在推动综合能源系统(integrated energy systems,IES)低碳转型发展的背景下,本文提出一种含光热甲烷重整制氢(photothermal methane reforming to hydrogen,PMRH)和燃气掺氢与储液式碳捕集协同运行的综合能源系统优化调度模型。首先建立... 在推动综合能源系统(integrated energy systems,IES)低碳转型发展的背景下,本文提出一种含光热甲烷重整制氢(photothermal methane reforming to hydrogen,PMRH)和燃气掺氢与储液式碳捕集协同运行的综合能源系统优化调度模型。首先建立PMRH设备、电解槽等模型,再针对碳排放问题建立掺氢燃气机组与碳捕集设备模型,最后在减排机制方面加入阶梯式碳税进一步约束系统的碳排放。基于此,以经济与环境成本最小为目标,计及功率、掺氢比等约束,构建IES低碳优化模型。对构建模型设置不同场景进行分析,系统总成本降低27.9%,碳排放量减少28.2%,验证了本文模型在经济性和低碳性方面的优势。 展开更多

随着风电在电力系统中的占比逐步提高,风电功率的精确预测对电力系统的安全稳定运行具有重要意义。然而,风电的随机性和间歇性极大地影响其功率的精确预测。为此,提出二次分解组合长短期记忆(LSTM)的短期风电功率预测模型。首先,采用经... 随着风电在电力系统中的占比逐步提高,风电功率的精确预测对电力系统的安全稳定运行具有重要意义。然而,风电的随机性和间歇性极大地影响其功率的精确预测。为此,提出二次分解组合长短期记忆(LSTM)的短期风电功率预测模型。首先,采用经验模态分解(EMD)技术将原始风电序列分解为若干固有模态分量;再采用样本熵(SE)技术将各分量重组为高、中、低频3个序列,针对高频模态混叠再次采用麻雀搜索算法-变分模态分解(SSA-VMD)二次分解技术;最后,采用SSA算法对LSTM的参数进行寻优并完成风电功率预测。以湖北省某风电场对所提模型进行验证,并与其他模型进行对比。结果表明,所提模型的平均绝对误差(MAE)为5.79 kW,均方根误差(RMSE)为5.64 kW,平均百分比误差(MAPE)为17.38%,具有更好的预测精度。 展开更多

“双碳”目标背景下,为解决热电联产机组“以热定电”模式导致的大规模弃风问题,本文提出基于先进绝热压缩空气储能电站(advanced adiabatic compressed air energy storage,AA-CAES)和综合需求响应的综合能源系统(integrated energy sy... “双碳”目标背景下,为解决热电联产机组“以热定电”模式导致的大规模弃风问题,本文提出基于先进绝热压缩空气储能电站(advanced adiabatic compressed air energy storage,AA-CAES)和综合需求响应的综合能源系统(integrated energy system,IES)供暖期弃风消纳策略。首先,在“源-储”两侧建立热电联产机组与AA-CAES电站耦合运行模型,分析耦合运行实现热电解耦机理;其次,在“荷”侧引入价格型和替代型需求响应机制来探寻负荷侧优化系统调度潜力;然后,在IES中引入碳捕集系统和阶梯型碳交易机制来约束碳排放,并在碳排放量最少、综合成本最低为目标构建IES运行基础上,引入模糊机会规划约束模型来分析风、光不确定性对系统调度影响;最后,利用西北某地区实际数据进行算例验证。结果表明:热电机组与AA-CAES电站耦合运行相较于未耦合运行可提高风电消纳率84.55%、降低总成本11.42%、减少碳排放20.28%;综合需求响应机制的引入可进一步提高风电消纳率35.00%、降低总成本20.93%、减少碳排放24.43%;风光不确定性的上升会提高与外部电网的交互成本。 展开更多

