The Association of Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infection and Childhood Asthma: A Meta-Analysis 被引量:1

<strong>Objective:</strong> To explore the close relationship between respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection and acute attack of childhood asthma. <strong>Methods:</strong> A computer-base... <strong>Objective:</strong> To explore the close relationship between respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection and acute attack of childhood asthma. <strong>Methods:</strong> A computer-based search of database from Pumbed, CNKI, Wanfang, Baidu Scholar, Chongqing VIP, GeenMedica was performed to screen the articles about respiratory syncytial virus infection and childhood asthma. Then the literatures were screened out by the selection criteria. The RevMan5.3 software was used to test the heterogeneity and effect values of each study, analyze the sensitivity and publication bias of the literature, and draw on Meta forest plot and Funnel plot. <strong>Results:</strong> 5 articles conformed to the selection criteria. There were totally 881 cases in the case group, 826 cases in the control group. The results of heterogeneity test showed no heterogeneity between each study (P > 0.05). The fixed-effects model showed the 6.68 (5.06 - 8.82), (Z = 13.38, P < 0.00001). <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The infection rate of respiratory syncytial virus in children with acute asthma attack is higher than that in remission period. Respiratory syncytial virus infection rate can be used as an indicator of the severity of asthma in children. 展开更多

Hybrid knife does not need exchange of instrument during endoscopic operation. It can effectively reduce the potential risk of perforation and hemorrhage so that improving quality of life for patients. The technology has been widely used in clinic, especially in the treatment of digestive internal medicine, and in the course of respiratory intervention. Researchers have started to use the hybrid knife technique and have obtained good surgical results. In this review, we introduced the advantages of hybrid knife and summarized the clinic application, including the tumor excision and the tissue collection for pathology. Furthermore, the application of hybrid knife has significant implication to gastrointestinal and urinary diseases, and airway tumors, and we also explored the possibility of application of hybrid knife system in more diseases. Hybrid knife system has important clinical significance and is worth further study and exploration. 展开更多

The field observation of 54 non-methane hydrocarbon compounds(NMHCs)was conducted from September 1 to October 20 in 2020 during autumn in Haidian District,Beijing.The mean concentration of total NMHCs was 29.81±11.39 ppbv during this period,and alkanes were the major components.There were typical festival effects of NMHCs with lower concentration during the National Day.Alkenes and aromatics were the dominant groups in ozone formation potential(OFP)and OH radical loss rate(L_(OH)).The positive matrix factorization(PMF)running results revealed that vehicular exhaust became the biggest source in urban areas,followed by liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)usage,solvent usage,and fuel evaporation.The box model coupled with master chemical mechanism(MCM)was applied to study the impacts of different NMHCs sources on ozone(O_(3))formation in an O_(3)episode.The simulation results indicated that reducing NMHCs concentration could effectively suppress O_(3)formation.Moreover,reducing traffic-related emissions of NMHCs was an effective way to control O_(3)pollution at an urban site in Beijing. 展开更多
