With the continuous development of artillery,the disadvantages of hydraulic recoil brakes gradually appear.At the same time,the appearance of high-performance Nd Fe B permanent magnet makes it possible to apply electr...With the continuous development of artillery,the disadvantages of hydraulic recoil brakes gradually appear.At the same time,the appearance of high-performance Nd Fe B permanent magnet makes it possible to apply electromagnetic braking technology to recoil mechanism.In this paper,prototype tests of a certain artillery were carried out to verify the feasibility of the electromagnetic brake(EMB)and obtain the electromagnetic braking force.Due to the brittleness of Nd Fe B,in order to eliminate the worry about the safety of EMB,SHPB experiments of Nd Fe B were carried out.Then,based on the assumption of uniform crack distribution,the law of crack propagation and damage accumulation was described theoretically,and the damage constitutive model suitable for brittle materials was proposed by combining the Zhu-Wang-Tang(ZWT)equation.Finally,the numerical simulation model of the artillery prototype was established and through calculation,the dynamic mechanical characteristics of Nd Fe B in the prototype were analyzed.The calculation results show that the strength of Nd Fe B can meet the requirements of the use in the working process.From the perspective of damage factor,the damage value of the permanent magnet on the far right is larger,and the damage value of the inner ring gradually decreases to the outer ring.展开更多

Objective:To determine the seroprevalence of Toxoplasma gondii(T.gondii) infection in dogs and cats in Zhenjiang City,Jiangsu Province.Eastern China,and to evaluate the main associated risk factors relating to exposur...Objective:To determine the seroprevalence of Toxoplasma gondii(T.gondii) infection in dogs and cats in Zhenjiang City,Jiangsu Province.Eastern China,and to evaluate the main associated risk factors relating to exposure to 71 gondii in this region.Methods:Sera from 160 clogs and 116 cats from Zhenjiang City were tested for anti-T.gondii antibodies using EUSA.The seropositivity by area of activity,sex and age was analyzed.Results:Overall.21 dogs(13.l%) and 24 cats(20.7%) had antibodies to T.gondii.The infection rate in stray dogs(38.7%) and cats(28.6%! was significantly higher(P<0.05) than in household dogs(6.9%) and cats(18.2%).The seroprevalence in male clogs(14.8%) and cats(21.05%) were slighlly higher than their female counterparts(11.4%in dogs and 20.0%in cats),but were not significantly differenent(P>0.05).A high proportion of dogs at 3 to 6 years of age were positive to T.gondii(20.0%)while cats with relatively high seropositivity rates were at 0 to 1 year of age(33.3%).Conclusions:The prevalence of T.gondii infection in dogs and cats in Zhenjiang City was high,which is probably the main source of T.gondii infection in this area.展开更多
Aiming at the problems of demagnetization effect of electromagnetic buffer(EMB)caused by high velocity under intensive impact load and the difficulty and error of machining composite thin-walled long tube,a segmented ...Aiming at the problems of demagnetization effect of electromagnetic buffer(EMB)caused by high velocity under intensive impact load and the difficulty and error of machining composite thin-walled long tube,a segmented EMB is proposed.The inner tube and air-gap are divided into initial segments and the traversing segments.Through theoretical analysis,impact test and simulation,it can be found that the RRF curve has two peaks.Firstly,in order to reduce the resultant resistance force(RRF)peaks,the sensitivity analysis based on optimal Latin hypercube design(OLHD)and polynomial regression was performed.The results show that the smallest contribution ratio to the dynamic response is the seventh and ninth segments of the inner tube,which are less than 1%.Then,fully considering the uncertain factors,important parameters are selected for uncertain optimization after sensitivity analysis.The interval order and interval probability degree methods are used to establish interval uncertain optimization model of the RRF considering robustness.The model was solved using an interval nested optimization method based on radial basis function(RBF)neural network.Finally,the Pareto front is obtained and numerical simulation is performed to verify the optimal value.It indicates that the two kinds of RRF peak is obviously reduced,and the optimization object and strategy are effective.展开更多

