新疆生产建设兵团人间布鲁氏菌病流行特征分析及发病趋势预测 被引量:2

目的分析新疆生产建设兵团2010-2022年布病流行特征,建立Holt-Winters乘法模型(Holt-Winters Smoothing,HWS)并预测后期布病发病趋势,为制定布病防治措施提供参考依据。方法收集“中国疾病预防控制信息系统”的传染病报告信息管理系统... 目的分析新疆生产建设兵团2010-2022年布病流行特征,建立Holt-Winters乘法模型(Holt-Winters Smoothing,HWS)并预测后期布病发病趋势,为制定布病防治措施提供参考依据。方法收集“中国疾病预防控制信息系统”的传染病报告信息管理系统中的兵团2010-2022年布病发病数据,采用描述性流行病学方法分析兵团2010-2022年布病流行特征;运用python 3.7软件建立Holt-Winters模型并预测兵团2022-2024年布病月发病数。结果兵团2010-2022年共报告布病病例6278例,年均报告发病率为16.68/10万,整体呈现上升趋势(趋势χ^(2)=44.874,P<0.001)。发病高峰主要集中在4-7月,占比52.37%(3288/6278);其中,5月病例最多1935例(14.89%)。男女性别比为2.71∶1(χ^(2)=29.966,P<0.01),发病年龄主要集中于40~60岁年龄组,共3807例(60.64%),职业主要以农牧民为主(农牧民组和非农牧民组χ^(2)=97.209,P<0.001)。兵团报告病例数最多的地区为第八师1051例(16.76%);其次为第六师911例(14.53%)和第三师853例(13.60%)。Holt-Winters乘法模型预测2022-2024年报告发病数分别为675例、644例和679例,预测模型的R 2=0.78,拟合效果较好。结论近年来,兵团布病发病人数整体仍处于上升阶段,兵团各师应继续加强对于布病的管控。 展开更多

目的探讨老年人群贫血的状况及病因。方法回顾性分析2013年1月1日至2013年3月31日在解放军总医院诊治的年龄≥60岁患者的病例资料共10 307例。收集患者临床资料,按年龄进行分层,对各年龄段患者贫血发生率进行分析。考察性别、年龄、人... 目的探讨老年人群贫血的状况及病因。方法回顾性分析2013年1月1日至2013年3月31日在解放军总医院诊治的年龄≥60岁患者的病例资料共10 307例。收集患者临床资料,按年龄进行分层,对各年龄段患者贫血发生率进行分析。考察性别、年龄、人员类别、就诊方式对贫血发生率的影响。依据患者临床诊断及各指标情况,分析贫血患者的病因分布特点。采用SPSS 22.0软件进行数据处理,依据数据类型,组间比较采用χ~2检验。结果贫血患者总发生率为23.4%(2 412/10 307)。随着年龄增加,贫血发生率逐渐升高(P<0.001)。就诊方式对贫血发生率有显著影响(P<0.001)。人员类别对贫血发生率无显著影响(P>0.05)。在贫血病因构成方面,居于首位的是不明原因性贫血,占46.4%(1 119/2 412),其次为慢性病性贫血,占34.6%(835/2 412),造血原料缺乏性贫血比例最小,占19.0%(458/2 412)。结论老年人易发生贫血,且病因复杂,需要临床医师特别注意。 展开更多

鳊鱼洲长江大桥北汊航道桥为(49+140+140+49)m独塔平行索双索面预应力混凝土斜拉桥,主梁为单箱六室预应力混凝土箱梁,桥塔采用高129.647 m的H形钢筋混凝土结构,采用Φ2.5 m钻孔灌注桩基础。施工栈桥为“钢管桩+分配梁+贝雷梁+钢桥面板... 鳊鱼洲长江大桥北汊航道桥为(49+140+140+49)m独塔平行索双索面预应力混凝土斜拉桥,主梁为单箱六室预应力混凝土箱梁,桥塔采用高129.647 m的H形钢筋混凝土结构,采用Φ2.5 m钻孔灌注桩基础。施工栈桥为“钢管桩+分配梁+贝雷梁+钢桥面板”结构形式,针对较厚覆盖层、深冲刷环境,通过设置斜桩和钻孔平台以及局部片石抛填增强其稳定性、安全性。针对溶洞极其发育区域的超深孔钻孔灌注桩(部分钻孔孔深超过150 m),采用“旋挖钻+旋转钻”接力复合成孔工艺成功克服钻孔桩施工难题。桥塔斜拉索锚固区设计为环向预应力体系,采用桥塔劲性骨架与环向预应力整体预制吊装工艺提高施工质量及工效。主跨梁采用大吨位宽幅牵索挂篮施工,挂篮在塔下异位拼装、横移、提升。为满足主梁快速施工要求,采用部分钢筋、内箱模板支架预制并整体吊装的施工工艺,大幅缩短了施工时间。 展开更多