针对分段空场嗣后充填法人工矿柱(充填体)稳定性评价指标因素概率分配过程和权重分配中存在的问题,综合考虑工程地质环境、岩体质量、力学响应指标、声发射参数特征和几何形态5类信息源的影响,建立了涵盖17项稳定性影响因素的人工矿柱(... 针对分段空场嗣后充填法人工矿柱(充填体)稳定性评价指标因素概率分配过程和权重分配中存在的问题,综合考虑工程地质环境、岩体质量、力学响应指标、声发射参数特征和几何形态5类信息源的影响,建立了涵盖17项稳定性影响因素的人工矿柱(充填体)稳定性多源信息评价指标体系,并基于此确立了人工矿柱(充填体)稳定性D-S证据理论的识别框架及评价指标分级标准。通过引入正态隶属度函数及改进的K-L距离对指标因素概率分配和权重分配进行优化,构建了基于改进D-S证据理论多源信息融合的人工矿柱(充填体)稳定性评价模型。选取某分段空场嗣后充填开采矿山5个典型人工矿柱(充填体)对模型的适用性进行验证,结果表明:多源信息融合稳定性评价等级分别为AP-2、AP-3和AP-5(Ⅱ级)>AP-4(Ⅲ级)>AP-1(Ⅳ级),稳定性评价结果与前期位移、声发射现场监测分析评价和数值模拟分析评价结果基本吻合,验证了评价模型在实际应用中的科学有效性。该模型为人工矿柱(充填体)稳定性分析提供了一种更全面的综合评价方法。 展开更多

电解铝蓄水池清淤机器人系统设计与应用

针对电解铝蓄水池清淤作业需求,采用高压水冲洗的方法,开发了清淤机器人系统。设计了履带式清淤机器人本体结构,三轴清理模块,二轴云台监控模块,并对高压冲洗系统、排污模块进行了设计选型,搭建了基于工控机和PLC的上下位机远程控制系统... 针对电解铝蓄水池清淤作业需求,采用高压水冲洗的方法,开发了清淤机器人系统。设计了履带式清淤机器人本体结构,三轴清理模块,二轴云台监控模块,并对高压冲洗系统、排污模块进行了设计选型,搭建了基于工控机和PLC的上下位机远程控制系统,研制了工程样机,并在现场进行了工程试验验证。试验结果表明:清淤机器人各功能模块工作正常,可在水环境下长时间运行,高压冲洗系统、排污泵工作稳定,实现了自动收放线功能,符合工程现场使用要求;清淤机器人系统能够完成蓄水池底部和集水坑清淤作业,清淤覆盖率达到95%以上,相较人工作业大幅提高了清理效率,降低了人工作业劳动强度,提升了清淤作业本质安全。 展开更多

为进一步提高生物质能(biomass energy,BIO)的利用效率,提出一种综合需求响应(integrated demand response,IDR)激励下考虑光热生物质能利用(solar thermal biomass utilization,STBU)的源荷协调优化调度策略。首先,在“源”侧构建含STB... 为进一步提高生物质能(biomass energy,BIO)的利用效率,提出一种综合需求响应(integrated demand response,IDR)激励下考虑光热生物质能利用(solar thermal biomass utilization,STBU)的源荷协调优化调度策略。首先,在“源”侧构建含STBU的综合能源系统(integrated energy system,IES)耦合供能模型,并将STBU耦合电转气系统,从而实现STBU装置掺氢燃烧高效利用;其次,在“荷”侧同时引入价格型和替代型需求响应,通过“源荷”协调优化,提高IES低碳性能;然后,在IES中引入储液式碳捕集系统和阶梯型碳税机制提升系统低碳经济效益,以系统总收入最大建立目标函数,并建立考虑IES多重不确定性的模糊机会规划约束模型;最后,选取北方某地区实际数据验证模型的可行性与有效性,并分析多重不确定性对IES运行成本的影响。结果表明该模型具有良好的经济性与低碳性,不确定性的上升会提高系统与外部电网的交互成本。 展开更多

