The Tbx family is first known through the study of their functions in the body and limbs,and its members Tbx4 and Tbx5 genes are important factors in determining the characteristics of the appendages.Pampus argenteus ...The Tbx family is first known through the study of their functions in the body and limbs,and its members Tbx4 and Tbx5 genes are important factors in determining the characteristics of the appendages.Pampus argenteus is one of the important economical marine fishes widely distributed in offshore areas.Therefore,it is necessary to study the role of Tbx family genes in the deletion of pelvic fin in P.argenteus.In this study,we cloned Tbx4 and Tbx5 cDNA sequence of P.argenteus(GenBank:MH709128 and MH712458).The Western blot and real time PCR were used to detect the expressions of Tbx4 and Tbx5 in different developmental stages and tissues of P.argenteus.In addition,whole-mount in-situ hybridization was used to study the localization of Tbx4 and Tbx5 genes in different developmental stages of P.argenteus.Results show that the translation of Tbx4 mRNA was inhibited during the critical period of pelvic fin development.Among different tissues,Tbx4 protein levels were the lowest in the abdominal epithelium,and even lower than that in the pectoral fin,suggesting that the protein expression was also inhibited in the abdominal epithelium of adult P.argenteus.Therefore,the results indicated that upstream genes regulation led to the key stage-specific and low expression of Tbx4 during pelvic fin development and in the abdominal epithelium.展开更多
Vitellogenesis is the main event of oocyte growth in oviparous animals,which is mainly manifested by the accumulation of vitellogenin(VTG).The accumulation of vitellogenin depends mainly on the absorption of exogenous...Vitellogenesis is the main event of oocyte growth in oviparous animals,which is mainly manifested by the accumulation of vitellogenin(VTG).The accumulation of vitellogenin depends mainly on the absorption of exogenous vitellogenin,which enters oocyte through endocytosis mediated by its receptor(VGR).We investigated the expression and localization of VTG and VGR during gonad development of Pampus argenteus.The qPCR results show that vtgs were not expressed in male fish,but in the ovary and liver of female fish;the expression levels went up at first and then down.The expression levels of vgr in the testis were low and only 1%-3%of that in ovary.ELISA results show that during the ovarian development of P.argenteus,VTG in liver,serum,and ovary all showed a trend from increasing to decreasing.However,VTG in liver peaked in StageⅣ,and in serum and ovary peaked in Stage V,reflecting changes in the characteristics of VTG in the liver(synthesis),blood(transport),and ovaries(accumulation).During gonad development,VGR in the ovaries first increased and then decreased,reaching a peak in Stage V,in contrast to vgr mRNA expression.The VGR content in the testis was extremely low and stable,consistent with vgr mRNA.Immunohistochemistry results show that the location and intensity of VTG and VGR positive signals were synchronized with the changes of their protein content,which revealed that VTG was mainly synthesized in the liver cytoplasm,secreted into the blood,and transported to ovary in StageⅢ.VGR is highly expressed in oocytes in StageⅡ.In StageⅢ,a large amount of VTG reaches the ovary,when VGR begins to translate and is subsequently transported to the plasma membrane of the oocyte.Therefore,the positive signal of VGR was stronger near the plasma membrane of oocytes in StagesⅠandⅡ.By using qPCR,ELISA,and immunohistochemistry,the synthesis,transport,and accumulation of vitellogenin were elucidated and the mechanism of its endocytosis on egg membrane mediated by VTG during the development of P.argenteus was revealed preliminarily.展开更多

The log-normal flux distribution and linear rms–flux relation of the light curves f...Fermi-LAT LCR provides continuous and regularly sampled gamma-ray light curves, spanning about 14 yr, for a large sample of blazars. The log-normal flux distribution and linear rms–flux relation of the light curves for a few Fermi blazars have been examined in previous studies. However, the probability that blazars exhibit the log-normal flux distribution and linear rms–flux relation in their gamma-ray light curves has not been systematically explored.In this study, we comprehensively research the distribution of γ-ray flux and the statistical characteristics on a large sample of 1414 variable blazars from the Fermi-LAT LCR catalog, including 572 FSRQs, 477 BL Lacs, and 365BCUs, and statistically compare their flux distributions with normal and log-normal distributions. The results indicate that the probability of not rejecting log-normal is 42.05% for the large sample, and there is still a 2.05%probability of not rejecting normality, based on the joint of Kolmogorov–Smirnov, Shapiro–Wilk, and Normality tests. We further find that the probability that BL Lacs conform to the log-normal distribution is higher than that of FSRQs. Besides, after removing sources with less than 200 data points from this large sample, a sample of 549blazars, which is still a large sample compared to the previous studies, was obtained. Based on dividing the light curves into segments every 20 points(or 40 points, or one year), we fitted the linear rms–flux relation of these three different sets and found that the Pearson correlation coefficients are all close to 1 for most blazars. This result indicates a strong linear correlation between the rms and the flux of these 549 blazars. The log-normal distribution and linear rms–flux relation indicate that the variability of the γ-ray flux for most blazars is a non-linear and multiplicative process.展开更多

