Runx2 is a major regulator of osteoblast differentiation and function;however,the role of Runx2 in peripheral nerve repair is unclea r.Here,we analyzed Runx2expression following injury and found that it was specifically up-regulated in Schwann cells.Furthermore,using Schwann cell-specific Runx2 knocko ut mice,we studied peripheral nerve development and regeneration and found that multiple steps in the regeneration process following sciatic nerve injury were Runx2-dependent.Changes observed in Runx2 knoc kout mice include increased prolife ration of Schwann cells,impaired Schwann cell migration and axonal regrowth,reduced re-myelination of axo ns,and a block in macrophage clearance in the late stage of regeneration.Taken together,our findings indicate that Runx2 is a key regulator of Schwann cell plasticity,and therefore peripheral nerve repair.Thus,our study shows that Runx2 plays a major role in Schwann cell migration,re-myelination,and peripheral nerve functional recovery following injury. 展开更多

The incorporation of partial A-site substitution in perovskite oxides represents a promising strategy for precisely controlling the electronic configuration and enhancing its intrinsic catalytic activity.Conventional methods for A-site substitution typically involve prolonged high-temperature processes.While these processes promote the development of unique nanostructures with highly exposed active sites,they often result in the uncontrolled configuration of introduced elements.Herein,we present a novel approach for synthesizing two-dimensional(2D)porous GdFeO_(3) perovskite with A-site strontium(Sr)substitution utilizing microwave shock method.This technique enables precise control of the Sr content and simultaneous construction of 2D porous structures in one step,capitalizing on the advantages of rapid heating and cooling(temperature~1100 K,rate~70 K s^(-1)).The active sites of this oxygen-rich defect structure can be clearly revealed through the simulation of the electronic configuration and the comprehensive analysis of the crystal structure.For electrocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction application,the synthesized 2D porous Gd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)FeO_(3) electrocatalyst exhibits an exceptional overpotential of 294 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2)and a small Tafel slope of 55.85 mV dec^(-1)in alkaline electrolytes.This study offers a fresh perspective on designing crystal configurations and the construction of nanostructures in perovskite. 展开更多

DCFNet:An Effective Dual-Branch Cross-Attention Fusion Network for Medical Image Segmentation

Automatic segmentation of medical images provides a reliable scientific basis for disease diagnosis and analysis.Notably,most existing methods that combine the strengths of convolutional neural networks(CNNs)and Transformers have made significant progress.However,there are some limitations in the current integration of CNN and Transformer technology in two key aspects.Firstly,most methods either overlook or fail to fully incorporate the complementary nature between local and global features.Secondly,the significance of integrating the multiscale encoder features from the dual-branch network to enhance the decoding features is often disregarded in methods that combine CNN and Transformer.To address this issue,we present a groundbreaking dual-branch cross-attention fusion network(DCFNet),which efficiently combines the power of Swin Transformer and CNN to generate complementary global and local features.We then designed the Feature Cross-Fusion(FCF)module to efficiently fuse local and global features.In the FCF,the utilization of the Channel-wise Cross-fusion Transformer(CCT)serves the purpose of aggregatingmulti-scale features,and the Feature FusionModule(FFM)is employed to effectively aggregate dual-branch prominent feature regions from the spatial perspective.Furthermore,within the decoding phase of the dual-branch network,our proposed Channel Attention Block(CAB)aims to emphasize the significance of the channel features between the up-sampled features and the features generated by the FCFmodule to enhance the details of the decoding.Experimental results demonstrate that DCFNet exhibits enhanced accuracy in segmentation performance.Compared to other state-of-the-art(SOTA)methods,our segmentation framework exhibits a superior level of competitiveness.DCFNet’s accurate segmentation of medical images can greatly assist medical professionals in making crucial diagnoses of lesion areas in advance. 展开更多

Energy release characteristics of PTFE/Al/TiH_(2) reactive jet with different TiH_2 content

Titanium hydride(TiH_(2)), a promising high-energy additive, is doped into PTFE/Al to optimize the energy output structure of the reactive jet and strive for better aftereffect damage ability to the target. Six types of PTFE/Al/TiH_(2) reactive liners with different TiH_(2) content are prepared by the molding and sintering method. The energy release characteristics of PTFE/Al/TiH_(2) reactive jet are tested by the transient explosion energy test, and are characterized from pressure and temperature. The reaction delay time,pressure history, and temperature history of the energy release process are obtained, then the actual value of released energy and reaction efficiency of the reactive jet are calculated. The results show that the peak pressure and temperature of the PTFE/Al/TiH_(2) jet initially increase and then decrease with increasing TiH_(2) content. When the TiH_(2) content is 10%, the actual value of released energy and reaction efficiency increased by 24% and 6.4%, respectively, compared to the PTFE/Al jet. The reaction duration of the reactive material is significantly prolonged as the TiH_(2) content increased from 0% to 30%. Finally,combined with the energy release behaviors of PAT material and the dynamic deformation process of liner, the enhancement mechanism of TiH_(2) on energy release of the reactive jet is expounded. 展开更多

