model_(CT sign),model_(CT sign+rad),and modelCT_(sign+rad+clinic)for predicting KIT exon 11 mutation were 0.743,0.818,and 0.915,respectively.In the validation cohort,the AUC values for the same models were 0.670,0.781,and 0.811,respectively.For predicting KIT exon 11 codons 557-558 deletions,the AUC values in the training cohort were 0.667,0.842,and 0.720 for model_(CT sign),model_(CT sign+rad),and modelCT_(sign+rad+clinic),respectively.In the validation cohort,the AUC values for the same models were 0.610,0.782,and 0.795,respectively.Based on the decision curve analysis,it was determined that the model_(CT sign+rad+clinic)had clinical significance and utility.CONCLUSION Our findings demonstrate that the combined modelCT_(sign+rad+clinic)effectively distinguishes GISTs with KIT exon 11 mutation and KIT exon 11 codons 557-558 deletions.This combined model has the potential to be valuable in assessing the genotype of GISTs.展开更多

Methods= T...Objective: To evaluate the predictive value of decline in the serum level of carbohydrate antigen 724 (CA724) on tumor response during the chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastric carcinoma (GC). Methods= The serum CA724 level was determined by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay, while the objective response rate (eRR) was assessed according to response evaluation criteria in solid tumors (RECIST). The association of the changes of serum concentration of CA724 with eRR was analyzed. Results: The eRR in CA724 (pretreatment serum level) high and low groups was 32.3% (20/62) and 52.8% (19/36), respectively (P=0.045). The relationship between the reduction of CA724 and the eRR was statistically significant (P=0.044). Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve established the best cutoff value of the decrease ratio of CA724 as 20.5%. Conclusions: CA724 decline seems to indicate chemotherapy efficacy in patients with advanced GC, and an average drop of 20.5% in serum CA724 appears to predict the sensitivity to chemotherapy.展开更多
AIM: To investigate the dynamic alteration of telomerase expression during development of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its diagnostic implications in liver tissues or peripheral blood mononuclear cells for HC...AIM: To investigate the dynamic alteration of telomerase expression during development of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its diagnostic implications in liver tissues or peripheral blood mononuclear cells for HCC. METHODS: Dynamic expressions of liver telomerase during malignant transformation of hepatocytes were observed in Sprague-Dawly (SD) rats fed with 0.05% of 2-fluoenyacetamide (2-FAA). Total RNA and telomerase were extracted from rat or human liver tissues. The telomerase activities in livers and in circulating blood were detected by a telomeric repeat amplification protocol-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (TRAP- ELISA), and its diagnostic value was investigated in patients with benign or malignant liver diseases. RESULTS: The hepatoma model displayed the dynamic expression of hepatic telomerase during HCC development. The telomerase activities were consistent with liver total RNA levels (r = 0.83, P 〈 0.01) at the stages of degeneration, precancerosis, and cancerization of hepatocytes. In HCC patients, the telomerase levels in HCC tissues were significantly higher than in their adjacent non-cancerous tissues, but liver total RNA levels were lower in the former than in the latter. Although the circulating telomerase of HCC patients was abnormally expressed among patients with chronic liver diseases, the telomerase activity was a non-specific marker for HCC diagnosis, because the incidence was 15.7% in normal control, 25% in chronic hepatitis, 45.9% in liver cirrhosis, and 85.2% in HCC, respectively when absorbance value of telomerase activity was more than 0.2. If the value was over 0.6, the incidence was 60% in HCC group and 0% in any of the others (P 〈 0.01) except in two cases with liver cirrhosis. However, the combination of circulating telomerase with serum alpha-fetoprotein level could increase the positive rate and the accuracy (92.6%, 125 of 135) of HCC diagnosis. CONCLUSION: The overexpression of telomerase is associated with HCC development, and its abnormality in liver tissues or in peripheral blood could be a useful marker for diagnosis and prognosis of HCC.展开更多
