GaN-based vertical P-i-N diode with mesa edge terminal structure due to electric field crowding effect, the breakdown voltage of the device is significantly reduced. This work investigates three terminal structures, including deeply etched, bevel, and stepped-mesas terminal structures, to suppress electric field crowding effects at the device and junction edges. Deeply-etched mesa terminal yields a breakdown voltage of 1205 V, i.e., 89% of the ideal voltage. The bevel-mesa terminal achieves about 89% of the ideal breakdown voltage, while the step-mesa terminal is less effective in mitigating electric field crowding, at about 32% of the ideal voltage. This work can provide an important reference for the design of high-power, high-voltage GaN-based P-i-N power devices, finding a terminal protection structure suitable for GaNPiN diodes to further enhance the breakdown performance of the device and to unleash the full potential of GaN semiconductor materials. 展开更多

桂辐98-296补种延长宿根蔗年限模式农艺性状及经济效益分析

利用桂辐98-296(GF296)甘蔗种茎直接补种桂糖44号的第3年宿根蔗,探究延长宿根2年的可行性,为进一步推广甘蔗种茎直接补种延长宿根年限新技术提供依据。选取完成砍收的桂糖44号(GT44)第2年宿根蔗地块作为试验地,利用桂辐98-296种茎对其... 利用桂辐98-296(GF296)甘蔗种茎直接补种桂糖44号的第3年宿根蔗,探究延长宿根2年的可行性,为进一步推广甘蔗种茎直接补种延长宿根年限新技术提供依据。选取完成砍收的桂糖44号(GT44)第2年宿根蔗地块作为试验地,利用桂辐98-296种茎对其缺株断垄蔗畦进行直接补种,调查种茎直接补种延长1年宿根年限(即GT44宿根蔗第3年)的混合群体1 (简称“混1”)[GF296种茎直接补种的新植+GT44延长第1年宿根(简称“宿根1”)]和补种延长2年宿根年限(即GT44宿根蔗第3年)的混合群体2 (简称“混2”)[GF296种茎直接补种后第1年宿根蔗+GT44延长第2年宿根蔗(简称“宿根2”)],以及其对应年份的不补种群体为对照CK1、CK2,调查上述群体的农艺性状指标和经济效益。实验结果表明,补种后第1年混1群体中,GF296出苗率86.25%、成茎率81.43%,达到了生产上的正常水平;GT44宿根1发株率与CK1相当;混1群体的蔗茎产量为87.79 t/hm^(2),比CK1增产22.52 t/hm^(2),增幅达34.50%,差异达极显著水平;混1群体比CK1增收7114.10元/hm^(2),制糖企业增收15950.00元/hm^(2)。混2群体中,GF296宿根蔗的发株率高达226.56%,而GT44宿根蔗2与CK2的发株率分别为68.91%、65.51%,两者也基本处于同一水平;混2群体的蔗茎产量为91.85 t/hm^(2),比CK2增产50.29t/hm^(2),增幅达121.01%,差异亦达极显著水平;混2与CK2经济效益比较,蔗农纯增收20116.00元/hm^(2),制糖企业增效39614.00元/hm^(2)。GF296种茎直接补种GT44宿根蔗,从农艺性状的表现是可行的,能有效延长了2年宿根年限,从经济效益而言是划算的,适宜大面积推广。 展开更多

脂肪胺修饰的CoO纳米粒子催化分子氧选择氧化芳香烃(英文)