随着经济水平和生活水平的逐步提高,我国心血管疾病的患者数量也在逐年上升。因此,加深对心血管疾病的认知和预防乃是当务之急。在人体所需的众多微量金属元素中,铜对维护心血管的健康起到了重要的作用。铜的缺乏可能会导致一系列心血... 随着经济水平和生活水平的逐步提高,我国心血管疾病的患者数量也在逐年上升。因此,加深对心血管疾病的认知和预防乃是当务之急。在人体所需的众多微量金属元素中,铜对维护心血管的健康起到了重要的作用。铜的缺乏可能会导致一系列心血管疾病的发生,如冠心病、高血压、心律失常等。究其原因,是由于铜能影响血管的形成以及血管的正常生理功能,同时也参与了众多相关生长因子的调控。所以,人体要保证足量的铜摄入,避免铜元素的缺乏。向生物材料中主动添加铜元素,可以通过释放铜离子起到促进内皮细胞增殖和迁移的作用,进而加速伤口的愈合。目前,治疗高发的冠心病的重要手段是采用冠脉支架植入手术,但是其依旧面临着支架内再狭窄和血栓这两种风险。含铜的金属支架材料通过释放对血管有益的铜离子,有望加快支架植入后的内皮化过程,进而降低支架内再狭窄和血栓的发生率。所以,将来积极开发应用于心血管领域的含铜医用材料是一种缓解和治疗心血管疾病的有效途径。 展开更多

Time-resolved X-ray imaging with intense,high brightness and monochromatic third-generation synchrotron radiation,and a high-resolution fast-readout charge coupled device(CCD)system have been used to in-situ observe the dendrite growth of a solidifying Al-10wt.%Cu alloy under pulsed magnetic field.The imaging results indicate that the secondary dendrite tip growth underwent a rapid deceleration once the pulsed magnetic field was applied.The remelting phenomenon of small dendrites was also observed when applying the pulsed magnetic field at the beginning of solidification.This is related to the Joule heat effect caused by the imposed pulsed magnetic field.Whilst,fragmentation of the dendrites usually caused by the forced convection induced by pulsed magnetic field was not found in the present work. 展开更多

Effects of electromagnetic stirring(EMS),ultrasonic treatment(UST)and the combination of EMS and UST(EU)on solidification structure were investigated in hypoeutectic A1-Si alloy.The results indicate that EMS,UST and EU can refine primary u-A1 and modify eutectic silicon by influencing their nucleation and growth processes.EMS can fracture the dendrite arms and lead to decrease of primary α-Al grain size.It also changes the morphology of eutectic silicon and widens the separation of silicon plates.For UST,the cavitation and acoustic streaming are the principal reasons for the microstructure refinement,which enhance the undercooled and heterogeneous nucleation.EU has combined the features of EMS and UST,hence obtains the best effect on the microstructure evolution.Significant refinement of primary α-Al and evident modification of eutectic silicon are observed with EU.In addition,the mechanism of morphological evolution with EU was preliminarily discussed. 展开更多

In this paper,a new electromagnetic continuous casting process to prepare clad slab is presented.The influence of level direct current electromagnetic field on temperature and flow fields of the melt during the fabrication of clad slab were numerically studied by the engineering software ANSYS and FLUENT.The results indicated that when the magnetic flux density(B)was 0.15 T,the impact velocity and distance of the flow to the narrow face and underside of the dividing plate decreased remarkably.So the flow impact to the liquid pool was reduced.At the same time,the high temperature zone of the melt moved away from the narrow face and the dividing plate,and distributed more uniformly. The wider semi-solid area next to the dividing plate was useful for 3003 and 4004 aluminum alloys to bond. 展开更多

In metallurgical processing,effective and reliable electromagnetic stirring of the melt is one of the prerequisites for higher productivity and improved process performance.Reasonable structure and electrical parameters of the stirrer are greatly significant on improving and enhancing the stirring quality.In this paper,ANSYS software is used to research the effect of stirrer parameters on magnetic field distribution in aluminum melting furnace.The results show that magnetic flux density distributes as two humps at the direction(X)of metal length.Magnetic flux density distributes as a hump at the direction(Z)of metal width,reaches its maximum at the pool center and decays gradually toward the edge.It is also demonstrated that magnetic flux density increases by 2.65mT,as kilo-ampere-turns increase by 2.The center distance between two coils changes the distribution of magnetic flux density rather than its magnitude,while the distance from coils to the bottom of molten aluminum changes the magnitude of magnetic flux density but no change of distribution. 展开更多

The 3003/4045 aluminum alloys cladding hollow billets with the diameter of 60 mm and external thickness of 3 mm are fabricated by horizontal electromagnetic continuous casting.The surface features of ingots and microstructures of the bonding interface are observed.The results show that cladding hollow billets combine the external and internal layers by metallurgical bonding without mixing when the pouring temperature of the external liquid metal is 903 K.The diffusion region with the thickness of 25 μm can be seen clearly,where mutual diffusion of Si and Mn atoms takes place. In addition,the intermetallic compound Al_(12)(FeMn)_3Si_2 is formed in the interface. 展开更多
