目的 建立一种超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-QTOF/MS)分析方法对压片糖果中的非法添加药物美托拉宗进行快速筛查与定量检测。方法 使用乙腈提取待测组分,Captiva EMR-Lipid净化柱进行净化,经Agilent RRHD Eclipse Plus C_(18... 目的 建立一种超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-QTOF/MS)分析方法对压片糖果中的非法添加药物美托拉宗进行快速筛查与定量检测。方法 使用乙腈提取待测组分,Captiva EMR-Lipid净化柱进行净化,经Agilent RRHD Eclipse Plus C_(18)(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱进行分离,运用UPLC-Q-TOF/MS的Targeted MS/MS模式进行检测分析。结果 美托拉宗在浓度范围50~1 000 ng·mL^(-1)内线性良好(r=0.999 0);检测限为1.0μg·g^(-1);定量限为2.5μg·g^(-1),平均回收率为98.15%,RSD为2.2%(n=18)。结论 该方法具有操作简易快速、定性定量准确等特点,能应用于日常样品的检验检测。 展开更多

Developing the methodologies that allow for safe and effective delivery of therapeutic drugs to target sites is a very important research area in cancer therapy.In this study,polyethylene glycol(PEG)-coated magnetic polymeric liposome(MPL)nanoparticles(NPs)assembled from octadecyl quatemized carboxymethyl chitosan(OQC),PEGylated OQC,cholesterol,and magnetic NPs,and functionalized with epithelial growth factor receptor(EGFR)peptide,were successfully prepared for in-vivo liver targeting.The two-step liver targeting strategy,based on both magnetic force and EGFR peptide conjugation,was evaluated in a subcutaneous hepatocellular carcinoma model of nude mouse.The results showed that EGFR-conjugated MPLs not only accumulated in the liver by magnetic force,but could also diffuse into tumor cells as a result of EGFR targeting.In addition,paclitaxel(PTX)was incorporated into small EGFR-conjugated MPLs(102.0土0.7 nm),resulting in spherical particles with high drug encapsulation efficiency(>90%).The use of the magnetic targeting for enhancing the transport of PTX-loaded EGFR-conjugated MPLs to the tumor site was further confirmed by detecting PTX levels.In conclusion,PTX-loaded EGFR-conjugated MPLs could potentially be used as an effective drug delivery system for targeted liver cancer therapy. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with naloxone and BiPAP ventilator on serum inflammatory factors, immune function and blood gas analysis indexes in treatment of AECOPD with type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods: A total of 82 patients with AECOPD and type Ⅱ respiratory failure were divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=42) according to random data table, patients in the control group received naloxone and BiPAP ventilator therapy, and observation group patients were treated with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on the basis of control group. The levels of serum inflammatory factors, immune function and blood gas analysis indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: There were no significant difference in levels of CRP, TNF-α, IL-6, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+, PaO2, PaCO2, SaO2 and pH before and after treatment in the two groups. After treatment, the levels of CRP, TNF-α, IL-6, CD8+and PaCO2 in two groups were significantly lower than those in same group before treatment, moreover observation group was significantly lower than control group;and levels of CRP, TNF-α, IL-6, CD8+ and PaCO2 in the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant;When compared with the group before treatment, CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, PaO2, SaO2 and pH levels of both groups after treatment were significantly increased, and the level of each index of observation group after treatment were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The clinical effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Combined with naloxone and BiPAP ventilator in treatment of AECOPD with type II respiratory failure is significant, can effectively reduce the body's inflammatory reaction, improve immune function, regulate blood gas analysis index, with a certain clinical value. 展开更多

导电共轭聚合物复合改性制得兼具电容及电池特性电极材料是不牺牲功率密度前提下,开发高能量密度超级电容器的可取之法.本文工作通过吸电子基团强化分子间作用力,提高材料电荷传递性能,提升电极材料的循环稳定性的同时使其具有了较高能... 导电共轭聚合物复合改性制得兼具电容及电池特性电极材料是不牺牲功率密度前提下,开发高能量密度超级电容器的可取之法.本文工作通过吸电子基团强化分子间作用力,提高材料电荷传递性能,提升电极材料的循环稳定性的同时使其具有了较高能量密度和功率密度.采用原位化学氧化聚合法在CC表面聚合了以2,3-二氯-5,6-二氰基对苯醌为受体,3,3-二甲基联苯胺、3,3-二甲氧基联苯胺、3,3-二羟基联苯胺为给体的3种D-A型导电共轭聚合物.研究了3种柔性复合电极的电容特性.共聚物给体端为3,3-二甲氧基联苯胺的P2/CC为活性成分的电极材料在小于70 mV·s^(-1)范围内呈现快速电化学动力学特征且在0.5A·g^(-1)的电流密度下放电比电容达到686.27 F·g^(-1),充放电循环5000次后比电容的保持率为99.70%.复合电极在497.46 W·kg^(-1)功率密度下也达到了50.66 Wh·kg^(-1)的高能量密度.柔性复合电极的制备为低成本研发具有高能量密度和功率密度新型电极材料以进一步提升超级电容器性能给予了有意义的参考. 展开更多
