We report the confirmation of a sub-Saturn-size exoplanet,TOI-1194 b,with a mass of about 0.456+0.055-0.051M_(J),and a very low mass companion star with a mass of about 96.5±1.5 MJ,TOI-1251 B.Exoplanet candidates provided by the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite(TESS)are suitable for further follow-up observations by ground-based telescopes with small and medium apertures.The analysis is performed based on data from several telescopes worldwide,including telescopes in the Sino-German multiband photometric campaign,which aimed at confirming TESS Objects of Interest(TOIs)using ground-based small-aperture and medium-aperture telescopes,especially for long-period targets.TOI-1194 b is confirmed based on the consistent periodic transit depths from the multiband photometric data.We measure an orbital period of 2.310644±0.000001 days,the radius is 0.767+0.045-0.041RJ and the amplitude of the RV curve is 69.4_(-7.3)^(+7.9)m s^(-1).TOI-1251 B is confirmed based on the multiband photometric and high-resolution spectroscopic data,whose orbital period is 5.963054+0.000002-0.000001days,radius is 0.947+0.035-0.033 R_(J) and amplitude of the RV curve is 9849_(-40)^(+42)ms^(-1). 展开更多

Graphene aerogel(GA),as a novel solid material,has shown great potential in engineering applications due to its unique mechanical properties.In this study,the mechanical performance of GA under high-velocity projectile impacts is thoroughly investigated using full-atomic molecular dynamics(MD)simulations.The study results show that the porous structure and density are key factors determining the mechanical response of GA under impact loading.Specifically,the impact-induced penetration of the projectile leads to the collapse of the pore structure,causing stretching and subsequent rupture of covalent bonds in graphene sheets.Moreover,the effects of temperature on the mechanical performance of GA have been proven to be minimal,thereby highlighting the mechanical stability of GA over a wide range of temperatures.Finally,the energy absorption density(EAD)and energy absorption efficiency(EAE)metrics are adopted to assess the energy absorption capacity of GA during projectile penetration.The research findings of this work demonstrate the significant potential of GA for energy absorption applications. 展开更多

●AIM:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of scleral buckling for the treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD)using a novel foldable capsular buckle(FCB).●METHODS:This was a series of case observation... ●AIM:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of scleral buckling for the treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD)using a novel foldable capsular buckle(FCB).●METHODS:This was a series of case observation studies.Eighteen patients(18 eyes)who visited our ophthalmology department between August 2020 and August 2022 and were treated for RRD with scleral buckling using FCB were included.The procedure was similar to conventional scleral buckling,while a balloon-like FCB was placed onto the retinal break with balanced salt solution filling for a broad,external indentation instead of the silicone buckle.The retinal reattachment rate,best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),intraocular pressure(IOP),refractive dioptre and astigmatism degree,and complications were evaluated and recorded.●RESULTS:There were 7 males and 11 females aged 19-58y.The average time course of RRD was 12d,ranging from 7-20d.The retinal break was located in the superior quadrants in 8 eyes and in the inferior quadrants in 10 eyes,with macula-off detachments in 12 eyes.The patients were followed-up for at least 6mo.The final retinal reattachment rate was 100%.The BCVA was significantly improved compared with the baseline(P<0.05).There was no significant change in refractive dioptre or astigmatism degree at each follow-up(all P>0.05).Three patients had transiently high IOPs within one week after surgery.Mild diplopia occurred in 5 patients after surgery and then disappeared after the balloon fluid was removed.●CONCLUSION:The success rate of FCB scleral buckling for RRD is satisfactory.This procedure can be expected to be applied in new,uncomplicated cases of RRD. 展开更多

Razumikhin-type inequalities involving some destabilizing delayed impulse gains are proposed, along with a new delay-compensatory concept demonstrating two crucial roles in system stability. Based on the constructed inequalities and the introduced delay-compensatory concept, sufficient stability and synchronization criteria for globally exponential synchronization of coupled neural networks are provided. To address the exponential synchronization problem in coupled neural networks. Utilizing delay-compensatory impulsive control and Razumikhin-type inequalities. 机构投资者合作如何促进公司创新?——基于基金网络社区结构的研究视角

