BACKGROUND As a serious global problem,knee osteoarthritis(KOA)often leads to pain and disability.Manual therapy is widely used as a kind of physical treatment for KOA.AIM To explore further the efficacy of Maitland a...BACKGROUND As a serious global problem,knee osteoarthritis(KOA)often leads to pain and disability.Manual therapy is widely used as a kind of physical treatment for KOA.AIM To explore further the efficacy of Maitland and Mulligan mobilization methods for adults with KOA.METHODS We searched PubMed,the Cochrane Library,EMbase,Web of Science and Google Scholar from inception to September 20,2020 to collect studies comparing Maitland and Mulligan mobilization methods in adults with KOA.The quality of the studies was assessed using the Physiotherapy Evidence Database Scale for randomized controlled trials.Data analyses were performed using Review Manager 5.0 software.RESULTS A total of 341 articles were screened from five electronic databases(PubMed,the Cochrane Library,EMbase,Web of Science and Google Scholar)after excluding duplicates.Ultimately,eight trials involving 471 subjects were included in present systematic review and meta-analysis.The mean PEDro scale score was 6.6.Mulligan mobilization was more effective in alleviating pain[standardized mean difference(SMD)=0.60;95%confidence interval(CI):0.17 to 1.03,P=0.007;I2=60%,P=0.020]and improving Western Ontario and McMaster Universities function score(SMD=7.41;95%CI:2.36 to 12.47,P=0.004;I2=92%,P=0.000).There was no difference in the effect of the two kinds of mobilization on improving the range of motion(SMD=9.63;95%CI:-1.23 to 20.48,P=0.080;I2=97%,P=0.000).CONCLUSION Mulligan mobilization technique is a promising intervention in alleviating pain and improving function score in KOA patients.展开更多

In order to obtain more the accurate results of the reliability sensitivity analysis, a number of hyperplanes are built near the design point by first-order Tayler series expansion, which replace the known nonlinear limit state hypersurface, and an equivalent computational method is utilized to construct an equivalent hyperplane of the obtained hyperplanes. The fiber sidepolishing technique converts the coaxial dual-waveguide fiber into a D-type one, and the evanescent wave in the ring core leaks, generating a D-type sensing region;the fiber optic fused ball push technology converts the coaxial dual waveguides into microspheres, and the stimulated cladding mode evanescent wave leaks, producing the microsphere sensing region. By injecting light into the coaxial dual-waveguide middle core alone, the sensor can realize single-stage sensing in the microsphere sensing area;it can also realize dual-channel sensing in the D-type sensing area and microsphere sensing area by injecting light into the ring core. The refractive index measurement ranges for the two channels are 1.333–1.365 and 1.375–1.405, respectively, with detection sensitivities of 981.56 nm/RIU and 4138 nm/RIU. The sensor combines wavelength division multiplexing and space division multiplexing technologies, presenting a novel research concept for multi-channel fiber SPR sensors.展开更多

