Cation additives can efficiently enhance the total electrochemical capabilities of zinc-ion hybrid capacitors (ZHCs).However their energy storage mechanisms in zinc-based systems are still under debate.Herein,we modulate the electrolyte and achieve dual-ion storage by adding magnesium ions.And we assemble several Zn//activated carbon devices with different electrolyte concentrations and investigate their electrochemical reaction dynamic behaviors.The zinc-ion capacitor with Mg^(2+)mixed solution delivers 82 mAh·g^(-1)capacity at 1 A·g^(-1) and maintains 91%of the original capacitance after 10000 cycling.It is superior to the other assembled zinc-ion devices in single-component electrolytes.The finding demonstrates that the double-ion storage mechanism enables the superior rate performance and long cycle lifetime of ZHCs. 展开更多

BACKGROUND A solitary fibrous tumor(SFT)is often located in the pleura,while SFT of the pancreas is extremely rare.Here,we report a case of SFT of the pancreas and discuss imaging,histopathology,and immunohistochemistry for accurate diagnosis and treatment.CASE SUMMARY A 54-year-old man presented to our hospital with pancreatic occupancy for over a month.There were no previous complaints of discomfort.His blood pressure was normal.Blood glucose,tumor markers,and enhanced computed tomography(CT)suggested a malignant tumor.Because the CT appearance of pancreatic cancer varies,we could not confirm the diagnosis;therefore,we performed endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle biopsy(EUS-FNB).Pathology and immunohistochemistry were consistent with SFT of the pancreas.The posto-perative pathology and immunohistochemistry were consistent with the puncture results.The patient presented for a follow-up examination one month after discharge with no adverse effects.CONCLUSION Other diseases must be excluded in patients with a pancreatic mass that cannot be diagnosed.CT and pathological histology have diagnostic value for pancreatic tumors.Endoscopic puncture biopsy under ultrasound can help diagnose pancreatic masses that cannot be diagnosed preoperatively.Surgery is an effective treatment for SFT of the pancreas;however,long-term follow-up is strongly recommended because of the possibility of malignant transformation of the tumor. 展开更多

With the rise of aqueous multivalent rechargeable batteries,inorganic-organic hybrid cathodes have attracted more and more attention due to the complement of each other’s advantages.Herein,a strategy of designing hybrid cathode is adopted for high efficient aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs).Methylene blue(MB)intercalated vanadium oxide(HVO-MB)was synthesized through sol-gel and ion exchange method.Compared with other organic-inorganic intercalation cathode,not only can the MB intercalation enlarge the HVO interlayer spacing to improve ion mobility,but also provide coordination reactions with the Zn^(2+)to enhance the intrinsic electrochemical reaction kinetics of the hybrid electrode.As a key component for the cathode of AZIBs,HVO-MB contributes a specific capacity of 418 mA h g^(-1) at 0.1 A g^(-1),high rate capability(243 mA h g^(-1) at 5 A g^(-1))and extraordinary stability(88%of capacity retention after 2000cycles at a high current density of 5 A g^(-1))in 3 M Zn(CF_(3)SO_(3))_(2) aqueous electrolyte.The electrochemical kinetics reveals HVO-MB characterized with large pseudocapacitance charge storage behavior due to the fast ion migration provided by the coordination reaction and expanded interlayer distance.Furthermore,a mixed energy storage mechanism involving Zn^(2+)insertion and coordination reaction is confirmed by various ex-situ characterization.Thus,this work opens up a new path for constructing the high performance cathode of AZIBs through organic-inorganic hybridization. 展开更多

