Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAvs)as aerial base stations to provide communication services for ground users is a flexible and cost-effective paradigm in B5G.Besides,dynamic resource allocation and multi-connectivity can be adopted to further harness the potentials of UAVs in improving communication capacity,in such situations such that the interference among users becomes a pivotal disincentive requiring effective solutions.To this end,we investigate the Joint UAV-User Association,Channel Allocation,and transmission Power Control(J-UACAPC)problem in a multi-connectivity-enabled UAV network with constrained backhaul links,where each UAV can determine the reusable channels and transmission power to serve the selected ground users.The goal was to mitigate co-channel interference while maximizing long-term system utility.The problem was modeled as a cooperative stochastic game with hybrid discrete-continuous action space.A Multi-Agent Hybrid Deep Reinforcement Learning(MAHDRL)algorithm was proposed to address this problem.Extensive simulation results demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm and showed that it has a higher system utility than the baseline methods. 展开更多

【目的】氮沉降水平不断上升对森林生态系统产生了不同程度的影响。过量的有效氮输入导致植物根系对养分获取策略发生变化,从而改变了土壤重要微生物,如树木根系外生菌根ECM群落的结构和生态功能。了解和确定森林主要树种根系微生物群... 【目的】氮沉降水平不断上升对森林生态系统产生了不同程度的影响。过量的有效氮输入导致植物根系对养分获取策略发生变化,从而改变了土壤重要微生物,如树木根系外生菌根ECM群落的结构和生态功能。了解和确定森林主要树种根系微生物群落活动受氮沉降影响的变化阈值,对于研究森林养分循环特征和可持续经营管理具有重要的指导意义。【方法】采用室内盆栽试验,选取马尾松、华山松、湿地松和火炬松4个树种进行5个梯度的氮施加(0、15、30、60、150 kg·hm^(-2)·a^(-1)),通过检测树苗的养分含量、ECM根尖酶活性,以及提取鉴定DNA,分析不同松树在氮沉降水平下外生菌根群落结构和酶活性功能的动态变化。【结果】1)大多数松科树苗的菌根胞外酶活性在氮浓度30 kg·hm^(-2)·a^(-1)时达到了阈值;以分解纤维素为主的G酶在华山松、湿地松和火炬松中随着N浓度增加而持续提高,即便施氮水平达到当地氮沉降水平的10倍(150 kg·hm^(-2)·a^(-1)),酶活性仍未达到阈值;2)对菌根群落进行分析得出,棉革菌属Tomentella在4个树种中都为优势物种,而须腹菌属Rhizopogon、深色内隔菌Phialocephala会因宿主不同呈现不同的侵染丰度;3)华山松和火炬松的ECM菌根群落酶活性在不同氮浓度间无明显差异,即呈现生态冗余。【结论】在长期氮输入水平升高的情况下,ECM群落组成会因宿主植物和氮沉降水平的变化发生调整,而这一过程中会以变化阈值作为判断标准,该过程对于土壤养分循环中碳氮磷循环以及森林经营管理具有重要的指导意义。 展开更多

Resveratrol(RSV),as a functional food component extracted from natural plants,has been widely studied and recognized in preventing and treating various diseases,with major mechanisms including executing anti-inflammation and anti-oxidation functions,and improving mitochondrial quality.Chronic diseases as non-communicable diseases are mainly caused by multiple factors,such as physiological decline and dysfunction in the body,and have become a significant challenge on public health worldwide.It is worth noting that chronic diseases such as Alzheimer's disease(AD),Parkinson's disease(PD),muscle atrophy,cardiovascular disease,obesity,and cancer are accompanied by abnormal mitochondrial function.Therefore,targeted regulation of mitochondria may be a meaningful way to prevent and treat chronic diseases.Increasing evidence has confirmed that RSV is actively involved in regulating mitochondria,and it has become an essential consideration to prevent and treat chronic diseases through targeting mitochondria and improving corresponding functions.In this article,current studies on RSV to optimize mitochondrial quality for preventing and alleviating chronic disease are systematically summarized,which can provide a theoretical reference for the development of functional foods or drugs to combat chronic diseases. 展开更多