Although some works have been done for power allocation in heterogeneous femtocell networks, most of them focus centralized schemes for single-cell network under interference constraint of macrocell user. In this paper, a sum-rate maximization based power allocation algorithm is proposed for a downlink cognitive Het Net with one macrocell network and multiple microcell networks. The original power allocation optimization problem with the consideration of cross-tier interference constraint, maximum transmit power constraint of microcell base station and inter-cell interference of microcell networks is converted into a geometric programming problem which can be solved by Lagrange dual method in a distributed way. Simulation results demonstrate the performance and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm by comparing with the equal power allocation scheme.展开更多
Purpose:To investigate the efficacy of applying fast-track surgery(FTS)to elderly patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods:Elderly patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer r...Purpose:To investigate the efficacy of applying fast-track surgery(FTS)to elderly patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods:Elderly patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer received FTS(n=31)or routine(n=31)nursing care.The time to first anal exhaust,oral feeding and leaving the bed,duration of postoperative hospital stay and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Patients receiving FTS nursing demonstrated significantly shorter times to exhaust,oral feeding and leaving the bed compared with those receiving routine nursing(all p<0.01).Furthermore,there were significantly fewer incidences of postoperative pulmonary and urinary tract infections and intestinal adhesion in patients receiving FTS nursing(all p<0.05).Conclusion:Application of FTS in elderly patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer facilitates an early rehabilitation after surgery,but places higher demands on nursing care.展开更多

Recently cellular networks have been densely and heterogeneously deployed indoors and outdoors to expand the network capacity,and thus the in-building propagation loss and the transmit power diversity of access points...Recently cellular networks have been densely and heterogeneously deployed indoors and outdoors to expand the network capacity,and thus the in-building propagation loss and the transmit power diversity of access points will exacerbate link heterogeneity and result in partial unidirectional strong interference.To make full use of the strong interference feature,we propose the successive interference cancellation and alignment(SICA)scheme in the K-user interference channel with partial unidirectional strong interference.SICA is designed to transmit two kinds of data streams simultaneously,the alignment streams and superposition streams.The alignment streams will follow the interference alignment criterion to maintain the optimal degrees of freedom(DoF)performance;the superposition streams are handled via successive interference cancellation at all the strongly interfered receivers to improve the overall achievable rate.The joint transceiver designs for SICA is modeled as a weighted sum rate(WSR)maximization problem,and then can be alternately solved for a local optimum according to the optimality equivalence between WSR and its corresponding weighted mean square error(WMMSE)problem.Simulation results have confirmed the sum rate improvement and DoF optimality of the proposed SICA scheme.展开更多
BACKGROUND Laparoscopic distal gastrectomy(LDG)for gastric cancer has been progressed and popular in Japan,since it was first described in 1994.Several reconstruction methods can be adopted according to remnant stomac...BACKGROUND Laparoscopic distal gastrectomy(LDG)for gastric cancer has been progressed and popular in Japan,since it was first described in 1994.Several reconstruction methods can be adopted according to remnant stomach size,and balance of pros and cons.Roux-en-Y(R-Y)reconstruction is a one of standard options after LDG.Its complications include Petersen’s hernia and Roux stasis syndrome.Here we report our ingenious attempt,fixation of Roux limb and duodenal stump,for decreasing the development of Petersen’s hernia and Roux stasis syndrome.AIM To develop a method to decrease the development of Petersen’s hernia and Roux stasis syndrome.METHODS We performed ante-colic R-Y reconstruction after LDG.After R-Y reconstruction,we fixed Roux limb onto the duodenal stump in a smooth radian.Via this small improvement in Roux limb,Roux limb was placed to the right of the ligament of Treitz.This not only changed the anatomy of the Petersen’s defect,but it also kept a fluent direction of gastrointestinal anastomosis and avoided a cross-angle after jejunojejunostomy.31 patients with gastric cancer was performed this technique after R-Y reconstruction.Clinical parameters including clinicopathologic characteristics,perioperative outcomes,postoperative complication and follow-up data were evaluated.RESULTS The operative time was(308.0±84.6 min).This improvement method took about 10 min.Two(6.5%)patients experienced pneumonia and pancreatitis,respectively.No patient required reoperation or readmission.All patients were followed up for at least 3 year,and none of the patients developed postoperative complications related to internal hernia or Roux stasis syndrome.CONCLUSION This 10 min technique is a very effective method to decrease the development of Petersen’s hernia and Roux stasis syndrome in patients who undergo LDG.展开更多
Objective:The aim of the study was to analyze the tumor recurrence factors in patients of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC) with postoperative transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE).Methods:A total of 12...Objective:The aim of the study was to analyze the tumor recurrence factors in patients of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC) with postoperative transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE).Methods:A total of 121 cases of PHC by TACE after 1-2 months of surgery was retrospectively analyzed,followed up and analyzed the free survival time and the factors related to tumor-free survival.Results:In all 121 cases,1-,2-,and 3-year tumor-free survival rates were 72.73%,46.21% and 28.93%,respectively.Gender,age,HBV infection,tumor size,capsule is complete,degree of differentiation and the presence of vascular thrombosis were put into the COX proportional hazards model of survival time to select the influential variables.In the clinical data of all variables entering COX proportional hazards model,tumor size,tumor differentiation and the presence of vascular thrombosis were statistically significant contributions to the model.In the tumor diameter less than or equal 10 cm [P=0.040,Exp (B)=2.210],vascular thrombosis [P=0.039,Exp (B)=2.922] and the lower degree of tumor differentiation [P=0.035,Exp (B)=3.038],the risk of tumor recent recurrence increased.Conclusion:Tumor size,differentiation,and the presence of vascular thrombosis are the independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of PHC after TACE.展开更多
Transfer printing based on switchable adhesive that heterogeneously integrates materials is essential to develop novel electronic systems,such as flexible electronics and micro LED displays.Here,we report a robust des...Transfer printing based on switchable adhesive that heterogeneously integrates materials is essential to develop novel electronic systems,such as flexible electronics and micro LED displays.Here,we report a robust design of a thermal actuated switchable dry adhesive,which features a stiff sphere embedded in a thermally responsive shape memory polymer(SMP)substrate and encapsulated by an elastomeric membrane.This construct bypasses the unfavorable micro-and nano-fabrication processes and yields an adhesion switchability of over1000 by combining the peel-rate dependent effect of the elastomeric membrane and the thermal actuation of the sub-surface embedded stiff sphere.Experimental and numerical studies reveal the underlying thermal actuated mechanism and provide insights into the design and operation of the switchable adhesive.Demonstrations of this concept in stamps for transfer printing of fragile objects,such as silicon wafers,silicon chips,and inorganic micro-LED chips,onto challenging non-adhesive surfaces illustrate its potential in heterogeneous material integration applications,such as flexible electronics manufacturing and deterministic assembly.展开更多

