隧道等地下工程混凝土主体结构渗漏为常见质量问题,严重影响结构的安全、正常使用功能及耐久性,因此混凝土的抗渗性能成为研究焦点。采用双掺SAP和聚丙烯纤维提高混凝土的抗渗性能,在混凝土中分别掺入质量比为胶凝材料0.1%,0.3%,0.5%的S... 隧道等地下工程混凝土主体结构渗漏为常见质量问题,严重影响结构的安全、正常使用功能及耐久性,因此混凝土的抗渗性能成为研究焦点。采用双掺SAP和聚丙烯纤维提高混凝土的抗渗性能,在混凝土中分别掺入质量比为胶凝材料0.1%,0.3%,0.5%的SAP,并同时分别加入1,2,3kg/m3的聚丙烯纤维,进行抗压与抗渗试验。结果表明:单掺0.1%~0.3%SAP时几乎不影响混凝土的抗压强度,但掺量为0.5%时,抗压强度会显著降低;双掺0.1%SAP和0~2kg/m3聚丙烯纤维可略微提升混凝土抗压强度,并且显著改善其抗渗性能;经对比,掺入0.1%~0.3%SAP和0~2kg/m3聚丙烯纤维时,可保证混凝土的抗压强度,提高抗渗性能,有效降低混凝土的渗水风险。 展开更多

Dehydroabietyl polyethylene glycol glycidyl ether-grafted hydroxyethyl cellulose(HEC)polymer surfactant(DA(EO)5GE-g-HEC)was prepared using ring-opening polymerization with biobased rosin and hydroxyethyl cellulose as feedstocks.Dehydroabietyl polyethylene glycol glycidyl ether(DA(EO)5GE)was formed by condensation of dehydroabietyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(Rosin derivative:DA(EO)5H)and epichlorohydrin.The grafting degree of DA(EO)5GE-g-HEC was manipulated by adjusting the mass ratio of HEC and DA(EO)5GE and confirmed by EA.According to the formula,when m(HEC)/m(DA(EO)2GE)was 1:1~1:5,the grafting rate of DA(EO)5GE in DA(EO)5GE-g-HEC varied from 34.43%to 38.33%.The surface activity and foam properties of DA(EO)5GE-g-HEC aqueous solution were studied.The results showed that with the increase in grafting rate,the critical micellar concentration(CMC)in aqueous solution changed from 1.28 to 0.96 g/L.The results of the thermogravimetric analysis showed that the temperature range of the main stage of mass loss of DA(EO)5GE-g-HEC was 310°C~410°C,and the thermal decomposition processes of the samples with five mass ratios were similar.An oil in water emulsion was prepared by choosing cyclohexane as the oil phase and DA(EO)5GE-g-HEC as the emulsifier.The effect of DA(EO)5GE-g-HEC mass fraction on emulsion particle size and stability was analyzed.The results suggested that when the oil-water ratio was 8:2 with 0.4%emulsifier,the emulsion droplets were the smallest in terms of particle size and were the most stable.The rheological test results showed that the apparent viscosity decreased with the increase in shear rate and showed a typical elastic gel phenomenon. 展开更多

DC.) leaf was investigated by applying frozen section and thin section technology, and observed through optical microscope. The results showed that the sambong leaf was firstly originated nearby the apical bud at the stem tip. The first leaf grows fast, that the mitosis happens frequently and the cytoplasm manufacture rapidly. The cells in the first few leaves have not yet differentiated into the spongy parenchyma and palisade parenchyma. In the mature leaf, the spongy parenchyma and palisade parenchyma were fully developed. The epidermal hairs were firstly developed on the abaxial side of the first leaf. 展开更多