Obesity,caused by excessive energy,leads to body weight gain and various diseases,including cognitive impairment.Current studies suggest that diet restriction such as optimal fasting and regular exercise are crucial for improving cognitive capacity.However,further exploration is needed to understand the specific mechanisms of high fat diet(HFD)-induced cognitive decline in obesity.In the present study,4-month-old mice were subjected to HFD feeding for 18 weeks,followed by aerobic exercise and high-intensity intermittent exercise,regular diet feeding,and intermittent fasting for 8 weeks,and then used to evaluate cognitive capacity,inflammation,compromised insulin signaling pathway,and apoptosis in hippocampal tissue,as well as AMPK/SIRT1 and TLR4 signal pathways.Obese mice revealed impaired cognitive capacity as compared with mice fed with regular diets.In contrast,aerobic exercise,high-intensity intermittent exercise,regular diet,and intermittent fasting could inhibit apoptosis caused by inflammation-mediated compromised insulin signaling pathway in hippocampal tissues through activating the AMPK/SIRT1 signal pathway and suppressing the TLR4 signal pathway,thereby rescuing the cognitive impairment of obese mice.Therefore,diet restriction and exercise interventions may play a positive role in reverting obesity-induced cognitive impairment. 展开更多

Intermittent fasting can benefit breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy or immunotherapy.However,it is still uncertain how to select immunotherapy drugs to combine with intermittent fasting.Herein we observed that two cycles of fasting treatment significantly inhibited breast tumor growth and lung tissue metastasis,as well as prolonged overall survival in mice bearing 4T1 and 4T07 breast cancer.During this process,both the immunosuppressive monocytic-(M-)and granulocytic-(G-)myeloid-derived suppressor cell(MDSC)decreased,accompanied by an increase in interleukin(IL)7R^(+)and granzyme B^(+)T cells in the tumor microenvironment.Interestingly,we observed that Ly6G^(low)G-MDSC sharply decreased after fasting treatment,and the cell surface markers and protein mass spectrometry data showed potential therapeutic targets.Mechanistic investigation revealed that glucose metabolism restriction suppressed the splenic granulocytemonocyte progenitor and the generation of colony-stimulating factors and IL-6,which both contributed to the accumulation of G-MDSC.On the other hand,glucose metabolism restriction can directly induce the apoptosis of Ly6G^(low)G-MDSC,but not Ly6G^(high)subsets.In summary,these results suggest that glucose metabolism restriction induced by fasting treatment attenuates the immune-suppressive milieu and enhances the activation of CD3^(+)T cells,providing potential solutions for enhancing immune-based cancer interventions. 展开更多

Due to the rapid advancement of the transportation industry and the continual increase in pavement infrastructure,it is difficult to keep up with the huge road maintenance task by relying only on the traditional manual detection method.Intelligent pavement detection technology with deep learning techniques is available for the research and industry areas by the gradual development of computer vision technology.Due to the different characteristics of pavement distress and the uncertainty of the external environment,this kind of object detection technology for distress classification and location still faces great challenges.This paper discusses the development of object detection technology and analyzes classical convolutional neural network(CNN)architecture.In addition to the one-stage and two-stage object detection frameworks,object detection without anchor frames is introduced,which is divided according to whether the anchor box is used or not.This paper also introduces attention mechanisms based on convolutional neural networks and emphasizes the performance of these mechanisms to further enhance the accuracy of object recognition.Lightweight network architecture is introduced for mobile and industrial deployment.Since stereo cameras and sensors are rapidly developed,a detailed summary of three-dimensional object detection algorithms is also provided.While reviewing the history of the development of object detection,the scope of this review is not only limited to the area of pavement crack detection but also guidance for researchers in related fields is shared. 展开更多

