Meanwhile, it is essential to...Additive manufacturing (AM) technology such as selective laser melting (SLM) often produces a high refection phenomenon that makes defect detection and information extraction challenging. Meanwhile, it is essential to establish a characterization method for defect analysis to provide sufcient information for process diagnosis and optimization. However, there is still a lack of universal standards for the characterization of defects in SLM parts. In this study, a polarization-based imaging system was proposed, and a set of characterization parameters for SLM defects was established. The contrast, defect contour information, and high refection suppression efect of the SLM part defects were analyzed. Comparative analysis was conducted on defect characterization parameters, including geometric and texture parameters. The experimental results demonstrated the efects of the polarization imaging system and verifed the feasibility of the defect feature extraction and characterization method. The research work provides an efective solution for defect detection and helps to establish a universal standard for defect characterization in additive manufacturing.展开更多
目的评价目前国内外男性不育症诊治指南的方法学质量,以选择最佳的指南指导临床应用。方法检索国内外指南网及相关数据库,按照纳入和排除标准筛选指南。4名评价人员独立利用指南研究与评价工具Appraisal of Guidelines for Research&...目的评价目前国内外男性不育症诊治指南的方法学质量,以选择最佳的指南指导临床应用。方法检索国内外指南网及相关数据库,按照纳入和排除标准筛选指南。4名评价人员独立利用指南研究与评价工具Appraisal of Guidelines for Research&EvaluationⅡ(AGREEⅡ)对指南制定的方法学质量进行评价。对4名评价人员的组内相关系数(ICC)进行一致性检验,并计算指南在AGREEⅡ6个领域的得分。结果共纳入指南7篇,其中英文指南5篇,中文指南2篇。7篇指南的ICC均>0.75,说明4名评价人员的一致性较高。纳入指南在AGREEⅡ6个领域(范围和目的、参与人员、制定的严谨性、表达的清晰性、应用性、编辑的独立性)的平均得分分别为50%、30%、25%、63%、17%、32%。其中A级(推荐)0篇,B级(修改完善后推荐)4篇,C级(不推荐)3篇。结论European Academy of Andrology guideline Management of oligo-astheno-teratozoospermia 2018和EAU Guidelines on Male Infertility 2018两篇指南均为循证指南,可在适当修订后使用。我国男性不育指南在制定的严谨性、应用性和编辑独立性等方面仍有待提高,建议制定证据等级更高的循证指南,以促进男性不育症的规范化诊治。展开更多