In the present study,Fmr1 knockout mice (KO mice) were used as the model for fragile X syndrome.The results of step-through and step-down tests demonstrated that Fmr1 KO mice had shorter latencies and more error counts,indicating a learning and memory disorder.After treatment with 30,60,90,120,or 200 mg/kg lithium chloride,the learning and memory abilities of the Fmr1 KO mice were significantly ameliorated,in particular,the 200 mg/kg lithium chloride treatment had the most significant effect.Western blot analysis showed that lithium chloride significantly enhanced the expression of phosphorylated glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta,an inactive form of glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta,in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus of the Fmr1 KO mice.These results indicated that lithium chloride improved learning and memory in the Fmr1 KO mice,possibly by inhibiting glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta activity. 展开更多

Low residual-free-oxygen before fmal de-oxidation was beneficial to improving the cleanness of ultra-low-carbon steel. For ultra-low-carbon steel production, the coordinated control of carbon and oxygen is a precondition for achieving low residual oxygen during the Ruhrstahl Heraeus (RH) decarburization process. In this work, we studied the coordinated control of carbon and oxygen for ultra-low-carbon steel during the basic oxygen furnace (BOF) endpoint and RH process using data statistics, multiple linear regressions, and thermodynamics computations. The results showed that the aluminum yield decreased linearly with increasing residual oxygen in liquid steel. When the mass ratio of free oxygen and carbon ([O]/[C]) in liquid steel before RH decarburization was maintained between 1.5 and 2.0 and the carbon range was from 0.030wt% to 0.040wt%, the residual oxygen after RH natural decarburization was low and easily controlled. To satisfy the requirement for RH decarburization, the carbon and free oxygen at the BOF endpoint should be controlled to be between 297 × 10^6 and 400 × 10^-6 and between 574 × 10^-6 and 775 × 10^-6, respectively, with a temperature of 1695 to 1715℃ and a furnace campaign of 1000 to 5000 heats. 展开更多

Crown feedback control is one part of the automatic shape control (ASC) system. On the basis of large simulation researches conducted, a linear crown feedback control model was put forward and applied in actual strip rolling. According to its successful op- eration in the ASP 1700 hot strip mill of Angang Group for one year and also from the statistical results of several crown measurements, it can be definitely said that this control model is highly effective and shows stable performance. The control effectiveness of different gauges of strips with the feedback control is found to increase by 10%-30% compared with that without feedback control. 展开更多

An advanced method to calculate the allowable variation of strip transverse profiles was established by the strip buckling criterion, which can be more properly used in cold rolling. With this method, the aim allowable variation of the product strip transverse profile and the required transverse profile range of incoming strips can be reached. Besides, this method has been successfully applied in a domestic tandem cold mill, and the transverse profile range of incoming strips suggested with this method is more practicable and complete. Based on the comprehensive ground observation and the remote sensing data of Fengyun-4 satellite of a typical sand-dust weather process in the eastern part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau from November 26 to 27,2018,the weather situation,air mass trajectory,meteorological conditions,and pollution characteristics of this process were analyzed.The results show that the floating dust process was caused by the transmission of the northwest cold air flow in the Tarim Desert area,which caused dust and sand mixed with the Qaidam Desert particles to be transported to Xining.The wind field change caused by the difference of ground heat in the eastern plateau was a potential factor for dust transmission,and tropospheric subsidence,temperature inversion conditions,and the decrease in wind speed over Xining Station were the direct factors leading to the daily change of pollutant concentration in this process. 展开更多