A ternary system of PTFE/Al/Bi_(2)O_(3)is constructed by incorporating PTFE-based reactive material and thermite for enhancing the energy release of the PTFE-based reactive material.The effects of Bi_(2)O_(3)in the PTFE/Al/Bi_(2)O_(3)on both mechanical properties and the energy release were investigated through various tests such as thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry,adiabatic oxygen bomb test and split Hopkinson pressure bar test.The microstructure observed through scanning electron microscope and Xray diffraction results are used to analyze the ignition and reaction mechanism of PTFE/Al/Bi_(2)O_(3).The results indicate that the PTFE/Al/Bi_(2)O_(3)are capable of triggering the exothermic reaction of molten PTFE/Bi_(2)O_(3)and Al/Bi_(2)O_(3)over the PTFE/Al reactive materials,thereby promoting reactions.The excessive aluminum in the ternary system is beneficial for increasing energy release.The ignition of shock-induced chemical reactions in PTFE/Al/Bi_(2)O_(3)is closely related to the material fracture.The dominant mechanism for hot-spot generation under Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar test is the frictional temperature rise at the microcrack after failure. 展开更多

AIM: To observe the biotransformation process of a Chinese compound, aesculin, by human gut bacteria, and to identify its metabolites in rat urine.METHODS: Representative human gut bacteria were collected from 20 healthy volunteers, and then utilized in vitro to biotransform aesculin under anaerobic conditions. At 0, 2, 4, 8, 12, 16, 24, 48 and 72 h postincubation, 10 mL of culture medium was collected. Metabolites of aesculin were extracted 3 × from rat urine with methanol and analyzed by HPLC. For in vivo metabolite analysis, aesculetin (100 mg/kg) was administered to rats via stomach gavage, rat urine was collected from 6 to 48 h post-administration, and metabolite analysis was performed by LC/ESI-MS and MS/MS in the positive and negative modes.RESULTS: Human gut bacteria could completely convert aesculin into aesculetin in vitro. The biotransformation process occurred from 8 to 24 h post-incubation, with its highest activity was seen from 8 to 12 h. The in vitro process was much slower than the in vivo process. In contrast to the in vitro model, six aesculetin metabolites were identified in rat urine, including 6-hydroxy-7-glucocoumarin(M1), 6-hydroxy-7-sulf-coumarin (M2), 6, 7-digluco-coumarin (M3), 6-glc-7-gluco-coumarin (M4), 6-O-methyl-7-gluco-coumarin (MS) and 6-O-methyl-7- sulf-coumarin (M6). Of which, M2 and M6 were novel metabolites.CONCLUSION: Aesculin can be transferred into aesculetin by human gut bacteria and is further modified by the host in vivo. The diverse metabolites of aesculin may explain its pleiotropic pharmaceutical effects. 展开更多

析氧反应(OER)被认为是电解水的关键限制步骤,已被广泛作为清洁能源方式用于解决能源和环境问题。钙钛矿氧化物(ABO_(3))具有可调的电子结构、高灵活性的元素组成,能在OER中表现出良好的催化活性。然而,钙钛矿氧化物的合成通常需要经历... 析氧反应(OER)被认为是电解水的关键限制步骤,已被广泛作为清洁能源方式用于解决能源和环境问题。钙钛矿氧化物(ABO_(3))具有可调的电子结构、高灵活性的元素组成,能在OER中表现出良好的催化活性。然而,钙钛矿氧化物的合成通常需要经历长时间的高温,极易导致金属的聚集和影响材料的本征活性。气相微波技术可以显著缩短热处理时间,从而减少相关的碳排放。这项技术不仅解决了对碳中性过程日益增长的需求,而且还增加了对合成的控制,以避免产品的不良团聚。本文采用微波热冲法快速制备了二维(2D)多孔La_(0.2)Sr_(0.8)CoO_(3)钙钛矿。伴随微波过程的快速熵增可以有效地暴露La_(0.2)Sr_(0.8)CoO_(3)结构中丰富的活性位点。此外,高能微波冲击过程可以精准地将Sr2+引入到LaCoO_(3)的晶格中,通过增加Co的氧化态来增加氧空位量。这种锶元素取代镧引入的氧空位能极大提高催化剂的本征催化活性。对于碱性电解液中的OER应用,制备的La_(0.2)Sr_(0.8)CoO_(3)在10 m A·cm^(-2)下展现出了360 m V的过电位,Tafel斜率为76.6 mV·dec^(-1)。且在经历30000秒的长时间循环测试后仍能维持初始电流密度的97%。这项研究为高活性二维钙钛矿的合成提供了一种简便、快速的策略。 展开更多