BACKGROUND Dynamic cervical implant(DCI)stabilization has been reported to have satisfactory clinical and radiological results with short-and mid-term follow-up in the treatment of cervical degenerative disc disease.H...BACKGROUND Dynamic cervical implant(DCI)stabilization has been reported to have satisfactory clinical and radiological results with short-and mid-term follow-up in the treatment of cervical degenerative disc disease.However,few reports about the clinical and radiological outcome with more than 5-year follow-up exist.AIM To investigate the long-term clinical and radiological results of DCI arthroplasty.METHODS A total of 40 patients who received DCI arthroplasty were consecutively reviewed from May 2010 to August 2015.Visual analogue scale(VAS),neck disability index(NDI)score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score,and SF-36 items were used to assess neural function rehabilitation.Static and dynamic radiographs and 3-dimentional computed tomography were used to evaluate the radiological outcomes.RESULTS The scores of neck/arm VAS,NDI,JOA,and 8-dimensions of SF-36 were significantly improved at the 1-mo follow-up(P<0.05)and maintained until the last follow-up(P<0.05).The range of motion(ROM)of C2-C7,functional spinal unit(FSU),upper/lower adjacent level,C2-C7 lateral bending,and FSU lateral bending decreased at the 1-mo follow-up(P<0.05),whereas they increased to the preoperative level at the later follow-up intervals(P>0.05),except the ROM of FSU lateral bending(P<0.05).The C2-C7 alignment and FSU angle kept more lordotic at the last follow-up(P<0.05).The intervertebral height increased significantly at the 1-mo follow-up(P<0.05)and decreased at later follow-ups(P>0.05).At the last follow-up,12(26.1%)segments developed heterotopic ossification.CONCLUSION DCI arthroplasty is a safe and effective non-fusion technique to treat cervical degenerative disc disease in long-term follow-up.展开更多
Preeclampsia(PE) is a pregnancy-specific hypertensive complication,closely related to endothelial dysfunction.Adipose derived stem cells(ADSCs) have the capacity to differentiate into endothelial cells for vascula...Preeclampsia(PE) is a pregnancy-specific hypertensive complication,closely related to endothelial dysfunction.Adipose derived stem cells(ADSCs) have the capacity to differentiate into endothelial cells for vascular repair.Therefore,we hypothesized that induced endothelial differentiation of ADSCs might hold great potential for the treatment of PE.In this study,the primary ADSCs and human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs) were isolated by the collagenase digestion method.The supernatant of HUVECs was collected from the first generation of cells.Then,ADSCs were divided into two groups:ADSCs alone group and induced ADSCs(i ADSCs) group.In i ADSCs group,ADSCs were induced by HUVECs conditioned medium and ADSCs special culture medium at a ratio of 1:1 over a two-week period.In order to identify the endothelial characteristics of i ADSCs,CD31 and CD34 were examined by flow cytometry.The proliferation,migration,invasion and angiogenesis assays were employed to compare the bioactivity of i ADSCs and ADSCs.Furthermore,The levels of angiogenic related factors including vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and placenta growth factor(Pl GF) were detected by RT-PCR and Western blotting.Results showed conditioned medium from HUVECs promoted ADSCs proliferation,migration,invasion and angiogenesis.In addition,the levels of VEGF and Pl GF were significantly enhanced in i ADSCs group.This study uncovered the i ADSCs application potential in the therapy and intervention of PE.展开更多

It is obvious that this algorithm will bring some systematic deviations because of ignoring nonlinearity of the system. This paper presents two extended Kalman filter algorithms for nonlinear systems, called second-order nonlinear Kalman particle filter algorithms, by means of second-order Taylor expansion and linearization approximation, and correspondingly two recursive formulas are derived. A simulation example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of two algorithms. It is shown that the extended Kalman particle filter algorithm based on second-order Taylor expansion has a more satisfactory performance in reducing systematic deviations and running time in comparison with the extended Kalman filter algorithm and the other second-order nonlinear Kalman particle filter algorithm.展开更多