The complexity of the loads acting on the offshore wind turbines(OWTs) structures and the significance of investigation on structure dynamics are explained.Test results obtained from a scaled wind turbine model are al...The complexity of the loads acting on the offshore wind turbines(OWTs) structures and the significance of investigation on structure dynamics are explained.Test results obtained from a scaled wind turbine model are also summarized.The model is supported on monopile,subjected to different types of dynamic loading using an innovative out of balance mass system to apply cyclic/dynamic loads.The test results show the natural frequency of the wind turbine structure increases with the number of cycles,but with a reduced rate of increase with the accumulation of soil strain level.The change is found to be dependent on the shear strain level in the soil next to the pile which matches with the expectations from the element tests of the soil.The test results were plotted in a non-dimensional manner in order to be scaled to predict the prototype consequences using element tests of a soil using resonant column apparatus.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the self-efficacy and mental health of elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)in rural Hebei Province as well as to analyze the relationship between them.Methods:From June 2021 to De...Objective:To investigate the self-efficacy and mental health of elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)in rural Hebei Province as well as to analyze the relationship between them.Methods:From June 2021 to December 2021,480 elderly patients with CHD from rural areas,who had been discharged by the Department of Cardiology from three tertiary hospitals in three cities with different economic levels in Hebei Province for more than a year,were selected as the research subjects.The general self-efficacy scale(GSES)and symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90)were used to investigate the self-efficacy and mental health of these patients.SPSS 25.0 was used for data analysis.Results:The total mean self-efficacy score of elderly patients with CHD in rural Hebei Province was 17.18±4.68,which is lower than the international norm(t=-32.067,P=0.000)and the national norm(t=-28.783,P=0.000);the total average SCL-90 score was 148.64±55.13,which is higher than the national norm for adults and the reference norm for ordinary elderly people;except for hostility and psychosis,the other dimensions were significantly higher than the national norm for adults(P<0.05);except for psychosis,the other dimensions were significantly higher than the reference norm for ordinary elderly people(P<0.05);the self-efficacy score was found to be negatively correlated with the total SCL-90 score and the score for each dimension(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly CHD patients with higher self-efficacy in rural Hebei Province have higher mental health level.It is suggested that the mental health of elderly patients with CHD in rural areas can be improved by improving their self-efficacy.展开更多
BACKGROUND The therapeutic effects of a combination of Chinese medicines called Biyu decoction have been clinically verified,although its molecular targets in psoriasis remain unknown.AIM To explore the molecular mech...BACKGROUND The therapeutic effects of a combination of Chinese medicines called Biyu decoction have been clinically verified,although its molecular targets in psoriasis remain unknown.AIM To explore the molecular mechanisms of Biyu decoction for psoriasis treatment.METHODS In this network pharmacology and molecular docking study,the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology database was searched for Biyu decoction active ingredients.GeneCards,Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man,PharmGkb,Therapeutic Target Database,and DrugBank databases were searched for psoriasis-related genes.The genes targeted by the decoction’s active ingredient and disease genes were intersected to obtain predictive targets of the drug during psoriasis treatment.Cytoscape 3.8.0 was used to construct a drug component/target disease network.The The functional protein association networks database and Cytoscape were used to construct a protein-protein interaction network and streamline the core network.The Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes were used for pathway enrichment analysis.Molecular docking technology was used to verify the drug component/target disease network.RESULTS We screened 117 major active ingredients,including quercetin,kaempferol,naringenin,and acetyl-shikonin,and identified 213 gene targets,such as MAPK3,JUN,FOS,MYC,MAPK8,STAT3,and NFKBIA.Using a molecular docking analysis,the main active ingredients demonstrated good binding to the core targets.The Gene Ontology analysis showed that these ingredients were significantly associated with biological activities,such as transcription factor DNA binding,RNA polymerase II-specific DNA binding of transcription factors,and cytokine receptor binding;responses to lipopolysaccharides,molecules of bacterial origin,and oxidative stress;and were mainly distributed in membrane rafts,microdomains,and regions.The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analysis showed that decoction ingredients act on Th17 cell differentiation,tumor necrosis factor and mitogen-activated protein signaling pathways,the interleukin-17 signaling pathway,and the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway.CONCLUSION Biyu decoction may be effective against psoriasis through multi-component,multi-target,and multi-channel synergy.展开更多
BACKGROUND Dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa pruriginosa(DEB-Pr)is a rare subtype of DEB,characterized by recurrent pruritus of the extremities,pruritus papules,nodules,and mossy-like plaques.To date,fewer than 100 cas...BACKGROUND Dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa pruriginosa(DEB-Pr)is a rare subtype of DEB,characterized by recurrent pruritus of the extremities,pruritus papules,nodules,and mossy-like plaques.To date,fewer than 100 cases have been reported.We report a misdiagnosed 30-year-old man with sporadic late-onset DEB-Pr who responded well to tacrolimus treatment,thereby serving as a guide to correct diagnosis and treatment.CASE SUMMARY A 30-year-old man presented with recurrent itching plaques of 1-year duration in the left tibia that aggravated and involved both legs and the back.Examination revealed multiple symmetrical,purple,and hyperpigmented papules and nodules with surface exfoliation involving the tibia and dorsum of the neck with negative Nissl's sign,no abnormalities in the skin,mucosa,hair,or fingernail,and no local lymph node enlargement.Blisters were never reported prior to presentation.Serum immunoglobulin E level was 636 IU/mL.Clinical manifestations suggested DEB-Pr.Histological examination showed subepidermal fissure,scar tissue,and milia.Direct immunofluorescence showed no obvious abnormalities.However,we were unable to perform electron microscopy or genetic research following his choice.We treated him with topical tacrolimus.After 2 wk,the itching alleviated,and the skin lesions began to subside.No adverse reactions were observed during treatment.CONCLUSION Topical tacrolimus is a safe treatment option for patients with DEB-Pr and can achieve continuous relief of severe itching.展开更多