“公司大股东话语权过强,机构投资者话语权不足”是阻碍单独机构投资者参与公司治理的突出问题,而机构投资者之间的合作行为能够有效地提升治理意愿、强化治理水平。本文首次从理论和实证上分析了机构投资者通过信息交流合作来强化公司... “公司大股东话语权过强,机构投资者话语权不足”是阻碍单独机构投资者参与公司治理的突出问题,而机构投资者之间的合作行为能够有效地提升治理意愿、强化治理水平。本文首次从理论和实证上分析了机构投资者通过信息交流合作来强化公司治理的作用机制和经济效果。本文构造了一个序贯博弈模型均衡来刻画共同基金的行为机制,理论结果显示基金合作会形成具有社区分布特征的信息网络结构,处于同一社区中的关联配对基金会对持股公司形成合作治理关系,从而提升双方的治理意愿与治理效果。进而本文基于2007—2021年上市公司创新数据和基金持股数据进行了实证分析,结果显示基金在网络社区结构下的治理合作关系能够显著激励公司未来的创新活动。进一步的分析发现:第一,配对基金之间的社区合作关系呈现出独特的治理效应,这一效应不能被以往的网络信息度和抱团持股指标所解释,在考虑因果识别以及稳健性检验后结论依然成立;第二,本文在社区结构中识别了两类具体的基金合作行为,即“共同调研”和“同步交易”,两者分别代表机构投资者通过“用手投票”和“用脚投票”渠道的合作治理机制;第三,基金的主动监督意愿会影响合作治理的效果,有更高监督意愿的基金会更积极频繁地参与共同调研活动,对公司创新活动有更好的治理效果。本文研究有助于理解机构投资者治理机制、推进公司治理,并为资本市场高质量发展提供有益的政策启示。 展开更多

目的:观察“健脾利湿化瘀方”联合雄激素受体抑制剂/雄激素合成抑制剂+促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(MAB)治疗激素敏感性前列腺癌(hormone-sensitive prostate cancer,HSPC)的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年11月至2021年6月于天津中医药大学第... 目的:观察“健脾利湿化瘀方”联合雄激素受体抑制剂/雄激素合成抑制剂+促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(MAB)治疗激素敏感性前列腺癌(hormone-sensitive prostate cancer,HSPC)的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年11月至2021年6月于天津中医药大学第一附属医院、天津医科大学总医院就诊的HSPC患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组接受MAB治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予“健脾利湿化瘀方”。主要观察指标为中位无进展生存期(median progression-free survival,mPFS)、前列腺特异性抗原(prostate specific antigen,PSA);次要观察指标为血清睾酮、中医临床症状评分、肿瘤生存质量调查表(EORTC QLQ-C30)、KPS功能状态评分。结果:治疗组较对照组可延长mPFS 4个月(16个月vs.12个月)、明显降低PSA水平、改善中医临床症状、改善QLQ-C30、提高KPS评分(均P<0.05)。亚组预后因素分析显示,治疗前KPS评分90分组、PSA最低值≤1 ng/mL、PSA下降≥90%的患者在治疗组中获益更显著。结论:“健脾利湿化瘀方”联合MAB治疗延长患者的m PFS,更好地降低PSA水平,实现PSA的深度应答,降低血清睾酮至去势水平,延长激素敏感时间,改善中医临床症状,提高患者的生存质量。 展开更多

