Analysis of Amino Acids in Houttuynia Cordata Thunb. by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Diode Array Detector (HPLC-DAD)

[Objectives] The biologically active compounds of Houttuynia cordata Thunb. as a medicinal and edible plant are well documented. However, amino acid as an important indicator of the value of H. cordata is little reported. [Methods] Amino acids of the H. cordata were analysed by pre-column derivatization with 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzne(CDNB) coupled to HPLC/DAD. The optimized conditions of the amino acids derivatized by CDNB were followed: 110 ℃ of hydrolysis temperature, 1∶12 of the equivalent proportion between amino acid and CDNB, 80 min of derivatization reaction time and 80 ℃ of derivatization reaction temperature. The method was used to determine the amino acids of H. cordata samples from 11 different geographical sites in Guizhou. [Results] The results suggested that the contents of 17 amino acids were quite variable at different H. cordata samples. [Conclusions] This study will provide a basis for the quality evaluation of H. cordata nutrition. 展开更多

A series of carb on nano particles(CNPs)with emissi on wavele ngth ranging from 483 to 525 nm were prepared by hydrothermal treatme nt of poly-3-thiopheneacetic acid(PTA)and NaOH.The emission wavelength and surface oxidation degree of CNPs were shown to be controllable by simply adjusti ng NaOH concentration.These CNPs prese nted obvious fluoresce nee spectral response toward copper ions(Cu^2+)through static quenching caused synergistically by electron transfer and inner filter effect.The O-and S-containing groups on the surface of CNPs were dem on strated to be resp on sible for their outsta nding sensing performa nee.Based on that,a CN Ps-based ratiometric fluoresce nt probe for Cu^2+with a high fluoresce nee quenching rate constant of 1.4×10^5 L/mol and a short resp onse time(10 s)was developed.Their practical applications in detecting Cu^2+in pond water and living cells were also dem on strated. 展开更多

腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎细菌谱变迁及药敏分析

目的探讨腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎患者感染细菌谱变迁及耐药情况,以指导合理使用抗生素。方法收集2012至2021年十年间我院发生的342例次腹透相关性腹膜炎患者的基本资料,比较前、后五年感染细菌谱及耐药性变化,分析不同细菌类型临床特点。... 目的探讨腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎患者感染细菌谱变迁及耐药情况,以指导合理使用抗生素。方法收集2012至2021年十年间我院发生的342例次腹透相关性腹膜炎患者的基本资料,比较前、后五年感染细菌谱及耐药性变化,分析不同细菌类型临床特点。结果本研究中腹透液培养共有159例次阳性,其中革兰氏阳性(G^(+))菌的占比最高,但比例随时间逐渐下降,而革兰氏阴性(G^(-))菌比例随时间逐渐上升,后五年较前五年高(P<0.05)。G^(-)菌中大肠埃希菌最为常见,后五年较前五年占比更高(P<0.05)。与G^(+)菌组相比,G^(-)菌组患者的透析龄更长,住院费用更多,合并插管出口感染更多,因感染拔管比例更高。G^(-)菌组患者的血中性粒细胞百分比、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、降钙素原(PCT)水平、腹透液的多形核细胞百分比也更高(P<0.05)。后五年细菌耐药率增多,大肠埃希菌对头孢类抗生素耐药率升高。结论G^(+)菌仍是腹透相关性腹膜炎的主要致病菌,但在后五年占比较前五年下降,而G^(-)菌占比逐渐上升,其中大肠埃希菌最常见。细菌的耐药率后五年较前五年高。相比G^(+)菌组,G^(-)菌组患者的炎症指标水平更高。 展开更多

The phosphorescent organic lightemitting device (PHOLED... 2,7-Di(9,9-dimethyl-9H-fluoren-l-yl)-9H-thioxanthen-9-one (DMBFTX) with thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) was well designed and synthesized. The phosphorescent organic lightemitting device (PHOLED) based on this novel TADF host material displays a stable red phosphorescence region, a peak external quantum efficiency (EQE) value of 12.9% and a low EQE roll-off of 38.8%at a luminance of 10000 cd/m2, which is benefited from the reverse intersystem crossing (RISC) of TADF host and less populated triplet exitons. Notably, the red device based on the TADF host DMBFrX exhibits superior electroluminescence performance and reduced efficiency roll-offcompared with the one hosted by commercially available host 1,3-bis(9-carbazolyl)benzene (mCP), illustrating the high potential of employing the TADF host material with small energy gap to reduce efficiency roll-off in PHOLED. 展开更多