以分子氧为氧化剂实现烃类的选择氧化在学术研究和工业应用中均具有重要的意义.钴氧化物(CoOx)纳米粒子在催化烃类选择氧化过程中具有较高的催化活性,其粒径、孔结构以及组分等因素均对催化活性有着重要的影响.由于烃类氧化反应过程中... 以分子氧为氧化剂实现烃类的选择氧化在学术研究和工业应用中均具有重要的意义.钴氧化物(CoOx)纳米粒子在催化烃类选择氧化过程中具有较高的催化活性,其粒径、孔结构以及组分等因素均对催化活性有着重要的影响.由于烃类氧化反应过程中生成的产物分子极性大于底物分子,使得疏水的催化剂对该类反应有利.而CoOx由于自身表面羟基的存在呈亲水性质,因此可以通过疏水修饰进一步提升CoOx的催化活性.我们课题组报道了通过有机硅烷的修饰方法制备了疏水钴基二氧化硅材料,该过程是通过对载体的间接修饰而达到调控催化剂亲疏水微环境的目的.然而,关于CoOx活性位点的直接疏水修饰较少报道,对于CoOx进行修饰制备疏水纳米粒子是一个具有挑战性的工作.本文利用有机胺对CoOx纳米粒子进行有机修饰,得到了丁胺(BA)修饰的BA-CoO和十二胺(DA)修饰的DA-CoO催化剂,静态水滴接触角分别为126°和143°,证明了其表面呈疏水性质,并且二者疏水角度具有一定的差异.通过X射线粉末衍射测定了催化剂的晶型为立方相CoO,从高分辨透射电镜结果也观察到了CoO(111)晶面的晶格条纹,晶面间距为0.25nm.通过透射电镜表征方法,对纳米粒子的形貌和粒径大小进行分析,BA-CoO和DA-CoO均为纳米立方体的形貌,其中DA-CoO的纳米粒子相对均匀并且粒径更小,这可能是由于DA的碱性相对于BA较弱,从而使得前驱体分解更慢导致.进一步通过红外光谱和X射线光电子能谱证明了纳米粒子中有机胺的存在.在催化芳香烃类分子氧氧化反应中,疏水性的DA-CoO和BA-CoO均表现出比亲水性的CoO更高的催化活性,其中DA-CoO催化乙苯转化率为53%,苯乙酮选择性为78%;而亲水的CoO对应的转化率和选择性分别为18%和69%.通过利用DA和2-辛醇体系对商品化的CoO进行修饰,经过250℃处理5h得到了疏水的CoO,水滴接触角为143°.将该催化剂应用在乙苯氧化中,对比处理前后的催化剂活性,转化率从18%提高到45%,这说明疏水性质是影响CoO催化乙苯氧化活性的重要因素.有机胺修饰的CoO纳米粒子在烃类催化氧化中的活性增加,这种有机胺修饰的方法为其它金属氧化物的疏水性修饰提供了参考. 展开更多

AIM:To investigate the clinical features and prognostic factors of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)patients presenting with lung metastasis at initial diagnosis. METHODS:Between 2001 and 2010,we recruited 76 consecutive HCC patients initially presenting with lung metastasis,without co-existing metastasis from other sites.These patients were divided into three groups:untreated group(n=22),single treatment group(n= 19),and combined treatment group(n=35). RESULTS:Metastasis of bilateral lung lobes was common and noted in 35 patients(46.1%),and most of patients(59/76,77.6%)presented with multiple lung metastatic nodules.Nineteen patients(25.0%) received single-method treatment,including hepatectomy in 4,transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in 6,radiotherapy in 5,and oral sorafenib in 4.Thirty-five patients(46.1%)received combined treatment modalities.The overall median survival of the all patients was 8.7±0.6 mo;4.1±0.3,6.3±2.5 and 18.6±3.9 mo, respectively in the untreated group,single treatment group and combined treatment group,respectively, with a significant difference(log-rank test,P<0.001). Multivariate analysis revealed that Child-Pugh score, the absence or presence of portal vein tumor thrombus,and treatment modality were three independent prognostic factors affecting survival of patients with advanced HCC and concomitant lung metastasis. CONCLUSION:Combined treatment modalities tend to result in a better survival as compared with the conservative treatment or single treatment modality for HCC patients initially presenting with lung metastasis. 展开更多

In response to the awareness of limited fossil resources and environmental concerns,catalytic conversion of renewable lignocellulose biomass to value-added chemicals and fuels is of great significance and attractive for sustainable chemistry.Division of Biomass Conversion and Bio-Energy attached to Dalian National Laboratory for Clean Energy has devoted themselves to valorization of lignocellulose biomass since launched in 2011.Our research interests focus on breeding of biomass resources(inulin and microalgae),exploration of catalytic and biological technologies,and production of energy chemicals and fuels.Although lignocellulose biomass is renewable and abundant,the way of utilization should be reasonable according to its structural characteristics in view of efficiency and economy.In this review,to celebrate the DICP's 70 th anniversary,we will highlight the major fundamental advances in DICP about the conversion of lignocellulose to value-added chemicals and liquid fuels.Particular attention will be paid to the transformation of cellulose and its derivatives to glycols,acids and nitrogen-containing chemicals,hemicellulose-derived platform molecule furfural to jet fuels and lignin to aromatics using catalytic technologies. 展开更多