A three-dimensional model of a representative and isolated reef terrain in the West Pacific is built. Random wave trains with various periods and wave heights are generated by a wave maker using the improved JONSWAP spectrum. It is observed that there are different kinds of generation processes and waveforms of freak waves. The freak wave factor Hm/Hs (where Hm is the maximum wave height of wave series, and Hs is significant wave height) is analyzed in detail, in terms of the skewness, kurtosis and water depth, as well as the relationship between freak wave height H& and skewness. The freak wave factor Hm/Hs is found to be in positive correlation with the kurtosis, while larger H[x tends to be related with bigger skewness. The rapid variation of water depth, such as slope and seamount, contributes to the occurrence probability of freak waves.展开更多

A one-step overall strategy from surface to bulk was proposed to simultaneously synthesize the Nb-doped and LiNbO_(3)-coated LiNi_(0.83)Co_(0.12)Mn_(0.05)O_(2) cathode materials.The incorporation of LiNbO_(3) coating ...A one-step overall strategy from surface to bulk was proposed to simultaneously synthesize the Nb-doped and LiNbO_(3)-coated LiNi_(0.83)Co_(0.12)Mn_(0.05)O_(2) cathode materials.The incorporation of LiNbO_(3) coating can regulate the interface and facilitate the diffusion of Li-ions.Simultaneously,the stronger Nb—O bond can effectively suppress Li^(+)/Ni^(2+) cation mixing and strengthen the stability of crystal structure,which helps to mitigate the anisotropic variations of lattice parameters during Li^(+) de/intercalation.The results showed that the dual-modified materials exhibited good structural stability and distinguished electrochemical performance.The optimal NCM-Nb2 sample showed an excellent capacity retention of 90.78%after 100 cycles at 1C rate between 2.7 and 4.3 V,while only 67.90%for the pristine one.Meanwhile,it displayed a superior rate capability of 149.1 mA·h/g at the 10C rate.These results highlight the feasibility of one-step dual modification strategy to synchronously improve the electrochemical performance of Ni-rich layered oxide cathodes.展开更多

Although petroleum is an important source of energy and an economic driver of growth,it is also a major soil pollutant that has destroyed large swathes of vegetation and forest cover.Therefore,it is vital to develop a...Although petroleum is an important source of energy and an economic driver of growth,it is also a major soil pollutant that has destroyed large swathes of vegetation and forest cover.Therefore,it is vital to develop affordable and efficient methods for the bioremediation of petroleum-contaminated forest soils to restore vegetation and improve tree survival rates.In this study,bioremediation experiments were performed in an electrically heated thermostatic reactor to test the effects of organic matter additives,surfactants,and oxygen providers of nine hydrocarbon-degrading fungal strains on crude oil removal rates.In the three soil temperatures tested(20℃,25℃,and 30℃),the highest average crude oil removal rate was at 25℃(74.8%)and the lowest at 30℃(49.4%).At each temperature,variations in the addition of organic matter and oxygen providers had significant effects on crude oil removal rate.Variations in surfactant addition was significant at 20℃ and 25℃ but insignificant at 30℃.Given the same surfactant treatment,variations in temperature,organic additives,and oxygen providers was significant for crude oil removal rate.Treatments without surfactants and treatments with Tween80 exhibited their highest crude oil removal rates at 25℃.However,treatments that included the SDS surfactant exhibited their highest crude oil removal rates at 30℃.Amongst the treatments without surfactants,treatments with corn cob addition had the highest crude oil removal rates,and with surfactants,treatments that included the organic fertilizer exhibited the highest crude oil removal rates.Given the same organic fertilizer treatment,the highest crude oil removal rate was at 25℃.At each level of oxygen availability,the maximum crude oil removal rate always occurred at 25℃,and the treatments that included organic fertilizer exhibited the highest crude oil removal rates.Amongst the treatments without oxygen providers,treatments without surfactants had the highest crude oil removal rates,and with an oxygen provider,treatments with SDS addition exhibited the highest crude oil removal rates.Based on the crude oil removal rates of the treatments,we determined that S_(1)W_(1)O_(1)(addition of Tween80,organic fertilizers,and H_(2)O_(2))was optimum for remediating petroleum-contaminated forest soils in cold,high-altitude regions.This study is helpful to vegetation restoration and reforestation on petroleum contaminated forestlands.展开更多