The practical energy density of lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs)is seriously limited by the high electrolyte-to-sulfur ratios(E/S).The E/S can be reduced by employing hosts with easy-to-infiltrate structure that ensures the uniform distribution of a lean electrolyte and high catalytic activity that can suppress"shuttle effect"via accelerating the slow conversion of soluble poly sulfides to insoluble sulfides.Among the easy-to-infiltrate structures,the three-dimensional-ordered macroporous(3DOM)structure is easier to scale preparation and more suitable for the existing industrial processes.However,it is difficult to obtain the 3DOM with(1)high penetrability due to the high viscosity of frequently-used organic polymer precursors and(2)high catalytic activity due to the low confinement effect,meaning that uniformly dispersed small-sized catalytic materials are difficult to load on 3DOM.Herein,using carbon dots(CDs)with both organic and inorganic properties as a precursor and aggregation limiting agent,a 3DOM host with high penetrability and homodispersed Ni particles of small sizes(Ni-CDs-3DOM)was synthesized.In this host:(1)CDs precursor with suitable viscosity can improve the penetrability.(2)CDs can effectively inhibit the agglomeration of Ni particles.(3)Uniformly dispersed small-size Ni particles offer high-efficiency catalytic activity toward sulfur reactions.Consequently,the Ni-CDs-3DOM/sulfur cathode exhibits high sulfur utilization and stable cycling performance even under high sulfur loading(5.5 mg·cm^(-2))and low E/S(6.5μl·mg^(-1)).This work indicates the usefulness of CDs in constructing hosts for LSBs with high energy density. 展开更多

Thermal-force driving of roll profile electromagnetic control technology(RPECT),which can be used to adjust the roll profile,can be affected by the sequential temperature rise between the electromagnetic stick(ES)and electromagnetic control roll.Due to the limited space of ES and induction coil,the cross-sectional area of induction coil can be inevitably affected by changing the size of the ES induction zone,which can further change the energy input under the same electromagnetic parameters,the temperature rising effect and the bulging ability.To investigate this phenomenon,the effects of the radius of the induction zone on the thermal-force contribution ratio,the heating ability of ES and the temperature distribution were analyzed through an electromagnetic-thermal-structural finite element model.To ensure that the results are applicable to RPECT,the thermal energy conversion ability and thermal-force roll crown control ability under different lengths of the induction zone were analyzed.It was found that whether the current density regulation mode or the current frequency regulation mode is adopted,the cases with 20 or 25 mm radius of the induction zone have the great thermal energy conversion ability and the good thermal-force roll crown control ability.The reasonable adjustment of the length of the induction zone can reduce the radius required for the maximum energy efficiency regulation.Combined with the results of the simulation analysis,the optimization of ES based on the control ability maximization requirement is achieved,which provides the base for the design and configuration of ES in RPECT. 展开更多

In contemporary power grids or microgrids,harmonic distortion has emerged as one of the critical power quality issues for utility power grids,which has escalated especially due to the high penetration of power-electronic-converter-interfaced distributed generation(DG).This paper first illustrates the prevalent dispute revolving around the harmonic power sharing and distortion restraint,and subsequently proposes a consensusbased framework that facilitates an accurate sharing of harmonics among multi-DGs connected in parallel,with an effective suppression of the output voltage distortion.Compared with the majority of existing studies addressing the issue of voltage harmonics at the point of common coupling(PCC),our method primarily emphasizes on the output voltage distortion since the power quality requirement for certain local critical loads is often known to be high.With the help of adaptive regulation,the overall distortion produced at the output terminals of DGs can be retained within an acceptable range.The working principle of the proposed control method,which is not only easy to implement but also independent of model parameters,is further described in detail.Employing the small-signal dynamic model,the system stability and robustness are analyzed.The hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)simulations aid in determining the outcome of the proposed strategy in microgrid control. 展开更多