Rechargeable zinc-air batteries(ZABs)are a promising energy conversion device,which rely critically on electrocatalysts to accelerate their rate-determining reactions such as oxygen reduction(ORR)and oxygen evolution reactions(OER).Herein,we fabricate a range of bifunctional M-N-C(metal-nitrogen-carbon)catalysts containing M-Nx coordination sites and M/MxC nanoparticles(M=Co,Fe,and Cu)using a new class ofγ-cyclodextrin(CD)based metal-organic framework as the precursor.With the two types of active sites interacting with each other in the catalysts,the obtained Fe@C-FeNC and Co@C-CoNC display superior alkaline ORR activity in terms of low half-wave(E1/2)potential(~0.917 and 0.906 V,respectively),which are higher than Cu@C-CuNC(~0.829 V)and the commercial Pt/C(~0.861 V).As a bifunctional electrocatalyst,the Co@C-CoNC exhibits the best performance,showing a bifunctional ORR/OER overpotential(ΔE)of~0.732 V,which is much lower than that of Fe@C-FeNC(~0.831 V)and Cu@C-CuNC(~1.411 V),as well as most of the robust bifunctional electrocatalysts reported to date.Synchrotron X-ray absorption spectroscopy and density functional theory simulations reveal that the strong electronic correlation between metallic Co nanoparticles and the atomic Co-N4 sites in the Co@C-CoNC catalyst can increase the d-electron density near the Fermi level and thus effectively optimize the adsorption/desorption of intermediates in ORR/OER,resulting in an enhanced bifunctional electrocatalytic performance.The Co@C-CoNC-based rechargeable ZAB exhibited a maximum power density of 162.80 mW cm^(−2) at 270.30 mA cm^(−2),higher than the combination of commercial Pt/C+RuO2(~158.90 mW cm^(−2) at 265.80 mA cm^(−2))catalysts.During the galvanostatic discharge at 10 mA cm^(−2),the ZAB delivered an almost stable discharge voltage of 1.2 V for~140 h,signifying the virtue of excellent bifunctional ORR/OER electrocatalytic activity. 展开更多

Highly specific characterization and discrimination of monosodium urate crystals in gouty arthritis based on aggregation-induced emission luminogens

Existing technologies used to detect monosodium urate(MSU)crystals for gout diagnosis are not ideal due to their low sensitivity and complexity of operation.The purpose of this study was to explore whether aggregation-induced emission luminogens(AIEgens)can be used for highly specific imaging of MSU crystals to assist in the diagnosis of gout.First,we developed a series of luminogens(i.e.,tetraphenyl ethylene(TPE)-NH_(2),TPE-2NH_(2),TPE-4NH_(2),TPE-COOH,TPE-2COOH,TPE-4COOH,and TPE-Ketoalkyne),each of which was then evenly mixed with MSU crystals.Next,optimal fluorescence imaging of each of the luminogens was characterized by a confocal laser scanning microscope(CLSM).This approach was used for imaging standard samples of MSU,hydroxyapatite(HAP)crystals,and mixed samples with 1:1 mass ratio of MSU/HAP.We also imaged samples from mouse models of acute gouty arthritis,HAP deposition disease,and comorbidities of interest.Subsequently,CLSM imaging results were compared with those of compensated polarized light microscopy,and we assessed the biosafety of TPE-Ketoalkyne in the RAW264.7 cell line.Finally,CLSM time series and three-dimensional imaging were performed on MSU crystal samples from human gouty synovial fluid and tophi.As a promising candidate for MSU crystal labeling,TPE-Ketoalkyne was found to detect MSU crystals accurately and rapidly in standard samples,animal samples,and human samples,and could precisely distinguish gout from HAP deposition disease.This work demonstrates that TPE-Ketoalkyne is suitable for highly specific and timely imaging of MSU crystals in gouty arthritis and may facilitate future research on MSU crystal-related diseases. 展开更多

