近年来原发性肝细胞癌(Hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)发病率持续上升,但其病因和确切的分子机制仍不清楚。尽管全身治疗取得了巨大进展,例如分子靶向药物,但由于耐药性、频繁复发和转移等原因,HCC仍是预后最差的癌症之一。HCC是一种广... 近年来原发性肝细胞癌(Hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)发病率持续上升,但其病因和确切的分子机制仍不清楚。尽管全身治疗取得了巨大进展,例如分子靶向药物,但由于耐药性、频繁复发和转移等原因,HCC仍是预后最差的癌症之一。HCC是一种广泛存在的癌症,其进展受免疫系统调控,仅半数的HCC患者能够接受系统全身治疗,现在临床上索拉非尼或仑伐替尼被用作一线治疗方式。中医药也已逐渐理论化和系统化,在预防和治疗肝癌方面具有整体调节作用,被广泛用于治疗HCC,同样的免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)如PD-L1也出现在大众视野,不断改变了肿瘤的治疗策略。由于化疗时单一用药使人体对特定药物产生耐药性的概率较大,疗效不理想,因此联合用药是一种新的治疗选择,在肿瘤治疗中日渐突出显著优势。本文就联合治疗在HCC肿瘤免疫微环境方面的研究进展进行综述,充分发挥出联合用药协同抗肿瘤的独特优势,以期为肿瘤的临床治疗提供新方案。 展开更多

Cancer has been an insurmountable problem in the history of medical science.The uncontrollable proliferation of cancer cells is one of cancers main characteristics,which is closely associated with abn ormal mitosis.Targeting mitosis is an effective method for cancer treatment.This review summarizes several natural products with anti-tumor effects related to mitosis,focusing on targeting microtubulin,inducing DNA damage,and modulating mitosis-associated kinases.Furthermore,the main disadvantages of several typical compounds,including drug resistance,toxicity to non-tumor tissues,and poor aqueous solubility and pharmacokinetic properties,are also discussed,together with strategies to address them.Improved understanding of cancer cell mitosis and natural products may pave the way to drug development for the treatment of cancer. 展开更多

This paper proposes a V-shaped permanent magnet vernier(V-PMV)motor for potential applications in direct drive system.By designing suitable pole slot ratio and adopting the V-shaped PM topology and dummy slots in rotor,the flux leakage can be avoided effectively.Meanwhile,the high-order harmonics with large amplitude in the airgap magnetic field are fully utilized and served as the effective working harmonics,which aim at enhancing the output torque and reducing the torque ripple.Moreover,to extensively explore the performance advantages of the V-PMV motor,a multi-objective optimization study is carried out.And,the electromagnetic performances of the V-PMV motors are analyzed and compared in detail.Finally,a prototype machine is built and tested.Both theoretical analysis and experimental results verify the validity of the motor and multi-objective optimization design approach. 展开更多
