纵切自动车床环境温度变化误差试验研究

为研究环境温度变化对纵切自动车床热误差的影响,本文以RTS20瑞士型纵切自动车床为试验载体,通过环境温度变化误差(ETVE)试验装置,开展了恒主轴转速(5000 rpm)变环境温度、变主轴转速(0~8000 rpm)变环境温度的热误差试验,对环境温度对... 为研究环境温度变化对纵切自动车床热误差的影响,本文以RTS20瑞士型纵切自动车床为试验载体,通过环境温度变化误差(ETVE)试验装置,开展了恒主轴转速(5000 rpm)变环境温度、变主轴转速(0~8000 rpm)变环境温度的热误差试验,对环境温度对热误差的影响进行了研究分析。结果表明:在相同主轴转速下,环境温度变化影响着车床结构各部位的温升,进而影响热误差;在随机主轴转速下,主轴轴承等温度测点的温升受转速变化的影响,热误差的增长与关键测点温度具有相同变化周期,但不具有相同变化趋势,即温度快速升高时热误差并不一定也正向增长;空调开启后各测点温度有明显降低,最高降幅可达3℃,热误差随之也有明显降低趋势,最高降幅达6μm。 展开更多

China’s past economic growth has substantially relied on fossil fuels,causing serious air pollution issues.Decoupling economic growth and pollution has become the focus in developing ecological civilization in China.We have analyzed the three-decade progress of air pollution controls in China,highlighting a strategic transformation from emission control toward air quality management.Emission control of sulfur dioxide(SO2)resolved the deteriorating acid rain issue in China in 2007.Since 2013,control actions on multiple precursors and sectors have targeted the reduction of the concentration of fine particulate matter(PM2.5),marking a transition to an air-quality-oriented strategy.Increasing ozone(O3)pollution further requires O3 and PM2.5 integrated control strategies with an emphasis on their complex photochemical interactions.Fundamental improvement of air quality in China,as a key indicator for the success of ecological civilization construction,demands the deep de-carbonization of China’s energy system as well as more synergistic pathways to address air pollution and global climate change simultaneously. 展开更多

Oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor 1(OLR1)is upregulated in neurons and participates in hypertension-induced neuronal apoptosis.OLR1 deletion exerts protective effects on cerebral damage induced by hypertensive-induced stroke.Therefore,OLR1 is likely involved in the progress of intracerebral hemorrhage.In this study,we examined the potential role of OLR1 in intracerebral hemorrhage using a rat model.OLR1 small interfering RNA(10μL;50 pmol/μL)was injected into the right basal ganglia to knock down OLR1.Twenty-four hours later,0.5 U collagenase type VII was injected to induce intracerebral hemorrhage.We found that knockdown of OLR1 attenuated neurological behavior impairment in rats with intracerebral hemorrhage and reduced hematoma,neuron loss,inflammatory reaction,and oxidative stress in rat brain tissue.We also found that silencing of OLR1 suppressed ferroptosis induced by intracerebral hemorrhage and the p38 signaling pathway.Therefore,silencing OLR1 exhibits protective effects against secondary injury of intracerebral hemorrhage.These findings suggest that OLR1 may be a novel potential therapeutic target for intracerebral hemorrhage. 展开更多

Low-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs) have unique electronic structure, vibration modes, and physicochemical properties, making them suitable for fundamental studies and cutting-edge applications such as silicon electronics, optoelectronics, and bioelectronics. However, the brittleness, low toughness,and poor mechanical and electrical stabilities of TMD-based films limit their application. Herein, a TaS_(2) freestanding film with ultralow void ratio of 6.01% is restacked under the effect of bond-free van der Waals(vdW) interactions within the staggered 2H-TaS_(2) nanosheets.The restacked films demonstrated an exceptionally high electrical conductivity of 2,666 S cm^(-1), electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness(EMI SE) of 41.8 dB, and absolute EMI SE(SSE/t) of 27,859 dB cm^(2) g^(-1), which is the highest value reported for TMD-based materials. The bond-free vdW interactions between the adjacent 2H-TaS_(2) nanosheets provide a natural interfacial strain relaxation, achieving excellent flexibility without rupture after 1,000 bends. In addition, the TaS_(2) nanosheets are further combined with the polymer fibers of bacterial cellulose and aramid nanofibers via electrostatic interactions to significantly enhance the tensile strength and flexibility of the films while maintaining their high electrical conductivity and EMI SE.This work provides promising alternatives for conventional materials used in EMI shielding and nanodevices. 展开更多

The Increasing Role of Synergistic Effects in Carbon Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement, and Its Associated Health Benefits in China

