Attribute-based encryption(ABE)is a technique used to encrypt data,it has the flexibility of access control,high security,and resistance to collusion attacks,and especially it is used in cloud security protection.However,a large number of bilinear mappings are used in ABE,and the calculation of bilinear pairing is time-consuming.So there is the problem of low efficiency.On the other hand,the decryption key is not uniquely associated with personal identification information,if the decryption key is maliciously sold,ABE is unable to achieve accountability for the user.In practical applications,shared message requires hierarchical sharing in most cases,in this paper,we present a message security hierarchy ABE scheme for this scenario.Firstly,attributes were grouped and weighted according to the importance of attributes,and then an access structure based on a threshold tree was constructed according to attribute weight.This method saved the computing time for decryption while ensuring security and on-demand access to information for users.In addition,with the help of computing power in the cloud,two-step decryption was used to complete the access,which relieved the computing and storage burden on the client side.Finally,we simulated and tested the scheme based on CP-ABE,and selected different security levels to test its performance.The security proof and the experimental simulation result showthat the proposed scheme has high efficiency and good performance,and the solution implements hierarchical access to the shared message. 展开更多

To realize data sharing,and to fully use the data value,breaking the data island between institutions to realize data collaboration has become a new sharing mode.This paper proposed a distributed data security sharing scheme based on C/S communication mode,and constructed a federated learning architecture that uses differential privacy technology to protect training parameters.Clients do not need to share local data,and they only need to upload the trained model parameters to achieve data sharing.In the process of training,a distributed parameter update mechanism is introduced.The server is mainly responsible for issuing training commands and parameters,and aggregating the local model parameters uploaded by the clients.The client mainly uses the stochastic gradient descent algorithm for gradient trimming,updates,and transmits the trained model parameters back to the server after differential processing.To test the performance of the scheme,in the application scenario where many medical institutions jointly train the disease detection system,the model is tested from multiple perspectives by taking medical data as an example.From the testing results,we can know that for this specific test dataset,when the parameters are properly configured,the lowest prediction accuracy rate is 90.261%and the highest accuracy rate is up to 94.352.It shows that the performance of the model is good.The results also show that this scheme realizes data sharing while protecting data privacy,completes accurate prediction of diseases,and has a good effect. 展开更多

[Objectives]To observe the effect of Xianlinggubao Capsule on osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)in rabbits and the influence mechanism of the repair of fractures.[Methods]Female June age 30 rabbits were randomly divided into control group,model control group and Xianlinggubao group.After bilateral ovariectomy,the model control group and Xianlinggubao group were injected with dexamethasone continuously for 4 weeks,and then the OVCF compound model was established by surgery.The Xianlinggubao group was treated with Xianlinggubao at a dose of 300 mg/(kg·d)for 60 d,while the blank control group and the model control group were treated with the same amount of normal saline for 60 d.The number of blood vessels and the expression of bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2)were detected by immunohistochemical staining and the bone mineral density(BMD)in the callus of the third lumbar fracture area of rabbits was measured.The content of serum phosphorus(P),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and total calcium(TCa)in rabbit venous blood were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer.The content of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF)in rabbit venous blood were measured by ELISA kit.[Results]The number of blood vessels and the expression of BMP-2 in the callus of the third lumbar fracture area of rabbits was high in Xianlinggubao group,the content of serum P,ALP,TCa,VEGF and PDGF was obviously increased,BMD was obviously increased,the bone microstructure of the third lumbar vertebrae fracture area of rabbits was basically restored.Compared with the model control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.[Conclusions]Xianlinggubao Capsule can increase calcium and phosphorus deposition,promote the formation of blood vessels in the fracture area of OVCF in rabbits,and have a strong repair effect on OVCF in rabbits. 展开更多

[Method] Different genotypes of A. thaliana( AtHsf A1a-silenced transgenic and wild-type) seedlings were treated at 42 ℃. According to the fragmentation level of fluorogenic substrate Ac-DEVDp NA,Caspase-3 activity was determined by spectrophotometry. [Result]After high temperature treatment,Caspase-3 activity in A. thaliana was enhanced significantly. Caspase-3 activity in At Hsf A1a-silenced transgenic A. thaliana was higher than that in wild-type A. thaliana,which indicated that At Hsf A1 a could inhibit Caspase-3 activity in A. thaliana under high temperature stress. [Conclusion] Under high temperature stress,heat shock factor At Hsf A1 a might exert inhibitory effects on programmed cell death by reducing Caspase-3 activity. [Objective] This study aimed to investigate the influence of high temperature on the expression of heat shock transcription factor AtHsfA1a in different genotypes of Arabidopsis. [Method] Arabidopsis plants overexpressing heat shock transcription factor AtHsfA1a were used as experimental materials and treated under high temperature at 39 ℃ for 1 min and 5 min; total RNA of AtHsfA1a was extracted,and the reverse transcription and amplification were conducted using RTPCR technology,the amplification products were detected by electrophoresis.[Result] The expression levels of AtHsfA1a in Arabidopsis plants overexpressing heat shock transcription factor AtHsfA1a at high temperature and room temperature were higher than wild-type Arabidopsis; the expression levels of AtHsfA1a in both wild-type Arabidopsis and transgenic Arabidopsis plants overexpressing heat shock transcription factor AtHsfA1a at high temperature of 39 ℃ were higher than that at room temperature of 25 ℃ ,but the expression levels of AtHsfA1a in wild-type Arabidopsis and transgenic Arabidopsis plants overexpressing heat shock transcription factor AtHsfA1a varied little after high temperature treatment at 39 ℃ for 1 min or 5 min.[Conclusion] The expression of AtHsfA1a is induced rapidly by high temperature,thus regulating the expression of early adversity-resistant genes. In the era of big data,the conflict between data mining and data privacy protection is increasing day by day.Traditional information security focuses on protecting the security of attribute values without semantic association.The data privacy of big data is mainly reflected in the effective use of data without exposing the user’s sensitive information.Considering the semantic association,reasonable security access for privacy protect is required.Semi-structured and self-descriptive XML(eXtensible Markup Language)has become a common form of data organization for database management in big data environments.Based on the semantic integration nature of XML data,this paper proposes a data access control model for individual users.Through the semantic dependency between data and the integration process from bottom to top,the global visual range of inverted XML structure is realized.Experimental results show that the model effectively protects the privacy and has high access efficiency. 展开更多

