BACKGROUND Gynaecologists should be aware of a rare obstructive Mullerian duct abnormality like Robert’s uterus and perform further surgery when necessary.CASE SUMMARY We report a 41-year-old mother of two children with Robert’s uterus who was examined and treated by laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.Unlike the existing cases reported in the literature,this patient had a late onset of Robert’s uterus symptoms.Due to right tubal ectopic pregnancy 3 years previously,the patient was treated with right salpingectomy and left tubal ligation but suffered aggravated left lower abdominal pain.She was examined and treated by laparoscopy and hysteroscopy,and is completely asymptomatic at 5-year followup.CONCLUSION The typical obstructive Mullerian abnormality requires further surgery.Combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy is an effective,minimally invasive technique with better recovery outcomes than traditional transabdominal procedures. 展开更多

目的分析染色体核型分析和荧光原位杂交(FISH)检测方法在慢性粒细胞性白血病(CML)中的诊治意义。方法 171例标本应用染色体R显带进行核型分析,218例标本应用间期FISH进行分析。结果在171例患者中,116例(68%)检出Ph染色体,22例(13%)存在... 目的分析染色体核型分析和荧光原位杂交(FISH)检测方法在慢性粒细胞性白血病(CML)中的诊治意义。方法 171例标本应用染色体R显带进行核型分析,218例标本应用间期FISH进行分析。结果在171例患者中,116例(68%)检出Ph染色体,22例(13%)存在其他异常核型。218例CML患者标本应用FISH进行分析,174例(80%)检出BCR/ABL基因。76%CML患者BCR/ABL融合基因产生的蛋白类型为P210,3%CML患者BCR/ABL融合基因产生的蛋白类型为P210共表达P190,0.95%CML患者融合基因产生的蛋白类型为P190。另外,18%CML患者存在der(9)部分序列缺失。结论 FISH对BCR/ABL融合基因检出率高于染色体核型分析对Ph的检出率。染色体核型分析可提示Ph染色体及多种其他异常核型。FISH分析可提示是否存在BCR/ABL融合基因,也可提示不同的融合蛋白类型,还可提示der(9)的部分序列缺失与否。2种分析方法可以多角度提示CML患者的疾病信息,在CML的诊治中有重要的临床价值。 展开更多

Purpose:To evaluate the effect of acupressure on blood pressure and sleep quality in middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:A total of 75 elderly hypertensive patients with sleep disorders were randomly divided into either an experimental group(n=38)or a control group(n=37).All subjects received conventional treatment and health guidance.The experimental group also received acupressure treatment.The score of PSQI(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index)and blood pressure were measured and recorded before and after the treatment.Results:After the intervention,the systolic(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure of the experimental group decreased significantly(p<0.01).There was a significant difference in SBP between the groups(p<0.01).After four weeks of intervention,the total PSQI score in the experimental group was significantly lower compared to the control group(p<0.01).Conclusion:Acupressure can lower SBP and effectively improve the sleep quality in middleaged and elderly patients with hypertension. 展开更多

Human group activity recognition(GAR)has attracted significant attention from computer vision researchers due to its wide practical applications in security surveillance,social role understanding and sports video analysis.In this paper,we give a comprehensive overview of the advances in group activity recognition in videos during the past 20 years.First,we provide a summary and comparison of 11 GAR video datasets in this field.Second,we survey the group activity recognition methods,including those based on handcrafted features and those based on deep learning networks.For better understanding of the pros and cons of these methods,we compare various models from the past to the present.Finally,we outline several challenging issues and possible directions for future research.From this comprehensive literature review,readers can obtain an overview of progress in group activity recognition for future studies. 展开更多
