在去蜂窝大规模多输入多输出(Cell-Free Massive MIMO)系统中,大量接入点(Access Point,AP)同时为多个用户服务的连接方式会导致较大的功率损耗和回程链路开销。为了给用户选出最佳服务AP集合,本文提出了一种基于树种二进制差分进化的A... 在去蜂窝大规模多输入多输出(Cell-Free Massive MIMO)系统中,大量接入点(Access Point,AP)同时为多个用户服务的连接方式会导致较大的功率损耗和回程链路开销。为了给用户选出最佳服务AP集合,本文提出了一种基于树种二进制差分进化的AP选择算法。首先,提出基于二进制差分进化的AP选择算法,通过多个个体的进化实现高维数据搜索的全局优化。其次,针对传统二进制差分进化算法容易陷入局部最优的问题,进一步给出基于树种优化的双机制搜索策略,利用搜索趋势(search tendency,ST)实现全局搜索和局部搜索的最佳平衡。最后,通过定义交叉率(crossover rate,CR)自适应递减准则,加快算法收敛速度。仿真结果表明,与现有算法相比,所提出的算法可显著提高系统和速率。 展开更多

保定市新型冠状病毒肺炎中医诊治思考及验案

2019年12月以来,新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)在全球蔓延,且至今尚无有效抗病毒药物。笔者作为保定市新冠肺炎医疗救治专家组中医组成员,对保定市新型冠状病毒肺炎病例进行了中医证候的分析、梳理。认为新型冠... 2019年12月以来,新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)在全球蔓延,且至今尚无有效抗病毒药物。笔者作为保定市新冠肺炎医疗救治专家组中医组成员,对保定市新型冠状病毒肺炎病例进行了中医证候的分析、梳理。认为新型冠状病毒肺炎属于中医"瘟疫"范畴,总属外感热病范畴,在诊疗过程中需要参考伤寒、温病、瘟疫等相关理论与方药进行辨证施治。认为本病的病因包括邪实与正虚两个方面,即脾虚失运、肺失通调的基础上外感以湿为主的疫疠之毒——"湿毒",蕴于上焦肺脏,发为本病。所以,在诊治过程中既要驱邪(湿毒)也要注意顾护人体的正气。对保定市确诊患者辨证分析,初步将保定市新型冠状病毒肺炎概况为寒湿郁肺(10例,25%)、湿热内蕴(16例,40%)、邪热蕴肺(4例,10%)、肺胃阴虚(2例,5.0%),恢复期表现为脾虚湿蕴。经中西医结合诊治,所有患者均治愈出院,平均住院时间10.81 d,疗效显著。 展开更多

红茶菌中醋酸菌和酵母菌的分离鉴定及其相互作用 被引量:12

采用涂布平板法分离红茶菌中的醋酸菌和酵母菌,然后将分离得到的醋酸菌和酵母菌按照一定比例分别进行共培养,比较细菌纤维素的产量差别。结果表明,从红茶菌中分离出1株醋酸菌,经鉴定为居间驹形杆菌(Komagataeibacter intermedius);3株... 采用涂布平板法分离红茶菌中的醋酸菌和酵母菌,然后将分离得到的醋酸菌和酵母菌按照一定比例分别进行共培养,比较细菌纤维素的产量差别。结果表明,从红茶菌中分离出1株醋酸菌,经鉴定为居间驹形杆菌(Komagataeibacter intermedius);3株酵母菌,经鉴定分别为布鲁塞尔酒香酵母(Brettanomyces bruxellensis)、二孢接合酵母(Zygosaccharomyces bisporus)和核果梅奇酵母(Metschnikowia fructicola),其中布鲁塞尔酒香酵母为优势酵母。当居间驹形杆菌与布鲁塞尔酒香酵母以1∶100的比例共培养时,产生的细菌纤维素最多达4.70 g/L;当二孢接合酵母和核果梅奇酵母以相同比例分别与居间驹形杆菌共培养时产生的细菌纤维素分别为3.59 g/L(高于对照组)和1.14 g/L(低于对照组)。由此可知,布鲁塞尔酒香酵母和Z.bisporus均能够促进居间驹形杆菌产细菌纤维素,而核果梅奇酵母对居间驹形杆菌没有明显的促进作用。 展开更多