A synergistic pathway is regarded as a critical measure for tackling the intertwined challenges of climate change and air pollution in China. However, there is as yet no indicator that can comprehensively reflect such synergistic effects;hence, existing studies lack a consistent framework for comparison. Here, we introduce a new synergistic indicator defined as the pollutant generation per gross domestic product (GDP) and adopt an integrated analysis framework by linking the logarithmic mean Divisia index (LMDI) method, response surface model (RSM), and global exposure mortality model (GEMM) to evaluate the synergistic effects of carbon mitigation on both air pollutant reduction and public health in China. The results show that synergistic effects played an increasingly important role in the emissions mitigation of SO_(2), NOx, and primary particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter no greater than 2.5 μm (PM2.5), and the synergistic mitigation of pollutants respectively increase from 3.1, 1.4, and 0.3 Mt during the 11th Five-Year Plan (FYP) (2006–2010) to 5.6, 3.7, and 1.9 Mt during the 12th FYP (2011–2015). Against the non-control scenario, synergistic effects alone contributed to a 15% reduction in annual mean PM2.5 concentration, resulting in the prevention of 0.29 million (95% confidential interval: 0.28–0.30) PM2.5-attributable excess deaths in 2015. Synergistic benefits to air quality improvement and public health were remarkable in the developed and population-dense eastern provinces and municipalities. With the processes of urbanization and carbon neutrality in the future, synergistic effects are expected to continue to increase. Realizing climate targets in advance in developed regions would concurrently bring strong synergistic effects to air quality and public health. 展开更多

CMOS image sensors produced by the existing CMOS manufacturing process usually have difficulty achieving complete charge transfer owing to the introduction of potential barriers or Si/SiO_(2)interface state traps in the charge transfer path,which reduces the charge transfer efficiency and image quality.Until now,scholars have only considered mechanisms that limit charge transfer from the perspectives of potential barriers and spill back effect under high illumination condition.However,the existing models have thus far ignored the charge transfer limitation due to Si/SiO_(2)interface state traps in the transfer gate channel,particularly under low illumination.Therefore,this paper proposes,for the first time,an analytical model for quantifying the incomplete charge transfer caused by Si/SiO_(2)interface state traps in the transfer gate channel under low illumination.This model can predict the variation rules of the number of untransferred charges and charge transfer efficiency when the trap energy level follows Gaussian distribution,exponential distribution and measured distribution.The model was verified with technology computer-aided design simulations,and the results showed that the simulation results exhibit the consistency with the proposed model. 展开更多

目的通过调查研究未婚女性重复人工流产现状及其影响因素,探讨降低重复人工流产率的策略。方法选取2015年6月~2016年5月于广州医科大学附属第三医院及广州市妇女儿童医疗中心自愿要求行人工流产术的494例未婚女性进行描述性问卷调查并... 目的通过调查研究未婚女性重复人工流产现状及其影响因素,探讨降低重复人工流产率的策略。方法选取2015年6月~2016年5月于广州医科大学附属第三医院及广州市妇女儿童医疗中心自愿要求行人工流产术的494例未婚女性进行描述性问卷调查并追踪。根据1年内是否再次发生人工流产分为重复人工流产组和非重复人工流产组,应用方差分析及多因素Logistic回归分析研究未婚女性发生重复人工流产的影响因素。结果未婚女性发生重复人工流产者91例,比例为18.42%。与未发生重复流产者比较,重复人工流产的职业因素、教育程度及生殖健康知识了解程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,教育程度及生殖健康知识了解程度是未婚女性发生重复人工流产的独立影响因素,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论未婚女性重复人工流产发生率较高,影响其重复人工流产的危险因素为教育程度低和生殖健康了解程度低,应加强对该群体生殖系统健康的宣传教育,尽量降低其重复人工流产率。 展开更多

报道了一种基于光学锁相环的高稳定度激光稳频方法,用于提高可调谐外腔半导体激光器(TECDL)的频率稳定度和准确度。自行研制的光学锁相环电路采用数字鉴相与差分运算相结合的方式获得高灵敏度的鉴频鉴相误差信号,并通过高速模拟PID实现... 报道了一种基于光学锁相环的高稳定度激光稳频方法,用于提高可调谐外腔半导体激光器(TECDL)的频率稳定度和准确度。自行研制的光学锁相环电路采用数字鉴相与差分运算相结合的方式获得高灵敏度的鉴频鉴相误差信号,并通过高速模拟PID实现整个系统的闭环锁定。利用该光学锁相环系统进行了TECDL偏频锁定至光学频率梳(OFC)的实验,实验结果表明环路锁定后拍频频率波动在±0.3 Hz范围内,偏置频率为50 MHz时,光学锁相环系统在1 s和1000 s积分时间的相对阿伦方差分别为1.5×10^(-9)和8.5×10^(-13)。系统锁定后,拍频线宽由500 kHz压缩至2 kHz。该研究表明采用基于光学锁相环的激光稳频方法可以实现亚Hz级的激光频差控制,通过将TECDL偏频锁定至高稳定度的参考激光源可显著提高其频率稳定度,使其能够满足超精密测量、冷原子/离子干涉测量等领域对激光频率稳定度和准确度的要求。 展开更多