The uncontrolled dendrite growth of lithium metal anodes(LMAs)caused by unstable anode/electrolyte interface and uneven lithium deposition have impeded the practical applications of lithium metal batteries(LMBs).Constructing a robust artificial solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)and regulating the lithium deposition behavior is an effective strategy to address these issues.Herein,a three-dimensional(3D)lithium anode with gradient Li_(3)N has been in-situ fabricated on carbon-based framework by thermal diffusion method(denoted as CC/Li/Li_(3)N).Density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that Li_(3)N can effectively promote the transport of Li^(+)due to the low energy barrier of Li^(+)diffusion.As expected,the Li_(3)N-rich conformal artificial SEI film can not only effectively stabilize the interface and avoid parasitic reactions,but also facilitate fast Li^(+)transport across the SEI layer.The anode matrix with uniformly distributed Li3N can enable homogenous deposition of Li,thus preventing Li dendrite propagation.Benefiting from these merits,the CC/Li/Li_(3)N anode achieves ultralong-term cycling for>1000 h at a current density of 2 m A cm^(-2)and dendrite-free Li deposition at an ultrahigh rate of 20 m A cm^(-2).Moreover,the full cells coupled with LiFePO4cathodes show extraordinary cycling stability for>300 cycles in liquidelectrolyte-based batteries and display a high-capacity retention of 96.7%after 100 cycles in solid-state cells,demonstrating the promising prospects for the practical applications of LMBs. 展开更多

CO_(2)选择性加氢制二甲醚(DME)是实现CO_(2)资源化利用的重要途径之一.然而,该过程面临着多方面的挑战.比如,水分子会限制CO_(2)的高效转化并诱导铜颗粒的团聚,导致催化活性与稳定性不足.此外,沸石分子筛甲醇脱水催化剂的酸性过强容易造成甲醇过度脱水生成低碳烃,导致催化选择性不足.因此,开发高效稳定的CO_(2)加氢制DME催化剂十分必要.本文通过共水解法制备了一系列镓改性的疏水二氧化硅负载铜基催化剂,并通过优化疏水基团含量以及铜与镓的比例来进一步提高催化性能.通过X射线衍射、氢气程序升温还原、X射线光电子能谱和CO吸附红外光谱等方法进行表征,结果表明,镓物种对铜纳米颗粒的电子结构进行了调控,提升了催化剂上Cuδ+物种的含量,从而抑制了逆水煤气转换反应,实现了CO选择性的降低.此外,水蒸气等温吸附、水蒸气程序升温脱附和水滴接触角测试等结果表明,引入疏水甲基基团可以调控催化剂表面的浸润性,提升水分子的扩散速率并抑制其二次吸附.在镓改性和甲基基团疏水修饰的协同作用下,Cu/Ga-SiO_(2)-20Me催化剂上CO_(2)转化率从5.5%提升至9.7%,DME选择性达到59.3%,而CO选择性则从40%降至11.3%.在100h的长周期测试中,表现出较好的催化稳定性.通过研究CO_(2)加氢催化剂(Cu/SiO_(2)-20Me)和甲醇脱水催化剂(Ga/SiO_(2)-20Me)的混合方式,探讨了疏水环境下铜和镓物种之间的协同作用.结果表明,镓改性和疏水基团的协同作用有助于串联反应的同步进行,避免了甲醇中间体的气相扩散和二次吸附.对于物理混合催化剂,由于两种活性金属存在一定的空间距离,导致铜基催化剂上生成的甲醇必须气相扩散并二次吸附于镓催化剂表面以进行后续甲醇脱水生成二甲醚反应.然而,在疏水甲基基团的作用下,抑制了极性甲醇分子的二次吸附,导致了二甲醚选择性的降低.尽管如此,对于Cu/Ga-SiO_(2)-20Me复合催化剂,铜与镓物种的毗邻性实现了CO_(2)加氢制甲醇和甲醇脱水制二甲醚串联反应能够同步进行,成功避免了甲醇中间体的气相扩散和二次吸附.此外,疏水甲基基团可以加速反应生成水的扩散,促进反应平衡正向进行,实现高效催化.综上,本文研究结果为催化系统的空间分布控制提供了有益的见解,并为设计适用于疏水催化过程的新型串联催化剂提供了参考.此外,该理念为催化剂体系的设计提供了新的思路. 展开更多