Two dominant strains of bacteria Lb18-01 and Lb18-02 were isolated and purified from scabies,liver and intestine of diseased Peodiscus sinensis.By artificial infection test,the two strains were verified as pathogenic ...Two dominant strains of bacteria Lb18-01 and Lb18-02 were isolated and purified from scabies,liver and intestine of diseased Peodiscus sinensis.By artificial infection test,the two strains were verified as pathogenic strains with similar characters to that of natural infectious cases.The strains Lb18-01 and Lb18-02 showed strong pathogenicity to healthy P.sinensis in the artificial infection experiment,so they were the pathogenic strain of the disease.According to the morphology,physicochemical characteristics,16 S rDNA sequence analysis and phylogenetic tree clustering,the pathogenic strains Lb18-01 and Lb18-02 were identified as Proteus vulgaris and Chryseobacterium meningosepticum which were tolerant to 20 drugs such as penicillin,tetracycline and ampicillin.Histopathological observation on diseased P.sinensis showed the pathological symptoms of sepsis such as hemorrhage and congestion of liver,spleen and intestine,and glomerular disintegration.展开更多
The two-layer fluid system and the continuous density system are based on two typical simplified stratification conditions to support the propagation of the internal solitary waves(ISWs).The aim of this study is to es...The two-layer fluid system and the continuous density system are based on two typical simplified stratification conditions to support the propagation of the internal solitary waves(ISWs).The aim of this study is to establish several extension methods of the classical ISW models across the stratification systems in an attempt to find a simple ISW structure that can propagate more stably,and to determine whether the stable ISW structure in the two typical stratification systems can be expressed in terms of a consistent nonlinear model.For the constructed ISW structures,the propagation stability has been investigated by taking the Euler equations as the evolution equations.The results show that the ISW structure constructed from the Miyata-Choi-Camassa(MCC)model undergoes two stages of instability and the re-stable ISW has a larger available potential energy and a smaller kinetic energy than the initialized condition.This illustrates the limitation of the weakly dispersive assumption in the MCC model.In contrast,the ISW structure constructed from the Dubreil-Jacotin-Long(DJL)model for the two-layer fluid system is generally stable,due to the fact that the Boussinesq approximation introduced in the derivation of the DJL model will be automatically satisfied in this system.The initial condition interpolated from the DJL model with a thin pycnocline thickness can be regarded as an appropriate ISW structure for the two-layer system and is even more stable than that initialized by the MCC model.In addition,the effect of the Boussinesq approximation is also included in the discussion.The approximation can be considered equivalent to a weakly dispersive assumption and should not be ignored for the ISW problem in the continuous density system.展开更多

The day after admission, RIA method was used to determine liver function indexes;automatic biochemical analyzer was used to determine oxidative stress indexes;enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect Wnt5a inflammatory pathway index levels.Results: Liver function indexes total bilirubin (TBIL), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels of sepsis group A were higher than those of sepsis group B and healthy control group (P<0.05);oxidative stress indexes advanced protein oxidation products (AOPPs), lipid hydrogen peroxide (LHP), reactive oxygen species (ROS), and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels were higher than those of sepsis group B and healthy control group while glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) level was lower than that of sepsis group B and healthy control group (P<0.05);serum Wnt5a inflammatory pathway indexes interleukin-1β (IL-1β), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-12 (IL-12) and macrophage inflammatory protein-1β (MIP-1β) levels were higher than those of sepsis group B and healthy control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:Sepsis children with high blood glucose are with severe liver function damage as well as intense oxidative stress and inflammatory response, which are the important indexes for severe illness and poor prognosis.展开更多