The study was conducted to understand the cognitive status of medical staff and patients on the status of periodontal disease and oral health care in patients with diabetes,and to provide reference for the implementat...The study was conducted to understand the cognitive status of medical staff and patients on the status of periodontal disease and oral health care in patients with diabetes,and to provide reference for the implementation and improvement of diabetes management and health education.Using the Diabetes Periodontal Status and Oral Health Knowledge Questionnaire,108 doctors,190 nurses,and 212 inpatients were investigated.This study demonstrated that,the total scores of doctors,nurses,and patients with diabetes periodontal status and oral health knowledge were(31.18±5.14),(28.58±4.09)and(18.67±3.45)points,respectively.The results of regression analysis showed that education level,department,and related training experience(p<0.05,p<0.01)were the influencing factors of the diabetic periodontal status and oral health knowledge level of the medical staff,meanwhile the monthly income,department,and relevant training experience(p<0.05,p<0.01)were the factors influencing the diabetic periodontal status and oral health care knowledge level of the patients.In summary,the cognitive level of diabetic periodontal status and oral health care knowledge of the medical staff and patients’needs to be improved.Medical staff should pay attention to the study of diabetic periodontal status and oral health care knowledge,further perform a good job in the relevant health education of patients,which is helpful to maintain good oral hygiene.展开更多
Hydrogen acquisition from solar energy is an effective way to address energy crisis,which makes the development of efficient photocatalysts become the main direction of scientific research.Herein,cobalt phthalocyanine...Hydrogen acquisition from solar energy is an effective way to address energy crisis,which makes the development of efficient photocatalysts become the main direction of scientific research.Herein,cobalt phthalocyanine/oxygen-doped g-C_(3)N_(4)(CoPc/OCN) S-scheme heterojunction photocatalyst was designed by coupling multi-step calcination with solvothermal method for enhanced photothermal-assisted photocatalytic H_(2) evolution.The multistep calcined g-C_(3)N_(4) is easier for O-doping formation,and the ethanol solvothermal strategy is utilized to enhance the dispersion of CoPc on OCN nano sheet surface and forms sufficient S-scheme heterojunction through H-bonds.In addition,the active sites and excellent photothermal properties of CoPc itself further improve the integrated photocatalytic activity of CoPc/OCN S-scheme heterojunction.The optimal photocatalytic hydrogen evolution rate of CoPc/OCN S-scheme heterojunction photocatalyst reached 9.56 mmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1),which is 2.69 and 1.23 times higher than that of CN and OCN,respectively.This work provides a valuable design idea and scheme for enhancing the multi-factor co-assisted photocatalytic H_(2) evolution performance.展开更多

Objective:The objective was to study the effect of total flavonoids of Herba Taxilli(TFHT)on osteoporotic(OP)rats induced by retinoic acid(RA)and explore its mechanism.Methods:Three-month-old female Sprague Dawley rat...Objective:The objective was to study the effect of total flavonoids of Herba Taxilli(TFHT)on osteoporotic(OP)rats induced by retinoic acid(RA)and explore its mechanism.Methods:Three-month-old female Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups,each with ten rats,i.e.normal control group,model group,and positive control group and three TFHT groups(at high-,middle-,and low-doses).Except the normal control group,rats of all the other groups were administered RA by gavage(70 mg/kg/day)every morning for 14 days to establish an OP model;at the same time,all the rats were given Corresponding therapeutic drug by gavage for 28 days:rats in the three TFHT groups were given TFHT(400,200,and 100 mg/kg/day,respectively)and rats in the positive control group were given Long mu Zhuang gu Granule 300 mg/kg/day.Rats in the model group and normal group were given an equal volume of 1%sodium carboxymethyl cellulose sodium suspension.After the experiment,blood was taken to measure the levels of serum calcium(Ca^(2+)),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP);the spleen,uterus,and ovary were dissected to determine the organ coefficient;the left hind limb femur was dissected to determine bone mineral density(BMD),bone dry weight(BDW),bone wet weight(BWW),bone diameter(BD),bone length(BL),bone dry weight/rat weight(BDW/W),bone wet weight/rat weight(BWW/W),bone dry weight/bone wet weight(BDW/BWW),bone dry weight/bone length(BDW/L),and bone wet weight/bone diameter(BWW/D);and the right hind limb femur was dissected to observe the bone path morphological changes.Results:Compared with the model group,the serum Ca^(2+)content,uterus plus ovary coefficient,BMD,BDW,BDW/W,BWW/W,BDW/BWW,BDW/L,and BWW/D in the TFHT groups increased,whereas the spleen coefficient,ALP,and TRAP decreased in the TFHT groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:TFHT was found effective in treating OP in rats induced by RA;the main mechanisms were increasing the serum Ca^(2+)content and reducing the level of ALP and TRAP.展开更多

