The development of a selective catalyst for the conversion of biomass and plastics into H2by steam reforming can combat the energy crisis and global warming.In this work,support Ni-Fe-Ca/H-Al bifunctional catalysts were prepared by loading Ni and Fe into pretreatment CaO/Al_(2)O_(3)(Ca/H-Al)carriers and showed high catalytic activity for the steam reforming of biomass and plastic.Moreover,the idea of bidirectional degradation was exploited to strengthen the pyrolysis of plastic with a high H/C and biomass with a high O/C.Interestingly,the products presented high H2selective(1302.10 m L/g)and low CO_(2)yield(120.23 m L/g)in 7Ni-5Fe-Ca/H-Al(2:4)catalyst compared with current reports.Here,the abundant oxygen vacancies(Ov)in the H-Al carrier exhibited an electron-deficient nature,providing active sites for anchoring Ni O.Meanwhile,Ni O interacted with Ca_(2)Fe_(2)O_(5)to produce more defective Ovsites,which stabilized the NiO particles in the 7Ni-5Fe-Ca/H-Al(2:4)catalyst,and the interaction between the catalyst and the carrier was enhanced,leading to the reduction of weakly basic sites,this property promoted the strong adsorption of CO_(2)and H2O by the catalyst,contributing to the enhancement of efficient steam conversion and the promotion of conversion of by-products to H2.Notably,7Ni-5Fe-Ca/H-Al(2:4)catalysts maintained structural integrity after regeneration and exhibited excellent regenerability in H2selection and CO_(2)adsorption.The work provides a new idea for the study of efficient H2production from steam reforming of biomass and plastics. 展开更多

Based on the ABAQUS/Explicit code,A 3D elastic-plastic and coupled thermo-mechanical FE model of radial ring rolling of AZ31 Magnesium alloy has been proposed to analyze the influence of rotational speed of driver roll to study the inhomogeneity distribution of strain and temperature,fishtail coefficient,rolling force parameters.The results show that:(1)when the rotational speed of driver roll n increases,the strain distribution of the rolled ring becomes less homogeneous,and the temperature distribution more homogeneous yet,and leading to an optimal n value;(2)the fishtail coefficient firstly decreases,then increases with the increase of n;(3)the rolling force,contact area and rolling moment gradually descend with the increase of n. 展开更多

MicroRNA(miR)-200b-3p has been associated with many tumors,but its involvement in pituitary adenoma is unclear.This study investigated the molecular mechanism underlying miR-200b-3p regulation in pituitary adenomas to provide a theoretical basis for treatment.Bioinformatics was used to analyze pituitary adenoma-related genes and screen new targets related to RECK and miRNA.As well,the relationship between miR-200b-3p and RECK protein was verified using a double-luciferase reporter gene assay.The expression of miR-200b-3p in clinical samples was analyzed by in situ hybridization.Transfection of the miR-200b-3p inhibitor and small interfering-RECK(si-RECK)was verified by qPCR.GH3 cell viability and proliferation were detected using CCK8 and EdU assays.Apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry and western blotting.Wound healing and Transwell assays were used to detect cell migration and invasion.The effects of miR-200b-3p and RECK on GH3 cells were verified using salvage experiments.miR-200b-3p was highly expressed in pituitary tumor tissue.Inhibitors of miR-200b-3p inhibited cell proliferation promoted cell apoptosis,inhibited invasion and migration,and inhibited the expression of matrix metalloproteinases.Interestingly,miR-200b-3p negatively regulated RECK.The expression of RECK in pituitary adenoma tissues was lower than that in neighboring tissues.Si-RECK rescued the function of miR-200b-3p inhibitors in the above cellular behaviors,and miR-200b-3p accelerated the development of pituitary adenoma by negatively regulating RECK expression.In summary,this study investigated the molecular mechanism by which miR-200b-3p regulates the progression of pituitary adenoma through the negative regulation of RECK.The findings provide a new target for the treatment of pituitary adenoma. 展开更多

Shear behavior of granular soil with fines is investigated using the discrete element method(DEM) and particle arrangements and inter-particle contacts during shear are examined.The DEM simulation reveals that fine particles play a vital role in the overall response of granular soil to shearing.The occurrence of liquefaction and temporary reduction of strength is ascribed mainly to the loss of support from the fine particle contacts(S-S) and fine particle-to-large particle contacts(S-L) as a consequence of the removal of fine particles from the load-carrying skeleton.The dilative strain-hardening response following the strain-softening response is associated with the migration of fine particles back into the load-carrying skeleton,which is thought to enhance the stiffness of the soil skeleton.During shear,the unit normal vector of the large particle-to-large particle(L-L) contact has the strongest fabric anisotropy,and the S-S contact unit normal vector possesses the weakest anisotropy,suggesting that the large particles play a dominant role in carrying the shear load.It is also found that,during shear,fine particles are prone to rolling at contacts while the large particles are prone to sliding,mainly at the S-L and L-L contacts. 展开更多

Unlike healthy, non-transformed cells, the proteostasis network of cancer cells is taxed to produce proteins involved in tumor development. Cancer cells have a higher dependency on molecular chaperones to maintain proteostasis. The chaperonin T-complex protein ring complex(TRiC) contains eight paralogous subunits(CCT1-8), and assists the folding of as many as 10% of cytosolic proteome.TRiC is essential for the progression of some cancers, but the roles of TRiC subunits in osteosarcoma remain to be explored. Here, we show that CCT4/TRiC is significantly correlated in human osteosarcoma,and plays a critical role in osteosarcoma cell survival. We identify a compound anticarin-β that can specifically bind to and inhibit CCT4. Anticarin-β shows higher selectivity in cancer cells than in normal cells. Mechanistically, anticarin-β potently impedes CCT4-mediated STAT3 maturation. Anticarin-β displays remarkable antitumor efficacy in orthotopic and patient-derived xenograft models of osteosarcoma.Collectively, our data uncover a key role of CCT4 in osteosarcoma, and propose a promising treatment strategy for osteosarcoma by disrupting CCT4 and proteostasis. 展开更多