And the content of protein and amino acids in the polished rice of 5 varieties was detected,and the analysis of variance was performed for screening of the varieties containing high essential amino acids. The rice with high essential amino acids could be produced to meet people's rice quality requirements. The analysis of variance indicated that there were significant differences( F = 39. 262,p = 0. 01) in the content of essential amino acids among 5 kinds of rice varieties. By the Duncan's multiple comparison,the differences among rice varieties were calculated to obtain screening results. The aseptic seedlings:Yifeng 3321(7. 268),Yifeng 3315(6. 395),Yifeng 3317(5. 698),Yifeng 45(5. 567),Yifeng 14-24(5. 190). Rice: Yifeng 3321(2.998),Yifeng 14-24(2. 627),Yifeng 3317(2. 611),Yifeng 3315(2. 503),Yifeng 45(2. 281). Based on the estimated human daily requirement of essential amino acids and amino acids requirement pattern,it was found that the polished rice of 5 varieties was up to standard.The variety with the highest content of essential amino acids was Yifeng 3317(3830 mg/100g),followed by Yifeng 3321(3770 mg/100 g).The results showed that the high quality rice variety in this experiment was Yifeng 3321.展开更多
BACKGROUND Total laparoscopic distal gastrectomy(TLDG)is increasing due to some advantages over open surgery,which has generated interest in gastrointestinal surgeons.However,TLDG is technically demanding especially f...BACKGROUND Total laparoscopic distal gastrectomy(TLDG)is increasing due to some advantages over open surgery,which has generated interest in gastrointestinal surgeons.However,TLDG is technically demanding especially for lymphadenectomy and gastrointestinal reconstruction.During the course of training,trainee surgeons have less chances to perform open gastrectomy compared with that of senior surgeons.AIM To evaluate an appropriate,efficient and safe laparoscopic training procedures suitable for trainee surgeons.METHODS Ninety-two consecutive patients with gastric cancer who underwent TLDG plus Billroth I reconstruction using an augmented rectangle technique and involving trainees were reviewed.The trainees were taught a laparoscopic view of surgical anatomy,standard operative procedures and practiced essential laparoscopic skills.The TLDG procedure was divided into regional lymph node dissections and gastrointestinal reconstruction for analyzing trainee skills.Early surgical outcomes were compared between trainees and trainers to clarify the feasibility and safety of TLDG performed by trainees.Learning curves were used to assess the utility of our training system.RESULTS Five trainees performed a total of 52 TLDGs(56.5%),while 40 TLDGs were conducted by two trainers(43.5%).Except for depth of invasion and pathologic stage,there were no differences in clinicopathological characteristics.Trainers performed more D2 gastrectomies than trainees.The total operation time was significantly longer in the trainee group.The time spent during the lesser curvature lymph node dissection and the Billroth I reconstruction were similar between the two groups.No difference was found in postoperative complications between the two groups.The learning curve of the trainees plateaued after five TLDG cases.CONCLUSION Preparing trainees with a laparoscopic view of surgical anatomy,standard operative procedures and practice in essential laparoscopic skills enabled trainees to perform TLDG safely and feasibly.展开更多
The purpose of this work was to demonstrate the feasibility of neurite orientation dispersion and density imaging(NODDI)in characterizing the brain tissue microstructural changes of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MC...The purpose of this work was to demonstrate the feasibility of neurite orientation dispersion and density imaging(NODDI)in characterizing the brain tissue microstructural changes of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)in rats at 3T MRI,and to validate NODDI metrics with histology.A multi-shell diffusion MRI protocol was performed on 11 MCAO rats and 10 control rats at different post-operation time points of 0.5,2,6,12,24 and 72 h.NODDI orientation dispersion index(ODI)and intracellular volume fraction(V_(ic))metrics were compared between MCAO group and control group.The evolution of NODDI metrics was characterized and validated by histology.Infarction was consistent with significantly increased ODI and V_(ic)in comparison to control tissues at all time points(P<0.001).Lesion ODI increased gradually from 0.5 to 72 h,while its V_(ic)showed a more complicated and fluctuated evolution.ODI and V_(ic)were significantly different between hyperacute and acute stroke periods(P<0.001).The NODDI metrics were found to be consistent with the histological findings.In conclusion,NODDI can reflect microstructural changes of brain tissues in MCAO rats at 3T MRI and the metrics are consistent with histology.This study helps to prepare NODDI for the diagnosis and management of ischemic stroke in translational research and clinical practice.展开更多
Objective:The aim of the study was to probe into the impacts of the times of preventive transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) after operation treatment for patients with primary liver cancer on their surviva...Objective:The aim of the study was to probe into the impacts of the times of preventive transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) after operation treatment for patients with primary liver cancer on their survival. Methods:We selected 103 patients with primary liver cancer to conduct retrospective analysis who received preventive TACE after operation treatment between 2003 and 2008 and analyzed the impact of TACE times on the patients. Results:The survival rates for 103 patients after treatment with TACE for 1 year, 2 years and 3 years were 94.17%, 65.05% and 40.78% respectively. We adopted Kaplan-Meier to analyze the survival rate. When TACE times were more than 1 time (χ 2 = 7.779, P = 0.005; χ 2 = 11.806, P = 0.001) and 2 times (χ 2 = 4.306, P = 0.038; χ 2 = 4.769, P = 0.029), they respectively had statistics significance to increase 2-year survival rate and 3-year survival rate of patients. They have no significant relevance with 1-year survival rate (P > 0.05). When TACE time was more than 3 times, it had not statistics significance to enhance 1-, 2and 3-year survival rates of patients (P > 0.05). Conclusion:The 1-3 times of preventive TACE treatment can improve patients' survival rate in the near future.展开更多