跨式油茶果收获机在丘陵山地作业时需要较大的牵引力,且要求行走平稳。本文基于机液联合仿真技术对跨式油茶果收获机底盘行走液压系统进行设计,以达到动力匹配及行走性能较优的目的。在RecurDyn软件中建立了跨式收获机履带底盘虚拟样机... 跨式油茶果收获机在丘陵山地作业时需要较大的牵引力,且要求行走平稳。本文基于机液联合仿真技术对跨式油茶果收获机底盘行走液压系统进行设计,以达到动力匹配及行走性能较优的目的。在RecurDyn软件中建立了跨式收获机履带底盘虚拟样机模型,采用谐波叠加法构建了B级路面谱,仿真分析了跨式履带底盘直线行驶和差速转向的动力学特性。通过AMESim与RecurDyn软件对收获机行走系统进行机液联合仿真,研究底盘在直线行驶与差速转向工况时行走马达液压特性。研制了全液压驱动的跨式油茶果收获机,进行了地面直线行驶与差速转向测试,结果表明:底盘直线行驶偏移率为1.7%;直线行驶时,行走马达流量稳定在23 L/min,压力稳定在1.5 MPa;差速转向时,行走马达流量稳定在22 L/min,压力在2~12 MPa范围内波动,验证了跨式履带底盘行走液压系统的稳定性。 展开更多

The close proximity and the necessity of coordination between multiple high-voltage direct currents(HVDCs)raise the issue of grid partitioning in multi-infeed HVDC systems.A multi-objective partition strategy is proposed in this paper.Several types of relationships to be coordinated and complemented are analyzed and formulated using quantitative indices.According to the graph theory,the HVDC partition is transformed into a graph-cut problem and solved via the spectral clustering algorithm.Finally,the proposed method is validated for a practical multi-HVDC grid,confirming its feasibility and effectiveness. 展开更多

目的分析外科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)结业考试成绩,阐明外科住培结业考试通过率的一般规律,找出提升外科住培结业考试通过率的有效方法。方法首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院外科专业基地2017年至2021年共有252名住院医师参加北京... 目的分析外科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)结业考试成绩,阐明外科住培结业考试通过率的一般规律,找出提升外科住培结业考试通过率的有效方法。方法首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院外科专业基地2017年至2021年共有252名住院医师参加北京市外科住培结业考试,考试科目有理论、临床技能两项,均合格才能通过结业考试。2020年和2021年,外科专业基地强化过程教学,严格模拟手术训练课程的实施,注重提高住培教学质量的内涵。收集252名住院医师在外科专业基地结业当年直至结业3内参加北京市外科住培结业考试两个科目的全部成绩。结果252名住院医师第1次考试理论通过率为97.6%,第2次考试理论累计通过率即达到100.0%;第1次考试技能通过率为91.7%,至第5次考试技能累计通过率才达到100.0%。经过严格过程教学的年份首考通过率(95.3%~98.2%)明显高于未经过严格过程教学年份的通过率(84.2%~87.7%)。结论结业考核对外科住培的实施具有良好的指导和检验作用,多数住院医师能够在两次以内通过住培结业考试,技能考试的难度高于理论考试,外科专业基地过程教学的严格管理有助于提高首考通过率。 展开更多

