Intensity correlation properties of x-ray beams split with Laue diffraction

Beam splitting is one of the main approaches to achieving x-ray ghost imaging, and the intensity correlation between diffraction beam and transmission beam will directly affect the imaging quality. In this paper, we investigate the intensity correlation between the split x-ray beams by Laue diffraction of stress-free crystal. The analysis based on the dynamical theory of x-ray diffraction indicates that the spatial resolution of diffraction image and transmission image are reduced due to the position shift of the exit beam. In the experimental setup, a stress-free crystal with a thickness of hundredmicrometers-level is used for beam splitting. The crystal is in a non-dispersive configuration equipped with a double-crystal monochromator to ensure that the dimension of the diffraction beam and transmission beam are consistent. A correlation coefficient of 0.92 is achieved experimentally and the high signal-to-noise ratio of the x-ray ghost imaging is anticipated.Results of this paper demonstrate that the developed beam splitter of Laue crystal has the potential in the efficient data acquisition of x-ray ghost imaging. 展开更多

This article aims to discuss the current state and research progress concerning the mental health of caregivers for surgical oncology patients.The goal is to offer insights that can serve as a reference for further enhancements in caregivers’mental well-being.This article conducts a comprehensive review and analysis of recent studies on the mental health of caregivers for patients undergoing oncologic surgery.These studies reveal that caregivers commonly grapple with mental health issues,including anxiety,depression,and stress.These problems are closely linked to the stress of the patient’s condition and treatment,the caregiver’s own mental strain,and a lack of social support.In addition,the mental health status of caregivers significantly influences the patient’s treatment and recovery process.Implementing various interventions,such as mental health education,services,the establishment of mental health support teams,and engagement in mental health promotion activities,can contribute to the improvement of caregivers’mental well-being.This,in turn,has the potential to enhance treatment outcomes and the overall quality of life for patients. 展开更多

The cavity-based X-ray free-electron laser(XFEL)has promise in producing fully coherent pulses with a bandwidth of a few meV and very stable intensity,whereas the currently existing self-amplified spontaneous emission(SASE)XFEL is capable of generating ultra-short pulses with chaotic spectra.In general,a cavity-based XFEL can provide a spectral brightness three orders of magnitude higher than that of the SASE mode,thereby opening a new door for cutting-edge scientific research.With the development of superconducting MHz repetition-rate XFEL facilities such as FLASH,European-XFEL,LCLS-II,and SHINE,practical cavity-based XFEL operations are becoming increasingly achievable.In this study,megahertz cavity enhanced X-ray generation(MING)is proposed based on China’s first hard XFEL facility-SHINE,which we refer to as MING@SHINE. 展开更多

中国近几十年来频受雾霾污染问题困扰,其中华北平原作为排放最密集的区域之一,常遭遇不同尺度的严重雾霾污染本文利用30余年的能见度和颗粒物(PM_(2.5))观测数据,发现了华北平原地区在秋季和早冬时雾霾污染在次季节尺度上“跷跷板式”... 中国近几十年来频受雾霾污染问题困扰,其中华北平原作为排放最密集的区域之一,常遭遇不同尺度的严重雾霾污染本文利用30余年的能见度和颗粒物(PM_(2.5))观测数据,发现了华北平原地区在秋季和早冬时雾霾污染在次季节尺度上“跷跷板式”反向变化的关系.研究发现,当9-10月污染较轻(重)时,11-12月的污染倾向于加重(减轻).这种突然的变化与局地和大尺度环流的反向变化有关,污染较重的月份常伴随有更高的相对湿度,更低的边界层高度和近地面风速以及低层的南风异常,均不利于污染的垂直和水平扩散和传输,从而导致了次季节尺度上霾污染的加重,进一步的研究发现环流场的突然转向与在次季节尺度上活跃的中纬度波列的传播密切相关,而此波列可能主要与大西洋海温转变及引起的EA/WR遥相关型有关,这一次季节反向变化为霾污染多尺度变率预测提供了新的理解,同时为华北地区年度空气质量达标的短期目标提供了具有可行性的参考方法. 展开更多

灌区土壤水盐迁移特征是影响土壤次生盐渍化与作物产量的重要因素。以内蒙古河套灌区义长灌域典型试验区为研究对象,根据2013年野外实测资料,分析了试验区0~150 cm土壤剖面含水率、含盐量、各离子含量的时空分布规律及水盐相关性。分析... 灌区土壤水盐迁移特征是影响土壤次生盐渍化与作物产量的重要因素。以内蒙古河套灌区义长灌域典型试验区为研究对象,根据2013年野外实测资料,分析了试验区0~150 cm土壤剖面含水率、含盐量、各离子含量的时空分布规律及水盐相关性。分析表明:土壤水、盐含量受多重因素影响,浅层土壤水、盐含量受灌溉和蒸发影响较大,属于强变异,季节性变化特征明显,随土层深度的增大,受控于地下水埋深,土壤含水率、含盐量变异性由强变弱;土壤含盐量与地下水埋深、土壤含水率成反比,与各离子含量成正比,盐分组成中阴离子以HCO_(3)^(-)、Cl^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)为主、阳离子以Na^(+)、K^(+)为主;受灌溉和气候影响,作物生长期(4-9月)浅层土壤盐分含量增减较为频繁,冻结期受冻结作用影响,土壤盐分呈现上升趋势。因此,加强秋浇期,尤其在冻结之前的排水,对于提升灌区排盐效果和降低农田土壤耕层盐分至关重要。 展开更多

