Robust beamforming for IRS-aided SWIPT in cognitive radio networks

Intelligent reflecting surface(IRS)is widely recognized as a promising technique to enhance the system perfor-mance,and thus is a hot research topic in future wireless communications.In this context,this paper proposes a robust BF scheme to improve the spectrum and energy harvesting efficiencies for the IRS-aided simultaneous wireless information and power transfer(SWIPT)in a cognitive radio network(CRN).Here,the base station(BS)utilizes spectrum assigned to the primary users(PUs)to simultaneously serve multiple energy receivers(ERs)and information receivers(IRs)through IRS-aided multicast technology.In particular,by assuming that only the imperfect channel state information(CSI)is available,we first formulate a constrained problem to maximize the minimal achievable rate of IRs,while satisfying the harvesting energy threshold of ERs,the quality-of-service requirement of IRs,the interference threshold of PUs and transmit power budget of BS.To address the non-convex problem,we then adopt triangle inequality to deal with the channel uncertainty,and propose a low-complexity algorithm combining alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)with alternating optimi-zation(AO)to jointly optimize the active and passive beamformers for the BS and IRS,respectively.Finally,our simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed BF scheme and also provide useful insights into the importance of introducing IRS into the CRN with SWIPT. 展开更多

Evapotranspiration(ET)is a crucial variable in the terrestrial water,carbon,and energy cycles.At present,a large number of multi source ET products exist.Due to sparse observations,however,great challenges exist in the evaluation and integration of ET products in remote and complex areas such as the Tibetan Plateau(TP).In this paper,the applicability of the multiple collocation(MC)method over the TP is evaluated for the first time,and the uncertainty of multisource ET products(based on reanalysis,remote sensing,and land surface models)is further analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for ET data fusion.The results show that 1)ET uncertainties quantified via the MC method are lower in RS-based ET products(5.95 vs.7.06 mm month^(-1))than in LSM ET products(10.22 vs.17.97 mm month^(-1))and reanalysis ET estimates(7.27 vs.12.26 mm month-1).2)A multisource evapotranspiration(MET)dataset is generated at a monthly temporal scale with a spatial resolution of 0.25°across the TP during 2005-15.MET has better performance than any individual product.3)Based on the fusion product,the total ET amount over the TP and its patterns of spatiotemporal variability are clearly identified.The annual total ET over the entire TP is approximately 380.60 mm.Additionally,an increasing trend of 1.59±0.85 mm yr^(-1)over the TP is shown during 2005-15.This study provides a basis for future studies on water and energy cycles and water resource management over the TP and surrounding regions. 展开更多

Featured initial microstructures of Mg-11Gd-4Y-2Zn-0.5Zr alloy(wt%) were obtained by adjusting temperatures of solid solution and cooling methods, including island intergranular 18R and 14H LPSO phases with low-density stacking faults, differentially spaced lamellar intragranular 14H-LPSO phases, and network intergranular 18R-LPSO phases with high-density intragranular stacking faults. Effects of these featured LPSO phases and stacking faults on dynamic recrystallization(DRX) behavior were investigated via hot compression. Promoted DRX behavior via particle stimulated nucleation(PSN) is introduced by coexisting intergranular island 18R and 14H LPSO phases and intragranular wide spacing lamellar 14H-LPSO phases, contributing the highest DRX fraction of 42.6%. Conversely, it is found that DRX behavior with network intergranular 18R-LPSO phases and dense intragranular stacking fault is considerably inhibited with the lowest fraction of 22.8%. That is, the restricted DRX due to dislocations pinning by stacking faults overwhelms the enhanced DRX behavior via PSN of island intergranular 18R and 14H LPSO phases. Specially, compared with dense intragranular lamellar 14H-LPSO phases, high-density stacking faults exert a larger inhibition effect on DRX behavior. 展开更多