针对风电历史信息运用不充分和未充分挖掘机器学习模型潜力的问题,提出一种特征奇异谱分析和模型误差修正的超短期功率预测。首先,利用随机森林分析不同特征对输出功率的影响程度,并利用累积贡献率进行特征提取。其次,通过改进的Cao算... 针对风电历史信息运用不充分和未充分挖掘机器学习模型潜力的问题,提出一种特征奇异谱分析和模型误差修正的超短期功率预测。首先,利用随机森林分析不同特征对输出功率的影响程度,并利用累积贡献率进行特征提取。其次,通过改进的Cao算法确定奇异谱分析最佳嵌入维数,对提取的特征实现降噪处理,从而构建风电功率预测模型。最后,利用预测值与真实值的误差构建误差预测模型,通过预测的误差来修正功率预测的结果。以国内某小型风电场算例结果表明,所提方法较卷积神经网络-长短期记忆(CNN-LSTM)预测模型均方根误差(RSME)和均方误差(MSE)分别降低45%和53%,验证了所提模型的有效性。 展开更多

针对传统杆状天线在现代化战争应用场景中存在的带宽窄、质地硬以及隐蔽性与便携性较差等问题,提出了一种基于柔性介质材料的可穿戴式天线,该天线采用平面单极子天线的形式,极大地降低天线的剖面。借助电磁仿真软件CST Studio Suite 202... 针对传统杆状天线在现代化战争应用场景中存在的带宽窄、质地硬以及隐蔽性与便携性较差等问题,提出了一种基于柔性介质材料的可穿戴式天线,该天线采用平面单极子天线的形式,极大地降低天线的剖面。借助电磁仿真软件CST Studio Suite 2023进行仿真分析,该天线尺寸为270 mm×270 mm×1.1 mm,重量仅有120 g,包含0.37~1.8 GHz的实测宽带频段,在人体加载影响下,实测频段范围超过0.3~1.8 GHz。给出了反射系数S_(11)、辐射方向图的结果,分析了人体对天线的影响,结合通信电台开展实物对比测试。仿真与实测表明,可穿戴式天线在士兵手持电台中具有一定的应用前景。 展开更多

为解决电解铝烟气净化工艺中氧化铝粉输送存在砂石等杂质,在溜槽内易形成结痂片,影响生产效率和产品质量的问题,开发了溜槽清理机器人系统。设计了永磁吸附多轮式小车本体、清理模块、监控模块、降温模块、辅助模块,搭建了基于工控触摸... 为解决电解铝烟气净化工艺中氧化铝粉输送存在砂石等杂质,在溜槽内易形成结痂片,影响生产效率和产品质量的问题,开发了溜槽清理机器人系统。设计了永磁吸附多轮式小车本体、清理模块、监控模块、降温模块、辅助模块,搭建了基于工控触摸一体机、PLC、嵌入式硬件STm^(3)2为上下位机的远程控制系统,编写了控制系统软件,研制了工程样机并在现场进行了试验验证。试验结果表明:溜槽清理机器人在受限空间下结构尺寸可调,能够在80℃高温、高粉尘、强磁场环境下进行溜槽内杂质推铲聚堆、吹扫清理作业;可实时监测溜槽内部件及机器人作业状态等,适应溜槽清理的复杂工况;机器人清理覆盖率达到了95%以上,相较人工可节省约30%的时间,工作稳定可靠,降低了人工作业劳动强度和高温作业风险,提高了电解铝原料的输送效率。 展开更多