油茶低产林转化下土壤质量关键因子的识别与筛选 被引量:2

【目的】油茶作为中国南方脱贫的“摇钱树”,其增产增量对当地经济有重要作用。近年来,由于我国粮油储备需求的激增,对低产低效油茶老林的改造迫在眉睫,但改造过程对土壤质量的影响尚不清楚。皆伐后重新种植的林地,改变了凋落物和根际... 【目的】油茶作为中国南方脱贫的“摇钱树”,其增产增量对当地经济有重要作用。近年来,由于我国粮油储备需求的激增,对低产低效油茶老林的改造迫在眉睫,但改造过程对土壤质量的影响尚不清楚。皆伐后重新种植的林地,改变了凋落物和根际沉积物的组成并对土壤性质产生了的影响。通过进行转化前后土壤的对比,厘清调控林分土壤养分的关键因子,对低产油茶林改造具有重要的指导意义。【方法】对油茶老林,以及老林皆伐后新生油茶幼林、马尾松林、杉木林4种不同林分的土壤比对分析,测定了土壤化学性质、酶活性以及真菌丛枝菌群落多样性等13项指标,通过主成分分析和判别分析筛选修订最小数据集,构建该地区土壤质量评价指标体系,对土壤质量进行综合评价。【结果】土壤养分中pH值、全碳、全钾、镁、铁、锰、硝态氮在转化前后出现了显著差异。重新种植的马尾松林在酸性磷酸酶(Acid phosphatase,AP)、乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶(N-acetylglucosaminidase,NAG)、β-葡糖苷酶的活性(β-glucosidase,BG)中的活性均高于其他3种林分。通过PCA和MDS分析法筛选出该地区油茶土壤肥力评价指标最小数据集为硝态氮、全钾、速效钾、NAG、全氮、pH值、有机碳和全磷以及真菌多样性(Shannon),并证明通过林分转化能提高土壤质量。【结论】酸性土壤环境有助于油茶的生长,除了氮、磷、钾、镁之外针对油茶林还应关注铁、锰等微量矿物质含量。油茶作为菌根依赖性木本油料科植物,施肥时可考虑菌肥的使用,本研究可为今后该地区的土壤管理和精准施肥提供指导。 展开更多

【目的】油茶与豆科、禾本科牧草间作不仅有助于提高土壤肥力和土壤质量,也可有效提升其生产潜力和发挥生态优势。探讨不同牧草间作模式对油茶幼林土壤真菌群落的影响特征,将有助于为生态系统多样性管理提供科学依据,以增加我国油茶林... 【目的】油茶与豆科、禾本科牧草间作不仅有助于提高土壤肥力和土壤质量,也可有效提升其生产潜力和发挥生态优势。探讨不同牧草间作模式对油茶幼林土壤真菌群落的影响特征,将有助于为生态系统多样性管理提供科学依据,以增加我国油茶林地综合效益。【方法】以油茶×鸭茅草Dactylis glomerata、油茶×白三叶Trifolium repens、油茶×紫花苜蓿Medicago sativa、油茶×鸭茅草+白三叶草(D.glo+T.rep)、油茶×鸭茅草+紫花苜蓿(D.glo+M.sat)5种间作模式为研究对象,探索不同间作模式下油茶土壤理化性质的变化。通过高通量16SrRNA基因Illumina测序分析油茶间作林土壤真菌群落,以及结合土壤理化性质,厘清其驱动因素。【结果】与单种间作相比,混种间作增加了有机碳SOC、总氮TN、总磷TP含量。土壤总钾K和土壤镁Mg含量以单作鸭茅最高,CK其次,而在2种混作中含量最低。对于速效养分而言,牧草混种间作普遍降低了其含量。硝态氮NO3在CK中含量最高,铵态氮NH4以紫花苜蓿M.sat中含量最高。对于微量元素而言,Zn、Fe、Mn的含量呈现CK>单作>混作的现象。而通过种植牧草,普遍降低了土壤中As的含量。经测序数据显示5种不同的种植模式共同拥有的真菌物种OTU有586个,其中间作和混间作中共有120个OTU,Ascomycota、Basidiomycota和Mortierellomycota是真菌中的优势门,间作后增加了土壤真菌群落丰富度。通过RDA分析,发现真菌群落中决定优势属(相对丰度>1%)的最重要的土壤性质是pH值、TN、NH4、PO4。【结论】多草种间作提高了土壤环境的稳定性以及真菌多样性,尤其以豆禾混种间作处理最为明显。因此,油茶林间作对提高油茶幼林成活率,有利于改善林地土壤理性性质,促进油茶生长,在增加林地经济效益等方面具有积极意义。 展开更多

