Aneurysmal change of saphenous vein grafts (SVG) is a rare condition that predominantly develops 10-20 years after coronary artery bypass graft (CABG). Natural course includes mechanical complications due to mass effect, myocardial infarction and aneurysmal rupture. Aneurysmectomy can be considered when it induces such complications. We demonstrate complete set of diagnosis, treatment and post-operative imaging of a huge SVG aneurysm that was successfully treated with surgical resection. 展开更多
