Objective:to study the effect of continuous nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:In this paper,56 COPD patients were selected and grouped by drawing lots,with 28 ca...Objective:to study the effect of continuous nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:In this paper,56 COPD patients were selected and grouped by drawing lots,with 28 cases in each group.The study group underwent continuous nursing intervention,while the control group underwent conventional care,and the parameters of both groups of patients were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the patients in the study group had a significantly higher forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capacity ratio(FEV1/FVC),a significantly lower COPD Assessment Test(CAT)score,and Hamilton Depression(HAM-D)score,and a significantly higher 6-Minute Walk Test(6WMT)score after nursing care.Besides,their self-care ability score and SaO_(2)were significantly higher,while their PaCO_(2)and coagulation indexes were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing intervention is beneficial for COPD patients.展开更多
The snow depth on sea ice is an extremely critical part of the cryosphere.Monitoring and understanding changes of snow depth on Antarctic sea ice is beneficial for research on sea ice and global climate change.The Mic...The snow depth on sea ice is an extremely critical part of the cryosphere.Monitoring and understanding changes of snow depth on Antarctic sea ice is beneficial for research on sea ice and global climate change.The Microwave Radiation Imager(MWRI)sensor aboard the Chinese FengYun-3D(FY-3D)satellite has great potential for obtaining information of the spatial and temporal distribution of snow depth on the sea ice.By comparing in-situ snow depth measurements during the 35th Chinese Antarctic Research Expedition(CHINARE-35),we took advantage of the combination of multiple gradient ratio(GR(36V,10V)and GR(36V,18V))derived from the measured brightness temperature of FY-3D MWRI to estimate the snow depth.This method could simultaneously introduce the advantages of high and low GR in the snow depth retrieval model and perform well in both deep and shallow snow layers.Based on this,we constructed a novel model to retrieve the FY-3D MWRI snow depth on Antarctic sea ice.The new model validated by the ship-based observational snow depth data from CHINARE-35 and the snow depth measured by snow buoys from the Alfred Wegener Institute(AWI)suggest that the model proposed in this study performs better than traditional models,with root mean square deviations(RMSDs)of 8.59 cm and 7.71 cm,respectively.A comparison with the snow depth measured from Operation IceBridge(OIB)project indicates that FY-3D MWRI snow depth was more accurate than the released snow depth product from the U.S.National Snow and Ice Data Center(NSIDC)and the National Tibetan Plateau Data Center(NTPDC).The spatial distribution of the snow depth from FY-3D MWRI agrees basically with that from ICESat-2;this demonstrates its reliability for estimating Antarctic snow depth,and thus has great potential for understanding snow depth variations on Antarctic sea ice in the context of global climate change.展开更多

Methods:DMEM/...Objective:To explore a simple and pragmatic method to obtain sufficient olfactory ensheathing cells from human fetus by selective attachment of harvested cells combined with intermittent NT3 nutrition. Methods:DMEM/F12 culture solution including 10% fetal bovine serum or NT3 was used to culture olfactory ensheathing cells intermittently every 48 h. The cell state and growth rates of OECs were observed, and P75 staining was used to estimate the purity of the cells. Results:Human fetal OECs were positive with P75 immunocytochemical staining. OECs in dipolar or tripolar shape formed networks by their processes in vitro. The purity of OECs in "good state" was about 95% at 9 d and 83% on 12 d, respectively. Conclusion:The method of using different attachment rates combined with intermittent NT3 addition is a simple and effective way to culture and purify OECs.展开更多
Sea ice surface temperature(IST)is an important indicator of environmental changes in the Arctic Ocean.In this study,the relative performance of four mainstream IST records,i.e.airborne IST,infrared radiometer measure...Sea ice surface temperature(IST)is an important indicator of environmental changes in the Arctic Ocean.In this study,the relative performance of four mainstream IST records,i.e.airborne IST,infrared radiometer measured IST(IR IST),longwave radiation derived IST(LWR IST),and snow and ice mass balance array buoy derived IST(Buoy IST),were evaluated against the MODIS IST product.Bias,standard deviation(STD),and root mean square error(RMSE)were used to evaluate the data quality.Results revealed that airborne IST had the best accuracy,which was 0.21 K colder than MODIS IST,with STD of 1.46 K and RMSE of 1.47 K.Ground-based ISTs were biased with each other but all warmer than the MODIS IST.The IR IST had the best overall accuracy(bias=0.55 K;STD=1.52 K;RMSE=1.61 K),while the LWR IST was the noisiest measurement with the largest outlier data percent.Besides,co-located IR and LWR ISTs were more consistent than any type of evaluated IST against MODIS IST(correlation coefficient=0.99).Airborne and IR ISTs are thus the premier choice for monitoring the rapidly changing Arctic sea ice,together with satellite observations.展开更多
Herein we report a nickel-catalyzed asymmetric two-component reductive aryl-acylation and arylcarbamoylation of aryl-iodide-tethered unactivated alkenes,which utilize ortho-pyridinyl esters and isocyanates as the elec...Herein we report a nickel-catalyzed asymmetric two-component reductive aryl-acylation and arylcarbamoylation of aryl-iodide-tethered unactivated alkenes,which utilize ortho-pyridinyl esters and isocyanates as the electrophilic acyl sources,respectively.Under the catalysis of a nickel–pyrox complex with zinc powder as the reductant,a variety of chiral indanes,indolines,and dihydrobenzofurans bearing a quaternary stereogenic center were prepared in moderate to high efficiency and good to excellent enantioselectivities.The utility of this method is demonstrated by various simple derivatizations of the attached carbonyl group,particularly the sequential benzylic oxidation and pinacol coupling,which provide a concise entry to the benzene-fused bicyclic bridged ring framework containing three challenging tetrasubstituted stereocenters in high stereocontrol.展开更多