研究灵芝多糖(GLP)对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力和分泌活性的影响。40只SPF级ICR成年小鼠,随机分为5组,每组8只,公母各半。分别设为生理盐水组、环磷酰胺(Cy)组(80 mg/kg)、灵芝多糖(GLP)低剂量组(50 mg/kg)、中剂量组(100 mg/kg)、高剂... 研究灵芝多糖(GLP)对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力和分泌活性的影响。40只SPF级ICR成年小鼠,随机分为5组,每组8只,公母各半。分别设为生理盐水组、环磷酰胺(Cy)组(80 mg/kg)、灵芝多糖(GLP)低剂量组(50 mg/kg)、中剂量组(100 mg/kg)、高剂量组(200 mg/kg)。连续灌胃给药7 d后,通过称重检测小鼠免疫器官指数,镜检腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞的吞噬能力,ELISA试剂盒检测血清和腹水中炎性细胞因子IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α的含量。与生理盐水组相比,Cy组免疫器官指数和小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬能力明显下降,腹水中IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α和血清中IL-6、TNF-α的含量均降低。GLP以浓度梯度依赖性方式促进免疫器官指数上升,增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力。GLP低、中、高剂量组均能增加腹腔液中IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α的含量,且随GLP浓度增加而逐渐上升。仅有GLP高剂量可增加血清中IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α的含量。GLP可明显促进小鼠免疫器官发育,增强腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力。此外,其促进小鼠体内炎性细胞因子IL-1、IL-6和TNF-α的分泌。说明灵芝多糖可通过调节小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞活性,增强机体免疫力。 展开更多

选择宁夏盐池半干旱区和内蒙古乌拉特后旗干旱区荒漠草原为研究样地,以红砂枯落物为研究对象,利用网孔分解袋法,在灌丛内外微生境布设分解袋。通过调查分解袋中节肢动物群落组成与多样性分布特征,结合枯落物化学分析和土壤环境因子测定... 选择宁夏盐池半干旱区和内蒙古乌拉特后旗干旱区荒漠草原为研究样地,以红砂枯落物为研究对象,利用网孔分解袋法,在灌丛内外微生境布设分解袋。通过调查分解袋中节肢动物群落组成与多样性分布特征,结合枯落物化学分析和土壤环境因子测定,研究灌丛微生境红砂枯落物分解初期节肢动物群落结构分布规律。结果表明:1)红砂枯落物节肢动物优势类群在盐池半干旱区灌丛中有3类,裸地中仅2类;而在乌拉特后旗干旱区表现为灌丛内外优势类群均有3类。常见类群在盐池半干旱区灌丛中有7类,而裸地中仅3类;而乌拉特后旗干旱区灌丛中有7类,裸地中有4类。稀有类群在盐池半干旱区表现为仅在裸地出现,而乌拉特后旗干旱区表现为仅在灌丛内出现。2)红砂枯落物节肢动物个体数和类群数在盐池半干旱区均表现为裸地显著高于灌丛,而在乌拉特后旗干旱区均表现为裸地显著低于灌丛(P<0.05)。红砂枯落物节肢动物Shannon-Wiener指数、Simpson指数、Margalef指数以及Pielou指数在盐池半干旱区和乌拉特后旗干旱区均表现为灌丛内外无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)红砂枯落物节肢动物个体数在盐池半干旱区仅与土壤pH值呈显著正相关性,而与土壤砂粒含量呈显著负相关性;类群数在盐池半干旱区仅与土壤砂粒呈显著负相关性(P<0.05)。在乌拉特后旗干旱区红砂枯落物节肢动物个体数和类群数与环境因子间均无相关性(P>0.05)。冗余分析(RDA)和偏RDA分析结果表明,枯落物K含量是影响干旱与半干旱区红砂枯落物节肢动物个体数分布的主要环境因子。4)综合表明,红砂枯落物节肢动物个体数和类群数受到灌丛微生境和气候因子的双重影响,但群落多样性受灌丛微生境和气候因子的影响均较小。并且,随干旱程度的加强,灌丛微生境对红砂枯落物节肢动物个体数和类群数分布的影响从溢出效应转变为聚集效应。 展开更多