It remains challenging to effectively estimate the remaining capacity of the secondary lithium-ion batteries that have been widely adopted for consumer electronics,energy storage,and electric vehicles.Herein,by integrating regular real-time current short pulse tests with data-driven Gaussian process regression algorithm,an efficient battery estimation has been successfully developed and validated for batteries with capacity ranging from 100%of the state of health(SOH)to below 50%,reaching an average accuracy as high as 95%.Interestingly,the proposed pulse test strategy for battery capacity measurement could reduce test time by more than 80%compared with regular long charge/discharge tests.The short-term features of the current pulse test were selected for an optimal training process.Data at different voltage stages and state of charge(SOC)are collected and explored to find the most suitable estimation model.In particular,we explore the validity of five different machine-learning methods for estimating capacity driven by pulse features,whereas Gaussian process regression with Matern kernel performs the best,providing guidance for future exploration.The new strategy of combining short pulse tests with machine-learning algorithms could further open window for efficiently forecasting lithium-ion battery remaining capacity. 展开更多

目的 对一个耳聋家系,应用高通量测序技术、Minigene实验,对其听力损失病因及分子生物学致病原因进行探究。方法 首先采集先证者及家系成员的病史、绘制家系图,并进行听力学评估及耳部影像学检查。获取该家系2代3人外周血提取基因组DNA... 目的 对一个耳聋家系,应用高通量测序技术、Minigene实验,对其听力损失病因及分子生物学致病原因进行探究。方法 首先采集先证者及家系成员的病史、绘制家系图,并进行听力学评估及耳部影像学检查。获取该家系2代3人外周血提取基因组DNA,对患儿采用高通量测序方法对406个耳聋基因编码区的全部外显子及部分内含子和启动子进行检测,筛选疑似致病突变,针对变异位点对家系成员进行Sanger测序验证,应用Minigene实验进行验证。结果 患儿表现为双侧极重度聋,高通量测序结果为USH1C纯合突变c.388-1G>A,导致氨基酸发生剪接突变,根据美国医学遗传学与基因组学学会(ACMG)指南,该变异初步判定为疑似致病性变异;Sanger测序验证其父母均为该位点的杂合携带者。Minigene实验表明该位点突变会导致m RNA异常剪接。结论 本家系中发现的USH1C基因内含子新突变为致病性突变,该突变导致先证者耳聋。 展开更多

To address the problem of network security situation assessment in the Industrial Internet,this paper adopts the evidential reasoning(ER)algorithm and belief rule base(BRB)method to establish an assessment model.First,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the Industrial Internet and selects evaluation indicators that contain not only quantitative data but also qualitative knowledge.Second,the evaluation indicators are fused with expert knowledge and the ER algorithm.According to the fusion results,a network security situation assessment model of the Industrial Internet based on the ER and BRB method is established,and the projection covariance matrix adaptive evolution strategy(P-CMA-ES)is used to optimize the model parameters.This method can not only utilize semiquantitative information effectively but also use more uncertain information and prevent the problem of combinatorial explosion.Moreover,it solves the problem of the uncertainty of expert knowledge and overcomes the problem of low modeling accuracy caused by insufficient data.Finally,a network security situation assessment case of the Industrial Internet is analyzed to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the method.The research results showthat this method has strong applicability to the network security situation assessment of complex Industrial Internet systems.It can accurately reflect the actual network security situation of Industrial Internet systems and provide safe and reliable suggestions for network administrators to take timely countermeasures,thereby improving the risk monitoring and emergency response capabilities of the Industrial Internet. 展开更多