Sensors play an important role in shaping and monitoring human health.Exploration of methods to use Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG)with enhanced sensitivity has attracted great interest in the field of medical research.In this paper,a novel apodization function is proposed and performance evaluation and optimization of the same have been made.A comparison was conducted between various existing apodization functions and the proposed one based on optical characteristics and sensor parameters.The results evince the implementation of the proposed apodization function for vital sign measurement.The optical characteristics considered for evaluation are Peak Resonance Reflectivity level,Side Lobes Reflectivity level and FullWidth HalfMaximum(FWHM).The proposed novel apodization novel function has better FWHM,which is narrower than the FWHM of uniform FBG.Sensor characteristics like a quality parameter,detection accuracy and sensitivity also show improvement.The proposed novel apodization function is demonstrated to have a better shift in wavelength in terms of temperature and pulse measurement than the existing functions.The sensitivity of the proposed apodized function is enhanced with a Poly-dimethylsiloxane coating of varying thickness,which is 6 times and 5.14 times greater than uniform Fiber Bragg grating and FBG with the proposed novel apodization function,respectively,enhancing its utilization in the field of medicine. 展开更多

High durable aqueous zinc ion batteries by synergistic effect of V_(6)O_(13)/VO_(2) electrode materials

Vanadium oxides have attracted one’s wide attention due to their diverse valences and spatial structure as cathode for aqueous zinc ion batteries.However,a strong electrostatic interaction exists between Zn ions and host materials,which leads to their sluggish reaction kinetics and inferior structural stability.Herein,we design a kind of vanadium-based electrode materials with abundant phase boundaries and oxygen defects.The assembled Zn//V_(6)O_(13)/VO_(2) batteries deliver a specific capacity of 498.3 mA h g^(-1)at 0.2 A g^(-1) and retain a capacity of 485.8 mA h g^(-1)after 100 cycles.Moreover,they achieve a retention rate of 96.8% after 5000 cycles at 10 A g^(-1).The soft pack cells also show excellent mechanical stability at different folding conditions. 展开更多

Mining the core value of Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)data safely and reducing the risk of malicious attacks are the inherent requirements of industrial data visualization.Visualization technology has become the main tool for data aggregation,mining and analysis of IIoT data through graphical representation.However,visualization technology still has two shortcomings in big data calculation and analysis scenarios.On the one hand,visual results will lead to the disclosure of sensitive privacy.On the other hand,most visualization tools can't provide an interactive framework for users to select the suitable solutions.To address these problems,we present an open accessible Visual framework based on Differential Privacy theory(VisDP),which provides Multi-index Quantitative comprehensive Evaluation technology(MQE)for data mining results.Considering the advantages of interactive mechanism,VisDP provides rich optional schemes,including the operating web,calling API and the downloading SDK.Finally,we verify the availability and privacy of MQE through mathematical proofs,analyze the hospital medical waste detection system that actually applies the framework,and the experimental results have showed the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed platform. 展开更多

While the Bushen Yizhi Formula can treat Alzheimer’s disease(AD),the yet to be ascertained specific mechanism of action was explored in this work.Methods:Different concentrations of the Bushen Yizhi Formula and amyloid-beta peptide(Aβ)were used to treat rat pheochromocytoma cells(P12)and human neuroblastoma cells(SH-SY5Y).Cell morphological changes were observed to determine the in vitro cell damage.Cell Counting Kit(CCK)-8 assay and flow cytometry were employed to identify cell viability and apoptosis/cell cycle,respectively.Western blotting and immunohistochemistry were employed to measure the expressions of endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)-related proteins(GRP78 and CHOP),p-IRE1α,IRE1α,ASK1,p-JNK,JNK,Bax,Bcl-2,XBP-1,and Bim.Fura 2-acetoxymethyl ester(Fura-2/AM)was used to determine the intracellular calcium(Ca^(2+))concentration.Also,an AD model was constructed by injecting Aβinto the CA1 area of the hippocampus in Sprague Dawley rats.AD model rats were gavaged with different concentrations of Bushen Yizhi Formula for 14 consecutive days.The Morris water maze experiment was conducted to test the learning and memory of rats.Hematoxylin&Eosin(H&E)and Terminal-deoxynucleotidyl Transferase(TdT)-mediated dUTP Nick-End Labeling(TUNEL)staining were done to determine histopathological changes in the brain.Results:Bushen Yizhi Formula relieved the Aβ-induced effects including cell injury,decreased viability,increased apoptosis,G0/G1 phase cell cycle arrest,upregulation of GRP78,CHOP,p-IRE1α,p-JNK,Bax,XBP-1 and Bim,as well as down-regulation of Bcl-2.These results were also seen with IRE1αsilencing.While Aβsuppressed the learning and memory abilities of rats,the Bushen Yizhi Formula alleviated these effects of Aβ.Brain nerve cell injury induced by Aβcould also be treated with Bushen Yizhi Formula.Conclusion:Bushen Yizhi Formula could influence ERS through the IRE1αsignaling pathway to achieve its therapeutic effects on AD. 展开更多

