近年来,Fenton反应由于其成本低,反应速度快,操作简单等优势受到了广泛的研究.传统的均相Fenton反应可通过H2O2氧化Fe2+产生具有强氧化性的羟基自由基,用于处理难降解的有机物.然而,Fenton反应存在两个主要问题,首先,在Fenton反应中需... 近年来,Fenton反应由于其成本低,反应速度快,操作简单等优势受到了广泛的研究.传统的均相Fenton反应可通过H2O2氧化Fe2+产生具有强氧化性的羟基自由基,用于处理难降解的有机物.然而,Fenton反应存在两个主要问题,首先,在Fenton反应中需要加入大量的酸来维持酸性环境,以保证反应的最佳活性.其次,Fenton反应中铁离子不断流失并形成固体污泥,这严重影响了Fenton反应产生•OH的效率.目前,将光催化反应与非均相芬顿反应相结合是改善这些问题的有效方案.非均相光芬顿反应不仅能提高有机物降解的活性,而且通过光催化剂导带上的电子有效减少Fe^3+的浸出和铁氢氧化物沉淀的产生.最近,作为一种可见光Fenton催化剂,α-Fe2O3可以在几乎中性的条件下发生光芬顿反应,这解决了在反应过程中需要随时调整PH值的问题.此外,光照条件下α-Fe2O3价带上的电子能跃迁至导带并将Fe3+还原成Fe^2+,从而减少铁离子的损耗.然而,由于光生载流子复合率较高等问题,单一α-Fe2O3光催化剂的催化活性仍不理想.构建具有2D/2D结构的S型异质结可以缩短电子在界面间的传输距离,增大材料的活性位点,将光生电子-空穴在空间上分离,从而有效增强光生载流子的分离效率.因此,构建2D/2Dα-Fe2O3/Bi2WO6 S型异质结,并用于光芬顿反应有望进一步提高对有机污染物的降解效率.本文通过简易的水热法制备了具有2D/2D结构的α-Fe2O3/Bi2WO6 S型异质结光芬顿催化剂,并通过XRD、BET、TEM、XPS和UV-Vis等手段对催化剂的晶体结构、元素状态、微观结构、光学性质和化学组分进行了表征.通过在可见光照射下降解甲基蓝(MB),考察了α-Fe2O3/Bi2WO6的光芬顿催化活性.结果表明,由于光催化反应与Fenton反应的协同作用,α-Fe2O3/Bi2WO6表现出了明显增强的光-Fenton催化活性,最佳比例的α-Fe2O3/Bi2WO6的活性分别是单一α-Fe2O3和Bi2WO6的11.06倍和3.29倍.本文将光催化反应与Fenton反应相结合,一方面,光催化反应对Fe^3+的还原有促进作用,提高了Fe2+的浓度,从而提升羟基自由基的产量;另一方面,Fenton反应对α-Fe2O3/Bi2WO6中电子的利用阻止了光生载流子的复合,进一步提高了光催化降解效率.此外,由于二维纳米片之间具有更大的接触面积,2D/2D异质结可以缩短电荷传输时间和距离,促进了光生电子-空穴的分离.同时,具有较大比表面积的2D/2D材料可以在催化剂表面提供大量用于有机物氧化分解的活性位点.而S型异质结的构建不但促进了界面电荷的转移和分离,还能维持最佳的电荷氧化还原电位,这都提升了催化剂的光芬顿催化活性.总之,本文为合成可高效降解有机污染物的非均相光-芬顿催化剂提供了新的思路. 展开更多

Objective:To summarize the nursing treatment of patients who underwent implantation of a blood flow diverter to treat complex intracranial aneurysms.Methods:Data from 22 patients with complex aneurysms,diagnosed at an interventional center for blood flow diverter implantation between February 2015 and February 2016,treated in the Henan Provincial People’s Hospital(Zhengzhou,China),were retrospectively analyzed.Nursing methods,including preoperative,intraoperative,and postoperative care,were analyzed.Results:All 22 patients underwent successful surgery,with no related complications or hospital mortality,and were cured in hospital.Conclusion:Interventional flow diverter therapy for patients with complex intracranial aneurysms is a new technology,and involves intensive care by nursing staff and appears to be a promising new treatment method. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the proliferation capabilities, immunophenotype changes, level of secreted cytokines and activities against lymphoma cells under the condition that cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells co-cultured with dendritic cells (DC) in vitro. Methods: DC and CIK cells were induced from peripheral blood mononuclear cells of healthy volunteers. They were co-cultured meanwhile CIK cells were cultured alone as controls. Increased number of cells were counted by tapan-blue staining, killing activities were detected by MTT assay, immunophenotype changes were analyzed by flow cytometry, the IL-12 and INF-γ levels of the cultured supernatants were detected by ELISA kits. Results: The proliferation capabilities of DC-CIK cells were significantly higher than that of CIK cells (P < 0.05). Under the same condition, the ratio of double positive cells such as CD3+ CD8+, CD3+ CD56+ in CIK cells was significantly enhanced by co-cultured with DC cells (P < 0.05). The level of IL-12 and INF-γ secreted in supernatants was increased noticeably by co-cultured DC-CIK cells on day 3 compared to CIK cells which were cultured alone (P < 0.01 and P < 0.05). Within the effector-target ratio range between 5:1 to 40:1, the activi-ties against lymphoma cells of DC-CIK cells were much higher than that of CIK cells (P < 0.05), and this effect was showed a positive correlation with the effector-target ratio. Conclusion: The proliferation capabilities, the level of secreted cytokines and the activities against lymphoma cells of DC-CIK cells were significantly higher than those of CIK cells. The research might provides theoretical and experimental basis for clinical immunotherapy of DC-CIK cells. 展开更多