The results show that the heavy rainfall at Changbei Airport often occurred from April to August,most in June,mostly from the evening to midnight. Visibility and runway visual range( RVR) were often affected by the heavy rainfall,but the proportion of weather processes below the take-off and landing standards was relatively small. The main influencing factors of heavy rainfall were low vortex shear,front,high trough and subtropical high edge. The changing characteristics of meteorological elements in the high-centroid rainfall processes were more obvious,and they had greater impact on flight.展开更多
Background Systemic inflammation and malnutrition have been proved to be correlated with poor survival in many cancers.Recently,the inflammation and nutrition based Glasgow prognostic score(GPS),based on serum levels ...Background Systemic inflammation and malnutrition have been proved to be correlated with poor survival in many cancers.Recently,the inflammation and nutrition based Glasgow prognostic score(GPS),based on serum levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and albumin,has been used to predict survival in cancer,including gastric cancer.However,the significance of GPS in metastatic gastric cancer remains unknown.This study investigates the significance of the modified Glasgow prognostic score(mGPS)for the survival in patients with metastatic gastric cancer.Methods The mGPS(albumin<35 g/L=1 and CRP >10 mg/L=1)was calculated on the basis of the data for 344 patients with metastatic gastric cancer.Patients were allocated into mGPS of 0,1,or 2 groups according to the scores.The prognostic significance was analyzed by univariate analyses.Results Significant correlations were found between overall survival and CRP and mGPS.Sex,hemoglobin,white cell count,neutrophils and CEA were each significantly correlated with the mGPS.Univariate analysis showed that only mGPS was significantly associated with overall survival(OR,1.254;95%CI,1.069-1.472;P=0.006).Kaplan-Meier analysis demonstrated significant differences among patients with mGPS of 0,1 and 2(P=0.017),with the mortality rate higher for higher mGPS patients.Conclusion mGPS based on inflammation and nutrition,can predict survival in patients with metastatic gastric cancer.展开更多