覆盖区寻找隐伏矿是今后找矿工作重要的勘查目标,常用的勘查方法有气体测量法和化学偏提取的方法。这些方法野外工作量大,室内操作复杂,外界干扰因素大,分析测量重现性较差。为此,我们建立了土壤纳米简便提取和测量的新方法——超声波... 覆盖区寻找隐伏矿是今后找矿工作重要的勘查目标,常用的勘查方法有气体测量法和化学偏提取的方法。这些方法野外工作量大,室内操作复杂,外界干扰因素大,分析测量重现性较差。为此,我们建立了土壤纳米简便提取和测量的新方法——超声波纳米提取测量法,利用超声波空化原理,快速提取土壤中的纳米物质,并在内蒙古半干旱草原区上方开展了超声波纳米提取测量法的地球化学勘查方法的试验工作。结果表明,超声波纳米提取测量法获得的地球化学异常明显,对下伏矿体的指示效果较为明确,其中主要成矿元素Cu、Pb、Zn、Ni、Ag在矿体上方均有明显的异常,且异常衬度与矿体深度的对应关系好。矿体深度浅,异常衬度大,矿体深度深,异常衬度小。超声波纳米提取法可作为该景观区寻找隐伏矿的有效手段。 展开更多

目的观察典型病程甲型病毒性肝炎(HAV)患者外周血中T细胞免疫球蛋白域蛋白-1(TIM-1)和T细胞免疫球蛋白域蛋白-4(TIM-4)mRNA的表达水平,探讨HAV患者病情进展的不同时期TIM-1和TIM-4 mRNA水平与HAV RNA含量,HAV免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)、免疫球... 目的观察典型病程甲型病毒性肝炎(HAV)患者外周血中T细胞免疫球蛋白域蛋白-1(TIM-1)和T细胞免疫球蛋白域蛋白-4(TIM-4)mRNA的表达水平,探讨HAV患者病情进展的不同时期TIM-1和TIM-4 mRNA水平与HAV RNA含量,HAV免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)、免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)浓度及肝功能指标的关系。方法选取HAV典型病程的30例患者作为HAV组,分别于潜伏期或黄疸前期、黄疸期及恢复期留取血液标本,以同期30例健康体检者作为对照组,收集血液标本。采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测TIM-1和TIM-4 mRNA表达水平,同时检测HAV患者外周血HAV RNA含量,酶联免疫吸附法检测HAV患者外周血HAV抗体IgM、IgG滴度水平,全自动生化分析仪检测肝功能指标谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶及总胆红素。结果 HAV组患者外周血TIM-1和TIM-4 mRNA表达水平高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。随着疾病进程的继续,TIM-1及TIM-4 mRNA表达水平于黄疸期达峰值,恢复期下降。TIM-1 mRNA表达水平与HAV患者Ig M滴度、AST及TBIL呈正相关(P<0.05),与Ig G滴度无关(P>0.05)。结论 HAV患者外周血中TIM-1和TIM-4 mRNA的表达水平与HAV的疾病进展有较好的拟合性,TIM-1和TIM-4 mRNA可能在HAV的发生、发展中发挥作用。 展开更多

