The molecular mar...The research results of marker aided selection(MAS)for resistant varieties and lines against rice gall midge Orseolia oryzae Wood-Mason successfully in 1999 - 2002 were reported in the present paper. The molecular markers linked to the gene Gm6 against rice gall midge were used to select and breed the resistant varieties and lines. The RAPD marker OPM06 was used to verify the existence actually of gene Gm6 in ten developed varieties resistant to gall midge such as Duokang1, Duokang2, Kangwen2, Kangwen3, Kang-wen5, Duokangzaozhan, Kangwenqinzhan, which were derived from Daqiuqi. For resistance breeding through PCRbased marker aided selection(MAS), the polymorphisms in the resistant and susceptible parents were i-dentified by RG476/Alu I and RG476/Sca I respectively. The RAPD marker OPM06(1.4 kb)was used to i-dentify 15 new resistance lines from F3 lines of Fengyinzhan1/Daqiuqi in 1999. 21 and 7 resistance lines were selected from F4 and F6 lines of KWQZ/Gui99(restored line of hybrid rice)using RG476/Alu I in 2000-2001 respectively. The Gm6 gene was transferred into the restored line of hybrid rice. In 2001 - 2002, RG214/ Hha I and G214/Sca I were used for selecting 11 and 5 resistance lines from F3 lines of KWQZ/IR56 and AXZ/KWQZ successfully. The application of the resistance gene through PCR-based marker aided selection is a new and effective approach in resistance breeding.展开更多

Comb graft copolymer PNBgPS was synthesized via ring opening metathesis polymerization of the macromonomer under the catalysis of ruthenium carbene complex RuCl2(PPh3)2(=CCHtBu) and its polymer supported correspondent. Experimental results showed that the behavior of both the supported boron and supported ruthenium catalysts are superior to their unsupported counterparts. The possible promotion mechanism of the tailor-made supports is discussed.展开更多
Based on the Gauss linear frequency modulated wavelet transform, a new characteristic index is presented, namely time frequency energy attenuation factor which can reflect the difference features of waveform in earthq...Based on the Gauss linear frequency modulated wavelet transform, a new characteristic index is presented, namely time frequency energy attenuation factor which can reflect the difference features of waveform in earthquake focus mechanism, wave traveling path and its attenuation characteristics in focal area or near field. In order to test its validity, we select the natural earthquakes and explosion or collapse events whose focus mechanisms vary obviously,and some natural earthquakes located at the same site or in a very small area. The study indicates that the time frequency energy attenuation factors of the natural earthquakes are obviously different with that of explosion or collapse events, and the change of the time frequency energy attenuation factors is relatively stable for the earthquakes under the normal seismicity background. Using the above mentioned method, it is expected to offer a useful criterion for strong earthquake prediction by continuous earthquake observation.展开更多

In , t...In this paper, we will discuss the construction problems about the invariant sets and invariant measures of continuous maps which map complexes into themselves, using simplicial approximation and Markov chains. In , the author defined a matrix by using r normal subdivision of the n dimensional unit cube, considered it a Markov matrix, and constructed the invariant set and invariant measure. In fact, the matrix he defined is not Markov matrix generally. So we will give and amendment in the last part of this paper. We also construct an invariant set that is the chain recurrent set of the map by means of a non negative matrix which only depends on the map. At last, we will prove the higher dimension Banach variation formula that can simplify the transition matrix.展开更多
