Qingke(highland barley)Baijiu is a special Chinese Baijiu which is mainly produced from Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.Since the pine board is used as the bottom of the fermentation pit,we deduced that the terpenoids and norisoprenoids in pine board might be introduced into Qingke Baijiu.Thus,the terpenoids and norisoprenoids in Qingke Baijiu were investigated by headspace solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME)combined with comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography coupled to time-of-flight mass spectrometry(GC×GC-TOFMS).The results showed thatγ-terpinene(0.70-530.72μg/L),α-phellandrene(0.34-256.66μg/L),longicyclene(0-38.55μg/L),α-pinene(1.21-35.54μg/L)and limonene(0.93-23.69μg/L)were the top 5 terpenoids/norisoprenoids in Qingke Baijiu.Pulegone was detected and reported for the first time in Baijiu,and the concentrations in Qingke Baijiu were 0.78μg/L(fresh)and 3.90μg/L(7 years old).According to the principal component analysis(PCA)plot,young,aged,and retail Qingke Baijiu could be differentiated clearly.Fold change(FC)and t-tests analysis indicated thatβ-pinene,γ-terpinene,andα-selinene were the most different terpenoids/norisoprenoids between young and aged Qingke Baijiu,and longifolene was the most different terpenoids/norisoprenoids between base and retail Qingke Baijiu.The terpenoids and norisoprenoids,such as(E)-β-ionone,isoborneol andβ-cyclocitral,could be potential markers indicating the ageing process of Qingke Baijiu. 展开更多

冠心病患者PCI术后基线外周血循环MO水平对患者长期死亡风险的影响

目的探讨冠心病患者PCI术后基线外周血循环单核细胞(MO)水平对患者长期死亡风险的影响。方法回顾性分析2021年3月~2022年3月行PCI术的80例冠心病患者的临床资料,按照基线外周血循环MO水平分为A组、B组及C组。A组25例MO水平<0.40×... 目的探讨冠心病患者PCI术后基线外周血循环单核细胞(MO)水平对患者长期死亡风险的影响。方法回顾性分析2021年3月~2022年3月行PCI术的80例冠心病患者的临床资料,按照基线外周血循环MO水平分为A组、B组及C组。A组25例MO水平<0.40×10^(9)/L,B组27例0.40×10^(9)/L≤MO水平≤0.56×10^(9)/L,C组28例MO水平>0.56×10^(9)/L。采用回归分析法分析基线外周血循环MO水平和长期死亡风险的相关性。结果C组的全因死亡(ACM)和心脏死亡(CM)发生率为14.29%和7.14%,A组的ACM和CM发生率均为0,B组的ACM和CM发生率为0和3.70%,与A、B两组相比,C组的ACM发生率明显更高(P<0.05),但是三组间CM发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。基线外周血循环MO水平与ACM呈显著独立正相关(P<0.05)。结论基线外周血循环MO水平与PCI术后冠心病患者的长期全因死亡风险独立相关,循环MO水平较高的患者长期全因死亡风险也较高。 展开更多

The inhibitory effects of carbon monoxide(CO),generated by Ru(CO)3Cl-glycinate[CO-releasing molecule(CORM-3)],on cell apoptosis in zebrafish embryos induced by ionizing radiation with different linear energy transfer(LET)were studied.Zebrafish embryos at 5 h post-fertilization(hpf)were irradiated with X-ray(low-LET)and carbon-ion(high-LET)with or without pretreatment of CORM-31 h before irradiation.Embryos were divided into four groups:(i)the control group(C),which received no further treatments after rinsed with E3 culture medium;(ii)CORM-3-pretreated group(CORM),which did not receive irradiation after exposed to 10M CORM-3 at 4 hpf;(iii)irradiation(IR)groups,which received X-ray or 12C6+ion irradiation at 5 hpf and(iv)CORM-3-pretreatment+irradiationgroup(CORM+IR),which received 10M CORM-3 treatment 1h before X-ray or 12C6+ion irradiation.The apoptotic signals of living embryos at 24 hpf were detected through staining with the vital dye acridine orange(AO). 展开更多

低驼峰式出水流道结构设计不当易引发偏流现象,将严重影响大型低扬程泵装置的安全稳定运行。依据浙江省某泵站的有关参数,采用三维数值计算的方法,对泵站整体模型水流流场进行模拟,并通过物理模型试验进行计算可靠性验证。结果表明,湍... 低驼峰式出水流道结构设计不当易引发偏流现象,将严重影响大型低扬程泵装置的安全稳定运行。依据浙江省某泵站的有关参数,采用三维数值计算的方法,对泵站整体模型水流流场进行模拟,并通过物理模型试验进行计算可靠性验证。结果表明,湍流模型Realizable k-ε的计算结果与试验结果最接近;泵站低驼峰式出水流道空间流线随过流断面的扩散而扭曲,其扭曲程度随流量的减小而加强;在低驼峰式出水流道中设置中隔墩有助于优化流场,但会使低驼峰式出水流道的水力损失增加;通过对不同几何参数的中隔墩进行多方案比较,发现在低驼峰式出水流道中设置长为3.90D、宽为0.10D的中隔墩流场优化效果最佳。研究结果可为同类型泵站工程优化设计提供一定借鉴。 展开更多