背景:黏膜愈合被认为是克罗恩病(CD)的一个临床终点,而全壁愈合则是一个深度缓解的概念。目前的CD治疗方法对于诱导黏膜愈合及全层愈合的效果并不理想。全肠内营养(EEN)这种治疗方式尚未引起足够的重视,其治疗价值也没有得到充分的评估...背景:黏膜愈合被认为是克罗恩病(CD)的一个临床终点,而全壁愈合则是一个深度缓解的概念。目前的CD治疗方法对于诱导黏膜愈合及全层愈合的效果并不理想。全肠内营养(EEN)这种治疗方式尚未引起足够的重视,其治疗价值也没有得到充分的评估。本研究旨在评价经口EEN在诱导CD患者黏膜和全壁愈合中的作用。方法:这是一项单中心前瞻性开放研究,研究对象来自中山大学附属第六医院2015年1月至2016年12月间收治的儿童和成人CD患者。所有入组患者接受经口EEN治疗,并在治疗前和治疗完成后评估其C反应蛋白水平、红细胞沉降率、血小板计数、血红蛋白、体质指数、CD活动度指数、单纯CD内镜评分及肠道超声结果。联合应用硫唑嘌呤以预防复发。结果:29例CD患者纳入此次前瞻性观察研究,患者平均年龄28.9岁。在经口EEN治疗后,23例(79%)患者获得了完全黏膜愈合,平均愈合时间123(50-212)天。尽管只有5例(17%)患者获得了全壁愈合,但肠道超声显示其肠壁厚度明显减少(9.4163.06 vs 4.9761.76mm,P<0.001),肠道并发症(包括瘘、脓肿、腹水、狭窄)显著改善(均P<0.05)。结论:经口EEN可有效诱导CD患者的黏膜愈合。无论是活动期还是缓解期的CD患者,都对EEN治疗呈现出良好的临床应答。展开更多

The refractive index measurement ranges for the two channels are 1.333–1.365 and 1.375–1.405, respectively, with detection sensitivities of 981.56 nm/RIU and 4138 nm/RIU. The sensor combines wavelength division multiplexing and space division multiplexing technologies, presenting a novel research concept for multi-channel fiber SPR sensors.
文摘Osimertinib,a third-generation epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor(EGFR-TKIs),is approved globally as the first-line treatment for patients with EGFR mutations(EGFRm:Ex19del/L858R)and T790M resistance mutations in advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).[1−3]With its widespread use,the cardiotoxicity of osimertinib has been of great concern.According to the U.S.Food and Drug Administration Adverse Events Reporting System(FAERS),the main cardiac-related adverse events with EGFR-TKIs are heart failure,QT prolongation,atrial fibrillation,acute myocardial infarction and pericardial effusion,and osimertinib has a higher incidence of QT prolongation,heart failure and atrial fibrillation than other EGFR-TKIs.

文摘Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are gaining the spotlight in research due to their abundant sources,immune privileges,and ability to proliferate and differentiate.These cells provide invaluable resources for stem cell-based therapy and present therapeutic opportunities in cell/tissue regeneration medicine.A growing evidence suggests that,mitochondria transfer from MSCs could rescue tissue degeneration caused by mitochondria damage.Although this emerging tissue regeneration treatment method brings hope for the treatment of mitochondria dysfunction related diseases,the necessary conditions and underlying mechanisms for mitochondrial transfer remain poorly understood.In this review,a large number of mitochondrial transfer phenomena between MSCs and recipient cells are summarized,with particular emphasis on the conditions and potential mechanisms of mitochondrial transfer from MSCs,so as to provide reference for the clinical application of MSCs transformation in the future.