Objective:To investigate the antitumor effect of combination treatment of Astragalus polysaccharide and PD-L1 antibody on mice with Lewis lung carcinoma.Methods:Forty male C57BL/6 mice were selected and divided equall...Objective:To investigate the antitumor effect of combination treatment of Astragalus polysaccharide and PD-L1 antibody on mice with Lewis lung carcinoma.Methods:Forty male C57BL/6 mice were selected and divided equally into Model group,PD-L1 group,APSgroup,and APS+PD-L1 group.Lewis lung carcinoma cells were used to establish the lung carcinoma mouse model.After successful modeling,the PD-L1 group was injected with 200μg of PD-L1 antibody intraperitoneally on day 0/4/8/12;the APS group was gavaged with 80 mg/kg of APS daily for 14 days;the APS+PD-L1 group was gavaged with 80 mg/kg of APS daily for 14 days,and in addition,200μg of PD-L1 antibody was injected intraperitoneally on day 0/4/8/12.The spleen and thymus indices of each group of mice were observed,to plot the tumor growth curve and calculate the tumor suppression rate.The ratio of T-lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood was measured by flow cytometry;the level of T cell-related cytokines in peripheral blood was detected by ELISA;MTT assay was used to detect the tumor-killing function of spleen lymphocytes in vitro.Results:PD-L1,APS,and APS+PD-L1 groups significantly increased spleen and thymus indices and inhibited tumor growth in lung carcinoma mice;flow cytometry results showed that PD-L1,APS,and APS+PD-L1 groups increased CD4^(+)T-cell ratio and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T-cell ratio;ELISA results showed that PD-L1,APS,and APS+PD-L1 groups significantly increased T cell-associated cytokine levels;MTT results showed that PD-L1,APS,and APS+PD-L1 groups enhanced the tumor-killing function of splenic lymphocytes in vitro.Conclusions:Astragalus polysaccharide can inhibit tumor growth,increase spleen and thymus indices,increase CD4^(+)T-cell ratio and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T-cell ratio,aswell as improve T-cell-related cytokine levels and splenic lymphocyte tumor-killing function in vitro in a mouse model of lung carcinoma,essentially inhibiting tumorigenesis and progression.展开更多
Background:It has been a global trend that increasing complications related to pelvic floor surgeries have been reported over time.The current study aimed to outline the development of Chinese pelvic floor surgeries r...Background:It has been a global trend that increasing complications related to pelvic floor surgeries have been reported over time.The current study aimed to outline the development of Chinese pelvic floor surgeries related to pelvic organ prolapse(POP)over the past 14 years and investigate the potential influence of enhanced monitoring conducted by the Chinese Association of Urogynecology since 2011.Methods:A total of 44,594 women with POP who underwent pelvic floor surgeries between October 1,2004 and September 30,2018 were included from 22 tertiary academic medical centers.The data were reported voluntarily and obtained from a database.We compared the proportion of each procedure in the 7 years before and 7 years after September 30,2011.The data were analyzed by performing Z test(one-sided).Results:The number of different procedures during October 1,2011-September 30,2018 was more than twice that during October 1,2004-September 30,2011.Regarding pelvic floor surgeries related to POP,the rate of synthetic mesh procedures increased from 38.1%(5298/13,906)during October 1,2004-September 30,2011 to 46.0%(14,107/30,688)during October 1,2011-September 30,2018,whereas the rate of non-mesh procedures decreased from 61.9%(8608/13,906)to 54.0%(16,581/30,688)(Z=15.53,P<0.001).Regarding synthetic mesh surgeries related to POP,the rates of transvaginal placement of surgical mesh(TVM)procedures decreased from 94.1%(4983/5298)to 82.2%(11,603/14,107)(Z=20.79,P<0.001),but the rate of laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy(LSC)procedures increased from 5.9%(315/5298)to 17.8%(2504/14,107).Conclusions:The rate of synthetic mesh procedures increased while that of non-mesh procedures decreased significantly.The rate of TVM procedures decreased while the rate of LSC procedures increased significantly.Trial registration number:NCT03620565,https://register.clinicaltrials.gov.展开更多