[Objectives]To explore the effects of homoharringtonine(HHT)on the proliferation and apoptosis of melanoma cells.[Methods]Mouse melanoma cell line B16F10 was divided into 5 dfferent dose groups,among which Oμg/mL HHT was as the negative blank group,and the remaining four groups were added with different concentrations of HHT(20,40,80 and i60μg/mL).After B16F10 cells were treated with HHT for 48 h,the growth inhibition rate of B16F10 cells was observed,and the cell cycle was detected.Cyclin D1,MMP-9 and VEGF mRNA and protein levels were detected by qRT-PCR and Western-blot.[Results]Compared with Oμg/mL group,after different concentrations of HHT treated B16F10 cells,the inhibition rate and apoptosis rate of B16F10 cells increased,and Cyclin D1,MMP-9 and VECF mRNA and protein levels in all groups decreased significantly,with statistical significance(P<0.05).[Conclusions]HHT may be involved in the apoptosis of melanoma cells by regulating Cyclin DI level,affecting cell cycle,and inhibiting VEGF and MMP-9 gene protein levels. 展开更多

近年来,环保督察在全国范围内普遍开展。然而学界对环保督察在基层如何运作还缺少深入研究。论文以H省S县迎接环保督察为例,阐释地方政府和环保部门在环保督察带来的压力下,如何进行组织调适以应对迎检任务。案例分析发现,地方政府进行... 近年来,环保督察在全国范围内普遍开展。然而学界对环保督察在基层如何运作还缺少深入研究。论文以H省S县迎接环保督察为例,阐释地方政府和环保部门在环保督察带来的压力下,如何进行组织调适以应对迎检任务。案例分析发现,地方政府进行了一系列的组织调适,具体表现在:设立领导小组以提升环保事权,通过网格化传导环保责任;以环保局为协调主体,整合横向部门间资源;环保局内设专门临时小组迎接检查。从结果上看,基层政府和环保部门进行了组织结构的调适,环保部门一改原来相对弱势的形象,职权得到扩展,地位得以提升,并且这些转变有一部分正在以常规化、制度化的形式保留下来。本轮中央机构改革中组建生态环保部的举措亦将有助于地方环保部门扩权的制度化。 展开更多

采用Kabachnik-Fields反应合成出含有邻苯二酚功能团、磷杂菲基团和笼型倍半硅氧烷结构基元的新型配体POSS-DOPO-Catechol(PDC),再与Fe^3+配位络合形成低聚倍半硅氧烷基铁络合物Fe(PDC)3,进一步加入双酚A型环氧树脂(EP)进行固化制备出EP... 采用Kabachnik-Fields反应合成出含有邻苯二酚功能团、磷杂菲基团和笼型倍半硅氧烷结构基元的新型配体POSS-DOPO-Catechol(PDC),再与Fe^3+配位络合形成低聚倍半硅氧烷基铁络合物Fe(PDC)3,进一步加入双酚A型环氧树脂(EP)进行固化制备出EP/Fe(PDC)3复合材料。利用红外、质谱和核磁共振表征配体及络合物的化学结构;通过差示扫描量热分析、热重分析、氧指数测定、微形量热、动态力学实验等方法研究铁络合物Fe(PDC)3的引入对环氧树脂固化温度、热性能、阻燃性能、力学性能及介电性能的影响。结果表明,添加Fe(PDC)3可以降低环氧树脂的固化温度、热释放速率及总热释放量,提高残炭量、氧指数,这是由于铁络合物可以有效促进材料在高温下形成稳定性良好的致密炭层,起到隔氧隔热作用,从而在燃烧过程中阻止材料进一步燃烧。 展开更多

目的:观察不同环境下瞳孔直径与角膜塑形镜近视控制效果的关系。方法:选取8~13岁低中度近视患者70例70眼,分别进行验光、瞳孔直径和眼轴长度测量等检查,并配戴夜戴型角膜塑形镜。在不同光线环境下,以平均瞳孔直径作为分界进行分组。测... 目的:观察不同环境下瞳孔直径与角膜塑形镜近视控制效果的关系。方法:选取8~13岁低中度近视患者70例70眼,分别进行验光、瞳孔直径和眼轴长度测量等检查,并配戴夜戴型角膜塑形镜。在不同光线环境下,以平均瞳孔直径作为分界进行分组。测量戴镜前、戴镜6、12、24mo的眼轴长度,并分析不同环境下初始瞳孔直径与眼轴增长量的相关性。结果:暗室环境和自然光线下,瞳孔直径小于平均值组的患者眼轴增长量均比瞳孔直径大于平均值组快,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且初始瞳孔直径与角膜塑形镜配戴24mo时眼轴增长量均呈显著负相关(r=-0.4267,P<0.05;r=-0.4925,P<0.01)。结论:不同环境下瞳孔直径越大,角膜塑形镜近视控制效果越好,其原因可能是较大的瞳孔使角膜塑形镜对视网膜周边近视性离焦的干预作用更强。 展开更多