文摘Objective: To evaluate the predictive value of decline in the serum level of carbohydrate antigen 724 (CA724) on tumor response during the chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastric carcinoma (GC). Methods= The serum CA724 level was determined by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay, while the objective response rate (eRR) was assessed according to response evaluation criteria in solid tumors (RECIST). The association of the changes of serum concentration of CA724 with eRR was analyzed. Results: The eRR in CA724 (pretreatment serum level) high and low groups was 32.3% (20/62) and 52.8% (19/36), respectively (P=0.045). The relationship between the reduction of CA724 and the eRR was statistically significant (P=0.044). Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve established the best cutoff value of the decrease ratio of CA724 as 20.5%. Conclusions: CA724 decline seems to indicate chemotherapy efficacy in patients with advanced GC, and an average drop of 20.5% in serum CA724 appears to predict the sensitivity to chemotherapy.

文摘AIM: To investigate the dynamic alteration of telomerase expression during development of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its diagnostic implications in liver tissues or peripheral blood mononuclear cells for HCC. METHODS: Dynamic expressions of liver telomerase during malignant transformation of hepatocytes were observed in Sprague-Dawly (SD) rats fed with 0.05% of 2-fluoenyacetamide (2-FAA). Total RNA and telomerase were extracted from rat or human liver tissues. The telomerase activities in livers and in circulating blood were detected by a telomeric repeat amplification protocol-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (TRAP- ELISA), and its diagnostic value was investigated in patients with benign or malignant liver diseases. RESULTS: The hepatoma model displayed the dynamic expression of hepatic telomerase during HCC development. The telomerase activities were consistent with liver total RNA levels (r = 0.83, P 〈 0.01) at the stages of degeneration, precancerosis, and cancerization of hepatocytes. In HCC patients, the telomerase levels in HCC tissues were significantly higher than in their adjacent non-cancerous tissues, but liver total RNA levels were lower in the former than in the latter. Although the circulating telomerase of HCC patients was abnormally expressed among patients with chronic liver diseases, the telomerase activity was a non-specific marker for HCC diagnosis, because the incidence was 15.7% in normal control, 25% in chronic hepatitis, 45.9% in liver cirrhosis, and 85.2% in HCC, respectively when absorbance value of telomerase activity was more than 0.2. If the value was over 0.6, the incidence was 60% in HCC group and 0% in any of the others (P 〈 0.01) except in two cases with liver cirrhosis. However, the combination of circulating telomerase with serum alpha-fetoprotein level could increase the positive rate and the accuracy (92.6%, 125 of 135) of HCC diagnosis. CONCLUSION: The overexpression of telomerase is associated with HCC development, and its abnormality in liver tissues or in peripheral blood could be a useful marker for diagnosis and prognosis of HCC.
文摘BACKGROUND Dynamic cervical implant(DCI)stabilization has been reported to have satisfactory clinical and radiological results with short-and mid-term follow-up in the treatment of cervical degenerative disc disease.However,few reports about the clinical and radiological outcome with more than 5-year follow-up exist.AIM To investigate the long-term clinical and radiological results of DCI arthroplasty.METHODS A total of 40 patients who received DCI arthroplasty were consecutively reviewed from May 2010 to August 2015.Visual analogue scale(VAS),neck disability index(NDI)score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score,and SF-36 items were used to assess neural function rehabilitation.Static and dynamic radiographs and 3-dimentional computed tomography were used to evaluate the radiological outcomes.RESULTS The scores of neck/arm VAS,NDI,JOA,and 8-dimensions of SF-36 were significantly improved at the 1-mo follow-up(P<0.05)and maintained until the last follow-up(P<0.05).The range of motion(ROM)of C2-C7,functional spinal unit(FSU),upper/lower adjacent level,C2-C7 lateral bending,and FSU lateral bending decreased at the 1-mo follow-up(P<0.05),whereas they increased to the preoperative level at the later follow-up intervals(P>0.05),except the ROM of FSU lateral bending(P<0.05).The C2-C7 alignment and FSU angle kept more lordotic at the last follow-up(P<0.05).The intervertebral height increased significantly at the 1-mo follow-up(P<0.05)and decreased at later follow-ups(P>0.05).At the last follow-up,12(26.1%)segments developed heterotopic ossification.CONCLUSION DCI arthroplasty is a safe and effective non-fusion technique to treat cervical degenerative disc disease in long-term follow-up.