文摘Vitellogenesis is the main event of oocyte growth in oviparous animals,which is mainly manifested by the accumulation of vitellogenin(VTG).The accumulation of vitellogenin depends mainly on the absorption of exogenous vitellogenin,which enters oocyte through endocytosis mediated by its receptor(VGR).We investigated the expression and localization of VTG and VGR during gonad development of Pampus argenteus.The qPCR results show that vtgs were not expressed in male fish,but in the ovary and liver of female fish;the expression levels went up at first and then down.The expression levels of vgr in the testis were low and only 1%-3%of that in ovary.ELISA results show that during the ovarian development of P.argenteus,VTG in liver,serum,and ovary all showed a trend from increasing to decreasing.However,VTG in liver peaked in StageⅣ,and in serum and ovary peaked in Stage V,reflecting changes in the characteristics of VTG in the liver(synthesis),blood(transport),and ovaries(accumulation).During gonad development,VGR in the ovaries first increased and then decreased,reaching a peak in Stage V,in contrast to vgr mRNA expression.The VGR content in the testis was extremely low and stable,consistent with vgr mRNA.Immunohistochemistry results show that the location and intensity of VTG and VGR positive signals were synchronized with the changes of their protein content,which revealed that VTG was mainly synthesized in the liver cytoplasm,secreted into the blood,and transported to ovary in StageⅢ.VGR is highly expressed in oocytes in StageⅡ.In StageⅢ,a large amount of VTG reaches the ovary,when VGR begins to translate and is subsequently transported to the plasma membrane of the oocyte.Therefore,the positive signal of VGR was stronger near the plasma membrane of oocytes in StagesⅠandⅡ.By using qPCR,ELISA,and immunohistochemistry,the synthesis,transport,and accumulation of vitellogenin were elucidated and the mechanism of its endocytosis on egg membrane mediated by VTG during the development of P.argenteus was revealed preliminarily.

文摘Fermi-LAT LCR provides continuous and regularly sampled gamma-ray light curves, spanning about 14 yr, for a large sample of blazars. The log-normal flux distribution and linear rms–flux relation of the light curves for a few Fermi blazars have been examined in previous studies. However, the probability that blazars exhibit the log-normal flux distribution and linear rms–flux relation in their gamma-ray light curves has not been systematically explored.In this study, we comprehensively research the distribution of γ-ray flux and the statistical characteristics on a large sample of 1414 variable blazars from the Fermi-LAT LCR catalog, including 572 FSRQs, 477 BL Lacs, and 365BCUs, and statistically compare their flux distributions with normal and log-normal distributions. The results indicate that the probability of not rejecting log-normal is 42.05% for the large sample, and there is still a 2.05%probability of not rejecting normality, based on the joint of Kolmogorov–Smirnov, Shapiro–Wilk, and Normality tests. We further find that the probability that BL Lacs conform to the log-normal distribution is higher than that of FSRQs. Besides, after removing sources with less than 200 data points from this large sample, a sample of 549blazars, which is still a large sample compared to the previous studies, was obtained. Based on dividing the light curves into segments every 20 points(or 40 points, or one year), we fitted the linear rms–flux relation of these three different sets and found that the Pearson correlation coefficients are all close to 1 for most blazars. This result indicates a strong linear correlation between the rms and the flux of these 549 blazars. The log-normal distribution and linear rms–flux relation indicate that the variability of the γ-ray flux for most blazars is a non-linear and multiplicative process.

文摘The incidence of esophagogastric junction(EGJ)adenocarcinoma has shown an upward trend over the past several decades worldwide.In this article,we review previous studies and aimed to provide an update on the factors related to the surgical treatment of EGJ adenocarcinoma.The Siewert classification has implications for lymph node spread and is the most commonly used classification.Different types of EGJ cancer have different incidences of mediastinal and abdominal lymph node metastases,and different surgical approaches have unique advantages and disadvantages.Minimally invasive surgeries have been increasingly applied in clinical practice and show comparable oncologic outcomes.Endoscopic resection may be a good therapy for early EGJ cancer.Additionally,there is still a great need for well-designed,large RCTs to forward our knowledge on the surgical treatment of EGJ cancer.

