黔东南常用药食两用植物资源开发利用研究

分析黔东南地区常用药食两用植物资源的开发与利用情况。通过成立工作小组,针对黔东南常用药食两用植物资源的大致种类及分布情况进行调查和分析。共调查黔东南地区药食两用植物资源10种,总计8科、10属,其中,双子叶植物共计5种,单子叶... 分析黔东南地区常用药食两用植物资源的开发与利用情况。通过成立工作小组,针对黔东南常用药食两用植物资源的大致种类及分布情况进行调查和分析。共调查黔东南地区药食两用植物资源10种,总计8科、10属,其中,双子叶植物共计5种,单子叶植物共计5种,所选药食两用植物资源均属于草本植物。研究发现,黔东南地区常用药食两用植物资源以草本植物为主,利用方式主要包括凉拌、煮食、蒸食或者泡水等,利用方式较为单一。为了使黔东南地区药食两用资源得到合理且有效的开发及利用,应该加大药食两用植物资源调查以及植物种类考证力度,积极研发新型保健食品、饮料等,提高药食两用植物资源的附加值,改善和维护广大人民群众的健康。 展开更多

N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)is the most abundant internal modification on RNA.It is a dynamical and reversible process,which is regulated by m^(6)A methyltransferase and m^(6)A demethylase.The m^(6)A modified RNA can be specifically recognized by the m^(6)A reader,leading to RNA splicing,maturation,degradation or translation.The abnormality of m^(6)A RNA modification is closely related to a variety of biological processes,especially the occurrence and development of tumors.Recent studies have shown that m^(6)A RNA modification is involved in the pathogenesis of skin cancers.However,the precise molecular mechanisms of m^(6)A-mediated cutaneous tumorigenesis have not been fully elucidated.Therefore,this review will summarize the biological characteristics of m^(6)A modification,its regulatory role and mechanism in skin cancers,and the recent research progress of m^(6)A-related molecular drugs,aiming to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and targeted therapy of cutaneous cancers. 展开更多