In the process of ion-adsorption rare earth ore leaching,the migration characteristics of the wetting front in multi-hole injection holes and the influence of wetting front intersection effect on the migration distance of wetting fronts are still unclear.Besides,wetting front migration distance and leaching time are usually required to optimize the leaching process.In this study,wetting front migration tests of ionadsorption rare earth ores during the multi-hole fluid injection(the spacing between injection holes was 10 cm,12 cm and 14 cm)and single-hole fluid injection were completed under the constant water head height.At the pre-intersection stage,the wetting front migration laws of ion-adsorption rare earth ores during the multi-hole fluid injection and single-hole fluid injection were identical.At the postintersection stage,the intersection accelerated the wetting front migration.By using the Darcy’s law,the intersection effect of wetting fronts during the multi-hole liquid injection was transformed into the water head height directly above the intersection.Finally,based on the Green-Ampt model,a wetting front migration model of ion-adsorption rare earth ores during the multi-hole unsaturated liquid injection was established.Error analysis results showed that the proposed model can accurately simulate the infiltration process under experimental conditions.The research results enrich the infiltration law and theory of ion-adsorption rare earth ores during the multi-hole liquid injection,and this study provides a scientific basis for optimizing the liquid injection well pattern parameters of ion-adsorption rare earth in situ leaching in the future. 展开更多

MPI/OpenMP-Based Parallel Solver for Imprint Forming Simulation

In this research,we present the pure open multi-processing(OpenMP),pure message passing interface(MPI),and hybrid MPI/OpenMP parallel solvers within the dynamic explicit central difference algorithm for the coining process to address the challenge of capturing fine relief features of approximately 50 microns.Achieving such precision demands the utilization of at least 7 million tetrahedron elements,surpassing the capabilities of traditional serial programs previously developed.To mitigate data races when calculating internal forces,intermediate arrays are introduced within the OpenMP directive.This helps ensure proper synchronization and avoid conflicts during parallel execution.Additionally,in the MPI implementation,the coins are partitioned into the desired number of regions.This division allows for efficient distribution of computational tasks across multiple processes.Numerical simulation examples are conducted to compare the three solvers with serial programs,evaluating correctness,acceleration ratio,and parallel efficiency.The results reveal a relative error of approximately 0.3%in forming force among the parallel and serial solvers,while the predicted insufficient material zones align with experimental observations.Additionally,speedup ratio and parallel efficiency are assessed for the coining process simulation.The pureMPI parallel solver achieves a maximum acceleration of 9.5 on a single computer(utilizing 12 cores)and the hybrid solver exhibits a speedup ratio of 136 in a cluster(using 6 compute nodes and 12 cores per compute node),showing the strong scalability of the hybrid MPI/OpenMP programming model.This approach effectively meets the simulation requirements for commemorative coins with intricate relief patterns. 展开更多

[Objectives]To establish a thin-layer chromatography(TLC)method for the determination of rubiadin-1-methyl ether in Yao Medicine Chuanlianzhu(Damnacanthus giganteus).[Methods]A silica gel G thin-layer plate was adopted for TLC.Petroleum ether(60-90℃)-chloroform-methanol-water(7:15:3:1)was used as the developing solvent and inspected under ultraviolet lamp(365 nm).The content was determined by Inertsil ODS-3 C 18 column(4.60 mm×250 mm,5μm),mobile phase:acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid gradient elution,detection wavelength 277 nm,flow rate 1.0 mL/min,column temperature 30℃,injection volume 10μL.[Results]The spots of 10 Chuanlianzhu samples from different origins showed the same color at the same position as the control,and the spots were clear and specific.The injection volume of rubiadin-1-methyl ether showed a good linear relationship in the range of 2.90-145μg(R=0.9996).The average recovery rate of rubiadin-1-methyl ether in the low,medium and high dose groups of Yao Medicine Chuanlianzhu was 98.72%,and RSD=1.78%.[Conclusions]This method can effectively identify Yao Medicine Chuanlianzhu medicinal materials and accurately determine the content of rubiadin-1-methyl ether in the medicinal materials.It provides a scientific basis for the development and utilization of Yao Medicine Chuanlianzhu medicinal resources. 展开更多