目的研究多发性骨髓瘤(MM)组织中长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)结肠癌相关转录物2(CCAT2)、卵巢癌结构域蛋白酶1(OTUD1)的表达及其与MM临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法选取2018年4月至2020年4月于该院诊治的MM患者132例(MM组),以同期行骨髓穿... 目的研究多发性骨髓瘤(MM)组织中长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)结肠癌相关转录物2(CCAT2)、卵巢癌结构域蛋白酶1(OTUD1)的表达及其与MM临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法选取2018年4月至2020年4月于该院诊治的MM患者132例(MM组),以同期行骨髓穿刺且无骨髓功能异常的70例非血液病患者为对照组。采用实时荧光定量PCR检测骨髓组织中lncRNA CCAT2及OTUD1 mRNA表达水平。Pearson相关分析MM患者骨髓组织中lncRNA CCAT2与OTUD1 mRNA表达水平的相关性。比较不同临床病理特征MM患者lncRNA CCAT2及OTUD1 mRNA表达差异。Kaplan-Meier曲线分析不同lncRNA CCAT2及OTUD1 mRNA表达MM患者预后差异。Cox回归分析MM患者预后影响因素。结果MM组患者骨髓组织lncRNA CCAT2表达水平为2.31±0.67,高于对照组的0.85±0.24,而OTUD1 mRNA表达水平(1.22±0.37)低于对照组(2.54±0.75),差异均有统计学意义(t=17.624、16.760,均P<0.001)。MM组患者骨髓组织中lncRNA CCAT2表达水平与OTUD1 mRNA表达水平呈明显负相关(r=-0.731,P<0.001)。不同ISS分期、β2-微球蛋白水平的MM患者lncRNA CCAT2及OTUD1 mRNA表达水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。lncRNA CCAT2高、低表达组3年总生存率分别为42.19%(27/64)、66.18%(45/68)。OTUD1 mRNA高、低表达组3年总生存率分别为72.31%(47/65)、37.31%(25/67)。lncRNA CCAT2低表达组MM患者3年累积生存率高于lncRNA CCAT2高表达组,差异有统计学意义(Log-Rankχ^(2)=7.151,P=0.007)。OTUD1 mRNA低表达组MM患者3年累积生存率低于OTUD1 mRNA高表达组,差异有统计学意义(Log-Rankχ^(2)=13.667,P<0.001)。ISS分期Ⅲ期、lncRNA CCAT2高表达是影响MM患者预后的危险因素(P<0.001),OTUD1 mRNA高表达是保护因素(P<0.001)。结论MM患者骨髓组织中lncRNA CCAT2表达水平升高,OTUD1表达水平降低,两者与MM不良临床病理特征有关,是影响MM患者预后的独立因素。 展开更多

The hot rolling and cold rolling control models of silicon steel strip were examined.Shape control of silicon steel strip of hot rolling was a theoretical analysis model,and the shape control of cold rolling was a data-based prediction model.The mathematical model of the hot-rolled silicon steel section,including the crown genetic model,inter-stand crown recovery model,and hot-rolled strip section prediction model,is used to control the shape of hot-rolled strip.The cold rolling shape control is mainly based on Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy network,which is used to simulate and predict the transverse thickness difference of cold-rolled silicon steel strip.Finally,a predictive model for the transverse thickness difference of silicon steel strips is developed to provide a new quality control method of transverse thickness of combined hot and cold rolling to improve the strip profile quality and increase economic efficiency.The qualified rate of the non-oriented silicon steel strip is finally obtained by applying this model,and it has been steadily upgraded to meet the needs of product quality and flexible production. 展开更多

Low electrolyte/sulfur ratio(E/S)is an important factor in increasing the energy density of lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs).Recently,the E/S has been widely lowered using catalytic hosts that can suppress“shuttle effect”during cycling by relying on a limited adsorption area.However,the shelf-lives of these cathodes have not yet received attention.Herein,we show that the selfdischarge of sulfur cathodes based on frequently-used catalytic hosts is serious under low E/S because the“shuttle effect”during storage process caused by polysulfides(PSs)disproportionation cannot be suppressed using a limited adsorption area.We further prove that the adsorption strength toward PSs,which is unfortunately weak in commonly-used catalytic hosts,is critical for effectively hindering the disproportionation of the PSs.Subsequently,to verify this conclusion,we prepare a sulfur-doped titanium nitride(S-TiN)catalytic array host.As the adsorption strength and catalytic activity of TiN can be improved by S doping simultaneously,the constructed S/S-TiN cathodes under a low E/S(6.5μL·mg−1)exhibit better shelf-life and cycle-stability than those of S/TiN cathodes.Our work suggests that enhancing the adsorption strength of catalytic hosts,while maintaining their function to reduce E/S,is crucial for practical LSBs. 展开更多
