Difficulties exist in the management of GLM for many front-line surgeons and medical specialists who care for patien...Granulomatous lobular mastitis(GLM) is a rare and chronic benign inflammatory disease of the breast. Difficulties exist in the management of GLM for many front-line surgeons and medical specialists who care for patients with inflammatory disorders of the breast. This consensus is summarized to establish evidence-based recommendations for the management of GLM. Literature was reviewed using PubMed from January 1, 1971 to July 31, 2020. Sixty-six international experienced multidisciplinary experts from 11 countries or regions were invited to review the evidence.Levels of evidence were determined using the American College of Physicians grading system, and recommendations were discussed until consensus. Experts discussed and concluded 30 recommendations on historical definitions,etiology and predisposing factors, diagnosis criteria, treatment, clinical stages, relapse and recurrence of GLM. GLM was recommended as a widely accepted definition. In addition, this consensus introduced a new clinical stages and management algorithm for GLM to provide individual treatment strategies. In conclusion, diagnosis of GLM depends on a combination of history, clinical manifestations, imaging examinations, laboratory examinations and pathology.The approach to treatment of GLM should be applied according to the different clinical stage of GLM. This evidencebased consensus would be valuable to assist front-line surgeons and medical specialists in the optimal management of GLM.展开更多
Clearance not only affects the startup torque,rotation precision and stiffness of bearing,but also affects the load distribution,load-carrying capacity and life of bearing.A computational model in which the clearance ...Clearance not only affects the startup torque,rotation precision and stiffness of bearing,but also affects the load distribution,load-carrying capacity and life of bearing.A computational model in which the clearance of bearing is first included is presented for determining the contact force distribution and static load-carrying capacity of a double row four-point contact ball bearing which is subjected to the combined radial,axial and overturning moment loadings.The relation between the negative axial clearance and the contact force distribution is analyzed.The static load-carrying capacity curves are established,and the effects of the changes in negative axial clearance,curvature radius coefficient of raceway groove and initial contact angle on the static load-carrying capacity are analyzed.The results show that,with the increase in the absolute value of negative clearance,the maximum contact load decreases first and then increases.The clearance values in the range of 0.2 mme0 mm have little effect on the static load-carrying capacity of bearing.With the increase in the curvature radius coefficient of raceway groove and the decrease in the initial contact angle,the static load capacity of bearing decreases.展开更多
Surface-sensitive measurements are crucial to many types of researches in condensed matter physics.However,it is difficult to obtain atomically flat surfaces of many single crystals by the commonly used mechanical cle...Surface-sensitive measurements are crucial to many types of researches in condensed matter physics.However,it is difficult to obtain atomically flat surfaces of many single crystals by the commonly used mechanical cleavage.We demonstrate that the grind-polish-sputter-anneal method can be used to obtain atomically flat surfaces on topological materials.Three types of surface-sensitive measurements are performed on CoSi(001)surface with dramatically improved quality of data.This method extends the research area of surface-sensitive measurements to hard-to-cleave alloys,and can be applied to irregular single crystals with selective crystalline planes.It may become a routine process of preparing atomically flat surfaces for surface-sensitive technologies.展开更多
Two-dimensional(2D)ferromagnetic materials have been exhibiting promising potential in applications,such as spintronics devices.To grow epitaxial magnetic films on silicon substrate,in the single-layer limit,is practi...Two-dimensional(2D)ferromagnetic materials have been exhibiting promising potential in applications,such as spintronics devices.To grow epitaxial magnetic films on silicon substrate,in the single-layer limit,is practically important but challenging.In this study,we realized the epitaxial growth of Mn Sn monolayer on Si(111)substrate,with an atomically thin Sn/Si(111)-231/2×231/2-buffer layer,and controlled the Mn Sn thickness with atomic-layer precision.We discovered the ferromagnetism in Mn Sn monolayer with the Curie temperature(Tc)of^54 K.As the Mn Sn film is grown to 4 monolayers,Tc increases accordingly to^235 K.The lattice of the epitaxial Mn Sn monolayer as well as the Sn/Si(111)-231/2×231/2 is perfectly compatible with silicon,and thus an sharp interface is formed between Mn Sn,Sn and Si.This system provides a new platform for exploring the 2D ferromagnetism,integrating magnetic monolayers into silicon-based technology,and engineering the spintronics heterostructures.展开更多