[Objectives]To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of Embelia parviflora Wall.polysaccharide on rheumatoid arthritis(RA)in rats.[Methods]RA rat model was induced by type II collagen.After successful modeling,the rats were divided into model group,positive group,low,medium and high dose of E.parviflora Wall.polysaccharide groups,and normal control group.Body mass,toe volume and arthritis index were measured,and thymus index and spleen index were calculated.The levels of interleukin-1β,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin serum and synovial tissue of ankle joint were detected by ELISA.[Results]Compared with the normal control group,the pathological changes such as synovial hyperplasia and unclear layer were observed in the model group,the body mass was decreased(P<0.05),the toe volume,arthritis index,thymus and spleen index were increased(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αin serum and ankle synovial tissue were increased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the histopathological changes in synovium of ankle joint in the positive group and the medium and high dose groups of E.parviflora Wall.polysaccharide were significantly improved,and the body mass was increased(P<0.05).The toe volume,arthritis index,thymus index and spleen index were decreased(P<0.05).The levels of IL-Iβ,IL-6 and TNF-αin serum and synovial tissue of ankle joint were increased(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between the low dose group of E.parviflora Wall.polysaccharide and the model group(P>0.05).[Conclusions]E.parviflora Wall.polysaccharide can reduce the body's inflammatory response and improve RA,which may be related to the inhibition of the activation of inflammatory cytokines IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α. 展开更多

[Objectives]To study the anti-inflammatory effect of Laggerae Alatae Herba extract and its mechanism.[Methods]Inflammation models of xylene-induced ear edema in mice,acetic acid-induced increased permeability of abdominal capillaries in mice,and carrageenan-induced paw edema in mice were established;xylene-induced ear swelling model in bilateral adrenalectomized mice was established.The levels of MDA,NO and SOD in inflammatory tissues of paw were measured.[Results]Compared with the model group,the high and medium dose groups of Laggerae Alatae Herba extract had significant inhibitory effect on xylene-induced ear edema in mice,except for the low dose group(P>0.05);Laggerae Alatae Herba extract inhibited the increase of celiac capillary permeability induced by acetic acid and paw edema induced by carrageenan in mice.Compared with the model group,in the mice model with bilateral adrenal glands removed,the high and medium dose groups of Laggerae Alatae Herba extract could significantly inhibit the xylene induced ear swelling of the mice.The high and medium dose groups of Laggerae Alatae Herba extract could significantly decrease the levels of MDA and NO,and significantly increase the level of SOD in the paw tissue.[Conclusions]The Laggerae Alatae Herba extracts have anti-inflammatory activity,and the anti-inflammatory effect of the extracts does not depend on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis(HPAA)system.In addition,the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Laggerae Alatae Herba extract is related to the decrease of MDA and NO and the increase of SOD. 展开更多

[Objectives]To establish a TLC and content determination method of Pileostegia tomentellal,with umbelliferone as the indicator component.[Methods]TLC identification was performed by silica gel G thin layer plate with n-hexane-ethyl acetate(4:3)as the developing agent,and the plate was examined by UV lamp(365 nm).The umbelliferone content was determined by HPLC:Inertsil ODS-3 C 18 column(4.60 mm×250 mm,5μm);mobile phase acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid gradient elution;detection wavelength 320 nm,flow rate 1.0 mL/min,column temperature 30℃,injection volume 10μL.[Results]The chromatogram of P.tomentellal showed the same color spot in the same position as that of reference medicinal material,and the spot was clear with good specificity.Umbelliferone showed a good linear relationship when the injection volume was 2.63-131.27μg/mL(R^(2)=0.9997).The average recovery of umbelliferone in the low,middle and high adding groups of P.tomentellal was 99.57%and the RSD was 2.15%.[Conclusions]The method can effectively identify Yao medicine P.tomentellal and accurately determine the content of umbelliferone in medicinal materials,which will provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of medicinal resources of Yao medicine P.tomentellal. 展开更多