文摘Heterogeneous network(HetNet) as a promising technology to improve spectrum efficiency and system capacity has been concerned by many scholars, which brings huge challenges for power allocation and interference management in multicell network structures. Although some works have been done for power allocation in heterogeneous femtocell networks, most of them focus centralized schemes for single-cell network under interference constraint of macrocell user. In this paper, a sum-rate maximization based power allocation algorithm is proposed for a downlink cognitive Het Net with one macrocell network and multiple microcell networks. The original power allocation optimization problem with the consideration of cross-tier interference constraint, maximum transmit power constraint of microcell base station and inter-cell interference of microcell networks is converted into a geometric programming problem which can be solved by Lagrange dual method in a distributed way. Simulation results demonstrate the performance and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm by comparing with the equal power allocation scheme.
文摘Purpose:To investigate the efficacy of applying fast-track surgery(FTS)to elderly patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods:Elderly patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer received FTS(n=31)or routine(n=31)nursing care.The time to first anal exhaust,oral feeding and leaving the bed,duration of postoperative hospital stay and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Patients receiving FTS nursing demonstrated significantly shorter times to exhaust,oral feeding and leaving the bed compared with those receiving routine nursing(all p<0.01).Furthermore,there were significantly fewer incidences of postoperative pulmonary and urinary tract infections and intestinal adhesion in patients receiving FTS nursing(all p<0.05).Conclusion:Application of FTS in elderly patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer facilitates an early rehabilitation after surgery,but places higher demands on nursing care.

文摘Reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)is an emerging meta-surface that can provide additional communications links through reflecting the signals,and has been recognized as a strong candidate of 6G mobile communications systems.Meanwhile,it has been recently admitted that implementing artificial intelligence(AI)into RIS communications will extensively benefit the reconfiguration capacity and enhance the robustness to complicated transmission environments.Besides the conventional model-driven approaches,AI can also deal with the existing signal processing problems in a data-driven manner via digging the inherent characteristic from the real data.Hence,AI is particularly suitable for the signal processing problems over RIS networks under unideal scenarios like modeling mismatching,insufficient resource,hardware impairment,as well as dynamical transmissions.As one of the earliest survey papers,we will introduce the merging of AI and RIS,called AIRIS,over various signal processing topics,including environmental sensing,channel acquisition,beamforming design,and resource scheduling,etc.We will also discuss the challenges of AIRIS and present some interesting future directions.

文摘Recently cellular networks have been densely and heterogeneously deployed indoors and outdoors to expand the network capacity,and thus the in-building propagation loss and the transmit power diversity of access points will exacerbate link heterogeneity and result in partial unidirectional strong interference.To make full use of the strong interference feature,we propose the successive interference cancellation and alignment(SICA)scheme in the K-user interference channel with partial unidirectional strong interference.SICA is designed to transmit two kinds of data streams simultaneously,the alignment streams and superposition streams.The alignment streams will follow the interference alignment criterion to maintain the optimal degrees of freedom(DoF)performance;the superposition streams are handled via successive interference cancellation at all the strongly interfered receivers to improve the overall achievable rate.The joint transceiver designs for SICA is modeled as a weighted sum rate(WSR)maximization problem,and then can be alternately solved for a local optimum according to the optimality equivalence between WSR and its corresponding weighted mean square error(WMMSE)problem.Simulation results have confirmed the sum rate improvement and DoF optimality of the proposed SICA scheme.
文摘BACKGROUND Laparoscopic distal gastrectomy(LDG)for gastric cancer has been progressed and popular in Japan,since it was first described in 1994.Several reconstruction methods can be adopted according to remnant stomach size,and balance of pros and cons.Roux-en-Y(R-Y)reconstruction is a one of standard options after LDG.Its complications include Petersen’s hernia and Roux stasis syndrome.Here we report our ingenious attempt,fixation of Roux limb and duodenal stump,for decreasing the development of Petersen’s hernia and Roux stasis syndrome.AIM To develop a method to decrease the development of Petersen’s hernia and Roux stasis syndrome.METHODS We performed ante-colic R-Y reconstruction after LDG.After R-Y reconstruction,we fixed Roux limb onto the duodenal stump in a smooth radian.Via this small improvement in Roux limb,Roux limb was placed to the right of the ligament of Treitz.This not only changed the anatomy of the Petersen’s defect,but it also kept a fluent direction of gastrointestinal anastomosis and avoided a cross-angle after jejunojejunostomy.31 patients with gastric cancer was performed this technique after R-Y reconstruction.Clinical parameters including clinicopathologic characteristics,perioperative outcomes,postoperative complication and follow-up data were evaluated.RESULTS The operative time was(308.0±84.6 min).This improvement method took about 10 min.Two(6.5%)patients experienced pneumonia and pancreatitis,respectively.No patient required reoperation or readmission.All patients were followed up for at least 3 year,and none of the patients developed postoperative complications related to internal hernia or Roux stasis syndrome.CONCLUSION This 10 min technique is a very effective method to decrease the development of Petersen’s hernia and Roux stasis syndrome in patients who undergo LDG.
文摘Objective:The aim of the study was to analyze the tumor recurrence factors in patients of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC) with postoperative transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE).Methods:A total of 121 cases of PHC by TACE after 1-2 months of surgery was retrospectively analyzed,followed up and analyzed the free survival time and the factors related to tumor-free survival.Results:In all 121 cases,1-,2-,and 3-year tumor-free survival rates were 72.73%,46.21% and 28.93%,respectively.Gender,age,HBV infection,tumor size,capsule is complete,degree of differentiation and the presence of vascular thrombosis were put into the COX proportional hazards model of survival time to select the influential variables.In the clinical data of all variables entering COX proportional hazards model,tumor size,tumor differentiation and the presence of vascular thrombosis were statistically significant contributions to the model.In the tumor diameter less than or equal 10 cm [P=0.040,Exp (B)=2.210],vascular thrombosis [P=0.039,Exp (B)=2.922] and the lower degree of tumor differentiation [P=0.035,Exp (B)=3.038],the risk of tumor recent recurrence increased.Conclusion:Tumor size,differentiation,and the presence of vascular thrombosis are the independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of PHC after TACE.