文摘Preeclampsia(PE) is a pregnancy-specific hypertensive complication,closely related to endothelial dysfunction.Adipose derived stem cells(ADSCs) have the capacity to differentiate into endothelial cells for vascular repair.Therefore,we hypothesized that induced endothelial differentiation of ADSCs might hold great potential for the treatment of PE.In this study,the primary ADSCs and human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs) were isolated by the collagenase digestion method.The supernatant of HUVECs was collected from the first generation of cells.Then,ADSCs were divided into two groups:ADSCs alone group and induced ADSCs(i ADSCs) group.In i ADSCs group,ADSCs were induced by HUVECs conditioned medium and ADSCs special culture medium at a ratio of 1:1 over a two-week period.In order to identify the endothelial characteristics of i ADSCs,CD31 and CD34 were examined by flow cytometry.The proliferation,migration,invasion and angiogenesis assays were employed to compare the bioactivity of i ADSCs and ADSCs.Furthermore,The levels of angiogenic related factors including vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and placenta growth factor(Pl GF) were detected by RT-PCR and Western blotting.Results showed conditioned medium from HUVECs promoted ADSCs proliferation,migration,invasion and angiogenesis.In addition,the levels of VEGF and Pl GF were significantly enhanced in i ADSCs group.This study uncovered the i ADSCs application potential in the therapy and intervention of PE.
文摘In algorithms of nonlinear Kalman filter, the so-called extended Kalman filter algorithm actually uses first-order Taylor expansion approach to transform a nonlinear system into a linear system. It is obvious that this algorithm will bring some systematic deviations because of ignoring nonlinearity of the system. This paper presents two extended Kalman filter algorithms for nonlinear systems, called second-order nonlinear Kalman particle filter algorithms, by means of second-order Taylor expansion and linearization approximation, and correspondingly two recursive formulas are derived. A simulation example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of two algorithms. It is shown that the extended Kalman particle filter algorithm based on second-order Taylor expansion has a more satisfactory performance in reducing systematic deviations and running time in comparison with the extended Kalman filter algorithm and the other second-order nonlinear Kalman particle filter algorithm.

文摘Based on 6-elements linguistic truth-valued lattice implication algebras this paper discusses 6-elements linguistic truth-valued first-order logic system. With some special properties of 6-elements linguistic truth-valued first-order logic, we discussed the satisfiable problem of 6-elements linguistic truth-valued first-order logic and proposed a resolution method of 6-elements linguistic truth-valued firstorder logic. Then the resolution algorithm is presented and an example illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed method.

文摘An experimental study is carried out for waves passing an isolated reef terrain in a wave tank. A three-dimensional model of a representative and isolated reef terrain in the West Pacific is built. Random wave trains with various periods and wave heights are generated by a wave maker using the improved JONSWAP spectrum. It is observed that there are different kinds of generation processes and waveforms of freak waves. The freak wave factor Hm/Hs (where Hm is the maximum wave height of wave series, and Hs is significant wave height) is analyzed in detail, in terms of the skewness, kurtosis and water depth, as well as the relationship between freak wave height H& and skewness. The freak wave factor Hm/Hs is found to be in positive correlation with the kurtosis, while larger H[x tends to be related with bigger skewness. The rapid variation of water depth, such as slope and seamount, contributes to the occurrence probability of freak waves.