目的:分析玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合视网膜激光光凝治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿(diabetic macular edema,DME)的临床疗效。方法:选取2015-06/2016-12我院确诊的DME患者73例80眼,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用视网膜激光光凝... 目的:分析玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合视网膜激光光凝治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿(diabetic macular edema,DME)的临床疗效。方法:选取2015-06/2016-12我院确诊的DME患者73例80眼,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用视网膜激光光凝治疗,治疗组采用玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合激光光凝治疗。观察治疗前和治疗后3mo两组患者最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、视网膜厚度及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后3mo,两组患者BCVA均较治疗前显著改善,且治疗组患者BCVA显著优于对照组;两组患者黄斑上方、下方、颞侧、鼻侧环状区的视网膜厚度和平均视网膜厚度均低于治疗前,且治疗组患者的平均视网膜厚度显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访期间,所有患者均未出现角膜水肿、前房炎性反应、视网膜出血、新生血管性青光眼、眼内炎等严重眼部并发症及全身不良反应。结论:与单纯视网膜激光治疗相比,玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合视网膜激光光凝治疗DME在改善视力、恢复视网膜功能方面效果更佳,且具有良好的安全性。 展开更多

目的:观察双七他克林对青光眼模型大鼠的视神经保护作用。方法:选取雄性成年SD大鼠24只,随机分成对照组、手术组、双七他克林组和美金刚胺组,通过右眼巩膜上静脉注射高渗盐水(对照组大鼠右眼仅进行上巩膜静脉穿刺)制作青光眼模型后,对... 目的:观察双七他克林对青光眼模型大鼠的视神经保护作用。方法:选取雄性成年SD大鼠24只,随机分成对照组、手术组、双七他克林组和美金刚胺组,通过右眼巩膜上静脉注射高渗盐水(对照组大鼠右眼仅进行上巩膜静脉穿刺)制作青光眼模型后,对照组和手术组大鼠给予正常饮水,双七他克林组和美金刚胺组大鼠饮用水中每天分别添加0.5mg/kg双七他克林和5mg/kg美金刚胺,持续5wk。定期测量眼压,造模后5wk处死大鼠,取右侧视网膜进行免疫荧光染色,检测视网膜神经节细胞数目和视网膜神经纤维层厚度。结果:造模后模型大鼠右眼眼压均显著升高,至造模后1mo,均高于28mmHg。手术组大鼠右眼视网膜神经节细胞数较对照组明显减少(79.83±9.58个vs 119.50±8.26个,P<0.01),神经纤维层厚度明显变薄(6.64±0.50μm vs 13.40±0.60μm,P<0.01),而双七他克林(109.00±7.04个)和美金刚胺(107.33±8.57个)能够抑制青光眼所致的视网膜神经节细胞减少,且双七他克林能够抑制青光眼所致的视网膜神经纤维层萎缩(12.26±0.78μm)。结论:双七他克林能够抑制青光眼所致视网膜神经节细胞数目减少及神经纤维层萎缩。 展开更多

This study established an aged rat model of cognitive dysfunction using anesthesia with 2% iso- flurane and 80% oxygen for 2 hours. Twenty-four hours later, Y-maze test results showed that isoflurane significantly impaired cognitive function in aged rats. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry results showed that isoflurane also significantly increased the levels of N,N-diethy- lacetamide, n-ethylacetamide, aspartic acid, malic acid and arabinonic acid in the hippocampus of isoflurane-treated rats. Moreover, aspartic acid, N,N-diethylacetamide, n-ethylacetamide and malic acid concentration was positively correlated with the degree of cognitive dysfunction in the isoflurane-treated rats. It is evident that hippocampal metabolite changes are involved in the formation of cognitive dysfunction after isoflurane anesthesia. To further verify these results, this study cultured hippocampal neurons in vitro, which were then treated with aspartic acid (100 μmol/L). Results suggested that aspartic acid concentration in the hippocampus may be a biomarker for predicting the occurrence and disease progress of cognitive dysfunction. 展开更多