Cemented paste backfill(CPB)technology is a green mining method used to control underground goaves and tailings ponds.The curing process of CPB in the stope is the product of a thermo-hydro-mechanical-chemical multi-field performance interaction.At present,research on the multi-field performance of CPB mainly includes indoor similar simulation experiments,in-situ multi-field performance monitoring experiments,multi-field performance coupling model construction of CPB,and numerical simulation of the multi-field performance of CPB.Because it is hard to study the in-situ multi-field performance of CPB in the real stope,most current research on in-situ multi-field performance adopts the numerical simulation method.By simulating the conditions of CPB in the real stope(e.g.,maintenance environment,stope geometry,drainage conditions,and barricade and backfilling rates),the multi-field performance of CPB is further studied.This paper summarizes the mathematical models employed in the numerical simulation and lists the engineering application cases of numerical simulation in the in-situ multi-field performance of CPB.Finally,it proposes that the multi-field performance of CPB needs to strengthen the theoretical study of multi-field performance,form the strength design criterion based on the multi-field performance of CPB,perform a full-range numerical simulation of the multi-field performance of CPB,develop a pre-warning technology for the CPB safety of CPB,develop automatic and wireless sensors for the multi-field performance monitoring of CPB,and realize the application and popularization of CPB monitoring technology. 展开更多

Establishing highly effective charge transfer channels in carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4)) to enhance its photocatalytic activity is still a challenging issue.Herein,the delaminated 2D Ti_(3)C_(2) MXene nanosheets were employed to decorate the P-doped tubular g-C_(3)N_(4)(PTCN)for engineering 1D/2D Schottky heterojunction(PTCN/TC)through electrostatic self-assembly.The optimized PTCN/TC exhibited the highest hydrogen evolution rate(565 μmol h^(-1)g^(-1)),which was 4.3 and 2.0-fold higher than pristine bulk g-C_(3)N_(4) and PTCN,respectively.Such enhancement may be primarily attributed to the phosphorus heteroatom doped and unique structure of 1D/2D g-C_(3)N_(4)/Ti_(3)C_(2) Schottky heterojunction,enhancing the light-harvesting and charges’separation.One-dimensional pathway of g-C_(3)N_(4) tube and built-in electric field of interfacial Schottky effect can significantly facilitate the spatial separation of photogenerated charge carriers,and simultaneously inhibit their recombination via Schottky barrier.In this composite,metallic Ti_(3)C_(2) was served as electrons sink and photons collector.Moreover,ultrathin Ti_(3)C_(2) flake with exposed terminal metal sites as a co-catalyst exhibited higher photocatalytic reactivity in H2 evolution compared to carbon materials(such as reduced graphene oxide).This work not only proposed the mechanism of tubular g-C_(3)N_(4)/Ti_(3)C_(2) Schottky junction in photocatalysis,but also provided a feasible way to load ultrathin Ti_(3)C_(2) as a co-catalyst for designing highly efficient photocatalysts. 展开更多

【目的】分析花色素成分及理化因子对金花茶花瓣呈色的影响。【方法】以崇左金花茶Camellia chuongtsoensis、中东金花茶C.achrysantha和小瓣金花茶C.parvipetala盛开期的花瓣为研究材料,采用色差仪测定花色表型,观察花瓣表皮解剖结构,... 【目的】分析花色素成分及理化因子对金花茶花瓣呈色的影响。【方法】以崇左金花茶Camellia chuongtsoensis、中东金花茶C.achrysantha和小瓣金花茶C.parvipetala盛开期的花瓣为研究材料,采用色差仪测定花色表型,观察花瓣表皮解剖结构,利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术(UPLC-MS/MS)检测花瓣中的类黄酮代谢物,分析温度、光照和金属离子对3种金花茶类黄酮提取液在体外呈色的影响。【结果】1)表型测定结果表明,崇左、中东、小瓣金花茶花色黄度依次降低。花瓣表皮切片分析显示,3种金花茶花瓣表皮细胞中色素含量存在显著差异,与花色表型结果相符。2)3种金花茶花瓣中检测到356种类黄酮代谢物,筛选到295种差异代谢物。K-means聚类分析表明,花色从乳白色到中黄色再到金黄色的变化过程中,有74种差异代谢物含量呈上升趋势,19种呈下降趋势,其中共有11种代谢物注释到KEGG代谢通路。10种关键代谢物与色相b*值呈极显著正相关,其中查耳酮类根皮苷、黄酮类忍冬苷、黄酮醇类槲皮苷、白麻苷和杨梅素是黄色花的重要呈色物质,推测以上5种代谢物与金花茶花瓣黄度加深密切相关。3)理化因子呈色影响试验发现,高温会引起花色素物质的转变以及紫外光引起聚合体的形成,导致花色素提取液吸光值上升;Fe3+和Al3+对花色素提取液具有明显的增色作用,二价金属离子对花色素呈色影响不大;低温和遮光有利于花瓣色素的稳定。【结论】花瓣色素成分、含量及外部理化因子均会影响金花茶花瓣的呈色,类黄酮化合物成分与含量的差异是决定金花茶花色差异的主要因素,其中根皮苷、槲皮苷、白麻苷、杨梅素、忍冬苷是导致金花茶花色黄度差异的重要呈色物质。研究结果可为金花茶花色改良和遗传育种研究提供科学依据。 展开更多