VOCs源强不确定性对ROx平衡影响的模拟分析

本文对区域空气质量模式WRF-Chem主要化学模块进行了改进,定量输出大气关键自由基(ROx=OH+HO_(2)+RO_(2))参与反应的主要化学过程生成率、损耗率与相关收支平衡量,为无法定量分析和比较VOCs源强的不确定性对ROx平衡影响提供了一种新的... 本文对区域空气质量模式WRF-Chem主要化学模块进行了改进,定量输出大气关键自由基(ROx=OH+HO_(2)+RO_(2))参与反应的主要化学过程生成率、损耗率与相关收支平衡量,为无法定量分析和比较VOCs源强的不确定性对ROx平衡影响提供了一种新的定量分析方法,由此可减小污染防治中臭氧生成敏感区的误判,有助于完善开展快速城市群建设背景下大气环境效应的研究体系.人为VOCs排放源(AVOCs)增加(减少)68%后,三大城市群中OH、HO_(2)和RO_(2)生成率增幅达到4%—280%(对应减少为2%—80%),以北京、上海、广州为三大城市群代表的城市ROx初级生成率增幅达到35%—48%(对应减少为26%—39%).3个城市中,ROx生成率贡献最大的两类化学过程均为O1D+H2O和HCHO,ALD2等的光解,ROx损耗主要关联的化学过程为OH+NO_(2)(占比达71%—85%).分析表明,当AVOCs源增加68%之后,ROx白天月平均浓度在京津冀、长三角、珠三角的增幅OH为4%—48%、4%—52%与4%—44%,HO_(2)为10%—120%、10%—140%与10%—120%,RO_(2)为20%—280%、20%—240%与10%—140%,以大气边界层内ROx白天经向月均值增幅计算,OH为1%—5%,HO_(2)为4%—16%,RO_(2)为6%—26%.AVOCs源排放量增加68%后,导致ROx收支平衡发生变化,直接影响与NOx反应的ROx的损耗率(Ln)和ROx的生成率(Q)值,部分地区从VOCs敏感区转变为NOx敏感区,这意味着AVOCs排放源的低估导致VOCs敏感区的夸大,从而降低O3调控对策的有效性,从而也说明VOCs的不确定性导致的ROx的变化对局地污染防控策略制定影响重大. 展开更多

以白腐真菌落叶松锈迷孔菌(Porodaedalea laricis)胞外漆酶为响应值,通过将Plackett-Burman设计、最陡爬坡设计和Box-Behnken设计相结合,获得了P.laricis产胞外漆酶的最适培养基为:去皮马铃薯365.61 g/L、蛋白胨5.0 g/L、葡萄糖20.0 g/L... 以白腐真菌落叶松锈迷孔菌(Porodaedalea laricis)胞外漆酶为响应值,通过将Plackett-Burman设计、最陡爬坡设计和Box-Behnken设计相结合,获得了P.laricis产胞外漆酶的最适培养基为:去皮马铃薯365.61 g/L、蛋白胨5.0 g/L、葡萄糖20.0 g/L、KH2PO41.0 g/L、MgSO47H2O 0.5 g/L、MnSO4 H2O 0.15 g/L、CaCl22H2O 0.03 g/L、酒石酸铵6.68 g/L、琥珀酸钠1.5 g/L、吐温800.48 mL/L、玉米芯46.43 g/L、维生素B10.01 g/L。在该条件下,P.laricis漆酶活性为3.29 U/mL,相比于优化前提高了2.81倍,与理论值3.32 U/mL相近,说明该模型准确可靠。此外,将漆酶应用于降解多种合成染料包括活性亮蓝X-BR、雷马素亮蓝R、酸性黑172、刚果红、亚甲基蓝、中性红、靛蓝、萘酚绿B和结晶紫,反应168 h后脱色率分别可达到95.64%、97.21%、36.11%、91.63%、61.42%、74.65%、48.60%、25.13%和68.80%。 展开更多

肠道微生物作为人体重要的"微生物器官",在人体发育、肠道屏障、免疫调节、营养物质消化吸收、毒素排出、血管生成,以及疾病的发生、发展等方面发挥着巨大的作用。脊椎动物生物模型斑马鱼因其各系统发育与人类相应系统有许多... 肠道微生物作为人体重要的"微生物器官",在人体发育、肠道屏障、免疫调节、营养物质消化吸收、毒素排出、血管生成,以及疾病的发生、发展等方面发挥着巨大的作用。脊椎动物生物模型斑马鱼因其各系统发育与人类相应系统有许多共同特点,且具有胚胎透明、发育快速、肠道易于取样等优势,故成为研究肠道微生物的理想模型。然而在国内关于斑马鱼肠道微生物的研究尚处于起步阶段。文章总结了斑马鱼中肠道微生物的相关功能、肠道微生物群落的构建及其演替规律及肠道微生物结构的影响因素,为研究肠道微生物对人类健康的影响及其在疾病治疗中的应用前景提供理论依据。 展开更多
