Objective:To systematically evaluate the safety and efficacy of acupuncture on patients with postherpetic neuralgia. Methods:Based on the heyword retrieval method,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI,1978-2020),China Biomedical Literature database(CBM,1979-2020),VIP database(WEIPU,1989-2020),Wanfang database(1989-2020),Cochrane Library,PubMed,and Embase were searched;randomized controlled trials of the use of acupuncture in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia were screened out;the quality of the included literatures was evaluated based on the evaluation criteria in the Cochrane Handbook, and meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3.Results:Twenty-six literatures that met the criteria, involving 2,174 patients, were included;the meta-analysis showed that compared with western medicine, the use of acupuncture can improve the overall effective rate(RR=1.24,95%CI[1.17,1.32],P<0.00001)and reduce the VAS score(MD=-1.43,95%CI[-1.97,-0.89],P<0.00001).Conclusion:The use of acupuncture can further improve the clinical effect of patients with postherpetic neuralgia. 展开更多

Lactobacillus fermentum 9-4 is a purine-degrading probiotic firstly isolated from traditional fermented rice-flour noodles with special characteristics of southern China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.L.fermentum 9-4 could efficiently reduce the purine contents in foods with excellent purine-nucleoside assimilation and purine-metabolizing enzymatic activities.Crude cell lysate of L.fermentum 9-4 showed strong purine degradation abilities on nucleosides including inosine, guanosine, and purines including xanthine and uric acid, indicating a complete purine metabolic pathway to degrade purine substances to allantoin. In this study, the whole genome of L.fermentum 9-4 was sequenced. Its genome consisted of a 2085632 bp circular chromosome without plasmid. The GC content of circular chromosome was 51.25%,including 2089 coding sequences(CDs),15 rRNA operons and 59 tRNA coding genes.Genetic analysis showed that at least 5 protein coding genes were related to purine lowering ability. In addition, neither toxic virulence factor nor drug resistance gene was identified by searching the virulence factor database and drug resistance gene database, suggesting good safety of L.fermentum 9-4.The results showed that L.fermentum 9-4 has a good potential for the development and utilization as a purine-degrading probiotic for low-purine foods. 展开更多

Inspired by the biosystems, the artificial smart membrane to control the mass transport and molecular conversion has attracted increasing attention in the fields of membrane separation, desalination, nanofiltration, healthcare and environmental remediation. However, the trade-off limitations in polymeric membranes greatly hinder the development of smart membranes with high permeability and manipulability.Recently, inspired by the unique physical/chemical properties of two-dimensional(2 D)materials,2 D materials-based smart membranes(2 DSMs)with the ability of intelligent regulation under different stimuli are highly suitable for membrane applications.According to the desired properties, the 2 DSMs with abundant functional groups can be designed through chemical modification to change the original properties and obtain tunable interlayer spacings under different external conditions. In this review,we summarize the recent progress on artificial smart membranes based on 2 D materials. The design concept and fabrication strategy of 2 DSMs are first introduced.Following that, the developed 2 DSMs are introduced and classified by the type of responsive stimuli, including p H,magnetic field, electric field, light and temperature. Then, the 2 DSMs exhibiting unique performances as membrane separation, pressure sensors, blue energy harvesting, photoelectrochemical sensors and biomimetic devices are presented. Finally, the perspectives and challenges in the developments of 2 DSMs are discussed. 展开更多