以端乙烯基硅油、含氢硅油为硅氢加成反应底物,(Me-Cp)Pt(Me)3为光催化剂,通过紫外光诱导(Me-Cp)Pt(Me)3催化硅氢加成反应制得硅橡胶,并对光催化剂(Me-Cp)Pt(Me)3的浓度、光固化反应条件、紫外光固化动力学以及端乙烯基硅油黏度对硅橡... 以端乙烯基硅油、含氢硅油为硅氢加成反应底物,(Me-Cp)Pt(Me)3为光催化剂,通过紫外光诱导(Me-Cp)Pt(Me)3催化硅氢加成反应制得硅橡胶,并对光催化剂(Me-Cp)Pt(Me)3的浓度、光固化反应条件、紫外光固化动力学以及端乙烯基硅油黏度对硅橡胶性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,当(MeCp)Pt(Me)3的质量分数为400×10^-6时,在5 min内反应转化率接近100%;高黏度的乙烯基硅油有利于反应最终转化率的提高;黏度为5 000 mm^2/s的乙烯基硅油体系所制硅橡胶的力学性能较好,其拉伸强度为0.528 MPa,拉断伸长率达789%(约为500 mm^2/s和10 000 mm^2/s体系的2~3倍);高黏度乙烯基硅油制得的硅橡胶表现出更好的热稳定性,硅橡胶热质量损失率10%时的温度从487℃提高至496℃,最终残余质量分数从60%提高至68%。该法能在短时间内制得硅橡胶制品,并可通过增加乙烯基硅油的黏度,有效提高硅橡胶制品的力学性能及热稳定性。 展开更多

【目的】建立树种冬季景观质量评价模型,筛选以提升冬季景观质量为主的优良绿化树种,为华北地区冬季景观树种选择提供科学依据。【方法】依据树木观赏器官(姿态、茎杆、果、叶、芽)的生物学特性,以《华北树木志》为主,结合《园林树木160... 【目的】建立树种冬季景观质量评价模型,筛选以提升冬季景观质量为主的优良绿化树种,为华北地区冬季景观树种选择提供科学依据。【方法】依据树木观赏器官(姿态、茎杆、果、叶、芽)的生物学特性,以《华北树木志》为主,结合《园林树木1600种》及相关文献,初选华北地区312种乔木、455种灌木树种,并进行分类整理;收集影响树种冬季景观质量的指标,采用主成分分析法建立树种冬季景观质量综合评价模型,并进行综合评价。【结果】筛选出的优良乔木树种,位于第Ⅰ等级的常绿乔木3科7属12种,落叶乔木20科26属43种,其中新疆杨的观赏价值最高,相对综合指数为0.4503%;第Ⅱ等级的常绿乔木4科10属15种,落叶乔木26科36属94种。优良灌木树种,第Ⅰ等级的常绿灌木8科10属23种,落叶灌木15科23属58种,其中红瑞木的观赏价值最高,相对综合指数为0.3625%;第Ⅱ等级的常绿灌木5科6属8种,落叶灌木24科49属110种。【结论】筛选出的第Ⅰ等级、第Ⅱ等级的乔木、灌木树种可分别作为冬季景观质量提升的优、良绿化树种,华北各城市可根据立地条件选择适宜树种,提升冬季植物景观。 展开更多

Apoptosis is an important factor during the early stage of intracerebral hemorrhage.MiR-181 c plays a key regulatory role in apoptosis.However,whether miR-181 c is involved in apoptosis of prophase cells after intracerebral hemorrhage remains unclear.Therefore,in vitro and in vivo experiments were conducted to test this hypothesis.In vivo experiments:collagenase type VII was injected into the basal ganglia of adult Sprague-Dawley rats to establish an intracerebral hemorrhage model.MiR-181 c mimic or inhibitor was injected in situ 4 hours after intracerebral hemorrhage.Neurological functional defects(neurological severity scores)were assessed 1,7,and 14 days after model establishment.Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated deoxyuridine triphosphate nick-end labeling and western blot assay were conducted 14 days after model establishment.In vitro experiments:PC12 cells were cultured under oxygen-glucose deprivation,and hemins were added to simulate intracerebral hemorrhage in vitro.MiR-181 c mimic or inhibitor was added to regulate miR-181 c expression.3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay,luciferase reporter system,and western blot assay were performed.Experimental results revealed differences in miR-181 c expression in brain tissues of both patients and rats with cerebral hemorrhage.In addition,in vitro experiments found that miR-181 c overexpression could upregulate the Bcl-2/Bax ratio to inhibit apoptosis,while inhibition of miR-181 c expression could reduce the Bcl-2/Bax ratio and aggravate apoptosis of cells.Regulation of apoptosis occurred through the phosphoinositide 3 kinase(PI3 K)/Akt pathway by targeting of phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten(PTEN).Higher miR-181 c overexpression correlated with lower neurological severity scores,indicating better recovery of neurological function.In conclusion,miR-181 c affects the prognosis of intracerebral hemorrhage by regulating apoptosis,and these effects might be directly mediated and regulated by targeting of the PTEN\PI3 K/Akt pathway and Bcl-2/Bax ratio.Furthermore,these results indicated that miR-181 c played a neuroprotective role in intracerebral hemorrhage by regulating apoptosis of nerve cells,thus providing a potential target for the prevention and treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage.Testing of human serum was authorized by the Ethics Committee of China Medical University(No.2012-38-1)on February 20,2012.The protocol was registered with the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry(Registration No.ChiCTR-COC-17013559).The animal study was approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of China Medical University(approval No.2017008)on March 8,2017. 展开更多
