本文报道5例经由伊曲康唑口服液治疗成功的婴儿脓癣并复习相关文献。5例患儿,年龄2~12个月,临床表现为头皮红斑、鳞屑、脓肿、脱发,诊断依据为皮肤镜下病发特点及取病发行钙荧光白染色后荧光显微镜检确认真菌孢子和(或)菌丝累及毛干、... 本文报道5例经由伊曲康唑口服液治疗成功的婴儿脓癣并复习相关文献。5例患儿,年龄2~12个月,临床表现为头皮红斑、鳞屑、脓肿、脱发,诊断依据为皮肤镜下病发特点及取病发行钙荧光白染色后荧光显微镜检确认真菌孢子和(或)菌丝累及毛干、头皮。5例经伊曲康唑口服液5 mg/kg·d治疗后均痊愈,疗程3~12周。1例治疗过程中出现可逆性轻度短暂腹泻,未停药逐渐缓解。通过文献检索到7例伊曲康唑治疗婴儿头癣的报道,对病例特点及疗效进行分析总结。伊曲康唑口服液治疗婴儿头癣方便、安全、有效且耐受性良好。 展开更多

目的临床上发现用可乐或牛奶送服伊曲康唑胶囊可提高其生物利用度和治疗效果,本研究旨在比较伊曲康唑胶囊微丸在蒸馏水、牛奶(全脂、低脂以及脱脂牛奶,伊利乳业)和可乐(可口可乐)中的溶出度。方法进行伊曲康唑微丸溶出度试验,采用液相色... 目的临床上发现用可乐或牛奶送服伊曲康唑胶囊可提高其生物利用度和治疗效果,本研究旨在比较伊曲康唑胶囊微丸在蒸馏水、牛奶(全脂、低脂以及脱脂牛奶,伊利乳业)和可乐(可口可乐)中的溶出度。方法进行伊曲康唑微丸溶出度试验,采用液相色谱-串联质谱法对伊曲康唑微丸在溶出度试验中不同阶段的溶出浓度进行检测。结果自然pH的蒸馏水、牛奶、可乐中,伊曲康唑溶出度:可乐>牛奶>蒸馏水。从溶解平均最高浓度来看,可乐溶解伊曲康唑的能力约是牛奶的2.36~3.19倍,是蒸馏水的10.37倍。在蛋白质含量相同的情况下,全脂牛奶(脂肪6%)在牛奶中溶出能力最强。结论推荐临床上使用可乐或者全脂牛奶送服伊曲康唑胶囊,可增加药物溶出度,促进胃肠道吸收。 展开更多

Transdermal drug delivery refers to a means of delivering drugs through the surface of the skin for local or systemic treatment. The drug functions after absorption through the skin into the systemic circulation via capillary action at a certain rate. Use of traditional physical and chemical enhancers to improve the transdermal permeation rate by increasing drug solubility, diffusion coefficient, and reservoir effect is not feasible owing to the toxic side effects of the overuse of chemical penetration enhancers. Nanoformulations generally vary in size and range from 10 nm to 100 nm. The smaller particle size leads to increased drug permeability, stability, retention, and targeting, making nano-formulations suitable for transdermal drug delivery. The different applications of nano-formulations(vesicles or nanoparticles and nanoemulsions) have been widely studied. Here, the classification, characteristics, transdermal mechanism, and application of the most popular nano-formulations in transdermal drug delivery system are reviewed. 展开更多

Introduction:Nail psoriasis is a type of psoriasis involving nail lesions characterized by pitting,onycholysis,longitudinal ridges,and subungual hyperkeratosis.We herein describe a 9-year-old girl with nail psoriasis who presented with nail crumbling and was treated with topical cream containing 45μg/g mouse monoclonal antibody to human interleukin-8.Case presentation:A 9-year-old Chinese girl presented with a 6-month history of a rough,thickened fingernail and toenails.Nail plate crumbling,onycholysis,and fissured periungual folds were observed under dermoscopy and ultraviolet dermoscopy.The nails were soaked in warm water,then topical wrapped with Abcream cream overnight.After about 4 months of treatment,the nails significantly improved by both dermoscopy and ultraviolet-dermoscopy evaluattion.Discussion:Due to the different wavelengths of light emitted by polarized light dermatoscope and ultraviolet-dermatoscope,the characteristics of observation will be different.Abcream acts by antagonizing human interleukin-8,inhibiting leukocyte chemotaxis and neovascularization,and regulating the abnormal proliferation and differentiation of keratinocytes.Conclusion:Ultraviolet-dermoscopy is pivotal in evaluating the severity and potency of nail psoriasis.And Abcream can be regarded as a new drug for the treatment of nail psoriasis in children. 展开更多

To the Editor:Bowen disease(BD)is a squamous cell carcinoma in situ that can progress into invasive carcinoma.[1]Pigmented BDis a rare variant of squamous cell carcinoma in situ that can be diagnosed pathologically.It is usually characterized by slow-growing,welldefined,and non-uniform hyperpigmented plaque.[2]It is also characterized by the increased melanin pigment in the epidermis or papillary dermis in addition to the alteration of BD.In a study,7(1.67%)of 420 BD cases were pigmented.[1]Although the exact underlying mechanism of pigmented BD is unclear,pigmentation is due to the presence of an increased number of melanocytic hyperplasia by hypertrophic dendritic processes dispersed through the tumor.[3]Pigmented BD with no scaling and keratosis indicates well-differentiated stages of atypical keratinocytes developing melanin.[3]Later atypical keratinocytes result in loss of pigmentation,keratosis,and scaling.Herein,we present a rare case of pigmented BD on the proximal nail fold. 展开更多
