As natural ecosystems provide the material basis and fundamental support for regional sustainable devel-opment,the sustainability of natural ecosystems is an important prerequisite and a viable approach for the achiev...As natural ecosystems provide the material basis and fundamental support for regional sustainable devel-opment,the sustainability of natural ecosystems is an important prerequisite and a viable approach for the achievement of regional sustainable development.It is also the final criteria to assess whether sustainable development paradigm is successful.Along with the increasing impacts of human activities on natural ecosystems,the evaluation of regional ecological sustainability has become one of the key issues for research on macro ecology and sustainable development.Based on different unit of indicators,this study firstly groups the evaluation frameworks of regional ecological sus-tainability into three major types:comprehensive index evaluation with dimensionless unit,monetary valuation,and biophysical quantity measurement.We then discuss and compare these types in terms of basic principles,scope of ap-plications,advantages and shortcomings.Finally,drawn on the discussion about characteristics of ecological sustain-ability,we outline the current trend and future directions of regional ecological sustainability evaluation,for instance,transition from sustainable development evaluation to sustainability science,integration of goal-oriented and problem-solving approaches,combination of spatial pattern analysis and ecological sustainability evaluation,and en-hancement of ecological sustainability evaluation at landscape scale.展开更多
目的考察妊娠期高血压疾病(hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,HDP)患者的血液学指标特征及其与炎性细胞因子之间的关系。方法研究组(HDP组)由2018年2月-2019年4月在贵港市中医医院确诊为HDP的76例孕妇组成,包括14例妊娠期高血压、4...目的考察妊娠期高血压疾病(hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,HDP)患者的血液学指标特征及其与炎性细胞因子之间的关系。方法研究组(HDP组)由2018年2月-2019年4月在贵港市中医医院确诊为HDP的76例孕妇组成,包括14例妊娠期高血压、44例先兆子痫和18例子痫患者。另招募77例正常妊娠女性作为对照组(即正常妊娠组)。检测两组受试者的血液学参数和白细胞介素-6(interleukin 6,IL-6)、IL-10和肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)。比较两组受试者上述指标的组间差异,考察血液学参数与炎性细胞因子间的相关性。结果与正常妊娠组女性相比,HDP组患者白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、IL-6和IL-10均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);HDP组患者血红蛋白水平、血小板计数、嗜酸性粒细胞计数均低于正常妊娠组女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。IL-6与中性粒细胞、单核细胞之间存在显著正相关,与血红蛋白、嗜酸性粒细胞、血小板计数、红细胞压积之间存在显著负相关(P<0.05)。IL-10与嗜酸性粒细胞、TNF-α与血红蛋白之间均存在较弱的负相关(P<0.05)。结论HDP患者的血液学参数、细胞因子发生显著变化,且部分血液学参数与细胞因子之间有一定的相关性,说明妊娠期HDP患者存在炎症反应和免疫应答的失衡。血液学联合炎性细胞因子的检测,在临床医疗和护理中对HDP的发生和发展具有一定的预测价值。展开更多

Only randomized controlled trials that evaluated conventional treatment and conventional treatment with SKI in CKD patients were investigated. Outcomes such as fibrinogen(FIB), D-dimer, prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), and the side effects of SKI were analyzed using Revman 5.3 software. The quality of the studies was assessed using the Cochrane Collaboration’s Risk of Bias tool and the quality of evidence was assessed using GRADEpro.RESULTS: Four randomized controlled trials were investigated in our analysis, and these studies were of moderate quality. For FIB and D-dimer, SKI had a superior effect compared with the control group(mean difference(MD)=-1.23, 95% confidence interval(CI):-1.46,-0.99, P < 0.01;MD =-0.36, 95%CI:-0.51,-0.21, P < 0.01, respectively)SKI increased APTT and PT compared with the control(MD = 7.34, 95% CI: 3.05, 11.62, P < 0.01;MD = 3.40,95% CI: 2.2, 4.61, P < 0.01, respectively). OBJECTIVE:To evaluate whether endothelial dysfunction and hypertension are prevented by trans-cinnamaldehyde(t CA) through the activation of endothelial nitric oxide synthase(e NOS).METHODS:Human umbilical vein endoth...OBJECTIVE:To evaluate whether endothelial dysfunction and hypertension are prevented by trans-cinnamaldehyde(t CA) through the activation of endothelial nitric oxide synthase(e NOS).METHODS:Human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs) were cultured in vitro and stimulated with t CA to determine cell viability using the methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium assay.The effect of t CA on nitric oxide(NO) production was determined by diaminofluorescein-dyes in the absence or presence of inhibitors of e NOS,AMPK,PKA,and AKT.The effect of t CA on blood pressure was determined by the tail-cuff method in obesity spontaneous hypertension(SHR.Cg-Leprcp/NDmcr) rats.The phosphorylation of e NOS and protein expression of the insulin-signaling pathway(Ins R-IRS1-PI3 K-AKT)were measured by western blot.RESULTS:t CA at concentrations less than 100 μM did not affect cell viability in cultured HUVECs.Stimulation with t CA promoted NO release in a time-dependent manner compared with the control group.t CA-treated HUVECs also significantly increased AKT-Ser473 and e NOS-Ser1177 phosphorylation.In SHR-CP rats,treatment with t CA at a dose of 40 mg/kg/day for 6 weeks markedly reduced the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure,increased the phosphorylation of AKT and e NOS,and increased urinary nitric oxidation.CONCLUSION:t CA attenuated endothelial dysfunction and reduced blood pressure in SHR-CP rats.The underlying mechanisms may involve the increase in AKT and e NOS phosphorylation and the release of e NOS-derived NO.展开更多
文摘目的本研究通过AMSTAR-2和GRADE分级对参芪扶正注射液联合化疗调节癌症患者免疫功能的系统评价进行再评价。方法通过网络检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wangfang Database)、维普网(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library,筛选关于参芪扶正注射液联合化疗调节癌症患者免疫功能的系统评价和meta分析,采用AMSTAR-2量表进行方法学质量评价,GRADE等级进行证据质量评价。结果共纳入19篇文献,其中1篇方法学质量等级为低级,其余18篇均为极低级。meta分析免疫相关结局指标共涉及80项,其中2项证据质量为中级,9项为低级,69项为极低级。结论参芪扶正注射液联合化疗调节癌症患者免疫功能疗效优于单纯化疗,但纳入文献整体方法学质量和证据质量偏低,结论可靠性一般,提示今后开展高质量临床试验,以便为参芪扶正注射液临床应用提供循证依据。