文摘The complexity of the loads acting on the offshore wind turbines(OWTs) structures and the significance of investigation on structure dynamics are explained.Test results obtained from a scaled wind turbine model are also summarized.The model is supported on monopile,subjected to different types of dynamic loading using an innovative out of balance mass system to apply cyclic/dynamic loads.The test results show the natural frequency of the wind turbine structure increases with the number of cycles,but with a reduced rate of increase with the accumulation of soil strain level.The change is found to be dependent on the shear strain level in the soil next to the pile which matches with the expectations from the element tests of the soil.The test results were plotted in a non-dimensional manner in order to be scaled to predict the prototype consequences using element tests of a soil using resonant column apparatus.
文摘Objective:To investigate the self-efficacy and mental health of elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)in rural Hebei Province as well as to analyze the relationship between them.Methods:From June 2021 to December 2021,480 elderly patients with CHD from rural areas,who had been discharged by the Department of Cardiology from three tertiary hospitals in three cities with different economic levels in Hebei Province for more than a year,were selected as the research subjects.The general self-efficacy scale(GSES)and symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90)were used to investigate the self-efficacy and mental health of these patients.SPSS 25.0 was used for data analysis.Results:The total mean self-efficacy score of elderly patients with CHD in rural Hebei Province was 17.18±4.68,which is lower than the international norm(t=-32.067,P=0.000)and the national norm(t=-28.783,P=0.000);the total average SCL-90 score was 148.64±55.13,which is higher than the national norm for adults and the reference norm for ordinary elderly people;except for hostility and psychosis,the other dimensions were significantly higher than the national norm for adults(P<0.05);except for psychosis,the other dimensions were significantly higher than the reference norm for ordinary elderly people(P<0.05);the self-efficacy score was found to be negatively correlated with the total SCL-90 score and the score for each dimension(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly CHD patients with higher self-efficacy in rural Hebei Province have higher mental health level.It is suggested that the mental health of elderly patients with CHD in rural areas can be improved by improving their self-efficacy.

文摘BACKGROUND The therapeutic effects of a combination of Chinese medicines called Biyu decoction have been clinically verified,although its molecular targets in psoriasis remain unknown.AIM To explore the molecular mechanisms of Biyu decoction for psoriasis treatment.METHODS In this network pharmacology and molecular docking study,the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology database was searched for Biyu decoction active ingredients.GeneCards,Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man,PharmGkb,Therapeutic Target Database,and DrugBank databases were searched for psoriasis-related genes.The genes targeted by the decoction’s active ingredient and disease genes were intersected to obtain predictive targets of the drug during psoriasis treatment.Cytoscape 3.8.0 was used to construct a drug component/target disease network.The The functional protein association networks database and Cytoscape were used to construct a protein-protein interaction network and streamline the core network.The Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes were used for pathway enrichment analysis.Molecular docking technology was used to verify the drug component/target disease network.RESULTS We screened 117 major active ingredients,including quercetin,kaempferol,naringenin,and acetyl-shikonin,and identified 213 gene targets,such as MAPK3,JUN,FOS,MYC,MAPK8,STAT3,and NFKBIA.Using a molecular docking analysis,the main active ingredients demonstrated good binding to the core targets.The Gene Ontology analysis showed that these ingredients were significantly associated with biological activities,such as transcription factor DNA binding,RNA polymerase II-specific DNA binding of transcription factors,and cytokine receptor binding;responses to lipopolysaccharides,molecules of bacterial origin,and oxidative stress;and were mainly distributed in membrane rafts,microdomains,and regions.The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analysis showed that decoction ingredients act on Th17 cell differentiation,tumor necrosis factor and mitogen-activated protein signaling pathways,the interleukin-17 signaling pathway,and the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway.CONCLUSION Biyu decoction may be effective against psoriasis through multi-component,multi-target,and multi-channel synergy.