Various therapeutic strategies have been developed to overcome ovarian cancer.However,the prognoses resulting from these strategies are still unclear.In the present work,we screened 54 small molecule compounds approved by the FDA to identify novel agents that could inhibit the viability of human epithelial ovarian cancer cells.Among these,we identified disulfiram(DSF),an old alcohol-abuse drug,as a potential inducer of cell death in ovarian cancer.Mechanistically,DSF treatment significantly reduced the expression of the anti-apoptosis marker Bcell lymphoma/leukemia-2(Bcl-2)and increase the expression of the apoptotic molecules Bcl2 associated X(Bax)and cleaved caspase-3 to promote human epithelial ovarian cancer cell apoptosis.Furthermore,DSF is a newly identified effective copper ionophore,thus the combination of DSF and copper was used to reduce ovarian cancer viability than DSF single treatment.Combination treatment with DSF and copper also led to the reduced expression of ferredoxin 1 and loss of Fe-S cluster proteins(biomarkers of cuproptosis).In vivo,DSF and copper gluconate significantly decreased the tumor volume and increased the survival rate in a murine ovarian cancer xenograft model.Thus,the role of DSF revealed its potential for used as a viable therapeutic agent for the ovarian cancer. 展开更多

Utilizing the hydrazine-assisted water electrolysis for energy-efficient hydrogen production shows a promising application, which relies on the development and design of efficient bifunctional electrocatalysts. Herein, we reported a low-content Pt-doped Rh metallene(Pt-Rhene) for hydrazine-assisted water electrolysis towards energy-saving hydrogen(H_(2)) production, where the ultrathin metallene is constructed to provide enough favorable active sites for catalysis and improve atom utilization.Additionally, the synergistic effect between Rh and Pt can optimize the electronic structure of Rh for improving the intrinsic activity. Therefore, the required overpotential of Pt-Rhene is only 37 mV to reach a current density of-10 mA cm^(-2) in the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER), and the Pt-Rhene exhibits a required overpotential of only 11 mV to reach a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2) in the hydrazine oxidation reaction(HzOR). With the constructed HER-HzOR two-electrode system, the Pt-Rhene electrodes exhibit an extremely low voltage(0.06/0.19/0.28 V) to achieve current densities of 10/50/100 mA cm^(-2) for energy-saving H_(2) production, which greatly reduces the electrolysis energy consumption. Moreover,DFT calculations further demonstrate that the introduction of Pt modulates the electronic structure of Rh and optimizes the d-band center, thus enhancing the adsorption and desorption of reactant/intermediates in the electrocatalytic reaction. 展开更多