BACKGROUND The mortality rate from septic shock in patients with hematological malignancies(HMs)remains significantly higher than that in patients without HMs.A longer resuscitation time would definitely be harmful because of the irreversibly immunocompromised status of the patients.Shortening the resuscitation time through continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)with oXiris^(■)would be an attractive strategy in managing such patients.AIM To explore the effects of CRRT and oXiris^(■)in shortening the resuscitation time and modifying the host response by reducing inflammation mediator levels.METHODS Forty-five patients with HM were diagnosed with septic shock and underwent CRRT between 2018 and 2022.Patients were divided into two groups based on the hemofilter used for CRRT(oXiris^(■)group,n=26;M150 group,n=19).We compared the number of days of negative and total fluid balance after 7 d of CRRT between the groups.The heart rate,norepinephrine dose,Sequential Organ Failure Assessment(SOFA)score,and blood lactic acid levels at different time points in the two groups were also compared.Blood levels of inflammatory mediators in the 26 patients in the oXiris^(■)group were measured to further infer the possible mechanism.RESULTS The average total fluid balance after 7 d of CRRT in the oXiris^(■)group was significantly lower than that of patients in the M150 hemofilter group.The SOFA scores of patients after CRRT with oXiris^(■)therapy were significantly lower than those before treatment on day 1(d1),d3 and d7 after CRRT;these parameters were also significantly lower than those of the control group on d7.The lac level after oXiris^(■)therapy was significantly lower than that before treatment on d3 and d7 after CRRT.There were no significant differences in the above parameters between the two groups at the other time points.In the oXiris^(■)group,procalcitonin levels decreased on d7,whereas interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor levels decreased significantly on d3 and d7 after treatment.CONCLUSION CRRT with oXiris^(■)hemofilter may improve hemodynamics by reducing inflammatory mediators and playing a role in shortening the resuscitation period and decreasing total fluid balance in the resuscitation phases. 展开更多

目的分析咽鼓管球囊扩张术(balloon eustachiantuboplasty,BET)联合鼓膜切开置管术在儿童复发性分泌性中耳炎的应用效果。方法将21例复发性分泌性中耳炎患儿随机分为两组,观察组10例患儿(20耳),采用咽鼓管球囊扩张联合鼓膜切开置管术;... 目的分析咽鼓管球囊扩张术(balloon eustachiantuboplasty,BET)联合鼓膜切开置管术在儿童复发性分泌性中耳炎的应用效果。方法将21例复发性分泌性中耳炎患儿随机分为两组,观察组10例患儿(20耳),采用咽鼓管球囊扩张联合鼓膜切开置管术;对照组11例患儿(21耳),仅采用鼓膜切开置管术。术后随访1月、3月、6月。随访内容包括纯音测听(PTA)、耳内镜、鼻咽镜及咽鼓管功能障碍问卷评分(ETDQ-7),数据进行统计分析。结果两组患儿术后1、3、6月PTA值均较术前改善(P<0.05),术后6月,观察组的PTA值(17.25±3.75),低于对照组(21.08±6.48),(P<0.05);两组患儿术后1、3、6月ETDQ-7评分均较术前降低,(P<0.05)。术后3月和6月,观察组ETDQ-7评分(3.43±0.36),(1.90±0.32)较对照组(3.75±0.45),(2.58±0.84)降低(P<0.05)。结论对于复发性分泌性中耳炎的患儿,采用咽鼓管球囊扩张联合鼓膜切开置管术能显著改善咽鼓管功能,提高纯音听阈值,临床疗效好。 展开更多