Efficient catalytic oxidation of ethylbenzene to acetophenone was realized using the catalytic system of cobalt zeolitic imidazolate framework ZIF-67/N-hydroxyphthalimide(NHPI) under mild conditions. 95.2% conversion of ethylbenzene with 90.3% selectivity to acetophenone could be obtained at 373 K under 0.3 MPa O2 for 9 h. The results show that there exists synergetic effect between ZIF-67 and NHPI. 1-Phenylethyl hydroperoxide(PEHP) was generated via a radical process involving the hydrogen abstraction from ethylbenzene by phthalimide N-oxyl, and subsequently effectively decomposed to acetophenone by ZIF-67. 展开更多

In order to study the effect of recycled plastic particles on the physical and mechanical properties of concrete,recycled plastic concrete with 0,3%,5%and 7%content(by weight)was designed.The compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and the change of mass caused by water absorption during curing were measured.The results show that the strength of concrete is increased by adding recycled plastic into concrete.Among them,the compressive strength and the splitting tensile strength of concrete is the best when the plastic content is 5%.With the increase of plastic content,the development speed of early strength slows down.Silane coupling agent plays a positive role in the strength of recycled plastic concrete.The water absorption saturation of concrete has been basically completed in the early stage.The addition of silane coupling agent makes the porosity of concrete reduce and the water absorption of concrete become poor.By summing up the physical and mechanical properties of recycled plastic concrete,it could be found that the addition of recycled plastic was effective for the modification of concrete materials.Under the control of the amount of recycled plastic,the strength of concrete with recycled plastic aggregates can meet the engineering requirements. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Children are a unique patient population.Anesthesia for pediatric abdominal surgery has long been achieved mainly with intravenous amiodarone and propofol alone or combined with other anesthetics.The incidence of complications and postoperative adverse reactions is relatively high owing to the imperfect development of various protocols for children.Choosing the most appropriate anesthesia program is an important means of reducing adverse reactions.AIM To explore the clinical value of propofol combined with lidocaine-assisted anesthesia in pediatric surgery.METHODS A total of 120 children who underwent abdominal surgery at our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were selected and divided into groups A and B using the random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.Group B received ketamine for anesthesia,while group A received ketamine,propofol,and lidocaine.The pre-and postoperative heart rate(HR);mean arterial pressure(MAP);arterial oxygen saturation(SpO_(2));serum adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),interleukin-6(IL-6),and cortisol(Cor)levels;restlessness score during the recovery period[Paediatric Anesthesia Emergence Delirium Scale(PAED)];and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The HR,MAP,and SpO_(2) Level at five minutes before initiating anesthesia were compared between groups A and B,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At 10 and 20 minutes after anesthesia initiation,the HR and MAP were lower in group A compared with group B(P<0.05).The differences in preoperative serum ACTH,IL-6,and Cor levels between groups A and B were not statistically significant(P>0.05);however,the postoperative serum ACTH,IL-6,and Cor levels in group A were lower compared with group B(P<0.05).Furthermore,the visual analog scale scores of group A at 2 h and 8 h postoperative were lower than those in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean PAED score in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05),and the incidence of restlessness in group A was 23.33%lower than that in group B(36.67%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in group A than in group B(6.25%vs 16.25%).CONCLUSION The anesthetic effect of propofol combined with lidocaine and ketamine in pediatric surgery was better than that of ketamine alone,and had less influence on hemodynamics and pediatric stress response indices,lower incidence of restlessness in the recovery period,and lower incidence of adverse reactions. 展开更多

