The results indicated that soil improver could optimize soil aggregates structure, decrease soil bulk density, soil pH and soil salt content, increase soil organic matter and 1 000-grain weight, thereby enhancing wheat yield. With the increase of soil improver application amount, soil physical-chemical properties became better and wheat yield increased. However, there was no significant difference in the treatments with the application amounts of 3%, 4% and 5%. In addition, the treatment of reducing nitrogen showed no superiority in soil physical-chemical properties and wheat yield, indicating that sufficient nitrogen was essential for the growth of wheat.展开更多
Objective:To determine the clinical value of compound Xueshuantong capsule in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy on the basis of laser treatment.Methods:Data were collected from 98 patients with diabetic retinopath...Objective:To determine the clinical value of compound Xueshuantong capsule in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy on the basis of laser treatment.Methods:Data were collected from 98 patients with diabetic retinopathy from February 2021 to February 2022.They were divided into two groups by drawing lots.The experimental group was treated with compound Xueshuantong capsule and laser treatment,whereas the control group was treated with laser treatment alone.Results:The absorption of exudation,resolution of retinal edema,and absorption of bleeding took longer in the control group;the incidence of visual acuity recovery to more than 0.5 and the patients’blood glucose levels were better in the experimental group,p<0.05.Conclusion:For patients with diabetic retinopathy,laser treatment combined with compound Xueshuantong capsule can effectively improve the visual function and rehabilitation efficiency of patients with diabetic retinopathy as well as stabilize their blood sugar levels.It has high clinical application value.展开更多
Objective:To explore the clinical experience in using Zishui Qinggan decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal gall disease.Methods:By comparing the clinical effects of two groups of patients under different method...Objective:To explore the clinical experience in using Zishui Qinggan decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal gall disease.Methods:By comparing the clinical effects of two groups of patients under different methods of treatment,100 patients with perimenopausal gall disease who visited the hospital from January 2022 to February 2022 were selected as the research subjects of this study.According to the methods of treatment,the patients were divided into two groups:the conventional group comprised of 50 patients who received conventional medication,whereas the Zishui Qinggan decoction group comprised of the other 50 patients who received Zishui Qinggan decoction.The overall clinical effects of the two groups were compared along with the time required for symptom relief Results:The time required for symptom relief in the Zishui Qinggan decoction group was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Zishui Qinggan decoction can effectively treat perimenopausal gall disease and reduce the time required for symptom(pain)relief.展开更多
The study was conducted to observe the clinical effect of acupoint and auricular point application on diabetes patients with constipation.Around 104 patients with diabetes and constipation were selected from the Hospi...The study was conducted to observe the clinical effect of acupoint and auricular point application on diabetes patients with constipation.Around 104 patients with diabetes and constipation were selected from the Hospital Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to February 2022 as the study subjects.They were divided into groups by drawing lots.The experimental group carried out the combined analysis of acupoint and auricular point application based on the treatment methods of the control group.Meanwhile,the control group carried out the traditional treatment,and the evaluation index,including the improvement of constipation and the clinical effective rate data were included in the analysis.This study showed that,the total effective number of patients,times of defecation per week,time of defecation,and interval of defecation in the experimental group were greater,compared to control group(p<0.05).In summary,diabetes patients with constipation,the auricular plaster and acupoint application can effectively improve the constipation symptoms,shorten the defecation time,improve the cure rate of the disease,and ensure the normal defecation cycle in the patients.展开更多

Through the n...This study proposes a gained switching-based discrete-time sliding mode control method to address the chattering issue in disturbed discrete-time systems, which suffer from various unknown uncertainties. Through the new structure of the designed reaching law, the proposed method can effectively increase the convergence speed while guaranteeing chattering-free control. The performance of controlling underactuated robotic systems can be further improved by the adoption of fuzzy logic to perform adaptive online hyper-parameter tuning. In addition, an underactuated robotic system with uncertainties is studied to validate the effectiveness of the proposed reaching law. Results reveal the dynamic performance and robustness of the proposed reaching law in the studied system and prove the proposed method’s superiority over other state-of-the-art methods.展开更多