Background:To establish a canine model of aortic arch aneurysm that is suitable for research on new devices and techniques applied to the aortic arch.Materials and methods:Fifteen mongrel dogs underwent surgery.The autologous pericardial patch was sewn on the aortotomy site in the anterior wall of the aortic arch.The animals were followed up for 3 months postoperatively.Computed tomography angiography was used to visualize and measure the aneurysm model.Hematoxylin and eosin staining was used to observe the histological characteristics of the aneurysm model.Changes in aneurysm diameter over time were analyzed using analysis of variance.Results:One dog died of hemorrhage during surgery.Fourteen dogs survived the surgical procedure.Two of them died on the first postoperative day because of ruptures at the suturing margin.The diameter of the aneurysm model was twice as large as that of the aortic arch.There was no significant change in the maximum diameter of the aneurysm model during the follow-up period.Conclusions:We established a controllable and stable aortic arch aneurysm model created with an autologous pericardium patch.The aneurysm model can be used to research endoleaks after thoracic endovascular aortic repair and new endovascular techniques can be applied to the aortic arch. 展开更多

Mesoporous silica hollow spheres with a homogenous and high content distribution of Fe and Co were synthesized by a facile one-pot hydrothermal process. The sub-nanometer bimetallic components inside the silica framework facilitate the stable fixation and the open accessibility to active sites. The co-doped Fe/Co in the spheres showed excellent peroxidase-like activity and much higher catalytic performance than their monometallic-supported spheres. The synergistic effect between Fe and Co promotes the continuous formation of functional radicals during the oxidation process and thus accelerates the reaction rate. When used for colorimetric detection of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)), the Fe/Co incorporated silica hollow spheres show the capability of detection of H_(2)O_(2) in a wide range(10-250 μmol/L) and with the low detection limit of 0.012 ppm. 展开更多

The physiological processes involved in adaptation to osmotic pressure in euryhaline crustaceans are highly energy demanding,but the effects of dietary lipids(fat)on low salinity adaptations have not been well evaluated.In the present study,a total of 120 mud crabs(Scylla paramamosain,BW=17.87±1.49 g)were fed control and high-fat(HF)diets,at both medium salinity(23‰)and low salinity(4‰)for 6 wk,and each treatment had 3 replicates with each replicate containing 10 crabs.The results indicated that a HF diet significantly mitigated the reduction in survival rate,percent weight gain and feed efficiency induced by low salinity(P<0.05).Low salinity lowered lipogenesis and activated lipolysis resulting in lipid depletion in the hepatopancreas of mud crabs(P<0.05).Thus,HF diets enhanced the process of lipolysis to supply more energy.In the gills,low salinity and the HF diet increased the levels of mitochondrial biogenesis markers,the activity of mitochondrial complexes,and the expression levels of genes related to energy metabolism(P<0.05).Consequently,the positive effects of the HF diet on energy metabolism in mud crabs at low salinity promoted osmotic pressure regulation.Specifically,significantly higher haemolymph osmotic pressure and inorganic ion content,as well as higher osmotic pressure regulatory enzyme activity in gills,and gene and protein expression levels of NaK-ATPase were observed in crabs fed the HF diet at low salinity(P<0.05).In summary,high dietary lipid levels improved energy provision to facilitate mitochondrial biogenesis,which increased ATP provision for osmotic pressure regulation of mud crabs.This study also illustrates the importance of dietary lipid nutrition supplementation for low salinity adaptations in mud crabs. 展开更多