This study was conducted to elucidate the regulating mechanism of sodium nitroprussiate on seed germination and seedling growth of cherry tomato. After the treatment with different concentrations of sodium nitroprusside,the effects on the metabolites and key enzyme activities in carbon-nitrogen metabolism of cherry tomato cultivar Zhuyun as an experimental material were investigated. The results showed that from seed germination to seedling period,the contents of starch and total nitrogen decreased,but the contents of soluble sugar,reducing sugar,sucrose and soluble protein increased firstly and then decreased; and free amino acids content increased gradually. Sodium nitroprusside made the contents of starch,sucrose and free amino acids higher than CK. From seed germination to seedling period in cherry tomato,the activities of amylase,glutamine synthetase( GS) and sucrose phosphate synthase( SPS) decreased; the activities of nitrate reductase( NR) and glutamate synthase( GOGAT) increased at first and decreased then; and the CK and the 0. 25 mmol/L sodium nitroprusside treatments exhibited decreased sucrose synthase( SS) activity,and the trend was increasing at first and decreasing then after the treatment with 0. 50 and 1. 00 mmol/L sodium nitroprusside. Sodium nitroprusside treatment improved amylase activity; and the carbon-nitrogen ratio of the CK increased at first and decreased then,while the values of other treatments tended to decrease. In addition,sodium nitroprusside did not affect seed germination potential and germination rate,but significantly improved biomass accumulation,root length and height of seedlings. These data suggest that sodium nitroprusside could affect the conversion of starch and sugar accumulation,delay the decomposition of total nitrogen and soluble protein,and achieve the effects of accelerating the accumulation of free amino acids,and promoting seed germination and seedling growth,and 0. 50 mmol/L sodium nitroprusside has the best effect. 展开更多

[Objective] This study aimed to screen target genes regulated by heat shock factor AtHsfA1a in Arabidopsis thaliana. [Method] Using AtHsfA1a-inserted mutant athsfa1a( SALK-068042) and wild-type A. thaliana seedlings as experimental materials,target genes regulated by heat shock factor AtHsfA1a were screened by microarray assay. Differentially expressed genes were screened by multiple method. Specific functions of differentially expressed genes were analyzed by gene ontology( GO) analysis. Signal transduction pathways,in which differentially expressed genes were involved,were analyzed by pathway analysis. Gene-gene interaction network was constructed by Signal-Net. [Result]A total of 3 672 differentially expressed genes were screened out. Up-regulated differentially expressed genes were involved in 198 functions and 7 signal transduction pathways; down-regulated differentially expressed genes were involved in 94 functions and 10 signal transduction pathways. In the signal transduction network,it was found that cwINV4 and HXK3 had relatively high ability of mediation; AT1G14240 and cwINV4 exhibited the most interactions with other genes,which were located in key positions throughout the gene-gene interaction network. [Conclusion] Heat shock factor AtHsfA1a regulates a large number of target genes in A. thaliana. 展开更多

[Method] AtHsfA1a-silenced transgenic( NT) and wild-type( WT) A. thaliana seedlings were used as experimental materials to induce the formation of callus; the callus were cultured to single cells by suspension culture,subjected to cold stress,stained with DAPI,prepared into cell smears and observed under a fluorescence microscope. [Result] Under cold stress,cell nucleus of wild-type A. thaliana displayed morphological changes,but no apoptotic bodies were found;apoptotic bodies were observed in AtHsfA1a-silenced transgenic A. thaliana cells,and the cytoplasm was remarkably concentrated. [Conclusion] Under cold stress,heat shock factor AtHsfA1a exerted inhibitory effects on programmed cell death in A. thaliana,which was of great significance for clarifying the mechanism of stress responses in plants. 展开更多

This study aims to investigate the adversity stress tolerance functions of Arabidopsis heat shock factor AtHsfA1a,which has important significance for in-depth understanding of adversity stress tolerance mechanisms of plants and further utilization of heat shock factor genes. [Method] Genomic DNA of Arabidopsis was extracted with CTAB method and purified to obtain Arabidopsis DNA samples for in vitro site-specific recombination cloning(Gateway cloning) to construct plant expression vector of heat shock factor AtHsfA1a. Firstly,donor vector pDONR 201/AtHsfA1a was constructed based on attB and attP site-specific recombination method (BP reaction),to identify E. coli transformants harboring correct sequence of AtHsfA1a by sequencing; secondly,plant expression vector pB7WG2/AtHsfA1a overexpressing Arabidopsis heat shock factor AtHsfA1a was constructed based on attL and attR site-specific recombination method (LR reaction),to screen E. coli transformants harboring target plasmid. [Result] Plant expression vector of Arabidopsis heat shock factor gene AtHsfA1a was constructed successfully. [Conclusion] This study not only provided experimental materials for acquiring transgenic plants overexpressing heat shock transcription factor AtHsfA1a,but also laid the foundation for further investigation of the diversity of adversity stress tolerance functions regulated by HSFs. 展开更多