Regulating the local configuration of atomically dispersed transition-metal atom catalysts is the key to oxygen electrocatalysis performance enhancement.Unlike the previously reported singleatom or dual-atom configurations,we designed a new type of binary-atom catalyst,through engineering Fe-N_(4)electronic structure with adjacent Co-N_(2)C_(2)and nitrogen-coordinated Co nanoclusters,as oxygen electrocatalysts.The resultant optimized electronic structure of the Fe-N_(4)active center favors the binding capability of intermediates and enhances oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)activity in both alkaline and acid conditions.In addition,anchoring M-N-C atomic sites on highly graphitized carbon supports guarantees of efficient charge-and mass-transports,and escorts the high bifunctional catalytic activity of the entire catalyst.Further,through the combination of electrochemical studies and in-situ X-ray absorption spectroscopy analyses,the ORR degradation mechanisms under highly oxidative conditions during oxygen evolution reaction processes were revealed.This work developed a new binary-atom catalyst and systematically investigates the effect of highly oxidative environments on ORR electrochemical behavior.It demonstrates the strategy for facilitating oxygen electrocatalytic activity and stability of the atomically dispersed M-N-C catalysts. 展开更多

Objective:This study aimed to explore the existence of small extracellular vesicles(sEVs)in peri-urethral tissues and the role of abnormal expression of sEVs in the pathogenesis of female stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods:sEVs were extracted from peri-urethral vaginal wall tissues using differential centrifugation and were observed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The number of sEVs and their protein contents were compared between SUI and control groups using nanoparticle tracking analysis(NTA)and bicinchoninic acid(BCA)protein assay.Fibroblasts were cultured separately with SUI(SsEVs group)and normal tissue sEVs(NsEVs group).Proliferation and migration of fibroblasts were compared between groups using CCK-8 and wound healing assays,respectively.Expression levels of collagenⅠandⅢwere compared among blank control(BC),NsEVs,and SsEVs groups using real-time PCR.Protein mass spectrometry was used to test the differentially expressed proteins contained in sEVs between groups.Results:sEVs were extracted and found under the electron microscope.There were significantly more sEVs extracted from the SUI group compared to the normal group.Fibroblasts showed increased proliferative and decreased migratory abilities,and expressed more collagen in the SsEVs group compared to the NsEVs and BC groups.Protein spectrum analysis demonstrated several differentially expressed targets,including components of microfibrils,elastin polymer,and anti-inflammatory factors.Conclusion:sEVs were detected in the peri-urethral tissues.SUI tissues expressed more sEVs than control.The abnormal expression of sEVs and their protein contents may contribute to the pathogenesis and progression of SUI. 展开更多

由于冬季大体积承台施工过程中,混凝土水化热反应,承台内外温差较大,冷却管入水温度难以控制,很容易产生较大的应力从而导致裂缝的产生。该文通过现场高频率温度监控和高密度的测点布置,使用有限元软件精细化仿真模拟承台大体积混凝土... 由于冬季大体积承台施工过程中,混凝土水化热反应,承台内外温差较大,冷却管入水温度难以控制,很容易产生较大的应力从而导致裂缝的产生。该文通过现场高频率温度监控和高密度的测点布置,使用有限元软件精细化仿真模拟承台大体积混凝土施工的湿度变化过程,计算结果与实测温度变化趋势一致,得出入水温度每降低5℃,峰值温度降低的百分比为最大1.60%,而冷却水管附近最大拉应力提升的百分比为4.98%,入水温度对冷却管附近混凝土拉应力的敏感度大于温度峰值;再结合自循环水箱,棉被保温等合理的温控措施;最后达到设定的控制目标,验证温控方案合理。建议冬季施工的大体积承台,冷却管入水温度应不低于5℃,以10~25℃为宜,承台四周拆模时间应控制为4~5 d,拆模后立即对其进行保温养护,确保承台施工质量。 展开更多