目的对比低年资医生应用可视喉镜和直接喉镜行气管插管的有效性及安全性。方法选取2016年4月—2018年2月沈阳军区总医院择期手术拟行全身麻醉气管插管患者240例,ASAⅠ~Ⅲ级,分为非困难气道组与疑似困难气道组,每组120例。亚组内随机分... 目的对比低年资医生应用可视喉镜和直接喉镜行气管插管的有效性及安全性。方法选取2016年4月—2018年2月沈阳军区总医院择期手术拟行全身麻醉气管插管患者240例,ASAⅠ~Ⅲ级,分为非困难气道组与疑似困难气道组,每组120例。亚组内随机分为直接喉镜组(D组)和可视喉镜组(V组)。患者入室后常规监测生命体征,建立外周静脉通路。在盐酸右美托咪定镇静及利多卡因充分表面麻醉下由气道专家行直接喉镜暴露分级(C^L分级)评估,剔除C^L分级Ⅳ级的患者。所有患者行标准化全身麻醉,气管插管由有3~5年临床经验的麻醉医生(以下均称低年资医生)完成。观察并记录一次性气管插管的成功率、插管时间、C^L分级、术后并发症发生率及插管前后血流动力学变化。结果①非困难气道组:直接喉镜与可视喉镜的一次性插管成功率、插管时间、C^L分级、术后并发症发生率、血流动力学变化比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②疑似困难气道组:可视喉镜的一次性插管成功率高于直接喉镜,插管时间、C^L分级及术后并发症发生率低于直接喉镜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血流动力学变化趋势差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对疑似困难气道患者行择期气管插管,低年资医生使用可视喉镜的有效性和安全性均优于直视喉镜。 展开更多

我国土壤地球化学调查资料丰富,但其科技成果转化水平还有待进一步提高。为了提高杭州市余杭区土地质量地球化学调查成果的科技转化潜力,本研究针对余杭区名优茶叶,综合运用层次分析法及模糊数学评判法,建立了区域土壤种植区划适生模型... 我国土壤地球化学调查资料丰富,但其科技成果转化水平还有待进一步提高。为了提高杭州市余杭区土地质量地球化学调查成果的科技转化潜力,本研究针对余杭区名优茶叶,综合运用层次分析法及模糊数学评判法,建立了区域土壤种植区划适生模型,并结合地理信息系统,提出了种植区划建议。结果表明:茶多酚、游离氨基酸以及水浸出物是影响茶叶品质的主要营养成分;土壤类型、海拔高度、土壤pH和坡度是影响茶叶适生的主要宏观因子,而N、P、K以及微量元素Zn是影响茶叶品质的主要微观影响因子。基于此,将余杭区茶叶品质分为优、良及一般三类,并建立了余杭区茶叶土壤适生模型。利用适生模型,将余杭区茶叶种植区域划分为四个类型:高度适宜区、中度适宜区、低度适宜区以及不适宜区。研究表明,余杭区百丈镇和鸬鸟镇是提高余杭区茶叶产量的重点区域,建议适宜扩大该区域径山茶叶种植面积。 展开更多

通过对河北省宣化原煤及燃煤污染区表土和近地降尘的野外调查和样品分析,查明了表土及降尘中Hg、Cd、V、Zn、Mo、U、Mn、Cr等13种重金属元素及16种多环芳烃(PAHs)的地球化学特征。结果表明,原煤区土壤以Hg、Cd污染为主,污染区在煤带两侧... 通过对河北省宣化原煤及燃煤污染区表土和近地降尘的野外调查和样品分析,查明了表土及降尘中Hg、Cd、V、Zn、Mo、U、Mn、Cr等13种重金属元素及16种多环芳烃(PAHs)的地球化学特征。结果表明,原煤区土壤以Hg、Cd污染为主,污染区在煤带两侧约100 m范围内,燃煤区土壤以Hg、Cd、V污染为主,污染范围在燃煤企业下风口超过2 km。原煤区表土中Hg、Cd、Zn、Mo、U及PAHs与燃煤区表土中Hg、V、Mo、U、Mn、Cr及PAHs主要通过大气沉降带入。区内土壤中脲酶、碱性磷酸酶及β-葡萄糖苷酶活性均受到不同程度抑制,其中以β-葡萄糖苷酶最为明显,且燃煤区较原煤区抑制更为显著,反映了煤污染对土壤碳循环过程影响较大。 展开更多