目的探讨安普贴薄膜在新型无创耳模矫正技术中的治疗作用和预防、治疗压力性损伤的临床效果。方法选择2018年10月~2019年3月患有耳廓畸形并接受美国EarWell耳矫正器治疗121例婴幼儿为研究对象,年龄7天~2岁。签署知情同意,采用美国Earwe... 目的探讨安普贴薄膜在新型无创耳模矫正技术中的治疗作用和预防、治疗压力性损伤的临床效果。方法选择2018年10月~2019年3月患有耳廓畸形并接受美国EarWell耳矫正器治疗121例婴幼儿为研究对象,年龄7天~2岁。签署知情同意,采用美国Earwel耳矫正器进行矫正治疗。随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组61例据耳廓大小选择合适型号矫形器,将安普贴薄膜贴于耳廓畸形部位、牵引器及耳颊矫正器受压部位,根据耳廓畸形类型先用安普贴薄膜塑型再固定耳廓牵引器和耳颊矫正器。对照组60例按照常规方法用耳廓牵引器和耳颊矫正器直接牵拉治疗,无塑形及保护性隔离。对比观察受压部位皮肤压力性损伤情况、复诊时间、家长满意度,评估矫正效果并记录。结果比较两组患儿受压部位皮肤压力性损伤的情况、复诊时间及矫正效果。皮肤压力性损伤情况:实验组仅1例皮肤发红,无皮损情况发生;对照组15例出现局部皮肤完整,颜色暗红,压之不褪色;9例出现局部皮肤破损,伴有粉红色的伤口床,无软骨暴露,周围无腐肉;1例耳甲矫正器受压部位皮肤破溃,软骨外露。复诊时间:实验组复诊时间(8.41±0.99)天,对照组复诊时间(5.67±0.95)天。矫正效果:实验组不满意0例,一般3例,满意58例;对照组不满意6例,一般10例,满意44例。结论安普贴薄膜能有效预防无创耳矫正术中的压力性损伤并对受压部位有治疗作用。安普贴薄膜对耳廓畸形特别是耳轮畸形有塑型作用。能有效延长患儿的复诊时间,减少复诊次数。可以推广应用。 展开更多

目的探讨不同的管理方式对变应性鼻炎患儿舌下特异性免疫治疗有效性及依从性的影响。方法采用不同的管理方式,对经特异性免疫治疗的170例患儿1年后进行依从性及疗效调查分析,分析不同管理方式的优缺点。结果1年后微信组脱落率为25.9%,... 目的探讨不同的管理方式对变应性鼻炎患儿舌下特异性免疫治疗有效性及依从性的影响。方法采用不同的管理方式,对经特异性免疫治疗的170例患儿1年后进行依从性及疗效调查分析,分析不同管理方式的优缺点。结果1年后微信组脱落率为25.9%,电话组脱落率为60.3%;微信组和电话组经过1年治疗,两组患儿治疗前后的鼻部症状评分及药物评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但对比微信组和电话组1年来患者改善情况,微信组从对症药物评分及鼻部症状评分上改善情况均优于电话组(P<0.05);将两组患儿分别归于昆明当地和外地进行脱落情况的比较发现,两组脱落差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),并且治疗1年后的鼻部症状及用药评分进行比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微信管理在过敏性鼻炎患儿中起着重要作用,患儿的疗效及依从性均较电话管理高,但对微信接受能力差的家属也不能放弃电话管理,应针对不同的患儿家属选择最为合适的管理方式。 展开更多

目的总结分析儿童鼻部横纹肌肉瘤的临床表现、诊断及手术治疗。方法收集昆明市儿童医院2013年6月~2019年8月16例鼻部横纹肌肉瘤患儿的临床资料,并进行分析。结果胚胎型12例,腺泡型4例,I期3例(单纯手术治疗),Ⅱ期3例(手术+化疗),Ⅲ期10... 目的总结分析儿童鼻部横纹肌肉瘤的临床表现、诊断及手术治疗。方法收集昆明市儿童医院2013年6月~2019年8月16例鼻部横纹肌肉瘤患儿的临床资料,并进行分析。结果胚胎型12例,腺泡型4例,I期3例(单纯手术治疗),Ⅱ期3例(手术+化疗),Ⅲ期10例(5例活检+化疗,5例活检+化疗+放疗)。随访时间6个月~6年,其中Ⅱ期1例,化疗后复发,予以手术切除肿瘤后二次化疗;Ⅲ期1例,化疗后病灶局限,行手术治疗,术后继续放化疗,随访6个月未见复发及转移。结论肿瘤原发于鼻腔及鼻前庭,病灶较局限,可行手术切除,再行放化疗。肿瘤原发于鼻咽部及鼻窦,可行活检确诊,待放化疗使病灶局限后再行手术治疗。 展开更多