OBJECTIVE Glioblastoma multiforme(GBM) is the most malignant primary tumor of the central nervous system and is associated with a very poor prognosis.No further improvements in outcomes have been reported since radiotherapy-temozolomide therapy was introduced.Therefore,de.veloping new agents to treat GBM is important.This study aimed to evaluate the anti-tumor effect of evodiamine(Evo) on GBM cells,and to determine the underlying mechanisms involved.METHODS U251,LN229,HEB and PC12 cells were treated with various concentrations of evodiamine for 24 and48 hours,cell viability was measured by MTT assay.The U251 and LN229 cells were treated with evo.diamine(0-10 μmol·L^(-1)) for 24 h,and then stained with Hoechst 33258.An Annexin V-FITC Apoptosis Detection Kit was used to detect apoptosis in the cells.Reactive oxygen species(ROS) production was detected using dichlorofluorescein diacetate(DCFH-DA) staining.The changes in mitochondrial mem.brane potential(MMP) were assessed by JC-1 after cells were treated with evodiamine.The expres.sion levels of p-PI3K,PI3K,p-Akt,Akt,Bax,Bcl-2,p-p38,p38,p-JNK,JNK,p-ERK,ERK,Cytochrome c,Caspase-3,cleaved Caspase-3,PRAP,and cleaved PARP were measured by Western blot analy.ses.RESULTS According to MTT assay results,Evo significantly inhibited the cell proliferation in a time-and dose-dependent manner.Fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry analyses revealed that Evo induced cell apoptosis in a concentration-dependent manner.Moreover,Evo induced reactive oxygen species(ROS) production and mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP) disruption.Finally,Evo induced apoptosis in cancer cells by suppressing PI3K/AKT signaling and inducing MAPK phos.phorylation(p38 and JNK,but not ERK) to regulate apoptotic proteins(Bax,Bcl-2,Cytochrome c,Cas.pase-3,and PARP).CONCLUSION In summary,Evo inhibits cell proliferation by inducing cellular apoptosis via suppressing PI3K/AKT and activating MAPK in GBM;these results indicate that Evo may be regarded as a new approach for GBM treatment. 展开更多

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) has been mutating and evolving constantly since its emergence in the1980s, which has brought inestimable economic losses to the global swine industry. The virus has two genotypes, of which genotype 1 PRRSV(PRRSV 1) first broke out in Germany and mainly prevailed in Europe, which can be clustered into four subtypes based on the ORF5 sequence. Al-though few cases of PRRSV 1 have been reported in China, the prevention and control of PRRSV should not be ignored. The origin of PRRSV, ge-netic evolution and pathogenicity of PRRSV 1 were retrospectively analyzed, in order to provide valuable evidences for molecular epidemiology and immune prevention and control of PRRSV 1. 展开更多

A low energy consumption clustering algorism based on LEACH is researched. Firstly, A method for obtaining the number of clusters k is given, then using the K-Means algorism to divide all the sensor nodes in WSN to the k clusters, in the whole network life cycle the cluster will not changed, and when the energy of cluster head is lower than some threshold, it will be changed. The data transmission between cluster heads to sink node use mixed model, namely, the cluster near the sink node using the single hop and the one far from it using the multiple hops. The experiment shows our method has the longer life cycle and more received information. It is an effective clustering protocol. 展开更多

In the clustering node remain energy and the Euclidean distance from cluster head to the cluster member are considered. 目的探究糖尿病专科护士实践文化照护的现状及遭遇的文化照护困境。方法采用描述性质性研究方法,于2022年3—8月以目的抽样法选取广州市12名三甲医院的糖尿病专科护士进行一对一半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行... 目的探究糖尿病专科护士实践文化照护的现状及遭遇的文化照护困境。方法采用描述性质性研究方法,于2022年3—8月以目的抽样法选取广州市12名三甲医院的糖尿病专科护士进行一对一半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析和提炼。结果提炼出3个主题和10个亚主题:对文化照护的认知情况(对文化照护概念缺乏理解);实践文化照护的主要内容(尊重糖尿病患者的宗教信仰及风俗禁忌、为糖尿病患者提供语言一致性沟通、为糖尿病患者提供个性化的健康指导、改变糖尿病患者的不良健康观念维护患者健康、为糖尿病患者寻求支持系统);实践文化照护的阻碍因素(自身因素、患者方面因素、环境因素、组织管理因素)。结论糖尿病专科护士对文化照护的概念及内容缺乏了解,文化照护能力不足,但在护理实践中对糖尿病患者实施了部分文化照护工作。鉴于该群体在临床工作中所遭遇的文化照护困境,应通过糖尿病专科护士、相关专家、医院、科室等多方努力解决。 展开更多

We report on using synthetic silicon for a high-precision X-ray polarimeter comprising a polarizer and an analyzer,each based on a monolithic channel-cut crystal used at multiple Brewster reflections with a Bragg angle very close to 45°.Experiments were performed at the BL09B bending magnet beamline of the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility using a Si(800)crystal at an X-ray energy of 12.914 keV.A polarization purity of 8.4×10^(-9)was measured.This result is encouraging,as the measured polarization purity is the best-reported value for the bending magnet source.Notably,this is the firstly systematic study on the hard X-ray polarimeter in China,which is crucial for exploring new physics,such as verifying vacuum birefringence. 展开更多