文摘Auricularia heimuer,an edible jelly fungus,is in considerable demand in Asia due to its high nutritive,economic and medicinal values.RNA-Seq was used to investigate and analyze the mycelium transcriptome of A.heimuer for gene discovery.A total of 26,857 unigenes with an N50 length of 1333 bp were assembled by de novo sequencing.In addition,unigenes were annotated by publicly available databases,including gene descriptions,gene ontology(GO),clusters of orthologous group(COG),Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)metabolic pathways,and protein family(Pfam)terms.A.heimuer was also studied for its wood degradation ability.Thirty-eight putative FOLymes(fungal oxidative lignin enzymes)and 251 CAZymes(carbohydrate-active enzymes)were located from A.heimuer transcriptome.Our study provides a comprehensive sequence resource for A.heimuer at the transcriptional level,which will lay a strong foundation for functional genomics studies and gene discovery of this promising fungus.

文摘A one-step overall strategy from surface to bulk was proposed to simultaneously synthesize the Nb-doped and LiNbO_(3)-coated LiNi_(0.83)Co_(0.12)Mn_(0.05)O_(2) cathode materials.The incorporation of LiNbO_(3) coating can regulate the interface and facilitate the diffusion of Li-ions.Simultaneously,the stronger Nb—O bond can effectively suppress Li^(+)/Ni^(2+) cation mixing and strengthen the stability of crystal structure,which helps to mitigate the anisotropic variations of lattice parameters during Li^(+) de/intercalation.The results showed that the dual-modified materials exhibited good structural stability and distinguished electrochemical performance.The optimal NCM-Nb2 sample showed an excellent capacity retention of 90.78%after 100 cycles at 1C rate between 2.7 and 4.3 V,while only 67.90%for the pristine one.Meanwhile,it displayed a superior rate capability of 149.1 mA·h/g at the 10C rate.These results highlight the feasibility of one-step dual modification strategy to synchronously improve the electrochemical performance of Ni-rich layered oxide cathodes.
文摘The influence of different alcohol modifiers in mobile phase on the chiral separation of 4-methoxyl flavanone, 5-methoxyl flavanone and 6-methoxyl flavanone on cellulose tris (3, 5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) (CDMPC) column was studied and the chiral recognition mechanism was discussed. Using hexane-tert-butanol (1.31 mol L-1) as the mobile phase, those three methoxyl flavanones were excellently separated on CDMPC chiral column.

文摘Although petroleum is an important source of energy and an economic driver of growth,it is also a major soil pollutant that has destroyed large swathes of vegetation and forest cover.Therefore,it is vital to develop affordable and efficient methods for the bioremediation of petroleum-contaminated forest soils to restore vegetation and improve tree survival rates.In this study,bioremediation experiments were performed in an electrically heated thermostatic reactor to test the effects of organic matter additives,surfactants,and oxygen providers of nine hydrocarbon-degrading fungal strains on crude oil removal rates.In the three soil temperatures tested(20℃,25℃,and 30℃),the highest average crude oil removal rate was at 25℃(74.8%)and the lowest at 30℃(49.4%).At each temperature,variations in the addition of organic matter and oxygen providers had significant effects on crude oil removal rate.Variations in surfactant addition was significant at 20℃ and 25℃ but insignificant at 30℃.Given the same surfactant treatment,variations in temperature,organic additives,and oxygen providers was significant for crude oil removal rate.Treatments without surfactants and treatments with Tween80 exhibited their highest crude oil removal rates at 25℃.However,treatments that included the SDS surfactant exhibited their highest crude oil removal rates at 30℃.Amongst the treatments without surfactants,treatments with corn cob addition had the highest crude oil removal rates,and with surfactants,treatments that included the organic fertilizer exhibited the highest crude oil removal rates.Given the same organic fertilizer treatment,the highest crude oil removal rate was at 25℃.At each level of oxygen availability,the maximum crude oil removal rate always occurred at 25℃,and the treatments that included organic fertilizer exhibited the highest crude oil removal rates.Amongst the treatments without oxygen providers,treatments without surfactants had the highest crude oil removal rates,and with an oxygen provider,treatments with SDS addition exhibited the highest crude oil removal rates.Based on the crude oil removal rates of the treatments,we determined that S_(1)W_(1)O_(1)(addition of Tween80,organic fertilizers,and H_(2)O_(2))was optimum for remediating petroleum-contaminated forest soils in cold,high-altitude regions.This study is helpful to vegetation restoration and reforestation on petroleum contaminated forestlands.