文摘Transfer printing based on switchable adhesive that heterogeneously integrates materials is essential to develop novel electronic systems,such as flexible electronics and micro LED displays.Here,we report a robust design of a thermal actuated switchable dry adhesive,which features a stiff sphere embedded in a thermally responsive shape memory polymer(SMP)substrate and encapsulated by an elastomeric membrane.This construct bypasses the unfavorable micro-and nano-fabrication processes and yields an adhesion switchability of over1000 by combining the peel-rate dependent effect of the elastomeric membrane and the thermal actuation of the sub-surface embedded stiff sphere.Experimental and numerical studies reveal the underlying thermal actuated mechanism and provide insights into the design and operation of the switchable adhesive.Demonstrations of this concept in stamps for transfer printing of fragile objects,such as silicon wafers,silicon chips,and inorganic micro-LED chips,onto challenging non-adhesive surfaces illustrate its potential in heterogeneous material integration applications,such as flexible electronics manufacturing and deterministic assembly.

文摘With 5 rice varieties( Yifeng 3321,Yifeng 3315,Yifeng 3317,Yifeng 45,Yifeng 14-24) as the experimental objects,the aseptic seedling method was used to culture the rice seeds,and the HPLC was used to determine the content of amino acids in aseptic rice seedlings as well as the total content of 8 kinds of essential amino acids and the content of protein. And the content of protein and amino acids in the polished rice of 5 varieties was detected,and the analysis of variance was performed for screening of the varieties containing high essential amino acids. The rice with high essential amino acids could be produced to meet people's rice quality requirements. The analysis of variance indicated that there were significant differences( F = 39. 262,p = 0. 01) in the content of essential amino acids among 5 kinds of rice varieties. By the Duncan's multiple comparison,the differences among rice varieties were calculated to obtain screening results. The aseptic seedlings:Yifeng 3321(7. 268),Yifeng 3315(6. 395),Yifeng 3317(5. 698),Yifeng 45(5. 567),Yifeng 14-24(5. 190). Rice: Yifeng 3321(2.998),Yifeng 14-24(2. 627),Yifeng 3317(2. 611),Yifeng 3315(2. 503),Yifeng 45(2. 281). Based on the estimated human daily requirement of essential amino acids and amino acids requirement pattern,it was found that the polished rice of 5 varieties was up to standard.The variety with the highest content of essential amino acids was Yifeng 3317(3830 mg/100g),followed by Yifeng 3321(3770 mg/100 g).The results showed that the high quality rice variety in this experiment was Yifeng 3321.

文摘BACKGROUND Total laparoscopic distal gastrectomy(TLDG)is increasing due to some advantages over open surgery,which has generated interest in gastrointestinal surgeons.However,TLDG is technically demanding especially for lymphadenectomy and gastrointestinal reconstruction.During the course of training,trainee surgeons have less chances to perform open gastrectomy compared with that of senior surgeons.AIM To evaluate an appropriate,efficient and safe laparoscopic training procedures suitable for trainee surgeons.METHODS Ninety-two consecutive patients with gastric cancer who underwent TLDG plus Billroth I reconstruction using an augmented rectangle technique and involving trainees were reviewed.The trainees were taught a laparoscopic view of surgical anatomy,standard operative procedures and practiced essential laparoscopic skills.The TLDG procedure was divided into regional lymph node dissections and gastrointestinal reconstruction for analyzing trainee skills.Early surgical outcomes were compared between trainees and trainers to clarify the feasibility and safety of TLDG performed by trainees.Learning curves were used to assess the utility of our training system.RESULTS Five trainees performed a total of 52 TLDGs(56.5%),while 40 TLDGs were conducted by two trainers(43.5%).Except for depth of invasion and pathologic stage,there were no differences in clinicopathological characteristics.Trainers performed more D2 gastrectomies than trainees.The total operation time was significantly longer in the trainee group.The time spent during the lesser curvature lymph node dissection and the Billroth I reconstruction were similar between the two groups.No difference was found in postoperative complications between the two groups.The learning curve of the trainees plateaued after five TLDG cases.CONCLUSION Preparing trainees with a laparoscopic view of surgical anatomy,standard operative procedures and practice in essential laparoscopic skills enabled trainees to perform TLDG safely and feasibly.