综合肺康复联合穴位贴敷治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效观察 被引量:17

目的:探讨综合肺康复联合穴位贴敷对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)的应用价值。方法:将稳定期COPD患者120例随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用综合肺康复疗法,观察组采用综合肺康复联合... 目的:探讨综合肺康复联合穴位贴敷对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)的应用价值。方法:将稳定期COPD患者120例随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用综合肺康复疗法,观察组采用综合肺康复联合穴位贴敷疗法,观察两组患者免疫功能、临床症状及不良反应情况;采用BODE指数评估生活质量。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者自然杀伤细胞(natural killer cell,NK)百分比均升高(P<0.05),干扰素γ(interferonγ,IFN-γ)与肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factorα,TNF-α)含量均下降(P<0.05),主要症状(咳嗽、自主排痰能力及呼吸困难)评分均下降(P<0.05),第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%pred)和6 min步行距离(six-minutes walk distance,6MWD)升高(P<0.05),呼吸困难量表(modified medical research council scale,mMRC)评分下降(P<0.05);且观察组患者上述指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察期间两组患者均未发生明显不良反应。结论:综合肺康复疗法有助于改善稳定期COPD患者免疫功能,减轻临床症状,提高运动耐力和生活质量;联合穴位贴敷疗法能进一步提高临床疗效。 展开更多

With the increasing number of vehicles in large-and medium-sized cities challenges in urban traffic management, control, and road planning are being faced. Taxi GPS trajectory data is a novel data source that can be used to study the potential dynamic traffic characteristics of urban roads, and thus identify locations that show a notable lack of road planning. Considering that road traffic characteristics on their own are insufficient for a comprehensive understanding of urban traffic, we develop a road traffic characteristic time series clustering model to analyze the relationship between urban road traffic characteristics and road grade based on existing taxi trajectory data. We select the main urban area of Nanjing as our study area and use the taxi trajectory data of a single month for evaluating our method. The experiments show that the clustering model exhibit good performance and can be successfully used for road traffic characteristic classification. Moreover, we analyze the correlation between traffic characteristics and road grade to identify road segments with planning designs that do not match the actual traffic demands. 展开更多

Piezoelectric friction-inertial motor is known for its promise for a long-range and high-resolution motion.The movement of the slider/rotor of the motor is achieved by stick-slip effect.We report a relaxor-based-ferroelectric-single-crystal cymbal actuator and a miniature piezoelectric friction-inertial linear motor(abbreviated as PFILM)fabricated with the cymbal actuator.The cymbal actuator is fabricated with a 10 mm diameter disk of 0.70Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3-0.30PbTiO_3 single crystal.The displacement of the cymbal actuator increases almost proportionally from 0to 23μm with driving voltage up to 500 V,and the minimal hysteresis is observed.The cymbalPFILM with 20 mm motion range works under driving voltage frequency of ca.100 Hz to ca.5kHz,the fastest speed is obtained with 3.5kHz and the no-load speed is 14mm/s and the maximum thrust force is 98 mN.Compared with a PFILM based on multilayer piezoelectric ceramic,the proposed motor has a larger stroke under DC/quasistatic input voltage in fine motion mode,but a smaller driving force in long-travel mode due to lower resonance frequency. 展开更多

This study attempts to evaluate the rationality of the spatial layout of shopping malls and identify the urban area with poor shopping mall accessibility,as well as to provide a reference and assist decision-making for planning.Using the case of Nanjing,China,this study developed a method to evaluate the accessibility of shopping malls by three transport modes(car traffic,public transit,and bicycle).Specially,we divide the urban space into a regular hexagonal grid and harvest the total travel time from each of 7204 hexagon centroids to each of 129 shopping malls using the Baidu Internet map.The door-to-door travel time approach is used to evaluate all travel stages(walking,waiting,transfer,and transportation)based on travel time calculations.We further divide the shopping malls into two levels(super-regional and regional)based on the Dianping App’s information and develop the indicator of accessibility to shopping malls:the number of shopping malls within tolerance time thresholds and apply the closest facility and cumulative opportunities methods to measure accessibility scores.The results show that the accessibility estimations vary greatly with transport modes.The accessibility of shopping malls presents a concentric ring trend centered on the city center under the car traffic and bicycle modes.And public transit accessibility tends to axially extend due to the topology of bus routes and metro lines.In particular,we observe that the accessibility of shopping malls in Nanjing has an uneven spatial distribution pattern,with high accessibility values in the central urban areas and lots of underserved areas in urban fringe regions.Based on the accessibility measurements,we finally map the poor accessibility area and propose corresponding implications for urban planning. 展开更多