The influence of mobile phase composition and structure of racemic naproxen ester on chiral separation was studied and the chiral recognition mechanism of CTMB was discussed.

文摘Two dominant strains of bacteria Lb18-01 and Lb18-02 were isolated and purified from scabies,liver and intestine of diseased Peodiscus sinensis.By artificial infection test,the two strains were verified as pathogenic strains with similar characters to that of natural infectious cases.The strains Lb18-01 and Lb18-02 showed strong pathogenicity to healthy P.sinensis in the artificial infection experiment,so they were the pathogenic strain of the disease.According to the morphology,physicochemical characteristics,16 S rDNA sequence analysis and phylogenetic tree clustering,the pathogenic strains Lb18-01 and Lb18-02 were identified as Proteus vulgaris and Chryseobacterium meningosepticum which were tolerant to 20 drugs such as penicillin,tetracycline and ampicillin.Histopathological observation on diseased P.sinensis showed the pathological symptoms of sepsis such as hemorrhage and congestion of liver,spleen and intestine,and glomerular disintegration.

文摘The two-layer fluid system and the continuous density system are based on two typical simplified stratification conditions to support the propagation of the internal solitary waves(ISWs).The aim of this study is to establish several extension methods of the classical ISW models across the stratification systems in an attempt to find a simple ISW structure that can propagate more stably,and to determine whether the stable ISW structure in the two typical stratification systems can be expressed in terms of a consistent nonlinear model.For the constructed ISW structures,the propagation stability has been investigated by taking the Euler equations as the evolution equations.The results show that the ISW structure constructed from the Miyata-Choi-Camassa(MCC)model undergoes two stages of instability and the re-stable ISW has a larger available potential energy and a smaller kinetic energy than the initialized condition.This illustrates the limitation of the weakly dispersive assumption in the MCC model.In contrast,the ISW structure constructed from the Dubreil-Jacotin-Long(DJL)model for the two-layer fluid system is generally stable,due to the fact that the Boussinesq approximation introduced in the derivation of the DJL model will be automatically satisfied in this system.The initial condition interpolated from the DJL model with a thin pycnocline thickness can be regarded as an appropriate ISW structure for the two-layer system and is even more stable than that initialized by the MCC model.In addition,the effect of the Boussinesq approximation is also included in the discussion.The approximation can be considered equivalent to a weakly dispersive assumption and should not be ignored for the ISW problem in the continuous density system.
文摘Objective:To investigate the effect of different blood glucose levels on viscera injury, oxidative stress response and Wnt5a inflammatory pathway in children with sepsis.Methods:70 children with sepsis treated in our hospital between January 2014 and December 2015 were retrospectively collected and divided into the sepsis group A (blood glucose>10 mmol/L) (n=29) and the sepsis group B (blood glucose ≤10 mmol/L) (n=41) according to the different blood glucose levels, and 50 healthy children who accepted vaccination and were with normal blood glucose levels in our hospital during the same period were selected as healthy control group. The day after admission, RIA method was used to determine liver function indexes;automatic biochemical analyzer was used to determine oxidative stress indexes;enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect Wnt5a inflammatory pathway index levels.Results: Liver function indexes total bilirubin (TBIL), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels of sepsis group A were higher than those of sepsis group B and healthy control group (P<0.05);oxidative stress indexes advanced protein oxidation products (AOPPs), lipid hydrogen peroxide (LHP), reactive oxygen species (ROS), and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels were higher than those of sepsis group B and healthy control group while glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) level was lower than that of sepsis group B and healthy control group (P<0.05);serum Wnt5a inflammatory pathway indexes interleukin-1β (IL-1β), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-12 (IL-12) and macrophage inflammatory protein-1β (MIP-1β) levels were higher than those of sepsis group B and healthy control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:Sepsis children with high blood glucose are with severe liver function damage as well as intense oxidative stress and inflammatory response, which are the important indexes for severe illness and poor prognosis.