Efficient and flexible interactions require precisely converting human intentions into computer-recognizable signals,which is critical to the breakthrough development of metaverse.Interactive electronics face common dilemmas,which realize highprecision and stable touch detection but are rigid,bulky,and thick or achieve high flexibility to wear but lose precision.Here,we construct highly bending-insensitive,unpixelated,and waterproof epidermal interfaces(BUW epidermal interfaces)and demonstrate their interactive applications of conformal human–machine integration.The BUW epidermal interface based on the addressable electrical contact structure exhibits high-precision and stable touch detection,high flexibility,rapid response time,excellent stability,and versatile“cut-and-paste”character.Regardless of whether being flat or bent,the BUW epidermal interface can be conformally attached to the human skin for real-time,comfortable,and unrestrained interactions.This research provides promising insight into the functional composite and structural design strategies for developing epidermal electronics,which offers a new technology route and may further broaden human–machine interactions toward metaverse. 展开更多

The hydrogen evolution reaction performance of semiconducting 2H-phase molybdenum disulfide(2H-MoS_(2))presents a significant hurdle in realizing its full potential applications.Here,we utilize theoretical calculations to predict possible functionalized graphene quantum dots(GQDs),which can enhance HER activity of bulk MoS_(2).Subsequently,we design a functionalized GQD-induced in-situ bottom-up strategy to fabricate near atom-layer 2H-MoS_(2) nanosheets mediated with GQDs(ALQD)by modulating the concentration of electron withdrawing/donating functional groups.Experimental results reveal that the introduction of a series of functionalized GQDs during the synthesis of ALQD plays a crucial role.Notably,the higher the concentration and strength of electron-withdrawing functional groups on GQDs,the thinner and more active the resulting ALQD are.Remarkably,the synthesized near atom-layer ALQD-SO_(3)demonstrate significantly improved HER performance.Our GQD-induced strategy provides a simple and efficient approach for expanding the catalytic application of MoS_(2).Furthermore,it holds substantial potential for developing nanosheets in other transition-metal dichalcogenide materials. 展开更多

Hydraulic fracturing facilitates the development and exploitation of unconventional reservoirs.In this study,the injected hydraulic fracturing fluid(HFF)and flowback and produced water(FPW)in tight oil reservoirs of the Lucaogou Formation in the Junggar Basin are temporally sampled from day 1 to day 64.Freshwater is used for fracturing,and HFF is obtained.The chemical and isotopic parameters(including the water type,total salinity,total dissolved solids(TDS),pH,concentrations of Na^(+),Cl^(-),Ba^(+),K^(+),Fe^(2+)+Fe^(3+),and CO_(3)^(2-),dD,and δ^(18)O)are experimentally obtained,and their variations with time are systematically analyzed based on the flowback water.The results show that the water type,Na/Cl ratio,total salinity,and TDS of the FPW change periodically primarily due to the HFF mixing with formation water,thus causing δD and δ^(18)O to deviate from the meteoric water line of Xinjiang.Because of watererock interaction(WRI),the concentrations of Fe^(2+)+Fe^(3+)and CO_(3)^(2-)of the FPW increase over time,with the solution pH becoming more alkaline.Furthermore,based on the significant changes observed in the geochemistry of the FPW,three separate time intervals of flowback time are identified:Stage Ⅰ(<10 days),where the FPW is dominated by the HFF and the changes in ions and isotopes are mainly caused by the WRI;Stage Ⅱ(10-37 days),where the FPW is dominated by the addition of formation water to the HFF and the WRI is weakened;and finally,Stage Ⅲ(>37 days),where the FPW is dominated by the chemistry of the formation water.The methodology implemented in this study can provide critical support for the source identification of formation water. 展开更多

The material used in the stapes reconstruction restores stapes, but the effects of the nonlinear material parameters on the stability of the MEHS are still unknown. To address this challenge, the nonlinear dynamic response and stability of the stapes reconstruction are investigated using a multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical model. The material parameters of the implant are tentatively determined by analyzing the natural frequencies of the undamped system. The dynamical properties of the MEHS are characterized under different external excitations. The approximate solution of the MEHS near the resonant frequency is derived through the multiple-time-scale method(MTSM). The results show that the nonlinear stiffness of the material has little influence on the MEHS in the healthy state, but it causes resonant phenomena between the ossicle and the implant in the pathological state. 展开更多