A novel 2D/2D Bi_(2)MoO_(6)/g-C_(3)N_(4) step-scheme(S-scheme)composite by loading Au as cocatalyst was successfully fabricated using a photoreduction and hydrothermal route.The obtained Bi_(2)MoO_(6)/g-C_(3)N_(4)/Au photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM),X-ray photo-electron spectroscopy(XPS),UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectra(UV–vis),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),photoluminescence(PL),photocurrent response(I-t),and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The HRTEM images revealed that an intimate interface in composites were formed.The optimum photocatalytic activity of Rhodamine B degradation over Bi_(2)MoO_(6)/g-C_(3)N_(4)/Au was about 9.7 times and 13.1 times as high as those of Bi_(2)MoO_(6) and g-C_(3)N_(4),respectively.The notably improved photocatalytic activity of Bi_(2)MoO_(6)/g-C_(3)N_(4)/Au could be mainly ascribed to the abundant active sites and the enhanced separation efficiency of photogenerated carriers in Bi_(2)MoO_(6)/g-C_(3)N_(4) S-scheme system.Notably,Au nanoparticles could act as a co-catalyst to further promote electron transfer and separation from the conduction band of g-C_(3)N_(4).Additionally,a possible step-scheme photocatalytic reaction mechanism of Rh B degradation over Bi_(2)MoO_(6)/g-C_(3)N_(4)/Au was tentatively proposed.PL and transient photocurrent analysis implied that Bi_(2)MoO_(6)/g-C_(3)N_(4)/Au photocatalysts possessed the lower recombination rate of photogenerated carriers compared with pure Bi_(2) MoO_(6) and g-C_(3)N_(4),respectively.The present work is expected to provide useful information in designing 2D/2D S-scheme heterojunction photocatalysts. 展开更多

Hydrogel is a potential matrix material of electronic-skins(E-skins)because of its excellent ductility,tunability,and biocompatibility.However,hydrogel-based E-Skins will inevitably lose their sensing performance in practical applications for water loss,physical damage,and ambient interferences.It remains a challenge to manufacture highly durable gel-based E-skins.Herein,an E-Skin is fabricated by introducing ionic liquids(ILs)into MXene-composited binary polymer network.The obtained ionic gel shows excellent mechanical properties,strong adhesion,and superior tolerance to harsh environments.The E-skin exhibits high sensitivity to both strain and pressure in a wide range of deformations,which enables a monitoring function for various human motions and physiological activities.Importantly,the E-skin shows consistent electrical response after being stored in the open air for 30 days and can be quickly healed by irradiation with 808 nm near-infrared light,originating from the photo-thermal effect induced self-healing acceleration.It is noteworthy that the E-skin also reveals a highly sensitive perception of temperature and near-infrared light,displaying the promising potential applications in the multifunctional flexible sensor. 展开更多

To better understand the hydrodynamic behavior of an internally circulating fluidized bed,solids holdup in the down-comer(ε_(sD)),solids circulation rate(G_s) and gas bypassing fraction(from down-comer to riserγ_(DR),and from riser to down-comer γ_(RD)) were experimentally studied.The effects of gas velocities in the riser and in the down-comer(U_R and U_D),orifice diameter in the draft tube(d_(or)),and draft tube height(H_R) were investigated.Experimental results showed that increase of gas velocities led to increase in G_s and γ_(DR),and slight decrease in γ_(RD)-Larger orifice diameter on the draft tube led to higher ε_(sD),G_s and γ_(DR),but had insignificant influence on γ_(RD).With increasing draft tube height,both G_s and γ_(DR) first increased and then decreased,while γ_(RD) first decreased and then increased.Proposed correlations for predicting the hydrodynamic parameters agreed reasonably well with experimental values. 展开更多

因其固有的机械弹性和离子电导率,水凝胶体系极大地促进了柔性储能设备的发展.然而,对于水凝胶装置而言,在剧烈的机械变形下实现稳定的能量存储仍然是一个挑战.本文通过在离子结合水凝胶电解质的两侧原位沉积聚苯胺/氧化石墨烯(PANI/GO... 因其固有的机械弹性和离子电导率,水凝胶体系极大地促进了柔性储能设备的发展.然而,对于水凝胶装置而言,在剧烈的机械变形下实现稳定的能量存储仍然是一个挑战.本文通过在离子结合水凝胶电解质的两侧原位沉积聚苯胺/氧化石墨烯(PANI/GO)纳米复合材料,组装一体化集成超级电容器(AISC),简化了器件组装过程,并避免了水凝胶储能器件在机械变形过程中多层结构的置换和分离;同时,离子添加剂水凝胶电解质表现出较强的粘附性、柔韧性以及高离子电导率,确保了AISC优异的比电容和倍率性能.其在0.2 mA cm^(−2)电流密度下比电容为222.8 mF cm^(−2),在3.2 mA cm^(−2)电流密度下比电容为151.7 mF cm^(−2),电容保持率为68.1%.器件在120.0μW cm^(−2)的功率密度下,能量密度达到44.6μW h cm^(−2).此外,在弯曲、压缩和拉伸的变形下可以获得稳定的能量存储,串联组装的AISC可以为LED灯供电.该工作在改善超级电容器机械性能的同时进一步提高了其电学性能,为构建新型柔性超级电容器提供了一种新策略. 展开更多