文摘Objective:To investigate the antitumor effect of combination treatment of Astragalus polysaccharide and PD-L1 antibody on mice with Lewis lung carcinoma.Methods:Forty male C57BL/6 mice were selected and divided equally into Model group,PD-L1 group,APSgroup,and APS+PD-L1 group.Lewis lung carcinoma cells were used to establish the lung carcinoma mouse model.After successful modeling,the PD-L1 group was injected with 200μg of PD-L1 antibody intraperitoneally on day 0/4/8/12;the APS group was gavaged with 80 mg/kg of APS daily for 14 days;the APS+PD-L1 group was gavaged with 80 mg/kg of APS daily for 14 days,and in addition,200μg of PD-L1 antibody was injected intraperitoneally on day 0/4/8/12.The spleen and thymus indices of each group of mice were observed,to plot the tumor growth curve and calculate the tumor suppression rate.The ratio of T-lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood was measured by flow cytometry;the level of T cell-related cytokines in peripheral blood was detected by ELISA;MTT assay was used to detect the tumor-killing function of spleen lymphocytes in vitro.Results:PD-L1,APS,and APS+PD-L1 groups significantly increased spleen and thymus indices and inhibited tumor growth in lung carcinoma mice;flow cytometry results showed that PD-L1,APS,and APS+PD-L1 groups increased CD4^(+)T-cell ratio and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T-cell ratio;ELISA results showed that PD-L1,APS,and APS+PD-L1 groups significantly increased T cell-associated cytokine levels;MTT results showed that PD-L1,APS,and APS+PD-L1 groups enhanced the tumor-killing function of splenic lymphocytes in vitro.Conclusions:Astragalus polysaccharide can inhibit tumor growth,increase spleen and thymus indices,increase CD4^(+)T-cell ratio and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T-cell ratio,aswell as improve T-cell-related cytokine levels and splenic lymphocyte tumor-killing function in vitro in a mouse model of lung carcinoma,essentially inhibiting tumorigenesis and progression.

文摘Background:It has been a global trend that increasing complications related to pelvic floor surgeries have been reported over time.The current study aimed to outline the development of Chinese pelvic floor surgeries related to pelvic organ prolapse(POP)over the past 14 years and investigate the potential influence of enhanced monitoring conducted by the Chinese Association of Urogynecology since 2011.Methods:A total of 44,594 women with POP who underwent pelvic floor surgeries between October 1,2004 and September 30,2018 were included from 22 tertiary academic medical centers.The data were reported voluntarily and obtained from a database.We compared the proportion of each procedure in the 7 years before and 7 years after September 30,2011.The data were analyzed by performing Z test(one-sided).Results:The number of different procedures during October 1,2011-September 30,2018 was more than twice that during October 1,2004-September 30,2011.Regarding pelvic floor surgeries related to POP,the rate of synthetic mesh procedures increased from 38.1%(5298/13,906)during October 1,2004-September 30,2011 to 46.0%(14,107/30,688)during October 1,2011-September 30,2018,whereas the rate of non-mesh procedures decreased from 61.9%(8608/13,906)to 54.0%(16,581/30,688)(Z=15.53,P<0.001).Regarding synthetic mesh surgeries related to POP,the rates of transvaginal placement of surgical mesh(TVM)procedures decreased from 94.1%(4983/5298)to 82.2%(11,603/14,107)(Z=20.79,P<0.001),but the rate of laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy(LSC)procedures increased from 5.9%(315/5298)to 17.8%(2504/14,107).Conclusions:The rate of synthetic mesh procedures increased while that of non-mesh procedures decreased significantly.The rate of TVM procedures decreased while the rate of LSC procedures increased significantly.Trial registration number:NCT03620565,https://register.clinicaltrials.gov.