目的评估新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)样本混采对提取、扩增步骤的影响。方法取10只阴性咽拭子储存在6 ml病毒保存液中,充分混匀后1∶2、1∶10稀释,加入灭活2019-nCoV病毒培养液,以模拟10混1、5混1和单人份检测。使用a、b、c 3种提取方式和... 目的评估新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)样本混采对提取、扩增步骤的影响。方法取10只阴性咽拭子储存在6 ml病毒保存液中,充分混匀后1∶2、1∶10稀释,加入灭活2019-nCoV病毒培养液,以模拟10混1、5混1和单人份检测。使用a、b、c 3种提取方式和体系不同的核酸提取试剂及A~E 5种模板上样量和检测灵敏度不同的扩增试剂分别进行提取和扩增。结果对于相同的模拟混采样本,a提取的模板比b、c提取的模板检测循环阈值(Ct)分别提前2.10±0.47和3.46±0.62;扩增相同的混采核酸模板,A试剂的N基因Ct值比B试剂提前1.16±0.48,ORF1ab基因Ct提前2.36±0.54。扩增体系中加入10拭子核酸使A试剂检测Ct值滞后1.36±0.32,对B试剂无影响。使用a试剂提取,10混1混采后,C、D、E试剂的扩增Ct值比检测单拭子样本高1.66±0.39。对于400拷贝/ml的10混1样本,C、E试剂均可检出,D试剂的N基因漏检。结论混采引入的大量人基因组DNA干扰提取和扩增效率。在加大样本提取体积、提高提取试剂性能的同时,应选择大模板量上样、检测灵敏度高的扩增试剂,方可提高系统灵敏度和结果稳定性,大大降低漏检风险。 展开更多

我国OBI献血者中乙型肝炎病毒BCP/前C区及C区的分子特征

目的获得我国隐匿性乙型肝炎病毒感染(occult HBV infection,OBI)人群中乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)基本核心启动子区(basic core promoter,BCP)、前C区和C区序列特征,为进一步阐明该区域与OBI的关系奠定基础。方法收集2016—2... 目的获得我国隐匿性乙型肝炎病毒感染(occult HBV infection,OBI)人群中乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)基本核心启动子区(basic core promoter,BCP)、前C区和C区序列特征,为进一步阐明该区域与OBI的关系奠定基础。方法收集2016—2018年全国18个省、自治区和直辖市的43家血站实验室,经日常检测后HBV DNA阳性的血浆样本。经实验室确认后HBsAg阳性样本和OBI样本各入组不少于200例,针对HBV BCP/前C区、C区和S区进行半巢式或巢式PCR和Sanger测序及序列分析。结果完成测序417例样本,其中HBsAg阳性样本216例和OBI阳性201例,均为基因型B和C。HBsAg阳性组该区域的突变频率明显高于OBI组。在B基因型中仅发现1个OBI高频突变A1896G,在C基因型中发现T1762A/A1764G、T1803A/G、A1986G、T1866A(D22E)等OBI高频突变。在C基因型中发现的前C区ε-反式作用元件区域(1847-1907 nt)突变G1888T可能会改变前基因组RNA的茎环结构,从而影响其的转录。此外,还在OBI组首次发现了BCP区1756-1775 nt缺失突变,可能会直接影响HBsAg和HBeAg的表达,从而导致OBI的发生。结论本研究深入分析了我国OBI献血者中BCP区、前C区、C区的序列基本特征,发现HBsAg阳性组该区域突变频率显著高于OBI组,TA缺失突变和G1888T可能会导致OBI的发生。 展开更多

Quadratic Yukawa coupling and matrix Yukawa coupling in the large N expansion

In this article,we study three types of new Yukawa couplings(the boson field is coupled to the fermion field).Two of them are quadratic Yukawa couplings(the boson field is in the form of a vector),and the other one is the matrix Yukawa coupling(the boson field is in the form of a matrix).Based on the above three couplings,we introduce the Higgs mechanism,and find out the properties of the generated mass for the fermions with multiple flavors.For the matrix boson,we introduce its coupling with non-Abelian gauge field.It turns out that the generated mass of the gauge field through the Higgs mechanism is unique.In the large N limit,using the method of auxiliary field,we study the dynamical behaviors of the quadratic Yukawa couplings,including the poles of some dressed propagators. 展开更多