文摘BACKGROUND Dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa pruriginosa(DEB-Pr)is a rare subtype of DEB,characterized by recurrent pruritus of the extremities,pruritus papules,nodules,and mossy-like plaques.To date,fewer than 100 cases have been reported.We report a misdiagnosed 30-year-old man with sporadic late-onset DEB-Pr who responded well to tacrolimus treatment,thereby serving as a guide to correct diagnosis and treatment.CASE SUMMARY A 30-year-old man presented with recurrent itching plaques of 1-year duration in the left tibia that aggravated and involved both legs and the back.Examination revealed multiple symmetrical,purple,and hyperpigmented papules and nodules with surface exfoliation involving the tibia and dorsum of the neck with negative Nissl's sign,no abnormalities in the skin,mucosa,hair,or fingernail,and no local lymph node enlargement.Blisters were never reported prior to presentation.Serum immunoglobulin E level was 636 IU/mL.Clinical manifestations suggested DEB-Pr.Histological examination showed subepidermal fissure,scar tissue,and milia.Direct immunofluorescence showed no obvious abnormalities.However,we were unable to perform electron microscopy or genetic research following his choice.We treated him with topical tacrolimus.After 2 wk,the itching alleviated,and the skin lesions began to subside.No adverse reactions were observed during treatment.CONCLUSION Topical tacrolimus is a safe treatment option for patients with DEB-Pr and can achieve continuous relief of severe itching.

文摘The phase equilibria in the Co-Ti-Re ternary system at 800,1000,1100 and 12000C were studied combined with electron probe microanalyzer(EPMA),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The new phaseτwith a large solubility was discovered at all four isothermal sections,and its structure still needs a further study.A large solubility of Re in the CoTi phase was observed.The solubility of Re in the Co_(3)Ti phase is6.1%at 800℃,8.7%at 1000℃and 7.7%at 1100℃.The present work could be significant for alloy design of Co-based alloys and thermodynamic analysis of the Co-TiRe ternary system.

文摘The study was conducted to understand the cognitive status of medical staff and patients on the status of periodontal disease and oral health care in patients with diabetes,and to provide reference for the implementation and improvement of diabetes management and health education.Using the Diabetes Periodontal Status and Oral Health Knowledge Questionnaire,108 doctors,190 nurses,and 212 inpatients were investigated.This study demonstrated that,the total scores of doctors,nurses,and patients with diabetes periodontal status and oral health knowledge were(31.18±5.14),(28.58±4.09)and(18.67±3.45)points,respectively.The results of regression analysis showed that education level,department,and related training experience(p<0.05,p<0.01)were the influencing factors of the diabetic periodontal status and oral health knowledge level of the medical staff,meanwhile the monthly income,department,and relevant training experience(p<0.05,p<0.01)were the factors influencing the diabetic periodontal status and oral health care knowledge level of the patients.In summary,the cognitive level of diabetic periodontal status and oral health care knowledge of the medical staff and patients’needs to be improved.Medical staff should pay attention to the study of diabetic periodontal status and oral health care knowledge,further perform a good job in the relevant health education of patients,which is helpful to maintain good oral hygiene.

文摘Hydrogen acquisition from solar energy is an effective way to address energy crisis,which makes the development of efficient photocatalysts become the main direction of scientific research.Herein,cobalt phthalocyanine/oxygen-doped g-C_(3)N_(4)(CoPc/OCN) S-scheme heterojunction photocatalyst was designed by coupling multi-step calcination with solvothermal method for enhanced photothermal-assisted photocatalytic H_(2) evolution.The multistep calcined g-C_(3)N_(4) is easier for O-doping formation,and the ethanol solvothermal strategy is utilized to enhance the dispersion of CoPc on OCN nano sheet surface and forms sufficient S-scheme heterojunction through H-bonds.In addition,the active sites and excellent photothermal properties of CoPc itself further improve the integrated photocatalytic activity of CoPc/OCN S-scheme heterojunction.The optimal photocatalytic hydrogen evolution rate of CoPc/OCN S-scheme heterojunction photocatalyst reached 9.56 mmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1),which is 2.69 and 1.23 times higher than that of CN and OCN,respectively.This work provides a valuable design idea and scheme for enhancing the multi-factor co-assisted photocatalytic H_(2) evolution performance.

