Objective:This study focused on the clinical application value of dynamic CT perfusion imaging in stroke.Methods:A total of 92 patients with stroke were enrolled in this study.All patients were selected from December ...Objective:This study focused on the clinical application value of dynamic CT perfusion imaging in stroke.Methods:A total of 92 patients with stroke were enrolled in this study.All patients were selected from December 2017 to December 2018 according to different diagnostic methods.They were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group and control group.The number of patients in each group was 46.The observation group mainly used dynamic CT perfusion imaging for diagnosis while the control group mainly used CT plain scan.The diagnostic effects of the two groups of patients and the hemodynamic parameters of the surrounding area of sub-acute hematoma and the acute phase of stroke in the observation group were compared.Results:The clinical diagnosis of the observation group was 95.65%while the clinical diagnosis of the control group was 69.57%.The observation group was higher than that of the control group and the difference was significant.In addition,the hemodynamic parameters of the acute phase of the observation group and the sub-acute hematoma were also varied.Conclusion:Dynamic CT perfusion imaging has significant clinical value in stroke,and it is worthy of further application.展开更多
Objectives:To investigate diagnostic value of ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)for malignant and benign breast lesions.Methods:Retrospective analysis of treatment data of 48 patients diagnosed with malign...Objectives:To investigate diagnostic value of ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)for malignant and benign breast lesions.Methods:Retrospective analysis of treatment data of 48 patients diagnosed with malignant and benign breast lesions in our hospital,collected from December 2017 to November 2018.A total number of 56 breast masses were examined by both ultrasound and MRI,and were compared with postoperative pathological biopsy results.Results:Postoperative pathological biopsy results showed that there were 26 and 30 malignant and benign lesions respectively.Comparison of MRI curve type of malignant and benign lesions showed statistical significance(P<0.05).By comparison with pathological biopsy results,specificity and sensitivity of ultrasound diagnosis were 83.33%(25/30)and 84.61%(22/26)respectively;specificity and sensitivity of MRI diagnosis were 96.66%(29/30)and 92.30%(24/26)respectively.Conclusions:Ultrasonographic examination of malignant and benign breast lesions is straight-forward,simple and inexpensive.Accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of MRI are significantly higher than ultrasound in examining malignant and benign breast lesions,this can reduce misdiagnosis.展开更多

Objective:To study and compare the clinical effects of the combination of different interventional embolization chemotherapy and radiofrequency ablation in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods:In this paper,base...Objective:To study and compare the clinical effects of the combination of different interventional embolization chemotherapy and radiofrequency ablation in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods:In this paper,based on the target data validation of those 60 patients with primary liver cancer treated in the hospital during the period from May 2017 to May 2018,the double-blind method was used for the comparison between groups.Patients in the reference group were treated with the combination of cisplatinum interventional chemoembolization regimen and radiofrequency ablation,while those in the experimental group were treated with the combination of lobaplatin interventional chemoembolization regimen and radiofrequency ablation.Then,the efficacy of both groups was compared.Results:After the treatment,the clinically effective total value,the calculation value of adverse reactions,and the value of IgA,IgM,IgG and AFP of the experimental group were compared with those of the reference group.In addition,the value of IgA,IgM,IgG and AFP of both groups after and before the treatment were compared.The experimental results showed that the data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of lobaplatin and cisplatin interventional embolization chemotherapy and radiofrequency ablation has some effects in patients with primary liver cancer,but the former one showed more significant effects.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic effects of enhanced CT scan on hemorrhage corpus luteum cyst(HCLC).Methods:The clinical data of 24 patients with hemorrhage corpus luteum cyst diagnosed by surgery and pathology...Objective:To investigate the diagnostic effects of enhanced CT scan on hemorrhage corpus luteum cyst(HCLC).Methods:The clinical data of 24 patients with hemorrhage corpus luteum cyst diagnosed by surgery and pathology in our hospital were collected.All patients received enhanced CT scan to evaluate the diagnostic value of CT.Results:The average diameter of the cysts in this group of patients was 5.1cm by CT.Further detection of the ruptured cyst wall showed that there was a liquid lowdensity shadow.Some of the cysts were accompanied by signs of increased density,indicating the presence of blood clots;all patients received surgical treatment.Intraoperative ultrasound examination of the cysts had an average diameter of 5.2cm and a wall of 0.2~0.4mm.Among them,19 cases of cysts contained"coffee-colored"liquid with varying degrees of blood clots,and 5 cases had no blood clots in the cysts but there were a lot of blood clots beside the cysts.Conclusion:The application of enhanced CT scan in patients with hemorrhage corpus luteum cyst is of great value.It can provide accurate data reference for clinical treatment and is worthy of promoting its clinical application.展开更多