目的探讨全降解药物支架治疗先天性后鼻孔闭锁(CCA)的效果及对预后的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年1月—2019年12月收治的14例CCA患儿,使用低温等离子射频消融术切除闭锁板的膜性部分,骨凿去除闭锁板的骨性部分。按术中放置支架类型不同... 目的探讨全降解药物支架治疗先天性后鼻孔闭锁(CCA)的效果及对预后的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年1月—2019年12月收治的14例CCA患儿,使用低温等离子射频消融术切除闭锁板的膜性部分,骨凿去除闭锁板的骨性部分。按术中放置支架类型不同分为全降解药物支架组6例,U型支架组8例。对比分析采用不同支架组患儿术后并发症的发生率。结果两组患儿术后均定期专科门诊随访6个月以上,药物支架组术后未发生鼻腔粘连,肉芽增生10%(1/10);U型支架组术后鼻腔粘连率为44.44%(4/9),肉芽增生率为55.56%(5/9),两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药物支架组后鼻孔再闭锁率为10%(1/10),低于U型支架组后鼻孔再闭锁率33.33%(3/9),但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论全降解药物支架可作为治疗CCA的新型支架。 展开更多

Optimal Scheduling of PEV Charging/Discharging in Microgrids with Combined Objectives

While renewable power generation and vehicle electrification are promising solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, it faces great challenges to effectively integrate them in a power grid. The weather-dependent power generation of renewable energy sources, such as Photovoltaic (PV) arrays, could introduce significant intermittency to a power grid. Meanwhile, uncontrolled PEV charging may cause load surge in a power grid. This paper studies the optimization of PEV charging/discharging scheduling to reduce customer cost and improve grid performance. Optimization algorithms are developed for three cases: 1) minimize cost, 2) minimize power deviation from a pre-defined power profile, and 3) combine objective functions in 1) and 2). A Microgrid with PV arrays, bi-directional PEV charging stations, and a commercial building is used in this study. The bi-directional power from/to PEVs provides the opportunity of using PEVs to reduce the intermittency of PV power generation and the peak load of the Microgrid. Simulation has been performed for all three cases and the simulation results show that the presented optimization algorithms can meet defined objectives. 展开更多

目的探讨行面神经解剖的腮腺浅叶部分切除术在第一鳃裂畸形治疗中应用的价值。方法回顾性分析我科2014年1月至2017年1月收治的24例第一鳃裂瘘管患者的临床资料。患儿年龄12个月~15岁,平均6岁,其中男10例,女14例,病史1-60个月不等。16... 目的探讨行面神经解剖的腮腺浅叶部分切除术在第一鳃裂畸形治疗中应用的价值。方法回顾性分析我科2014年1月至2017年1月收治的24例第一鳃裂瘘管患者的临床资料。患儿年龄12个月~15岁,平均6岁,其中男10例,女14例,病史1-60个月不等。16例以颌下瘘管及腐臭分泌物为首发症状,5例以耳后肿痛为首发症状,3例以耳道底壁流脓为主。复发病例6例,在外院行鳃裂畸形切除术,术后复发。患儿于全麻下行沿下颌缘支逆向法解剖面神经。行腮腺浅叶部分切除和瘘管切除术。结果 5例瘘管位于腮腺浅面,未解剖面神经,完整切除瘘管。17例患儿瘘管穿经腮腺腺体,解剖面神经后,切除部分腮腺浅叶、瘘管和部分耳廓软骨,切口均I期愈合。2例患者术后出下颌缘支损伤,轻度口角歪斜,术后1-3月基本完全恢复。行外耳道部分皮肤和软骨切除的患者术后均无外耳道狭窄及听力下降。随访10个月~4年,24例患者均未见复发。结论第一鳃裂畸形临床表现多样化,可表现为窦道、瘘管及囊肿,与外耳道和面神经关系密切,行面神经解剖的腮腺浅叶部分切除术,可彻底根治第一鳃裂畸形,防止其复发,并有效保护面神经。 展开更多