文摘A novel coumarin-based "turn-on" fluorescent probe SS-1 was developed for selective detection of SO_2 derivatives in 100% water solution among reactive sulfur species(RSS). The detection limit of the method was 91.7 nM. Moreover, the probe exhibited low cytotoxicity and was successfully applied in the imaging of endogenously generated SO_2 in HeLa cells.
文摘Objective:The objective was to study the effect of total flavonoids of Herba Taxilli(TFHT)on osteoporotic(OP)rats induced by retinoic acid(RA)and explore its mechanism.Methods:Three-month-old female Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups,each with ten rats,i.e.normal control group,model group,and positive control group and three TFHT groups(at high-,middle-,and low-doses).Except the normal control group,rats of all the other groups were administered RA by gavage(70 mg/kg/day)every morning for 14 days to establish an OP model;at the same time,all the rats were given Corresponding therapeutic drug by gavage for 28 days:rats in the three TFHT groups were given TFHT(400,200,and 100 mg/kg/day,respectively)and rats in the positive control group were given Long mu Zhuang gu Granule 300 mg/kg/day.Rats in the model group and normal group were given an equal volume of 1%sodium carboxymethyl cellulose sodium suspension.After the experiment,blood was taken to measure the levels of serum calcium(Ca^(2+)),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP);the spleen,uterus,and ovary were dissected to determine the organ coefficient;the left hind limb femur was dissected to determine bone mineral density(BMD),bone dry weight(BDW),bone wet weight(BWW),bone diameter(BD),bone length(BL),bone dry weight/rat weight(BDW/W),bone wet weight/rat weight(BWW/W),bone dry weight/bone wet weight(BDW/BWW),bone dry weight/bone length(BDW/L),and bone wet weight/bone diameter(BWW/D);and the right hind limb femur was dissected to observe the bone path morphological changes.Results:Compared with the model group,the serum Ca^(2+)content,uterus plus ovary coefficient,BMD,BDW,BDW/W,BWW/W,BDW/BWW,BDW/L,and BWW/D in the TFHT groups increased,whereas the spleen coefficient,ALP,and TRAP decreased in the TFHT groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:TFHT was found effective in treating OP in rats induced by RA;the main mechanisms were increasing the serum Ca^(2+)content and reducing the level of ALP and TRAP.

文摘We described a serious of zinc complexes that exhibit characteristic fluorescence responses toward pyrophosphate(PPi) and adenosine triphosphate(ATP) in aqueous media. These novel probes exploited tetraphenylethene(TPE) as fluorophore and macrocycle-polyamine(including 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane and 1,4,7-triazacyclononane) Zn(II) complexes as binding group. These ‘‘OFF–ON'' type probes exhibited promising selectivity and sensitivity to PPi and ATP via a restriction of intramolecular rotation(RIR) mechanism. The detection limit for PPi was found within nmol/L range.

文摘背景:黏膜愈合被认为是克罗恩病(CD)的一个临床终点,而全壁愈合则是一个深度缓解的概念。目前的CD治疗方法对于诱导黏膜愈合及全层愈合的效果并不理想。全肠内营养(EEN)这种治疗方式尚未引起足够的重视,其治疗价值也没有得到充分的评估。本研究旨在评价经口EEN在诱导CD患者黏膜和全壁愈合中的作用。方法:这是一项单中心前瞻性开放研究,研究对象来自中山大学附属第六医院2015年1月至2016年12月间收治的儿童和成人CD患者。所有入组患者接受经口EEN治疗,并在治疗前和治疗完成后评估其C反应蛋白水平、红细胞沉降率、血小板计数、血红蛋白、体质指数、CD活动度指数、单纯CD内镜评分及肠道超声结果。联合应用硫唑嘌呤以预防复发。结果:29例CD患者纳入此次前瞻性观察研究,患者平均年龄28.9岁。在经口EEN治疗后,23例(79%)患者获得了完全黏膜愈合,平均愈合时间123(50-212)天。尽管只有5例(17%)患者获得了全壁愈合,但肠道超声显示其肠壁厚度明显减少(9.4163.06 vs 4.9761.76mm,P<0.001),肠道并发症(包括瘘、脓肿、腹水、狭窄)显著改善(均P<0.05)。结论:经口EEN可有效诱导CD患者的黏膜愈合。无论是活动期还是缓解期的CD患者,都对EEN治疗呈现出良好的临床应答。