文摘The purpose of this work was to demonstrate the feasibility of neurite orientation dispersion and density imaging(NODDI)in characterizing the brain tissue microstructural changes of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)in rats at 3T MRI,and to validate NODDI metrics with histology.A multi-shell diffusion MRI protocol was performed on 11 MCAO rats and 10 control rats at different post-operation time points of 0.5,2,6,12,24 and 72 h.NODDI orientation dispersion index(ODI)and intracellular volume fraction(V_(ic))metrics were compared between MCAO group and control group.The evolution of NODDI metrics was characterized and validated by histology.Infarction was consistent with significantly increased ODI and V_(ic)in comparison to control tissues at all time points(P<0.001).Lesion ODI increased gradually from 0.5 to 72 h,while its V_(ic)showed a more complicated and fluctuated evolution.ODI and V_(ic)were significantly different between hyperacute and acute stroke periods(P<0.001).The NODDI metrics were found to be consistent with the histological findings.In conclusion,NODDI can reflect microstructural changes of brain tissues in MCAO rats at 3T MRI and the metrics are consistent with histology.This study helps to prepare NODDI for the diagnosis and management of ischemic stroke in translational research and clinical practice.
文摘Objective:The aim of the study was to probe into the impacts of the times of preventive transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) after operation treatment for patients with primary liver cancer on their survival. Methods:We selected 103 patients with primary liver cancer to conduct retrospective analysis who received preventive TACE after operation treatment between 2003 and 2008 and analyzed the impact of TACE times on the patients. Results:The survival rates for 103 patients after treatment with TACE for 1 year, 2 years and 3 years were 94.17%, 65.05% and 40.78% respectively. We adopted Kaplan-Meier to analyze the survival rate. When TACE times were more than 1 time (χ 2 = 7.779, P = 0.005; χ 2 = 11.806, P = 0.001) and 2 times (χ 2 = 4.306, P = 0.038; χ 2 = 4.769, P = 0.029), they respectively had statistics significance to increase 2-year survival rate and 3-year survival rate of patients. They have no significant relevance with 1-year survival rate (P > 0.05). When TACE time was more than 3 times, it had not statistics significance to enhance 1-, 2and 3-year survival rates of patients (P > 0.05). Conclusion:The 1-3 times of preventive TACE treatment can improve patients' survival rate in the near future.

文摘Based on the hourly observation data of heavy rainfall at Changbei Airport from 2011 to 2018,the main characteristics of heavy rainfall at the airport were analyzed. The results show that the heavy rainfall at Changbei Airport often occurred from April to August,most in June,mostly from the evening to midnight. Visibility and runway visual range( RVR) were often affected by the heavy rainfall,but the proportion of weather processes below the take-off and landing standards was relatively small. The main influencing factors of heavy rainfall were low vortex shear,front,high trough and subtropical high edge. The changing characteristics of meteorological elements in the high-centroid rainfall processes were more obvious,and they had greater impact on flight.

文摘Background Systemic inflammation and malnutrition have been proved to be correlated with poor survival in many cancers.Recently,the inflammation and nutrition based Glasgow prognostic score(GPS),based on serum levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and albumin,has been used to predict survival in cancer,including gastric cancer.However,the significance of GPS in metastatic gastric cancer remains unknown.This study investigates the significance of the modified Glasgow prognostic score(mGPS)for the survival in patients with metastatic gastric cancer.Methods The mGPS(albumin<35 g/L=1 and CRP >10 mg/L=1)was calculated on the basis of the data for 344 patients with metastatic gastric cancer.Patients were allocated into mGPS of 0,1,or 2 groups according to the scores.The prognostic significance was analyzed by univariate analyses.Results Significant correlations were found between overall survival and CRP and mGPS.Sex,hemoglobin,white cell count,neutrophils and CEA were each significantly correlated with the mGPS.Univariate analysis showed that only mGPS was significantly associated with overall survival(OR,1.254;95%CI,1.069-1.472;P=0.006).Kaplan-Meier analysis demonstrated significant differences among patients with mGPS of 0,1 and 2(P=0.017),with the mortality rate higher for higher mGPS patients.Conclusion mGPS based on inflammation and nutrition,can predict survival in patients with metastatic gastric cancer.
